Nightly RP (Part 3 Sam back from the void)

Leo

making my way behind the stand, I clear my throat and clap my hands making everyone else present in my courtroom

Sam

The shock at being suddenly transported to wherever the hell this was, without knowledge or consent, certainly didn’t improve my thinking about the Angels who seemed way too eager to remove Gabe from power.

Gabe

sitting at home with Donna I feel the pull of force and we vanish

Patience

suddenly appearing in some unknown place knees are shaking already

Gabe

appearing in my pajamas in the court room with Donna and Cass I snap my fingers

Bela

appears in a courtroom a little pissed at the angles controlling me against my will BLOODY HELL SERIOUSLY?

Gabe

being transported we've kinda learned to bend the knees now. Seeing the angel behind the stand things start to feel very real. And quite honestly very unnerving

popping in I look around and see a lot of familiar faces

I could see that everyone seems to have been brought together, so at least this really was a group endeavor. I touch Ruby’s arm and motion to a couple of seats. We sit downside by side, I’m tense and on edge thinking that this could go very badly, very quickly and not an Angel Blade between us.

Donna

I look around the court room, surprised at first but it instantly turns to worry! I see you sitting at a main table. I’m right behind you, behind the ‘fence’, in the guess seats. And then noticing all our little angels around us! Elijah crying because he was woken up from the poof-ing! Missy trying to bounce him back to sleep! Of course I take the tiny from her arms! I rock him and soothe him watching

Henry

stands mid-bite of a sandwich oh come on I was eating I guess I will save you for later puts my sandwich in a baggy inside my pocket

Meg

Appearing in a courtroom, I stare around, everyone else also is here. Seeing Cass next to Gabe I get nervous in anticipation

Donna

the rest of babies seeming to behave, the big ones caring for tinies, but the talking and worry for their daddy and what is happening starting to get them worked up!

Ruby

Following Sam, I sit next to him and keep an eye on him.

AMELIA

Mommy mommy! right behind me! is daddy going away. starts to cry I don’t want daddy to go away!! 😢 tears starting well you in her eyes! Ariel’s too!

Smiling looking around at everyone present

Seeing Gabe look toward me, I avoid him. Not liking this one bit.

nodding at patience I'm not so sure anymore... looking in Gabe’s direction as I feel his eyes on me

Getting more and more nervous as we sit here waiting for it to begin

seeing the angels/ judges I get a little antsy and angry. Just waiting for this stupid trial to begin

I don't like this at all Meg as I begin to get more nervous

I look to my love patting the back of little Elijah who fell asleep on my shoulder! And sit! My stomach turning!

Me neither. At first it was... great. Now.......... it feels ominous! looking around the courtroom nervously tapping my foot

Whispers back I know what you mean I squeeze her arm, hoping it comes off reassuring.

I mean when you think about it yes he made mistakes but haven't we all

I mean it just shows he's not perfect either in a way.... Even God can make mistakes so I agree there

slamming the gavel down I will have order in my court, or I’ll silence you all!

Donna

my heart skips a beat and breath you in kissing you back! My worry still There, but slightly lessened

downs more of my alcohol as I hear the judge/angel here we go....

(Cass and Gabe turn silently)

Patience

sits back down and zips mouth that dude scares me whisper softly

Meg

as the gavel falls, I look at Cass with Gabe, no emotion on either face, my heart falls a little lower and I take a deep breath

Gabe

have we met??

Leo

you may want to silence your crayon crew, or we won’t make it to trial

Donna

Elijah jump son my arms at the sound of the gavel, stirs but goes back to sleep!

Rachiel

standing I scan the room and look directly to Gabe Let the trial commence. Gabriel You are being charged with: I clear my throat Abusing your powers, Anarchy, Mutiny, Siding with humans, Not fit to be on the throne, Murder I look in your eyes do you understand these charges against you Gabriel?

Gabe

nodding I do, and if it pleases the court Looking to Charlie, Leo, I’d like to address the court before we commence.

Leo

The floor is yours. Make it quick.

Donna

my hand gently titan on Elijah and instantly let go!! 😠

I notice I’m clenching my teeth

realizing I'm holding my breath in anticipation

standing seeing Cass’ “are you fucking kidding me” look I butting my jacket and look around the court room AS ALL OF YOU KNOW IM HERE OF MY OWN FREE WILL. IF I DIDNT WANT TO BE HERE, IF I WASNT GOING TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN , TO FACE EACH OF YOU AND LET YOU HAVE YOUR SAY, THERES NOTHING YOU COUKD DO TO FORCE ME HERE. IM MORE THAN WILLING AND WILLING TO FACE THE PUNISHMENT BUT UNDER ONE CONDITION LOOKING TO LEO THIS IS NOT A SHAN TRIAL, THIS IS A FAIR TRIAL WITH CREDIBLE WITNES, HONESTY, TRUTH AND FACTS, NOT SIMPLY AN ASSASINATION OF MY CHARACTER. IF IT IS NOT ILL END THIS, BUT IF IT IS GAIR, WIN OR LOSE ILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. AGREED?

listening to the charges as they are read a loud not believing some of them I say to Meg. He looks so smug up there but I just don't know about this

nudging Patience with my elbow I whisper quietly I'm usually not uncomfortable in crazy situations, but I'm really uncomfortable right now...

