Part of me wants to continue the tradition of preordering the new svt album but since it's functionally a repackage and I never buy those idk. I know I'm just going to pull scoops again either way. 😭 I'm like 7 albums deep and have yet to pull scoops in some capacity. I got the same scoops twice in heng:garæ so that was fun. I'll probably just end up buying one of the older restocks.

"the good life is just ahead of us." — gojo satoru.

Why he insisted on being the one to marry you, and not someone else, was a question that plagued your thoughts. After all, he had an uncle who could have fulfilled the role just as easily. The Gojo name alone would have been enough to shield you from the Zenin clan's influence.

THIS WAS NOT WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING FOR YOURSELF. But you supposed here you were, a wife. The soft glow of paper lanterns illuminated the room, casting a warm, serene light over the two of you. You sat side by side, still adorned in your wedding kimonos, the delicate fabric rustling softly with each movement.
The faint scent of incense lingered in the air, a reminder of the ceremonies that had just concluded. The traditional wedding had been beautiful, a blend of solemnity and joy that now left you in a quiet, reflective mood.
You never expected to marry, not even as once an heir to the Zenin. The idea of marriage seemed distant and inconsequential, especially given your upbringing in the rigid traditions of the sorcerer clans. But fate had a way of surprising you, and you found yourself facing a future you never anticipated. And to make it even more unexpected, you were marrying someone younger than you, your kouhai, Gojo Satoru.
The age gap of just three years seemed trivial in the grand scheme of things, yet it was enough to raise eyebrows among the conservative circles of the jujutsu world. But age was just a number, and both of you were of age, mature enough to understand the implications of your union.
It wasn't a marriage born out of love, at least not in the conventional sense. Instead, it was a pragmatic decision, a calculated move to protect yourself from the suffocating grip of the Zenin clan.
As you stole a glance at Satoru, you couldn't help but marvel at the stoicism that seemed to define him. Despite his youth, there was a wisdom and resolve in his gaze that belied his years. He carried himself with a confidence and grace that commanded respect, a stark contrast to the uncertainty that gnawed at your own heart.
Why he insisted on being the one to marry you, and not someone else, was a question that plagued your thoughts. After all, he had an uncle who could have fulfilled the role just as easily. The Gojo name alone would have been enough to shield you from the Zenin clan's influence.
But Satoru was adamant, his determination unwavering. He saw something in you, something worth protecting, and he wasn't about to let you face your fate alone. His loyalty and selflessness were qualities you admire, even as you grappled with the weight of his decision. And so, with a mixture of apprehension and gratitude, you embarked on this unexpected journey, unsure of where it would lead but determined to face it together, hand in hand.
Life as a Jujutsu sorcerer was a tumultuous journey, fraught with uncertainties and dangers lurking at every turn. From the moment you embarked on this path, you knew that your existence would be defined by battles against cursed spirits, the constant threat of death looming over you like a dark shadow. In such a perilous world, thoughts of marriage seemed like distant fantasies, unattainable dreams reserved for those fortunate enough to live outside the confines of the jujutsu society.
As you navigated the treacherous waters of sorcerer life, you couldn't help but envy the love story that your parents had shared. Theirs was a romance that had transcended the boundaries of clan politics and societal expectations, a testament to the power of love in the face of adversity. But such tales of enduring love felt like distant echoes in your own reality, overshadowed by the ever-present specter of clan obligations and duty.
Over the years, you had watched as your peers found love and companionship, forging meaningful connections amidst the chaos of their lives as sorcerers. Yet for you, the prospect of marriage remained an elusive dream, a distant star shimmering on the horizon but forever out of reach. Clan politics and the weight of tradition cast a long shadow over your hopes for a happy ending, leaving you resigned to the belief that such joys were simply not meant for someone like you.
With each passing year, your hope for finding a partner dwindled, replaced by a sense of resignation and acceptance of your solitary fate. The idea of experiencing the kind of love that your parents had shared felt like an unattainable fantasy, a bittersweet reminder of what could have been but never was. And so, you resigned yourself to a life devoid of romantic love, finding solace instead in the company of your fellow sorcerers and the shared purpose that bound you together in the fight against darkness.
There was no reason to settle down, to have that sort of normal that most people do. Not even when Kaiko was alive, not even when you were your father’s heir to the Zenin. And so, you lived your life as you always have — chasing after curses and killing them. Listening to the voices in your head. Let Kaiko haunt you in your dreams. Rinse and repeat. You were alright with that. You were more than satisfied with what you have.
You’d taken a break from doing missions a year ago. You had a breakdown a year ago, when Suguru left. And you didn’t want to deal with the aftermath of it. You didn’t want to see anyone. Not even your own mother. Yet your grandfather, Zenin Naobito, had visited you one day. And your whole world started to spin. You were forced to return to the Zenin clan against your will and an ultimatum was forced.
The prospect of being wed to your uncle Naoya to secure your position as Fushiguro Megumi's guardian had been a nightmare. You had always hated him, as much as you did every member of your father’s clan. But you understood why it was Naoya. All your other uncles were already married. Jinichi was not one to take another wife after he had brutalized the other with deadly childbirths. Naoya was seen as grandfather’s heir by the clan elders. And you knew that it was only a matter of time before they sprung up a trap.
You sat in the grand hall of the Zenin estate, the tension in the air palpable. Your grandfather, Zenin Naobito, was seated across from you, his stern gaze fixed on you with the weight of his authority. The room was silent, save for the occasional rustle of the traditional paper screens and the faint sound of the wind outside. This was a meeting you had been dreading, but it was inevitable.
Naobito's eyes bore into yours as he finally spoke, his voice cold and commanding. "You know why you're here," he began, each word carefully measured. "There are matters that need to be resolved, and you are at the center of them."
You nodded, already anticipating the ultimatum that was about to be laid out before you. "I understand, Grandfather."
He leaned forward slightly, his expression hardening. "Your duty is clear. Marry Naoya and solidify our clan's future. In return, I will let you have  the responsibility to take care of Toji's children.”
Your mouth felt dried. “And if I refuse?”
“If you refuse, well it is a simple matter. Jinichi will take over their guardianship. Considering Tsumiki is his daughter and Megumi is Toji's son, he has every right to them."
Your heart sank at his words. The idea of marrying your uncle Naoya was repulsive, but the thought of losing Megumi and Tsumiki to Jinichi's care was unbearable. He was brutal. Children had no need to be around such a man like him.
You took a deep breath, trying to steady yourself. "And if I agree to marry Naoya, I will be allowed to take care of Megumi and Tsumiki?"
Naobito nodded curtly. "Yes, that is the arrangement. Fulfill your duty, and the children will be yours to care for. Refuse, and you will have no say in their upbringing."
You clenched your fists, struggling to keep your emotions in check. "Grandfather, Naoya is not a suitable match for me. He is—"
"Megumi Fushiguro is the future of this clan, but he needs guidance." Naobito interrupted sharply. "Naoya will be his mentor. You will marry him and fulfill your role. This is not a matter of personal preference, but of duty and honor."
You looked down, feeling the weight of his expectations pressing down on you. "But what about the children? Naoya may be their biological relative, but he does not care for them. He sees them as nothing more than tools for the clan's power."
Naobito's eyes narrowed. "That is not your concern. Naoya will raise them according to the clan's traditions. Your concern should be with your duty to this family and help him in doing that duty."
You felt a surge of anger and frustration. "My duty is also to those children. They deserve a loving home, not to be treated as pawns in a power struggle."
Naobito's expression softened, but only slightly. "You have always been headstrong. As much as your father. But understand this: the clan's future depends on this marriage. Sacrifices must be made for the greater good."
You took a deep breath, trying to compose yourself. "And what about my happiness? What about the children's happiness?"
He sighed, as if the question was a nuisance. "Happiness is a luxury we cannot afford. This is the way of the Zenin clan. You were born into this family, and with that comes responsibility."
You looked into your grandfather's eyes, searching for any sign of empathy or understanding. There was none. Only cold, unyielding resolve.
"Grandfather," you said quietly, "I cannot marry Naoya. I will not subject myself or the children to a life of misery."
Naobito's eyes flashed with anger. "You dare defy me?"
You straightened your back, meeting his gaze with determination. "I will do whatever it takes to protect Megumi and Tsumiki. Even if it means defying you."
For a moment, the room was silent, the tension thick enough to cut with a knife. Then Naobito spoke, his voice low and dangerous. "You will regret this decision. You are turning your back on your family, on your duty. And the consequences will be severe."
You stood up, your resolve unwavering. "I accept whatever consequences come my way. But I will not let those children suffer because of the Zenin clan's ambition."
And for that you were imprisoned, a room which was made to restrict your power. You consistently refused, no matter what brutalizing, backhanded thing they do to you. You even refused to eat, refused to drink. You refused everything — if they weren’t going to be fair to you and just let you care for Toji’s children.
It was then that Gojo Satoru had intervened and did what he did best—forcing the higher-ups' hands and rescuing you from a fate you dreaded. Satoru's intervention was nothing short of a masterstroke, a bold and daring move that sent shockwaves through the higher echelons of the jujutsu world.
It was after all within the Zenin’s rights to do as they pleased with one of their own. A Gojo intervening in the matter of another clan was downright disrespectful. A harmful prospect at that — which sets precedence.
But he could hardly give a chance to care. With his unparalleled charisma and influence, he wielded his power like a weapon, manipulating the strings of fate to orchestrate your liberation from the clutches of Zenin Manor.
His actions were swift and decisive, catching even the most astute observers off guard. With a calculated precision, he leveraged his connections and resources to launch a daring rescue mission, breaching the formidable defenses of Zenin Manor with ease.
For Satoru, there was no obstacle too great, no challenge too daunting. He moved with a sense of purpose and determination, fueled by his unwavering commitment to your well-being.
With each step he took, he drew closer to his goal, his resolve unyielding in the face of adversity. And when he finally emerged victorious, cradling you in his arms as he carried you to safety, it was a moment of triumph unlike any other. The weight of your freedom hung heavy in the air.
When he finally laid eyes on you after a year apart, locked inside the oppressive confines of Zenin Manor, his heart shattered at the sight before him. He looked towards Zenin Naobito. He had never been more furious with the old geezer than he was at that moment. He knew that the Zenin were cruel, but to do this to you? He was just too angry. Too angry to control himself.
You, once vibrant and full of life, were now a mere shadow of your former self, your spirit broken and your body bearing the scars of untold suffering. The time in captivity had taken their toll, leaving you gaunt and hollow-eyed, a mere shell of the person he remembered.
For Satoru, seeing you in such a sorry state was a gut-wrenching experience. His heart ached with a pain he had never known as he took in the sight of you, imprisoned within the walls of Zenin Manor, your once-bright eyes now dulled with resignation.
With a surge of raw emotion coursing through him, Satoru's cursed energy went haywire, crackling and sparking with unrestrained fury. In that moment, all he could think of was freeing you from this prison, tearing down the walls that held you captive and whisking you away to safety.
Without a second thought, he gathered you into his arms, his embrace a lifeline in the suffocating darkness of Zenin Manor. His heart pounded with a fierce determination as he vowed to protect you, to shield you from any further harm.
In that moment, as he held you close, Satoru knew that he would stop at nothing to ensure your safety and well-being. For you were not just his senpai, but the person, besides Suguru, that cared about him most. And as he carried you out of Zenin Manor — all he could do was stare at you. Hoping your lilac eyes would meet his.
There was little chance he would let you return there. Not ever in his life would he let you set foot in Zenin manor again. He had taken you to your maternal home, Mikoto manor. Your aunt Arisu was there to welcome you, her face contorted to a mixture of relief and worry. She had ordered servants to call for healers.
Satoru whispered things to you as you lay there in his arms. But you were too weak to register everything. The stress and exhaustion had taken their toll, and it had taken a few days for you to get some rest, to gather your strength. The dark shadows under your eyes had slowly begun to fade, and the tight knot of anxiety in your chest had started to loosen.
When you finally awoke from the haze of exhaustion, the first sight that greeted you was Satoru, sitting by your bedside. His usual playful demeanor was replaced by an expression of deep concern, his cerulean eyes full of layers of worry and tenderness.
"You’re awake," he said softly, his voice a soothing balm to your weary soul. He reached out, gently brushing a strand of hair away from your face. "How do you feel?"
You blinked, still disoriented, but the warmth in his gaze anchored you."Satoru? What?....”
“Shhhh, how are you feeling?”
“I feel... better.” You whisper to him. “It seems….you got me out of Zenin manor. Thank you."
He let out a breath he seemed to have been holding, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Good. You made us all worried."
You tried to sit up, but he gently pressed you back down. "Easy. You need to rest."
"I know," you said, a hint of a smile playing on your lips. "But I feel like I've slept for days."
"You have," Satoru replied, his smile widening a bit. "But you needed it. You’ve been through a lot."
You looked into his eyes, seeing the depth of his concern. "Thank you, Satoru. For everything. I don't know what I would have done without you."
His expression softened, and he took your hand in his, squeezing it gently. "You don’t have to thank me. I’d do anything for you."
For a moment, you were silent, just soaking in his presence. The warmth of his hand, the steady reassurance in his eyes. It was a stark contrast to the cold, calculating environment of the Zenin estate.
“How is—”
“I found them.” Satoru says to you, as though trying to reassure you. “They’re okay. Don’t worry about it.”
Your eyes reflected in relief. “Oh.”
“Yeah, made sure to hide them in a safe house, y’know?” He smiles at you. “Don’t worry too much, Genmei–senpai.”
You hadn’t heard him call you senpai in a while. You haven’t seen him in a while either. But the sound was refreshing. To hear him talk to you a little with relief. When he called you senpai then, it was because he wanted to play with you. Gojo Satoru was quite a brat. Granted, he’s still bashful about it. Still, you were surprised he was using it more respectfully. You sighed, letting your body release the tension.
"I was so scared," you admitted quietly. "I thought... I thought I was going to lose Megumi and Tsumiki. I thought I was going to lose everything there."
Satoru’s grip on your hand tightened slightly, his eyes blazing with determination. "You won’t lose them, senpai. I won’t let that happen. I’ll protect you. We’ll protect them together."
You nodded, feeling a sense of peace settle over you. "Together."
Just then, the door to your room creaked open, and your aunt Arisu peeked in, a relieved smile on her face. "Oh, you’re awake! How are you feeling, dear?"
You smiled back at her. "Much better, Aunt Arisu. Thank you for taking care of me."
She walked in, her steps light and graceful. "Nonsense, darling. It’s what family is for. Your mother is on her way, and she’s been worried sick about you."
You nodded, feeling a pang of guilt for causing your family so much worry. "I know. I’m sorry."
Arisu shook her head, coming to sit on the other side of your bed. "Don’t apologize. You did what you had to do. And now, you’re safe."
You glanced at Satoru, who gave you a reassuring nod. "Yes," you agreed. "Now I’m safe."
From then on, you just let yourself have time to recover from what you endured in Zenin manor. Satoru would be on his regular missions every other day, but he would make time to see you. He brings new sweets he finds and likes at times. You didn’t like sweets. But the more he brought to you, the more you felt in tune with him in liking them. Sometimes he and you would just take a stroll around the manor gardens, losing your minds to the mundane sound of birds chirping.
As he and Suguru used to do, he’d rest his head on your lap and just take some much needed rest he couldn’t. He’s too overstimulated most days, you know that much. He was always using his powers around everyone and everything.
Here with you, he seems to find some peace. Some relief. There was no need for Infinity around you. There was no need to be around walls between you. He could just be himself around you. And you wouldn’t judge him.
There was a day you couldn’t get out of bed. The pain on your lower back was too much. Jinichi was too rough with his brute force when you were back in Zenin manor. And so you just stayed in your room, gathering your strength.Satoru kept you company, with some conversation and for a while, that had led you to ignore the pain.
Your mother had finally arrived, her face etched with worry but also relief at seeing you safe. Aunt Arisu hovered nearby, her usual grace and composure a comforting presence. You both looked at your mother and aunt. Satoru looked at you as your face contorted with concern. You could tell that if it was the two of them, it was unbearable news. His hand still holding yours, his cerulean eyes filled with unwavering resolve to protect you.
"Now that we’re all here," Aunt Arisu began, her tone gentle but firm, "we need to discuss the next steps.”
“For what?” Your face contorted into confusion.
“We can’t let you go back to the Zenin clan, and we need to find a way to secure Megumi and Tsumiki’s guardianship."
Your mother nodded, her eyes reflecting the same determination. "Arisu is right. We need a permanent solution, one that will protect you and the children."
“Yes, I know.” You retorted back. “That’s why we’re thinking about what to do.”
“We already have a solution to suggest.” Your mother whispers, looking at you softly.
You looked between them, confusion and apprehension swirling in your mind. "What do you mean?"
Arisu exchanged a glance with your mother and then with Satoru. "We think you should get married."
Your heart skipped a beat. "Married?"
"Yes," your mother continued. "To Satoru. It would remove your status as a Zenin and give you a new standing. With Satoru’s influence, he could pressure the higher-ups to let you take guardianship of Megumi and Tsumiki. You’re their aunt, and Satoru would be their uncle by marriage. It would make things much easier."
You felt a wave of apprehension wash over you. "But… I’m three years older than Satoru. I don’t want to force him into this. It’s not fair to him."
Satoru’s grip on your hand suddenly tightened, and he leaned closer, his bright blue eyes locking onto your lilac orbs with an intensity that took your breath away. "It’s fine," he said softly but firmly. "I want to do this. Not just to protect you, but because I care about you. This isn’t just a duty for me."
You searched his eyes, seeing the sincerity and determination in them. "Satoru, you don’t have to do this. You don’t have to tie yourself to me just because of this situation."
He chuckled, a soft, genuine sound that made your heart swell. "You think this is just about duty? I’ve wanted to protect you for so long, senpai. Before all this happened. I care about you…..so. I don’t think this would be an issue, senpai.”
Tears welled up in your eyes as you listened to his words. "But… are you sure? This is a big decision."
"I’m sure," Satoru said, his voice steady. "I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life. I want to marry you, and I want to protect Megumi and Tsumiki. We can do this together."
Your mother and Aunt Arisu watched the exchange with hopeful expressions. "It’s the best solution," your mother said gently. "And it’s clear that you two care deeply for each other."
“You don’t have to love each other now.” Arisu says to both of you, smiling. “But well….that grows with time. It’s enough to care now.”
You took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the decision settling over you. But as you looked into Satoru’s eyes, you felt a sense of peace and certainty. “Are you sure?”
“I’m sure.” He says to you, his smile ever so tender.
"Alright," you said softly. "Let’s do it. Let’s get married."
Aunt Arisu smiled, her eyes shining with approval. "Good. We’ll make the arrangements. It will be a small ceremony, just family. You only need witnesses, after all.”
Satoru squeezed your hand, his eyes reflecting his relief and happiness. "Thank you," he whispered. "For trusting me."
You smiled back at him, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. "Thank you, Satoru. For everything."
Satoru broke the silence first, his voice soft but laced with his usual confidence. "So, what do you think? Not exactly the wedding you imagined, huh?"
You glanced at him, a small smile playing on your lips. "It's not the wedding I imagined, no. Well….I didn’t expect one. But it's for a good thing. Thank you, Satoru, for everything."
He reached out, taking your hand in his. The simple gesture was grounding, a reminder of the bond that had brought you to this moment. "I couldn't let them force you into that marriage. With Naoya? Not a chance, senpai! You deserve better than that."
"Hm...all for the best. For Tsumiki and Megumi too."
He grinned. "Exactly! Tsumiki and Megumi deserve a guardian who genuinely cares about them, y’know? Not someone using ‘em for power."
You nodded, feeling a surge of gratitude and affection for the man beside you. "I never expected to marry at all, let alone under these circumstances. But I'm glad it's you. I know we'll make this work, no matter what."
Satoru's cerulean eyes softened as he looked at you, his thumb brushing gently over the back of your hand. "We'll figure it out together. This marriage, it's not just about duty or obligation. It's about us, and what we want for our future."
A silence settled between you, comfortable and filled with unspoken promises. The magnitude of what lay ahead was daunting, but with Satoru by your side, it felt manageable.
“You know you don’t have to call me senpai anymore, right?”
He blinks at you. “But aren’t you still my senpai?”
“....I am your wife now, aren’t I?” You felt your ears turn red at those words. You look at him shyly. “You…you can call me Genmei. Or….or whatever you prefer.”
“Then, I’lll just call you wife!”
“S-satoru—”
"So… wife!" Satoru said after a moment, a mischievous glint in his eyes against his dark glasses. "What do you think this marriage is going to be like? Any rules you want to set right away?"
You felt yourself turn redder than before. "You want to go with that right away?"
He grinned, leaning in closer. "Absolutely. We need to set the ground rules. Like, I get the right side of the bed, and you’re responsible for all the snacks during movie nights."
You looked at him stupefied but then you laughed softly, the sound breaking the tension and filling the room with warmth.
You raised an eyebrow, trying to hide your smile. "Oh, really? Well, in that case, I get control of the remote, and you’re on dish duty for the rest of the year."
Satoru feigned shock, clutching his chest dramatically. "Harsh! But fair. Deal. And one more thing – you have to kiss me goodnight every single night."
Your mouth opened agape as you shook your head, blushing. "Absolutely not!"
"Eh! Why not? Are my lips not kissable?"
"T-that's not what—"
"I'm a good kisser, y'know! You'll waste my talents if you deny me."
"You drive a hard bargain, Gojo Satoru." You grumbled at him. "....Only in the cheek."
"But I want it to be on my lips!"
"Well that's not what I want!"
Satoru sighed dramatically. "But I want more than that."
"Well too bad, that's all you're getting from me."
He smirked, winking at you. "Well, you can't blame a husband for trying. You'll say yes one day!"
"You wish." You grumbled.
"Anything else?" His dark rimmes glasses lowered as he leaned close to you. "Anything my sugars wants?"
"S-sugars.....Satoru, really?"
"Hey, its either that or wife."
"Oh whatever." You gave into him. You looked at him. "What do you expect from the marriage?"
He looked back at you. "Well, what do you expect from me?"
You shake your head at him. “I just…..there should be no rules. Let's be honest with each other. And let's take things one day at a time.”
“I agree,” He nodded at you. “There’s still so much more I have to know about you, y’know?”
“I’ll tell you everything you wanna know.”
“Same here.” He grins at you. “Just ask first, ‘kay? So I’ll know what to say.”
“And if you wanna see other women, I’m fine with that—”
He suddenly frowns at your words. He looked almost like a child about to throw a tantrum. “Why would I wanna see other women? I’m married to you! I said my vows and everything!”
“It’s not like we’re in love, Satoru!” You rubbed the small of your neck, feeling your face warm at his words. You purse your lips at him.
Satoru leaned back, a playful smirk still dancing on his lips. "Yet," he said with a wink. "Who knows? We might just surprise ourselves."
You hit his hand lightly, turning away as you grew into scarlet. “You’re unbearable.”
“Well, I am an optimist. One man can dream, y’know?”
You rolled your eyes, though you couldn't suppress a small smile. "Always the optimist, huh?"
"Of course," he replied, his tone shifting to something more sincere. "Besides, love or not, we're a team now. And I'll do whatever it takes to protect you and the kids."
Your heart softened at his words, and you felt a rush of gratitude and affection for him. "Thank you, Satoru. I just... I don't want you to feel trapped."
He reached out, gently cupping your cheek. "Hey, if anyone's going to be trapped, I couldn't think of anyone better to be stuck with. Besides, this isn't just about duty. It's about making sure you, Megumi, and Tsumiki are safe and happy. And if that means playing house and pretending to be a perfect husband, well, I'm up for the challenge."
You laughed, feeling the tension ease from your shoulders. "Alright then, husband. Let's see if you can live up to that title."
Satoru grinned, leaning in to press a light kiss to your forehead. "Challenge accepted, wife. Now, about those snacks..."
You shake your head at him.
But a smile echoes on your lips.
You were stuck with this man for life.
But you wouldn’t have it any other way.
The good life is just ahead of you both.

