Photographer Richard Avedon in Vogue, Life and in Harper’s Bazaar photographed the world’s most beautiful women and most important celebrities. Along the way he changed the fashion photography game for the long run. It was Avedon that first photographed the doe-eyed and long-legged Twiggy, helping her achieve iconic 1960s it-girl status, that showed us the real-life faces of the American undercurrent, and Avedon that reminded us that photography doesn’t have to be quiet and stale and emotionless.

this is more a celebrity as a whole thing rather than just a zendaya question. with the strikes not looking anymore hopeful, do you think more celebrities will be attending NYFW in September just to get out and back into the public eye without breaking any union rules or do you think the usual crowd of attendees will remain the same?
Hmmmm… they might show up to NYFW for the Helmut Lang show, and probably to LFW for the Phoebe Philo show because those are the two highly anticipated shows but there aren’t that many events happening at NYFW this year season(like the Harper’s BAZAAR Icons Party, not happening this year).
But I’m hearing that there are a slew of celebrities (and a very high ranking U.S. Politician) expected to show up at Venice though. So there will be SOME content at least for the time being.