I look around at everyone else to see if anyone looks as nervous as I feel

As agreed upon moments ago by the judge this was to be a fair trial , that being said I have the right to object

Your honor Charlie looking to the judge I will have, we’ll Gabe will have the right to cross examine, but my objection is that the witness is using hearsay and not facts in her testimony putting words in the mouths of and leading other witness it should be struck from the record!

I had appeared among the others at the beginning, and now listen to the trail with critical ears. I nod only a little throughout la's speech, but I can't say a agree with her 100 percent.

Leo

We will give them the chance to speak, and I will examine the facts. No witness may speak for another however. We will remove that from the testimony

Thank you your honor her statement “I’d do anything” shows extreme bias which means her credibility is severely in question and she implied with “anything” she may be willing to lie on the stand

Ma’am the first wasn’t an outburst it was a legal argument which happens at a court hearing, and the last was a comment directed at me I responded to . These are not outbursts as you claim but perfectly legal for one and the second being a response . Kindly check your laws

I can’t help but laugh but it did give the bunker a legit business idea to cover costs on our hunting adventures

Gabe is not exactly.... a bad God. He is great! And we have fun. But what really hurt the most for me and why I think he should be removed is the fact that he doesn't take the other person's "feelings" even saying the words in that text feels weird, and I shake it off into account. He killed all of us a number of times. But when he killed Castiel in front of me, my eyes going black as tears fall down my cheeks and my voice shakes a bit the man, the angel I, I, I guess, I love, something inside me.... I don't know if it broke, or what. But it hurt. It hurt bad. I don't know if he understands what that is like... taking a deep breath I chance another glance at Cass that's all I have to say.

No. My issue is you don't take anyone else's feelings into account. I had NO idea if he was ever coming back! getting a little upset I take a deep breath do you know how that feels? The not knowing if you will ever see them again? rolling my eyes and your go to "I am God I can do anything" making the air quotes with my fingers is not a defense, or a reasonable answer.

Yes I do, and in my defense, at the time I wasn't used to having human feelings like love. It scared me, and at first I didn't want it. Then I saw how much looking away from Gabe, a little ashamed you cared for Donna. And I thought maybe, I might be feeling that with Cass. not looking at anyone, my hands in my lap

Gabe

And I understand that let me move in from Cass. Do you think that bringing Sam’s mom and dad back was not considering Sam’s feeling about missing his mother? Or that I haven’t been there in numerous occasions for Charlie, you said it yourself about Donna, Henry needing reassurance and guidance numerous times have I not been there? Is this not taking other people’s feelings into consideration?

I guess, that's true. raising my shoulders in a slow shrug

And would not consideration of you and Cass thinking of both of you?

a smile twitches at the corner of my mouth

First off I don't want to be here, but I have no choice so anyways. I don't like saying anything bad about people. I got killed by cookies and I don't like cookies anymore. Can I be done now please.

Rachiel

No, I'm sorry, you must wait.

Leo

Gabe, do you have any questions for the witness?

I don't want to be dead even though I want to see my brother again

Well that I can do for you. I feel horrible about the cookies but I was in a no win situation that had to look convincing to anyone dark being, and in the end it saved not only your life but the entire teams lives, would you have done the same in that situation?

runs off the stand to go cuddle crowley

6. With the agreement to prosecute Gabe at trial Leo claps his hands making everyone (every team member, Gabe, Donna, both Klaus, number 5, Cass, Balthazar and all the nephilim) appear in the court room . Everyone looks around wide eyed and talking amongst themselves. The team on one side, Cass, Donna and Gabe on the other. The team glaring at Gabe. Leo calls for order in the court, and everyone starts to settle down taking their seats. Rachiel appears reading off the list of charges against Gabe and argued explains what will happen should Gabriel be found guilty of the heinous crimes . ( feel free to make snarky comments to each other) asking Gabe if he understands the charges, Gabe says he does. Rachiel tells them that the trial may begin and that the prosecution ( Atheen and Rachiel ) may present their case.

7. One by one Rachiel and Atheed call witnesses to the stand (everyone from the team takes their turn this is a free run but be respectful to each other and do not start distracting in the court room of bts) with Gabe getting a chance to ask questions in cross examination. Eileen, Bela, Bobby, Meg, Henry, Ellen, Ruby, Jo, Charlie, Patience Sam, Gabe