epilogue
Years later, the house was filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter as you, Satoru, Megumi, and Tsumiki tackled the task of spring cleaning. It was a rare day when all of you were together, now that Satoru rarely has days off. So, on his rare day off, he was happy to clean with you guys.
So far, you can say that the atmosphere was light and joyful. Today’s task for you to clean was the attic. You were tasked with rummaging through old boxes, so you do — but that’s when Tsumiki stumbled upon an old photo album.
"Hey, what's this?" Tsumiki asked, pulling the dusty album from a box labeled "Memories."
Satoru's cerulean eyes lit up as he recognized it. "Oh, that's our wedding album! We haven't looked at that in ages."
With curiosity piqued, everyone gathered around as Tsumiki opened the album with genuine care. The first photo was a beautiful, traditional shot of you and Satoru in your wedding kimonos. You looked serene and elegant, while Satoru wore a proud grin. You were relatively tall, but Satoru was just even taller. And bigger, even when he looked that slim.
"Aww, you both look so lovely!" Tsumiki swooned, her eyes sparkling.
Megumi, on the other hand, looked mildly horrified. "Do we have to do this?"
Ignoring Megumi’s grumbling, Tsumiki flipped to the next page. The following photos were less formal: Satoru making silly faces during the ceremony, you playfully swatting him with your fan, and the two of you attempting to feed each other cake, which resulted in frosting smearing across Satoru's face.
Tsumiki burst into laughter. "Oh my gosh, Satoru-san, you look ridiculous!"
Satoru chuckled, unabashed. "What can I say? I like to keep things interesting."
Megumi cringed as he saw a photo of Satoru posing dramatically with a bouquet, striking a superhero pose. "This is so embarrassing," he muttered, though there was a hint of a smile tugging at his lips.
Tsumiki, flipping through the album, came across a photo of Satoru mid-dance, his kimono flaring out around him, and you were laughing so hard you were bent over. "This one is my favorite," she declared. "You both look so happy."
"That was a fun moment," you reminisced, leaning into Satoru. "We were trying to do a traditional dance, but Satoru kept improvising."
"Improvising?" Satoru protested playfully. "I was enhancing the dance!"
Megumi rolled his eyes. "I can’t believe we’re related to you."
"Oh, come on, Megumi," Satoru said, ruffling the boy's hair. "You know you love me."
Megumi sighed but didn’t move away. "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
As you continued flipping through the album, the laughter and stories flowed, filling the room with warmth. It was a reminder of how far you had all come as a family, through the challenges and the joys. Even in the midst of your duties as jujutsu sorcerers, moments like these were precious.
In the end, it wasn’t just the silly wedding photos that made the day special. It was the shared memories, the love and support that bound you all together. And as you closed the album and set it aside, you knew that whatever the future held, you would face it together—just as you always had.

2023 End of Year Post - kdrama edition
Yes, we have a some of December left, and I want to check out Death's Game but whatever. I got time for this now and not sure if I will have later so here goes.
This is only going to cover kdramas that aired in 2023; if I watched it but it was made in a different year, it’s not on the list. This was an excellent kdrama year, the likes of which we hadn't had in a long time.
DRAMAS WATCHED
In order of liking from least to most as opposed to pure quality so pls don't come for me, fans of some popular dramas that are on my nope list. Also, I am including if I’ve seen enough to make up my mind; yes I realize that’s inaccurate, but that’s my list.
33. The Escape of the Seven - this is so aggressively stupid and mean that it feels like the makers are playing a practical joke seeing how much their audience will take. This has a season 2 coming, so the answer is a lot.
32. Behind Your Touch - the FL gets superpowers by touching people's and animals' butts. Yes, you read this right. Do I really need to add anything?
31. King the Land - yes, it was a hit. Yes, it stars popular actors. I HATED IT LIKE IT TOUCHED MY BUTT TO GET SUPERPOWERS!!! Plastic people in paint by the numbers story, with about as much genuineness or retability as a barbie aisle in walmart. I never expect much from Yoona so whatever, but to have LJH go from The Red Sleeve to this boggles the mind.
30. Mrs Durian - this is so dumb that I think I lost a few IQ points watching this, but its insanity becomes entertaining - I mean what kdrama can you name where a daughter in law declares her love and lust for her mother in law at a family dinner?
29. The Matchmakers - there is nothing offensive about this drama at all. But there is nothing in the least interesting either. If elevator music took drama shape, it would be this show.
28. Destined with You - sorry, Rowoon, I am still fond of you, but you are two for two in drama duds department this year. This is a drama where I loved ep 1, liked ep 2, was indifferent to 3 and...you get the point. Each ep was worse than the one before, and I bailed before I was dragged into a cosmic singularity.
27. Oasis - great first two episodes. Unfortunately it was not a two ep show. The performances are solid but the story is just not there - the effect is like a fancy chef making an amazing sauce to put on pig slop.
26. Boyhood - it's not you, it's me in action. I can see why people would like it but a 34-year old playing a high schooler in a Weak Hero Class 1 Slapstick Edition is no go for me.
25. Castaway Diva - it's so precious and kooky in the most annoying ways, with the most well-adjusted abused castaway in history. I like magic realism when done by Jorge Amado, but this ain't Amado.
24. Island - it had a good concept, good cast and fun visuals but the execution deserved one of ML's swords through the neck.
23. The Worst of Evil - if I wanted an American show, I'd watch one. Very solid performances though.
22. Song of the Bandits - period edition of what I said about The Worst of Evil.
21. Welcome to Samdalri - and goodbye to any hope of emotional involvement.
20. Joseon Attorney - I have yet to like a single sageuk centered around a profession and this was not an exception. I guess it could be worse but it also could have been so much better.
19. Twinkling Watermelon - everyone loved this drama. Everyone except for me. It's the kind of precious that sets my teeth on edge and I couldn't stand half the main characters we were supposed to root for. I guess I like my fruits to shine steadily.
18. Our Blooming Youth - probably the biggest disappointment on this list. This is not a bad drama by any means, but with that cast and that story (I loved the novel), I was hoping for a memorable sageuk not merely all right.
17. Vigilante - it has the emotional complexity and nuance of a punch to the throat but it gives us quasi-gay openly-murderous dudes going after psychos and Yoo Ji Tae holding feral Nam Joo Hyuk by his hoodie at his feet.
16. The Forbidden Marriage - expected nothing but it was a surprisingly enjoyable trifle of a costume drama that was also quite pretty.
15. Arthdal Chronicles: Sword of Aramun - a hot mess but such an entertaining epic one. And it gave us TWO Lee Jun Kis in period gear and who am I to cavil at the bounty of God?
14. The Story of Park's Marriage - it's a trifle, a souffle, so light it might blow away, but it keeps my attention and is so fun and sweet.
13. My Lovely Liar - a huge surprise, that manages to mix a murder mystery and a romcom, and shocked me by showing Hwang Minhyun can act.
12. Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938 - the original ToNT was my fave drama of its year and I did not think it needed a sequel. But this is not a sequel but more of a side-quel and is such a total delight with brotherly love, adventures, romance and hijinks. It's a joy.
11. Perfect Marriage Revenge - it's actually very hard to do a soap right but this slim 12 ep drama managed. So fun, so crazy, such a good ship!
10. My Lovely Boxer - not really about sports, but about two broken people finding salvation because of and in each other. Also, if you like age gap romances, this is delicious. Sort of loses steam by the end but c’est la vie.
9. The Secret Romantic Guesthouse - this was a sageuk that was not on my radar with a bunch of actors I was not familiar with but it took my heart away. A good plot that was perfectly paced, characters and ships I adored, a logical ending. This is one of the biggest positive surprises of the year for me.
8. Tell Me That You Love Me - a slice of life remake (sort of, it's more "inspired by") of my favorite jdrama of all time. It's not as good as the jdrama because nothing could be, but it's an aching lovely story with some incredible performances.
7. See You In My 19th Life - funny and romantic and haunting and hopeful and odd. This was one of my favorites of the year.
6. Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow - it's rare for me to like a (1) sequel (2) with FL actress change (3) that is a Hong Sisters drama. But this was such a gorgeous, surprisingly achy story of love and loss and love regained with some cool monster fighting in the middle. Between the two seasons, this is the first Hong Sisters' drama I enjoyed from beginning to end in well over a decade.
5. My Demon - so tropey (chaebols, supernaturals) but it proves that these tropes are popular for a reason. The chemistry is fire, the story is unpredictable and the whole thing is an addictive delight. A rare drama where I like each new ep more than the last one.
4. Goryeo Khitan War - an old school sageuk in every meaning of the term (no romance, no eye candy, lots of bearded men, battles and politics), this feels like watching an epic movie more than a drama. The vast cast all earns their place and the performances (mainly from character actors given a chance to shine) are incredible.
3. Call It Love - two very very damaged people finding love and healing with each other. This is a narrative very hard to do to my satisfaction but when it's done well, as here, there are few things that can hold a candle to it.
2. My Dearest - a masterpiece of cinematography, narrative, performances. This is an old-school epic romance in the best sense of the term. If it doesn't make you swoon or break your heart, there is something wrong with you. A story of two untraditional, strong-willed, flawed people who fall in love in the middle of the horrifying Qing invasion of Korea and have to deal with all that the world throws at them, this is a bona fide masterpiece.
1 - Moon in the Day - who knew my favorite kdrama of the year will star a store brand Domyoji from Extraordinary You and an actress I was never familiar with. But this part period/part modern fantasy tale of doomed cursed lovers is everything I knew I wanted and everything I didn't know I wanted but did. Two lovers where their love did not save them and in modern day it might not again, has got me obsessed the way I haven't been in years.
FAVORITE DRAMA
Moon in the Day - if there is such a thing as a drama made perfectly for me, this gorgeous, emotionally haunting, utterly romantic, twisty tale is it.
WORST DRAMA
The Escape of the Seven. This drama is proof that demons exist and not sexy ones like Song Kang but horrible nasty ones who delight in the torment this hot mess inflicted on its viewers.
FAVORITE MALE CHARACTER
Do Ha, Moon in the Day - a Silla general and a consummate killer who committed atrocities on the orders of his monster father and yearned to die for them, who found the meaning in life in loving his enemy but it did not make him better, a man so obsessed he literally was around for 1500 years of horrifying ghostly existence and still went "worth it" for a woman who killed him as long as he knew she loved him while she did it. He's intense and competent and beyond fucked up and has never had a normal day and I love him so so so very much from a safe distance.
Tumblr media
FAVORITE FEMALE CHARACTER
Gil Chae, My Dearest - she starts out as vain and spoiled but the horrors that break so many others bring out all her fierce survivor potential and she becomes such a force of nature - capable of incredible love but also sacrifice and strength and compassion.
Tumblr media
Runner Up: Shin Hye Sun's reincarnator in See You In My 19th Life - quirky, damaged, strong, so odd and so vulnerable at once.
Tumblr media
NEEDS TO BE MURDERED
There are a lot of characters who fit that category (King Injo in My Dearest? My God) but the crown belongs to So Ri Bu from Moon in the Day. You think you've seen abusive parents but until you've seen a man abuse his son his whole life and then continue for 1500 years after his death, you ain't seen nothing!
FAVORITE SHIP
The doomed by the narrative OTP of Moon in The Day. Only thing that's better than enemies to lovers is enemies while lovers and their impossible relationship where her killing him is a supreme act of love and his refusing to let go is so strong that he stays around for 1500 years watching her, helpless as she dies over and over again, is everything you ever want.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Runner up: Jang Hyun/Gil Chae, My Dearest. They are so strong and so damaged and it takes them so long to figure out what they feel and what the other person feels but their love and sacrifice and complexities are perfect.
Tumblr media
FAVORITE SECONDARY OTP
Kim Shi Yeol/Hong Joo, The Secret Romantic Guesthouse - an assassin bodyguard pretending to be a carefree scholar and a widow of the man he killed to protect his king (and whose life was destroyed as a result.) I enjoyed the main OTP of this drama but I was utterly and completely unhinged for the secondary couple.
Tumblr media
I'd have probably picked Rang and his mermaid from TotNT 1938 even over them, but they really were the main OTP of that drama.
Tumblr media
NOTP
King the Land couple seems like an easy target but honestly, they are both so terribly bland and antiseptic and marketing by committee, they kinda deserve each other. So I am gonna go with Destined with You, one half of which thinks supernaturally roofying someone into loving them is cute and the other half thinks dating one woman while wooing another is totally a-ok. Ugh.
FAVORITE SCENE
There is no competition for the scene in the slave market in My Dearest, where Jang Hyun finds Gil Chae - the way he screams and tries to clutch the hem of her skirt will live in my head forever.
Tumblr media
And the scene where he 'wins' that horrifying bet, or the scene where she finds him in a pile of bodies - they are as good also. Or when he fights off a squad to protect her even though he's sick. That whole drama is perfect.
Runner up: the scene of Do Ha executing Ri Ta's family, covered in blood, as she looks at him from the crowd in Moon in the Day.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Or the scene where he talks about how he cannot live as a person but at least maybe she will kill him and he will die as one. Or when her confession in the past intercuts with his walking in the present, or when he comes home in his bloodied armor and she finds he has a fever and it's the first tender touch he's probably ever known. Her murdering So Ri Bu saying she knows she's going against filial piety in loving her parents' murderer, the way they hug, both bloody, as he says "let's live." The way she says she can't go on as she's hit rock bottom and he replies she cannot quit because she must accompany him to his rock bottom now. Honestly, the drama is a font of amazingness.
Also, the opening scene of Goryeo Khitan War or the scene of Yang Gyu ordering to shoot the captives and having to do so himself.
The OTP meeting again at the intersection at the end of ep 1 of Tell Me That You Love Me. SHS comforting ABH as he's having a traumatic breakdown in 19th Life. The love-making scene in Call It Love. There were a lot of great scenes this year.
BIGGEST CRUSH
Lee Jang Hyun, My Dearest - is that even a competition? He's flawed - vain, often emotionally closed off, not great at processing emotions, lashing out when hurt. He is also incredibly heroic in a real, knows the cost but bears it, kind of way. Whatever he does, he commits utterly but it's never without understanding the cost. He felt both larger than life and utterly real. He went through hell and maintained his soul and the way he loved Gil Chae was breath-taking to behold.
Tumblr media
Runner Up: Yang Gyu, Goryeo Khitan War - an experienced military commander who wins an impossible victory even as it ravages his soul. Competence is sexy as fuck.
Tumblr media
BEST SCENE STEALER CHARACTER
Rang, Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938 - 1938 really was Rang's chance to shine and he took it. For a character I started out disliking in the original, he really stole my entire heart in this drama. I am so glad he got his happy ending with his brother and his girl.
Tumblr media
Runner Up: Crown Prince, My Dearest. He started out as a sheltered, spoiled aristocrat, convinced the world owed him for existing. He grew up slowly and painfully into an amazing man. And then was murdered for it and I cried.
Tumblr media
NEEDS A SEQUEL
Arthdal - it leaves the story at a good stopping point but it's very much a "world in flux, adventures and conflicts continue" ending and I would love to see more of these characters. I know we won't but it would have been nice.
NEEDS SCISSORS TAKEN TO IT
Behind Your Touch - should have been snipped at birth.
TOO MANY SCISSORS TAKEN TO IT
Vigilante - I don't mean it had scissors taken to it because it's not cdrama and there is no NRTA, but this drama would have benefitted from being longer. I mean, I love fights and gay polycules as much as the next tumblr person but a bit more character development would not have come amiss. (ahaha - I said come. Leave me alone.)
TROPE THAT NEEDS TO DIE
I don't care about cops/doctors/trash collectors/whoever - workplace drama centering on their "cases" needs to die. I hate procedurals from any country and Korea is no exception.
FAVORITE TROPE WE’VE SEEN A LOT OF
Supernatural critter devoted to their OTP with all the power of their long life.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT
Our Blooming Youth - it was far from terrible but it was a giant meh. I was so excited to see Park Hyung Sik in a sageuk (that wasn't the hot mess that was Hwarang) and I adored the source novel. It actually started well and then...it's like Revenge of the Beige!
BIGGEST GOOD SURPRISE
I want to say Moon in the Day but to be honest, I was excited by posters and trailers so it wasn't wholly a surprise despite not having much of an opinion on the actors before I saw them. So I am going to say My Demon. I was bored by the trailers, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a Kim Yoo Jung drama and before this year I would have said Song Kang was an incredibly limited actor in everything I've seen him in and not appealing to me at all. And here I am rabidly rabiding for this drama!
If I am not limiting myself to dramas but can use this for actors - Hwang Minhyun in My Lovely Liar. I genuinely did not think the man could act and then he gave such a pitch-perfect, nuanced performance out of nowhere!
2023 DRAMAS I HAVEN’T SEEN THAT I MOST WANT TO WATCH
I have actually watched all the kdramas that aired this year that I wanted to check out except for Evilive. I am saving this for when I have time.
BEST NON-2023 DRAMA I’VE WATCHED IN 2023
I don't know if I'd say it's the best but Say You Love Me (2004) with Kim Rae Won as a quasi monk seduced away from his true love by an evil older woman was a hell of a ride.
MOST ANTICIPATED
Love Song for Illusion (Lady assassin falls for her royal target who has two personalities), Captivating the King (lady spy falls for her royal target who is tormented) - notice a theme? Also Flower that Blooms at Night because Honey Lee in a sageuk, The Life of Mrs Ock (Lim Ji Yeon in a sageuk), The Love Story of Chun Hwa (an "erotic" sageuk, hmmmm, what?!), Hong Rang (Lee Jae Wook in a super angst sageuk), Queen Woo (that cast and set in Goguryeo!), Wong Kyung (about Lee Bang Won's wife and I love the cast.) Basically, if it's period, I am there with bells on.

About Vivsiepop's Beelzabub
Lots of drama over Bee's design. My Thoughts:
Beelzabub's design isn't forein. She's a canine character, like the Hellhounds she rules over. She wears knicked tanktop and shorts- Just like Loona and Tex's everyday clothes. She even talks like Loona, which is the best way I can describe at the moment is City-youth culture.
About her colors-- the pink and blue aren't her true colors, those are for the "Cotton Candy" song she sings-- she's wearing cotton candy colors. When bathed in yellow. and when transformed, her clothes turn red and black, her glowy hair turns completely gold. Even her little tuft turns gold.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This Matches with the general colorscheme of the other hellhounds except for the Yellow/gold.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So her design matches other characters.
As for Bee's bug theme:
She's got six, thin, long limbs. Fly wings you can hear flapping around, antenae lashes and ears, and stripes. Which is all a call to the bug theme of Biblical Beelzabub, who may not have been specifically seen as a bee, but at least was a flying bug. Even so, there's no rule saying you HAVE adhere to previous depictions of an entity in a fictional work. You don't, and shouldn't have to know anything about the bible to track who a given character is. Biblical lore can help predict what a character's about, but the show's own writing is what makes and defines the character in that show (Something I get to later).
When it comes to character design basics, Bee's still pretty in-lane, being introduced with an easy-to-recognize silhouette.
Tumblr media
When it comes to animation practicality, Bee's base design (clothes, patterns) doesn't seem much harder to animate than these guys.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Even then, Bee's animation is very high quality in this episode, like the animation in the "Truth Seekers" episode or some parts of "The Harvest Moon Festival". They were adding extra details to the animation for fun, not because her design required it. The Honey was globbier than it needed to be, her body movements more fluid and detailed than they needed to be. It was for fun.
Tumblr media
They could have definitely animated Bee's honeymane simpler than this, if it were that much of a strain on the animators, and still retained the same design. Plus, there are shortcuts to pulling this off, like animating the basic outline first and having another layer behind it that doesn't follow the outline, but instead is cropped by it. They do this with Stolas' sparkly cape in "Ozzie's".
Tumblr media
(Obv, Bee's honey was more hands on, but you can see a similar method used if you watch how the globules move.) They can also animate the lava effect by itself and drag that animation to stay inside the outline, which they seem to do for the lava belly.
Even then. The whole point of this episode was to celebrate the show's success and progress. They did all this out of joy and to have fun. The only thing I'd say could have been concretely "better" only really applies if you approach this as a serious, plot-significant episode (Which it isn't), and that's the writing of the Bee's introduction scene (which was a song that was more to celebrate the show and Spotlight Kesha than providing important context on the characters/setting/themes.)
Other than that, most of the criticism about Bee's design is preference (subjective), expectation (subjective), or an overreaction to furries (Ironically plenty of fans of this show apparently find furries disgusting or lame and saw Bee's design and went "A canine Sin? The Furries are taking over!") (Subjective).
Acting like this is Viv being lazy, uninspired, or unreasonable, is just-- unfair, and unwarranted negativity. People are really acting like this is their work, and not Viv's. Viv didn't do anything technically wrong with Bee's design. It's one thing to not dig it (I personally still haven't warmed up to Ozzy's, and prolly never will, but I warmed up to Bee's a lot faster- especially after seeing her personality) it's another to try to shit on the creator or act like their designs are "wrong" because of expectations or personal taste, ESPECIALLY for an episode that isn't plot relevant and was made to celebrate real-world things like Viv's success in producing her own show and being able to work with Kesha.
Chill the fuck out, and kudo's to the team.
End thoughts.

Yeah.. I'll admit, when they had Twilight say "if you got this message then you found out how to give earth ponies powers they sort of already had." I was already pulling away from the show. I really feel your pain, I had so much hope for g5 after the movie. It looked so promising, and even if some of it felt a little hollow, I really thought they could do it. But then there were quality problems with the show in general, and the story of the episodes just didn't feel engaging. I really felt like they dangled the history of post g4 on a string just to be like "oops, this villain that can't do anything right on screen was actually the cause and scared Twilight so bad she broke magic". Maybe that's a little mean and we can't expect it to be lightening in a bottle, but they really dropped the boll with it.. it was absolutely a stab in the heart for me.. and like you said, the best part of it was Misty.
Yeaaaaah... that part about the Earth pony magic was also pretty questionable. Since Twilight's Kingdom/Season 4 finale (Or technically earlier with Hearth's Warming Eve) G4 confirmed that Earth Ponies were the best farmers and/or had super strength. It's just in doing so the magic that earth ponies have is more subtle and not as flashy as Unicorn magic and Pegasus flight. And G5 made it's own attempt to make it just as flashy in which they have instant grow powers. Which I can understand why they went that route so it's a little more obvious of what kind of magic Earth ponies have. But never felt necessary
Also yeah, while G4 had villains with flawed plans as well. (I'm pretty sure everyone's nitpicked about Chrysalis' actions throughout the show) Even the worst plan laid by Chrysalis may have been better than anything Opaline came up with. And we're really supposed to buy that she was capable enough to bring down a golden age in Equestria. I don't quite see what she could have done that the trio didn't already try in the Season 9 finale that was ultimately defeated by the youth of the School of Friendship (YMMV about how they executed the School in Season 8, I felt that it got a good payoff in the final two-parter)
Still, Misty was at least a bright spot in all of this. Just a shame she wasn't in a better written story. Cause goodness knows Misty provided one of the few things G5 had that Friendship is Magic didn't. (Outside of my comparisons between Misty and Sci-Twi from Equestria Girls anyway)

basic introduction to my landskap oc’s
Making an official re-introduction to my hetalia oc’s,which are all based off the swedish landskap (aka swedish statetalia),and explaining how it works n shit :D (warning for long post) THIS IS AN INFO DUMP
First off,the 25 diffrent landskap are not actually related, but They act like siblings,or at the very least like cousins.A few are actually related like siblings, and they Will be listed below
Jämtland and Härjedalen (Older sister, younger brother)
Norrbotten and västerbotten (Twins)
Västergötland and Östergötland (uuuuuhhh not sure might be twins tho)
So yeah thats it- Some landskap are also related to other landskap from neighboring countries (And with that i mean Jämtland and Härjedalen are also related to the norwegian Trøndelag).
many landskap are also closer to eachother than others, especially if they share a major city,or if they have a long history together. This might also be the case if They belong in the same ’part’ of the country, either Norrland,Svealand or Götaland. These groups occasionally have ’meetings’ to feel like grownups, but they really just hang out.
In my au,the landskap are children or teens bc i said so <3 but i might make an adult Au aswell bc yes
So you might be asking ’How tf do these children survive?’ And the answer is They have diffrent ways of getting money. Some sell stuff on their own, some work part time, and some have perfected the art of being a criminal :),most of them are kinda broke tho.
They have managed to..Erase themselves from most state records on account that they dont want be publically known, and most adopt common names or regularly change names every 20 years or so.
They also have their own homes, that they either bought ages ago, built themselves or just erased any knowledge of the estate in question.
Physical ages of all of them will be listed below (i have changed these a bit from the of versions for reasons, and dont expect them to make sense bc i value aesthetics)
Norrland
Lappland-17
Västerbotten/norrbotten -15
Ångermanland - 14
Jämtland - 15
Härjedalen - 10
Medelpad - 12
Hälsingland - 15
Gästrikland - 11
Svealand
Dalarna - 16
Uppland - 15
Södermanland - 15
Västmanland - 14
Värmland -16
Närke - 8
Götaland
Gotland - 14
Öland - 10
Dalsland- 16
Bohuslän - 14
Halland-16
Västergötland-15
Östergötland-15
Blekinge-14
Småland-17
Skåne-17
aaaand that was all the ages! Human names are yet to be decided, but Ill post those together with some characters, and if Anyone has suggestions, feel free to send em in.
i wil primarily post about Härjedalen,Jämtland, lappland and dalarna,But Ill also post about many of the others, and some May get lost bc i dont give a crap abt them <3 How They live, and just are in general
Jämtland and Härjedalen are the closest, and they live in a cottage in the Woods, right at the border between their grounds.Härjedalen is forest boi and he also has a load of scars from bad decision making, and he keeps taking home wild animals. He is also mostly non-verbal,rarely speaking with his sister.
Jämtland is calmer, and quite independent, but She still has her own moments of bad decicion making. They both have autism bc i like to project <3 They make money by either selling handicrafts, old viking relics from their youth or by working small jobs. Both can see magical creatures, but härjedalen can see them better, while Jämtland can only do it occasionally, and secretly thinks shes mentally ill because of it.
Dalarna lives in the mountains,in What used to be a vacation house/summer house. He likes to pretend that he is more modern, and less of a grasstoucher than his northern neighbors, but he too loves frolicing in nature, and he secretly misses the times before his home became one big winter vacation spot for rich city people wanting to ski.
He too enjoys to ski,but he does it uninterupted,in non-crowded hills, and he uses high quality gear.He also illegally owns a snow mobile. He makes money by selling his own stuff,or asking(forcing) Härjedalen to make souvenirs. He’s not proud, but he picks shame above starvation. He also has Adhd (again, projecting)
Lappland is a very quiet girl. She can be a bit aloof, since She is also non-verbal unless in trusted company. She can be anxious, and She lives a bit away from Kiruna. She dislikes testing her boundaries, rather sticking to her own routine. She also surrounds herself with animals rather than people. How She makes money is unknown, but she might get it through illegal means. She also acts like a responsible, big sister to the norrland gang the few times They meet.
NOW FOR USELESS HC’S THAT HAVE NO MEANING WHAT SO EVER YIPPIEEEE
-Jämtland is Kinda anxious and is prone to insomnia
-Härjedalen cant read.Or write.
-Dalarna has spent 18 years of his life with atleast one limb in a cast
-Härjedalen has a high af resistance against poison, but will fall Ill like a victorian child from one damn sneeze.
-Republiken jämtland (apparently a micronation) is a ladybug bc i said so.
That was it! Ill add more stuff as time goes by! Feel free to ask stuff bc i like spewing out info!

[Shivers, Vampiric] ...s-still thinking a lot about stuff. D&D/eberron-me.
specifically about vampire psychology.
Dark Desires. Whether or not a vampire retains any memories from its former life, its emotional attachments wither as once-pure feelings become twisted by undeath. Love turns into hungry obsession, while friendship becomes bitter jealousy. In place of emotion, vampires pursue physical symbols of what they crave, so that a vampire seeking love might fixate on a young beauty. A child might become an object of fascination for a vampire obsessed with youth and potential. Others surround themselves with art, books, or sinister items such as torture devices or trophies from creatures they have killed.
vampires in D&D sort of... they mistake the signifier for the signified. they get obsessive about things because the things represent something else that they feel compelled by, but because they're s-stuck in a negative emotional framework and can't really grow as people the same way anymore, they can't actually engage with the things they want directly in a healthy way.
and that chronic mistake, that way of seeing things, traps them in a cycle of disappointment. the signifier can never actually be the signified.
i t-think a lot of vampires get attached to people because they represent something, and then it all gets tragic and deadly when the vampire gets frustrated i-it isn't getting what it expected.
(but they don't learn, because they're frozen a-as a sort of snapshot of themselves.)
for me, w-well...
i wanted, so, so badly, to be more mature than i was. i wanted people to respect me, to like me, but i wasn't willing to admit that the ways i w-went about seeking that just turned me into a fun toy. never make a fuss. never say no. never give them time to consider i-if i'm more trouble than i'm worth.
so...
as a vampire, that's still my obsession. the idea that other people must have some sort of intangible, ineffable essence of maturity granted to them by experience. that they have to know something i don't, have some quality i don't.
but maybe i can get it for myself.
maybe if i listen closely enough, if i push myself to act like they do, if i hang out with them enough, it'll... r-rub off on me, somehow.
i can swear i can taste it in their blood.
i'm actually pretty strong-willed. i let myself get pushed around a lot as a mortal, but it was because i was forcing myself into situations i was uncomfortable with. i needed to be "good" for the people i was interested in, or i'd get kicked out and i'd be alone again.
and it means i can turn my hunger and obsession into something... constructive. with help, sure, but. i'm driven enough by my desire not to be bad, not to hurt anyone, that i find a safe, controlled way to feed myself and make sure i don't get put down like a rabid dog.
so i sell myself.
the clients get a willing girl out of it, one that reassures them overtly and covertly that she can take whatever punishment they f-feel like dishing out. vampires heal fast.
i get to surround myself with the signifier of the maturity i wish i could have. i get to go through the motions and listen to their gossip and feel like i'm closer to figuring it out.
and usually, they're gone the next day, shipped out of the port. we might never see each other again.
...it's when someone likes me, that it can get messy.
when someone gets attached.
because oh, h-how i want to be worthy of attachment.
and that's when i get obsessive. that's when i get jealous.
...at least it usually ends with me leaving, instead of hurting anyone. when i realize it's not working, that they're not rubbing off on me. that's when i decide they don't have the thing i'm looking for, that they're doing it wrong, that maybe i'm just broken and fucking it up.
their fault or mine, it's better to burn it all down and move on.

Thoughts on Xdinary Heroes' "Overload"
Tumblr media
It's been a bit since Xdinary Heroes dropped "Overload" so thought I'd drop my opinion on it.
Zzz... - Not gonna lie, I did not get the hype with this one at first. It took a few listens for me to understand its charm. I listened to it with the English lyric video and learning the song's meaning definitely helped in my appreciation of the song. Is it my favorite song on the album? No. But I like it a lot more now than I did on the first listen.
Hair Cut - So good. Like amazing. Literally, the only cringey/objectively bad part is the "Get a haircut!" part in THAT voice. I love Gun-il and I wanted him to have more lines but this is not what I meant haha. If that line was said in a Strawberry Cake-esque screamo-type tone instead with more edge then I think it would have been waaaaay better and cringe eliminated. I want to love the song 100% cause the lyrics and the meaning of the song are super good. I love listening to the whole song then the chorus comes around and I'm like "oof". I know it will grow on me, but I was expecting show-stopping award winning from this album and show stoppers don't have to grow on you. However, the delivery, performance from the boys, and music video, and again, the lyrics (beautifully self-written by them) are more than enough to win me over. It's still a great quality song from them. A bit campy? Yes, but still good.
LUNATIC - This song was so reminiscent of western rock songs I loved listening to before I got into kpop and I adore it so much!! I'm not totally obsessed with it, but I can't find fault in it either. Solid song overall.
Crack in the mirror - One of my favorites. Not only is the song good just listening to it, I absolutely love the lyrics as well. Similar to LUNATIC, I love the 2000s rock vibes. Might be one of my favorites on the album.
GHOST - THIS is my #1 favorite on the album for sure. I keep saying it and I WILL keep saying it. I love a group that writes their own lyrics and I'm so glad that XH does their due diligence by contributing to song writing. Also, I just love the way this song sounds. Alternating between this edgy singing style and the falsettos is just soooo pleasing to the ear and instrumentally, this song is amazing too. I can see why it's not the title track cause it's not as explosive, but it is an A+ B-side to me.
X-MAS - I am such a sucker for 21st century Christmas songs. Especially Christmas songs by rock groups. I will absolutely be banging this during December. It has enough holiday vibes to make it on my Christmas playlist, but also it sets a far enough boundary from your average Christmas song for it to be played anytime of the year. The vocals are just AHHHHHHHH. So amazing. Also the beginning feels like it was sprinkled with MCR vibes. I can't put my finger on it, but it just has the vibe and I love it.
Overview - Despite any criticisms I might have said about some occasional cringe and campiness, I can't be mad at it. One of the great things about rock, is that it is unapologetically honest, loud, and rebellious by nature. And I love that Xdinary Heroes so far, at least in terms of their discography and the themes in their concepts, has stayed true to that sentiment. They're shamelessly bold and embrace the weird. Concept and genre changes are not uncommon with music artists, but I hope they always stay true to that inner weirdo rockstar because if this album did anything, it was show that Xdinary Heroes is a talented and unique group of musicians and very much so needed. It felt like the music jumped right out of a Tim Burton film and the freaky carnival/Edward Scissorhands aesthetic was something I'd have never expected but I adored it and it worked in their favor so well. The over-arching message of Hair Cut – breaking free from the darkness in your mind that holds you back (and putting that metaphor in the form of hair) is not only really genius, but so important for the youth (their primary audience) to hear. They're making their mark in the industry and I love being apart of that journey.

≥ INCOMING TRANSMISSION FROM: @tximidity_
"So warm..." Still shivering, Sullivan further sunk into Ig's hold on him. He kept cold fingertips trapped in his palms so they wouldn't touch him and freeze him. His face was pale, but rosy around soft features. He'd gone out to cut wood before Ig made it to his home, running low. But he hadn't expected it to be so windy amidst the snowstorm. His body didn't have the best endurance...but he seemed very happy where he was, calming and evening his breaths. "Thank you for being my blanket." He giggled, peering up at him. "I think you're better than my quilted ones. // take a soft baby.
Tumblr media
" why haven't you waited for me? " the chastising was soft as he insisted on grabbing the other's hands, enveloping them with his own, charred fingers. permanently running hot, too hot, the cold radiating from sullivan's body was of no concern to the deity. once he felt some of his warmth being shared, his arms curled around the entirety of the youth, lifting him up and carrying him straight to bed. whatever other chores sullivan had in mind could wait.
with sully so comfortably settled against his chest, he'd even reached for the actual blanket to heighten the sensation of safety and comfort— he wasn't ignorant to the many spikes protruding from various parts of his body, but they'd made it work. " that's a very high compliment you see, your craft is of such high quality, " head was tilted in a canine-like manner, almost as if doubting sullivan's own words.
Tumblr media
" at least you're getting your usual color back, " clawed hands ever-so-gently grasped at rounded features, smiling— just wide enough to allow the tips of fangs to peek. face was pulled closer so that he could press his lips, first to forehead and then to mouth in a proper kiss, a little teasing nip delivered to bottom lip.

2022 Favorite Video Games
Tumblr media
Another year, another instance of me not really putting in the time I used to for this favorite hobby of mine. Yup it’s true, 2023 was once again a year I really did not play a lot of games in. I found myself fairly busy and not having as much time as I would have liked to play games. Sadly it has been really difficult for me to manage time in my adult life as of late, and often I see what free time I do have going towards other hobbies with more immediate pay off. With all that said though I really wish I could be back to gaming like I used to be when I was younger. I like to think what I did play was at least of high quality but with my taste that might not quite be true. I suppose I should let you be the judge of what I wasted my 2022 on. What I did play I wanted to talk about , so although it’s not really much, I hope it still makes for an interesting read.
AI the Somnium Files: nirvanA Initiative
Tumblr media
The first the AI the Somnium Files was a revolutionary title, no it didn’t do anything to change the landscape of visual novels, and no the narrative wasn’t ground breaking, it was revolutionary because of one thing: Kotaro Uchikoshi finally got a game with a good goddamn budget! Woo boy, you dunno how good that felt, the man is a legend and has created some of the best visual novels in the industry but the last couple generations seemed like no matter what he just couldn’t get major backing.
I’m really glad the first AI happened, and I generally had a lot of fun with this second entry in the series as well, but I couldn’t help but feel a lot of the magic was gone from the first game. That isn’t to say, AI Ni, as the game has been dubbed, is a worse game; just that the first AI was exciting and I didn’t know what to make of it but now I have certain expectations from a sequel and AI Ni more or less met them all just as I thought it would. The game play is a bit more polished, and some puzzles felt a little more fair this time than in the first but besides that, under the hood it’s just what you’d expect.
I definitely did enjoy a lot of the new characters introduced in AI Ni, it was a smart decision to really center about half the game on an all new cast--and I thought they were just as dynamic and interesting as the characters from the first game. It helped that their interactions with the original cast made for some material that we couldn’t have see in the first AI game too. The main premise and murder behind the game is also some grade-A fun Uchikoshi, the man is always able to write great  sci-fi goobly gunk in such a fun way that I just will always love the his work. Basically, if you liked the first AI you’ll like this one. And that’s all I have to say about AI Ni for better or for worse.
Chaos;Head: Noah
Tumblr media
The year was 2008 and I was nearly finished with High School. I was in the peak of my youth, and at the time couldn’t be a bigger weeb if I tried. I stumbled across this one interesting anime, based on a game I never heard of. It’s a visual novel and I had only just recently got into those games because of the many excellent ones released on the Nintendo DS. I can’t wait to try this out. That anime was Chaos;Head and oh boy did it begin a new chapter of my life.
I don’t know how to stress this enough, there was no market for this stuff back when it came out. Fan translations were incredibly slow too, and often involved having to run some Japanese's version of windows and even then only certain routes had English patches and the other parts of the game were still in Japanese and it was a mess. I can’t even fathom that I finally can own this! And that it is in English!
Chaos;Head is the original and progenitor of the science; adventure series otherwise known as that series that Steins;Gate was in. In a way it makes a lot of sense why Steins;Gate took off to such explosive levels of popularity and overshadowed this game, but that also is kind of what makes Chaos;Head special.
It’s so much grittier and more violent, it has a lot less mainstream appeal to it than Steins;Gate with an immediately lovable and quirky cast. Instead you have an incredibly flawed protagonist like Takumi who is an insanely flawed individual that manages to grow into somebody better. He has no self esteem, agoraphobia, and chooses to run away into fantasy from anything difficult. Plus he exhibits all the toxic traits of the fandom at that time but that makes sense since he completely devotes himself to said nerd culture in his attempts at avoiding reality. He’s a difficult character but honestly one of the best examples of a flawed protagonist and unreliable narrator in video games, hands-down.
Light Fairytale Episode 1
Tumblr media
I ended up stumbling upon this game completely by accident. Being a love letter to the classic PSOne era JRPGs and essentially being made by one guy really endeared it to me. Episode 1 is pretty short, maybe only 2 hours or so but it’s a brisk well produced vertical slice of a realized game, and I had my fun with it. No, it’s not fantastic or anything, but it really helped to entertain me one weekend and I ended up playing it twice even, the second time with the perspective of the main heroine. There’s a lot of personality in the game and it’s obviously a passion project which really shows. Trust me, I buy Kemco RPGs I know the whole “cheap profit off nostalgia” grift better than anyone, so when true passion is there, you really have fun with the game.
Pokémon Violet
Tumblr media
It’s really easy to dunk on Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. I know I did. These games are a mess!!! What a glitchy and bug ridden, unfinished, and lacking polish game. And this is one of the most profitable and beloved IPs the world has! What even is going on?! It’s easy to feel jaded and hate the game for it. Honestly the game does nothing to win you over when you start playing it. But if you give it time, damn, they really did deliver a good game after all. I know that’s a bit shit, right? “Oh the game is bad, but if you play it enough it becomes good!” I know, I know. If anyone told me that about any old random game I wouldn’t want to bother with it and think they’re an obsessed fan that doesn’t want to admit the shortcomings of their fave series. But in Pokémon's case, it’s true! Or shit, maybe I am an obsessed fan that doesn’t want to admit the shortcomings of one of my fave series. One or the other.
Honestly it’s a tragedy the development was so rushed and that it runs as poorly as it does with so many glitches. By the end of the game you can really see how creative and inspired GameFreak was. They begin to do stuff I always wanted to see them do in Pokémon games. The story begins to really take shape and becomes one of the best plots the series had since Sun & Moon. The game play loop becomes even more fun and rewarding, and worth all the bugs to get through for just one more minute. Just one more! I found myself utterly addicted by the closing hours of the game. It’s a shame all this great stuff is tied to such a poorly made game.
Sega Genesis Mini 2
Tumblr media
The model of Genesis I grew up with was actually the Model 2, in fact I was so accustomed to the Model 2 I legit never saw the Model 1 Genesis in my entire life until the internet came along. It’s weird, I owned the Model 2. My best friend owned the Model 2. My cousins owned a Model 2. I just thought this was what a Sega Genesis was and that was how they all looked. I didn’t even know it was a Model 2. So naturally, another Sega Genesis Mini console after the incredibly well made first one, and it’s shaped like the Model 2? Sign me the funk up, brother!!!
It also helps that this time around the mini console is packed full of tons of Sega CD games, something the original was lacking in. If anything you might even want to call this the ‘Sega CD Mini’ instead. The game list is pretty solid, though I am bummed about the lack of Lunar games which the Japanese version got and which we didn't. That shit is whack. Also no Snatcher is just downright infuriating, c’mon you negotiated the rights to Castlevania Bloodlines, get off your asses and go back to Konami for Snatcher, it’s only the most prized and expensive Sega CD game ever made, like you know, an easy console seller. I usually never hack my mini consoles and just keep them stock, but yeah if a hack ever comes out I’m adding Snatcher, screw it.
Okay, enough complaining, I love this little guy, it’s a gorgeous mini console, and I know I’m going to end up playing it tons when I can. I love how well it emulates the game, the borders look snazzy on it and the selection has some truly great choices like Crusader of Centy a game I definitely need to play one day. I also appreciate the extra mile M2 went just to get this thing made and how they gave us some quality of life improvements like the ability to switch from the North American and Japanese soundtracks of Sonic CD in menu and a new easy mode for Phantasy Star II.
Shenmue
Tumblr media
Like I mentioned in my anime thread, the recent Shenmue anime had me replaying this game again this year and man was it a blast! I really appreciated the insane amount of details the game had and in general the less-than-stellar elements that haven’t aged well only make the game more charming–especially the voice acting. But at its core is such an engaging and ambitious title that really just screams Dreamcast. This was an era full of experimentation and doing things like no one else had. It was an era where companies threw insane money at projects that they would definitely never make it back but who cares, it was now or never. Shenmue encapsulates all of that.
It’s at times a really dumb game with some really jank controls. But it’s also at times a game that feels alive. The sandbox world it represents is tiny, hell even its sequel makes Shenmue 1’s world feel like a joke, and today we have sandboxes the likes of which they couldn’t even dream about when this game was in development, but still somehow everything feels so alive. Interacting with the cast is so good. Learning new martial arts or just about their day, it doesn’t matter, seeing all these NPCs grow and change over time is still special, even today. There’s an insane amount of detail to everything and the amount of interaction the player can have is just stupid at times. You can open cupboards to pull out shelves to pick up an item to turn side item around to read the bottom inscription on said item. It’s a whole lot, games today don’t do that amount of detail, I really appreciate it so much today in 2022.
Who knows if Ryo’s journey will ever find its ending, the future looks just as bleak now as it did when Shenmue 2 originally flopped, but I think anyone who enjoys this era of games should definitely experience the start of this journey.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3
Tumblr media
Xenoblade 3 feels like the crowning work of Monolithsoft. It is as if they perfected almost every aspect of their core identity as game developers in this one title. It’s a masterpiece and I don’t mean that lightly. The game provides easily the best combat in the entire Xenoblade series, hell maybe even all Xeno games, I am feeling just that bold. It manages to be just so incredibly fun to play and yet constantly finds ways to keep evolving, even towards the tail end of the game after 60 or 70 hours or so, the game still throws plenty of new elements and refreshes the system and how combat works. It never gets stale and on the flipside never feels overwhelming. Xenoblade 3 is the cumulation of years of work all coming together, even if that wasn’t intentionally so, as a third in a line of games, and as how well crafted as it is, it feels that way--it can’t help but to have that impact. If it weren’t for the staff working on the game being vocal that it isn’t an end to their Xeno games I could even swear this was some grand finale.
Oh and also did I mention you can combine and transform into giant robots?! Like hell yeah, what isn’t there to love about this game?!
The game has one of the most realistic and personal feeling cast in the series. I personally related a lot to the character Taion all throughout the game, but every character manages to be fleshed out and brings an interesting perspective to what we are seeing. At times the plot can get a bit heavy, I kind of swear Tetsuya Takahashi really wanted us all to check out his pretty sweet Gundam fan fic, but this is the kind of stuff I love with these games. The return of super long and well animated cutscenes like the Xenosaga games had really surprised me as well. I know some people aren't crazy for 30 minute long cutscenes, but I dig this stuff.
Overall Xenoblade 3 is very easy for me to call my favorite game of this year. I know I didn’t play many but at least with all the hours of this game behind my belt I feel I can say I chose quality over quantity in this situation. The entire game just feels like a magnum opus for Monolithsoft and Tetsuya Takahashi. I honestly don’t know how they’ll top this one any time soon.

How to decorate your Apartments For Sale In Sarjapur Road with plants?
What is plant embellishing?
Basically, is finishing our Flats For Sale In Sarjapur Road with plants!
As and Inside Fashioner, I generally get requested thoughts and suggestions on the most proficient method to best and appropriately enliven homes.
Questions by and large differ from paint tones to ground surface sorts, from cupboards materials to what to hold tight the walls.
A portion of the inquiries, similar to material and completions, are more Inside Plan related than Style related. Nonetheless, in light of what I'm hearing, individuals are for the most part searching for simplicity of upkeep and sturdiness on all fronts, and I can't fault anyone for that! I'm on top of it, particularly having a youthful family and a canine!
The one thing individuals don't frequently think about, is the elective green and solid method for embellishing a home, or better, plant enhancing!
Notwithstanding the stylish qualities that plants can add to a home, indoor plants have numerous medical advantages, and encircling ourselves with green, residing and breathing stylistic layout is unimaginably gainful for our bodies and brains!
Indoor Plants kill poisons from the air, further developing our home air quality. They are empowering for the psyche by bringing down our feelings of anxiety and empowering a more profound rest. As the say goes; "Plants satisfy individuals", so why not allowing plant brightening an opportunity?
A ton should be possible to improve our home stylistic layout, (and office maybe), with plants.
So why enhancing with plants isn't a thought while arranging another home or a remodel?
For two primary reasons:
1) Individuals are basically not mindful of the many astonishing ways we can adorn with plants and upgrade our rooms!
2) Individuals have the confusion that plants require an excessive amount of time and upkeep.
Trust me, I'm one of the many individuals out there not having an adequate number of hours in a day to do all that it should be finished!
In any case, by essentially being keen on low upkeep plants, I found out such a huge amount about the numerous choices accessible out there for simple consideration plants, plant brightening and establishes related style objects. I got snared on the subject of plant brightening such a lot of that I need to impart this information and enthusiasm to you!
The expectation of this article is to open your eyes, (and brain), to the numerous potential outcomes we as a whole need to embellish our Ready To Move Apartments In Sarjapur Road with plants and how a few wonderful and interesting choices are nearly upkeep free!
Here are probably the most well known plant beautifying choices for our homes. And if you are still looking for affordable homes, check out CoEvolve Group Builders In Bangalore.
You can pick any thought and adjust it to suit your home, taste and way of life.
On the off chance that you don't have a lot of opportunity to commit to plants care, pick establishes that require least support, you can peruse my article on the Best Low Upkeep Indoor Plants for some direction on simple indoor plants.
Or on the other hand, assuming that you like plants that require high stickiness, you might need to consider involving them in a Shut Terrarium so you don't need to water them for quite a while!
The potential outcomes are inestimable, you simply have to adjust the plants you like to the application that suits your home and way of life best…
With the end goal of this article, remain solitary plants are "explanation plants" that become one of the significant elements of the climate they are set in. These are floor or table plants that are sufficiently large to be an explanation themselves.
Prickly plants AND SUCCULENTS
The following are two instances of plant improving utilizing moderately enormous indoor desert flora and succulents.
Huge indoor desert plants and succulents direct and sculptural shapes, improve the space encompassing them in various ways.
Desert flora and succulents are incredible plants to have for such countless reasons; they are interesting for each age and they are totally low support. I have had my Euphorbia Desert flora and ZZ Plants for north of 15 years and I water them month to month.
plant embellishing
Snake Plant on the Floor and ZZ Plant on the Stand have been matched here to make a green corner. The two plants are adequately large to be shown exclusively whenever wanted.
plant designing
I put this Euphorbia Desert plant in a pocket of our home, where it can arrive at a lot of light and furnish us with a classy step arriving simultaneously.
TROPICAL PLANTS
Tropical plants are delightful living stylistic layout supplements for plant brightening purposes!
When you find the right area for them in the house, they can develop quick!
Some require more significant levels of moistness than others, so it is shrewd to learn about plants you might need to purchase ahead of time to measure the degree of support required.

okay so i did some research on bundesliga (the german football league) for fics im writing (istg fanfics take u to places u swore ud never go to bc why do i know so much about football now?)
anyways, so turns out !! the youngest age in the bundesliga that they allow is 16. also im assuming that kaiser is part of the senior team. TWO REASONS:
Kaiser is already very well known. while u can be well known as a youth player, kaiser being part of the new gen world xi makes me think that he already played in official matches.
If you remember from the second episode, it was mentioned how Sae was slated to join the senior team of Re Al, but couldn’t due to some paperwork issues and his passport expiring. Assuming that both Kaiser and Sae are around the same age 18/19, we can say that again, it’s likely that all the new gen xi player are already professionals. especially given that Kaiser already seemed to have an active fanbase.
One thing I find extremely funny is how Sae was able to join Re Al youth because minors who are non EU citizens cant join youth teams unless they prove that they have lived in EU for 5 years at least (and the reason cant be related to football lol). So Sae joining Re Al was unrealistic. Also these kids from Blue Lock joining the teams is also funny given that theyre all minors. Blue lock is so funny.
anyways my reason for sae being forced into another position also stems from the fact that sae can still score goals very well if he wants to (as we saw during the u20 match) so clearly he can if he wants to. but he doesnt. so it feels more like someone told him “ure not suited as a striker. play as a midfielder.” if u watch ao ashi u’ll know there’s a scene like this that happens with a character (shamelessly promoting ao ashi. its so good please).
Also a lot of people are like “Sae must have been defeated by Luna.” which i highly disagree with. I genuinely dont think Sae had much to do with Luna during his time in Re Al beyond playing with him a few times. Luna is 27 and Sae is 17/18 (he just turned 18). Sae joined Re Al 4 years ago when he was 13. Luna was 23 then, already a pro. So I dont think he had anything to do with Luna about his decision. Also if we remember, Luna seemed to have some high opinions on Sae. He’s an ass but he did tell Rin that he expected high quality from him given that he was Sae’s brother (sorry i dont remember the exact words. i havent watched/read that part in a while.)
Another option could be that Sae was similar to Hiori/Kurona and other characters in Blue Lock. In NEL we see there are many blue lock players who shed their roles of wanting to be strikers as long as it means they can play. Perhaps it was the similar for Sae. Perhaps there were strikers who were better than him that limited his chance to play. Perhaps he was desperate enough to be like “yk what i’ll do whatever it takes. Even if it means switching to midfielder.”
Lots of thoughts (sorry i have adhd)
Anyways, thinking more on the inaccuracy of blue lock when it comes to football, i wonder how much true they’ll keep to real football. this is me wondering what other teams are there that are bidding on the blue lock players. Similar to restrictions on foreign (non EU) minors, there’s also restrictions on how many foreign players are allowed on their roster. Which is a max of 4 i think. But there’s also like more bs so whatever. This makes me wonder how many of blue lock players got offers from other teams. Even the local J1 teams. I refuse to believe it’s only international teams going after these kids. Mind u the foreign player restriction applies everywhere in EU. So I refuse to believe that all these elite clubs will be bidding on all the kids when they could be bidding for more experienced foreign players. I’m thinking that those who get lower bids are from J1 teams.
(this is me begging the author to reveal who the other teams are so I dont have to scratch my brains on their names! This could have been easier if the author kept the og names of the team like they did in Ao Ashi. Alas.)
anyways im just rambling all over again lol.
as someone who reads both blue lock and ao ashi i cant help but look at the european youth teams and compare the two. not in a bad way but wondering how much of the ao ashi (which is clearly inspired by the real youth clubs in our world) is similar to the youth clubs in blue lock.
i consider kaiser and sae when i make this comparison. in ao ashi we delve into the spanish youth clubs (with the primary focus being barca youth) and it makes me wonder how kaiser is still considered a youth player if. or is he already in the senior team (is that properly clarified in the manga? all ik is the players are just the u20 players from bastard. so does that mean theyre not in the senior team yet?)
Also when it comes to Sae I wonder how much of the team had an influence on his decision to become a midfielder. We all know how important midfielders are. Especially one as highly skilled as Sae because the strikers can shine through their help. (Recently through the NEL it’s shown more as we see Charles, Ness and Hiori.) But also why did he become a midfielder? This point is where I think about Ao Ashi and the explanation of the clubs of La liga. how brutal the system of the youth academies are. In Ao Ashi when we see flashbacks through the eyes of Barca youths players we see the brutality of that system. Kinda like Blue Lock but the kids are even younger. WAY younger seeing that theyre thrown into this world at like 10/11. We also see how the coaches will easily change ur position without informing u. One day you’re a striker and the next day you’re a defender. It happens in the manga.
Which makes me wonder if that was what happened to Sae too? Whether it wasn’t his choice but more so he had to give up because the club gave him no choice.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When talking with Rin after his return, we can see that Sae looks pained. It doesn’t look like someone who gave up on being a forward. So it genuinely makes me wonder if the youth clubs of Blue Lock are similar to the ones in Ao Ashi with the clubs being truly that brutal and forcing players into playing positions they don’t want to.
Anyways i’m just rambling because i’m like why did he change his position?

Parent’s weekend. The three-day yearly event invented to convince your parents that the college tuition they were paying was worth every penny, and that you were getting a quality education. Your mom and dad couldn’t come out this year though, as they had promised they’d see your younger sibling this year at their university for the same event. Not that you minded the trade-off, you’d be too preoccupied doing keg stands and dancing the night away at the “orphan” parties. Those were the parties thrown by the students whose parents never came around. Your boyfriend, Megumi Fushiguro was the king of these parties- that’s actually how you had met. This year’s party was going to be even better than the previous ones- or so you thought. When you woke up that morning, you were surprised to have other plans:
Megs: My dad is actually in town this year.
You: Wait… in the 4 years we’ve been in school he’s never showed???
Megs: Yeah, he has a work break or something.
You: I thought you….
You: Don't you…. hate him? Don't... we hate him?
The we being your show of solidarity to your boyfriend.
Megs: Believe me if I could have said no I would have. He just showed up at my place.
Megs: We’ll have to rain check on the parties.
Megs: Bars next wknd?
You sighed at your phone. Looks like there wasn’t going to be a party after all. You knew your boyfriend wasn’t close to his father, but it was still important to make a good first impression, or so you told yourself. After all, even if he was shitty, he could very well be your father in law one day…
You: Well how about we have dinner? I can cook?
Megs: Don’t bother- he’s not really worth the effort.
You: Babe, c’mon. I’ll make your favorite!
You: At least let’s make the best out of it….
You: And I’ll even make dessert…
You snapped a picture of your newest lingerie set, which was placed neatly on your bed. That would get him for sure.
Megs: When you put it that way I’m not gonna say no…
Megs: Wear that to dinner and I’ll play nice.
Checkmate.
You: Good boy. I’ll be over in a bit.
Megs: Fuck off. Love You.
You responded with a simple heart and headed off toward the store to get dinner prepped. Playing wifey for a few hours was sure to make you look good. What could possibly go wrong?
When you got there, Megumi didn’t answer the door, but instead- a much bigger, older Megumi-type. He looked just like your boyfriend- a glimpse into the future if Megumi were to really start hitting the gym. Clad in nothing but a towel, he poked his head out of the door, adjusting the fabrics that lay around his waist.
“Well you… must be Y/N.” He wasn’t shy about anything.
“Don’t just stand there, come on in,” he opened the door wider, allowing you to see even more of him. His biceps had to be the size of your head , and that was just a rough estimate. He looked a lot younger than you expected too, his face was hard but youthful.
“I didn’t expect it to go this way either,” he quipped, calling you out on your obvious embarrassment. Your gawking wasn’t helping either. He seemed alright about it all though- much the opposite of you. He let out a hearty laugh, extending one hand while keeping the other tightly clad around the small towel that covered his lower half.
“Toji Fushiguro.”
Setting down one armful of groceries at the doorstep, you shakily took it- careful to breathe your way through the encounter. Of course you were flustered by the awkward overtones of your first introduction, but the fact that your boyfriend’s father looked.. like that, only added more fuel to the fire. You couldn't help but think that maybe this was why they didn’t talk much, or why Megumi never really liked bringing him- or any of his family really, up.
“Yep.. That’s me... Nice to meet you,” the words spilled from your lips as short, shallow gasps. You could barely look him in the eye as you took your first steps into the threshold of your boyfriend’s place.
“Sorry about this,” he remarked, addressing the elephant in the room.
“Megumi said you weren't going to be here for a few hours.”
He bent down to help you with the groceries, only to fully realize exactly the position he was in- opting instead to let you handle the bags of food as you took your first steps inside. Megumi’s dogs immediately greeted you, familiar with your presence. They urged you to squat down and give them a few good scratches behind their ears. You found yourself looking up at him again, noticing how the water of his interrupted shower ran down his chest and abdomen. Your mind snapped back into itself- reminding you of just exactly who you were speaking to. Pulling yourself back up, you took a deep breath and tried to push the heat out of your face, the flustered sensation starting to pinprick its way down your body.
“I- um, I wanted to come early to help out with dinner,” you stammered, starting to put your keys on your assigned hook in his place. The dogs were still swarming, brushing up against your exposed legs. Toji raked a hand through his stringy, wet hair, allowing you a fuller glance at his incredibly toned physique. For what it was worth, you’d never tell he was a father just by looking at him, let alone a father with an adult son like your boyfriend. They would be much more fitting passing as brothers- clearly Fushiguro genes were strong.
“Kind of you- I know my kid can’t cook to save his life.” Now that you were both inside and out of view of the neighboring complexes, he helped relieve you by taking two bags from your arms.
“You’re definitely a good girl.”
The comment threw you off slightly. You weren't sure if he was being sincere or patronizing, but it made your body feel like jell-o. The water clinging to his body slowly dissipated, the air drying him off, yet still leaving his body glistening at every curvature of his muscles. As you passed him to head to the kitchen, he followed closely behind. Your boyfriend’s father had a presence- it was heavy, present, and authoritative- but it also carried an air of mystere similar to that of his son.
You awkwardly chuckled, muttering in acknowledgement of his comment, trying not to fixate on his word choices too much. When you reached the kitchen, he helped place all of your ingredients on the counter, for some reason sticking very closely to you, and making it apparent before you crossed over to the sink to wash your hands and begin prepping. It was then that he made his way back to the door, voice trailing off as he left you alone.
“I'm sure you know where everything is- I can leave you to it.” He seemed polite enough. But it was also such an awkward encounter that there couldn’t be much room for anything else.
And he was gone. When he came back downstairs, he was fully clothed, much to your relief. You could barely focus on cooking, almost nicking your fingers several times over due to the fact that you couldn’t shake the sight of your boyfriend’s really hot dad- shirtless and dripping with water. It wasn’t helping that even though he had a shirt on, the fitted fabric still showed off his muscle definition. ‘You’re definitely a good girl’, looped in your head like a broken record. Just how good were you if this was starting to turn you on? Really, of all people, of all times, your boyfriend’s father? You needed to get a grip.
“So, since you’ve seen me pretty much naked-  I guess I can skip the peasantries,” he called out from across the threshold, taking a seat in the living room. He wasn’t shy about anything- it was as if he had no shame at all. Maybe this was why he and Megumi hadn’t gotten along, he was definitely much more reserved than, whoever this was.
“Come have a seat,” he called from his space on the couch. As you peered over the kitchen island and out of the nook, you could see he created a small space for you next to him.
Sitting down, you made yourself as comfortable as possible, trying to make sure he wouldn't notice the heat on your cheeks or the way your voice cracked as you spoke.
“You’ve been dating my son for a while, haven’t you?”
“Um, about two years or so, yeah,” you replied, feeling a familiar sensation of butterflies begin to swell in your stomach.
“Well shit,” he sounded surprised. “I should have come around earlier than this.”
He leaned back into the couch, draping an arm around the back of it- and you- as he made himself more comfortable. His legs spread out, taking up most of the space on the cushions that were between you.
“So,” he continued. “Two years huh? You’re both happy, then, I take it.”
You fiddled with your fingers before nodding. It was small talk, but for some reason, it made the hairs on your neck stand up. You hadn’t noticed how close he had gotten to you, the tension in the air clouding your vision. The seconds of silence in the air were palpable, further silencing you by allowing a lump to form in your throat as he placed one hand on your thigh, slowly tracing a finger up to your dress’ hem.
“He makes you happy?” He asked again- a bit more insidiously this time, starting to tug at your clothing with his fingers and staring directly through you. His eyes were hungry- sinister even.
You were frozen. You wanted to move, to say something, say anything- but any resistance was futile. Fixing your mouth to say something instead you simply leaned forward, melting into his touch. He grazed your mouth with his, a feather light kiss that begged for more entry. Intoxicated by his presence, you could just barely trace the scar on his lip with your tongue, briefly remembering where you were and who you were with only for a second.
“I- what are you-” the moans you were exhaling became his green light.
“Shhh, you don’t have to pretend.” he hummed, slowly gathering your hair to push over your shoulder. The looming feeling of his frame behind you made your stomach flip. His breath was hot against your ear as he lowered his voice to a soft whisper that made your skin blister with goosebumps.
“I saw you. I knew from the moment I opened the door what you thought of me, y/n.”
His thick fingertips pushed their way underneath the strap of your dress, gently peeling the thin string from your shoulder and letting it fall down your arm. Your head lolled to the side, and then back against his chest, allowing Toji access to your unmarked neck. Slowly, you felt the sticky heat of his tongue run from your collarbone, to your ear, just barely pulling your earlobe through his teeth as he let out a  low growl.
“Let daddy take care of that.”
His free hand roamed down your body, pulling your dress down fully to pool at the bottom of the couch, fully exposing yourself and your pretty new set- the one that you had worn for Megumi.
“Well look at how fucking pretty this is…” his words lit your skin ablaze.
“All this for my son, no doubt. We’ll make sure it doesn’t go to waste, yeah?”
You whimpered. He looked just like him. It wasn’t him- but you couldn’t stop yourself from falling further down the trap Toji had set.
Flipping you onto all fours, he quickly lined himself up with your hole, a lewd chortle coming from his mouth as you felt his spit replace a lack of lubricant. He was careful enough to push your delicate lace panties to the side without ripping them, still remarking how beautiful the set was as he gripped at the fat of your ass. Rubbing the tip of his cock against your slit, he combined the wetness of your slick and his spit, opening you right up as he started to fuck into you. The stretch burned as Toji pushed further into you, hissing as he gave you more time to adjust to the girth. Even without the extra prep, he felt much different than Megumi- in a good way. You couldn't see him, but you could feel every single inch of him pressing further into your stomach, just barely knocking at the door of the spot you needed him in most.
“Tight fucking fit,” he remarked, blowing air from his lips. This time, he pushed all the way into you, sending your body lurching forward and causing a stream of lust-laced profanities to fill the room. As you cried out, your head flew backwards. Toji took this as an invitation to keep you there, taking a fistful of your hair and snapping your neck into place. You were looking up at him, tears of blissed out pleasure welling in your eyes as he stared. He licked his lips, taking the pad of the thumb on his free hand to trace your mouth, pulling it open by your bottom lip. In one swift movement, the hand cupping your face pushed your cheeks together, involuntarily pushing open your jaw as you saw a string of saliva leaving his mouth to hit your tongue.
“Swallow,” he commanded, abruptly pushing your face back down into the couch cushion.
Doing as you were told, you raked your lips through your teeth, drinking it all down; back arched like that of a cat as you relished in each kiss of his cockhead at your sweet spot.
“How’s that feeling, pretty thing?” His voice was dripping in false comfort as he picked up the pace, drilling your body ever so skillfully. One hand reached around your midsection to begin rubbing soft, teasing circles at your clit. Coupled with the dizzying pace of his hips and the heightened fear of the love of your life possibly walking through the door at any moment, you were slowly slipping into a new sensation; it was a sordid, sickening fear based pleasure, one that built up so much more pressure inside of you.
“It feels- hmhh-” you could barely get the words out. It felt like a cacophony of awe, joy, terror, and the most deliciously sinful pleasure you could ever feel.
“It feels good, daddy- so good.”
“Look at you, so close and I’ve barely given you my all,” he sounded pleased.
“We can’t have Megumi finding out about this, now can we, hmm?”
You shook your head, eyes widening out of fear that he’d stop- especially when you were this close. It would be the worst possible scenario, next to you getting caught on the couch like this. But somehow, some way, not being able to cum by Toji Fushiguro’s doing was still slightly the worst outcome.
“So then we can’t leave a mess,” he grunted, speeding up yet again, causing your toes to curl.
You felt yourself bracing as you began to white out, tightly clenching around him.
That’s it, he urged. “So good cumming for me just… like… that…”
He staggered his words, pulling out of you as you came down. Not giving you a second to adjust, he took your hair again, pulling you to the ground right in between his legs.
“Show me how good you are, sweet thing.”
Without hesitation, your mouth opened wide, ready to savor the taste of him. He didn’t hold back, cum oozing from his cock in quick, thick spurts directly to the back of your throat. Upping the ante, you took hold of his length, jerking him off onto your tongue yourself. Giving you a pleased smile, Toji wiped the corners of your mouth with one of his thumbs, taking it upon himself to get a taste of his own medicine.
“Such a good girl,” he purred.
There was a quick beat for both of you before you could hear a car alarm click in the driveway. Immediately panic setting in, you looked at Toji, who looked at you, seemingly unphased. He pressed a finger to his lips, picking up your dress and throwing it into your arms all while pushing you to the guest bathroom down the hall. He closed the door behind you, rushing to greet his son and buy you a few seconds to get your shit together.
“Where’s Y/N? Her car is here?” You could hear your boyfriend stepping into his space, inching feet away from where you had just been absolutely torn in half by his own father.
“I’m in the bathroom, Megs! Be right there!”
That was all you could manage, still savoring the flavor of Toji’s cum on your tongue.
This was going to make for an interesting parent’s weekend, for sure.

Not So Bad
Tumblr media
Modern Sukuna x Reader
Working late had been the bane of your existence, only getting worse when a certain man started showing up to your store’s parking lot to light his joints.
Word Count: 2.7K
Warnings: 18+ implied sex, mentions of weed.
(A/N: should I make a part 2? It seems pretty popular
Couldn’t come up with a name for the store so I used Anavrin from ‘YOU’)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“11:00 pm? Again?” you rubbed the back of your head trying to hide your frustration, the store manager nodded his head, sighing you agreed to stay late at work again since the closer frankly did not want to stay. So now here you are grumbling as you finish sweeping the floor and checking it off your log. You worked at a high end grocery store named Anavrin, a store that swore to sell organic produce and products to the best of quality. You took up a job here in your senior year of high school, planning on working for a few months to save up for college. And yet… 4 years later you’re still here grumbling at the extra hours you had taken. After your second year of working you had a promotion to supervisor… woo hoo!!... but it turned out it was more responsibility than expected. But it paid a little more and you could not argue with that.
‘I should be a little more optimistic, I’m graduating uni this year’ you’d tell yourself anytime you wanted to pull your hair out because of your measly job. You finished turning off the lights and locking the door, sighing as you felt the cold fall air hit your tired face, taking a deep breath of fresh air… wait a second “Who the fuck is smoking weed!” you yelled in a girly voice, as if this day was not long enough. Since you were in charge of a proper closing you marched off towards a tall man leaning against the back of the store, laughing and conversing on his phone. It was a little nostalgic, you remembered your highschool days, sneaking around and smoking pot in strange places. But he was not as young as a teenager, in fact his build made him look older than you.
“Hey! I’m going to ask you to leave, this is a smoke free property” You tried saying sternly gesturing to the sign right above them that read “no smoking” in bold letters. But your short stature compared to the man made you look like a kid waving your arms around attempting a snake dance.
“What on earth is this?” a man with pink hair and face tattoos said “I’m so scared, I should be so ashamed for not reading the sign” he cackled as he pressed the joint to his lips and inhaled again. “My apologies”
He did not look sorry at all.
“Look, I’ve had a long day. I’d like to go home so please go to a proper location or I’ll-” but you’re cut off with the joint stuffed to your pretty lips.
“You’ll what cutie?” he smirked as you stared at him dumbfounded, the joint stuck to your lip as you tried to figure out a reaction. But the man was already on his way towards his motorbike. Of course he had a motorbike. “First one’s always free darling, next time I’ll charge ya” he winked as he put his helmet on and sped off.
“Mother fucker” you swore and banged your head against the brick wall. ‘Never am I staying late again’ you groaned. You walked to your car, but not without tucking the joint safely in your pocket for when you got back home.
---
And that was your first of many nightly encounters with the pink haired man. You were not surprised to see him anymore in the parking lot, either smoking, laughing with friends or just sitting on his bike staring at his phone. You learned his name was Sukuna… you had asked for it during the nth time you threatened to call the cops. You also learned he sold weed to the store manager, so he pretty much had a free pass on smoking here.
“Working late again (name)? My, they must pay you a lot for you to stay here.” he smirked, watching you with grinning eyes. Your annoyance shot up at the mention of your little over minimum wage pay. They definitely were not paying you enough for the store, but giving you a delinquent like this guy… you had written your resignation letter a few times after his nightly visits. You ignored him as you walked to your car, heavy footsteps followed “I brought ya a little something” He grinned handing you a baggy with a cookie “It’s on the house, made ‘em myself”. Eyes narrowed as you tilted your head up to glare at him, but realized you were a lot closer than you expected. You could hear him breathe, feel the heat off his body and smell the spicy cologne he was wearing as you breathed a little too loudly trying to inhale the scent. “Not today darling, that package is for another date” he winked.
Oh my God.
What have you done? Sure he was hot and you didn’t mind the view, but his mouth made up for that. He was like an evil version of a talking cat. Opening his mouth to smite you, prideful like one and given the opportunity would sit on your face if you were lying down. Wait what?
“I’m not interested in you like that!” you squeeked.
He tilts his head to the side, resting his cheek in the palm of his hand “Then how are you interested in me?”
“I’m not interested unless you’re a customer, or an employee here or something!” Frustrated, you grabbed the zip loc with the cookie in it “And I’ll be confiscating this!”
“Sure thing, I made it just for you. It's a special recipe”
“I’ll let the cops know!” you yelled getting in your car, throwing the cookie on the passengers side as you sped home for the night.
“So if I was an employee…or something...” he wondered gazing at the stars, his thoughts frenzying around as his mind came up with the most brilliant idea. Cackling loudly “you’ve really outdone yourself this time me.” Laughing as he got on his bike, speeding towards his apartment.
---
“A new employee?” You mused, It was pretty hectic at work recently, one of your employee’s had quit and they finally found a replacement “I wonder what they’re like”. You asked yourself as you prepared a training checklist to go over, making sure to not make it too hard on the new guy- you heard it was his first job after all. “Hello! And welcome to the Anavrin family!” you say smiling with closed eyes, as you open them your mouth went agape. ‘What the….’ had the demon cat from the parking lot shrunk and gotten more youthful?
“Hi, I’m Yuji Itadori. You must be my brother Sukuna’s friend. He said to write your name down as someone who referred me to the job”
Chuckling nervously with the clipboard in hand you checked off the box for introductions “I’m (name) the grocery supervisor, and you would be working under me mostly.” Friends with Sukuna? Cutting your wrists open and watching them bleed sounded like the better option.
As the shift progressed Yuji showed you he was the complete opposite of his older brother. Always finishing his tasks, being kind and sweet. Everyone else loved him too, just on the first day. He was stocking milk and eggs the way you had shown him, one of the last tasks of the night. The crowd of customers thinned out as it got late and the store was closer to its closing time. You watched to make sure he was doing them correctly and if he needed any help. ‘This wasn’t so bad’ you thought, closing your eyes and leaning back.
“So how’s my little brother been (name)?”
Your eyes shot open at that voice God no please. “He’s been amazing, but you can’t just put my name as a referral without asking me-” There stood a tall Sukuna in a dress shirt with his sleeves rolled back, probably coming after finishing his day job. Majority of his tattoos were covered except the lines on his wrists that were exposed, making you gulp inaudibly. Suddenly feeling underdressed in your uniform’s polo shirt and measly work pants and sweater as you stared up at his glory.
“Sorry darling, I can’t do what?” he smirked. Mentally praising himself as his plan got into action. He couldn’t lie, (name) was interesting. Always yelling at him, cursing him and swearing that she would murder him if it was the purge. His usual charm not working gave him more of a challenge. Not to mention the way she was kind to younger brother made his heart swell a little.
The annoyance returned once you saw his shit eating grin “You can’t write my name down without asking me!”
As he opened his mouth to speak, the intercom went off, notifying everyone that the store was now closed and any remaining customers should bring their purchases to the front to pay for them.
“Yuji you can go home now, I’ll put this away and start heading out myself” you say massaging your temples with your fingers.
“See you soon (name).” Sukuna winked as he walked towards the exit, waving behind at you as he went outside to wait for his brother.
---
Unfortunately soon had never come… at least not for the last 3 weeks. Making you miss the tall man in more ways than one. Maybe he wasn't so bad now that you thought about it. The usual nightly teasing might make you seethe but you’d be lying if you said you didn’t laugh about it later in your car. Somehow his laid backness and mocking smile made your night light up a little. And the weed that you would “confiscate” really did help you unwind after a long shift.
“Maybe it was because he saw me in my uniform” you grumbled. That had to be it. You weren’t a sore look on the eyes. Right? But compared to him… you hissed as you felt your lower half heat up and tremble at the thought of the man. “Well it's only 11:00 pm… and my first class is at 9:30 am… and then I have work at the 4:00.” Debating your options…. ‘This is why I’m probably so grumpy all the time, I think too much’
“And probably need to get laid” you said aloud. Living alone did have its perks, no one could call you crazy for talking to yourself. Your friends always nagged you about your dry spell too, but one night stands weren’t really fun to you anymore. They were too shallow and you always found yourself feeling more frustrated by them than relaxed.
Quickly rummaging through your drawer, you found your lovely device and turned it on. The buzz filled the room as you fell on the bed and groaned. Your mind was wild as you thought dirty little things about the man. Your eyes rolled back and you felt little whines erupt from your throat as you imagined him on top of you with his signature smirk, choking you and teasing you, calling you terrible names and whispering dirty things in your ear.
But as quickly as you heated up, the device buzzed and suddenly stopped. Too hazy to think straight you tried turning it on and off again, soon realizing it was the battery that was dead. “For fucks sake” you threw the vibrator and it hit the wall and fell with a loud thud. Good. Pulling your covers up, scowling as you shut your eyes to sleep.
The next day only went further downhill. Your lecture was long and uneventful, you forgot there was a guest speaker instead of the usual prof, most of the class skipped anyways so you sat alone and pretended to be interested. And as you went home from campus, your car broke down on the way leaving you stranded in the heat as you waited for the tow truck. You really just wanted to buy some batteries and get some time to yourself before work. But life had another thing planned once you got home, you only left with half an hour before you had to leave for work. Which barely gave you enough time to shower, change into an excuse of an outfit, grab your uniform and run out the door. You heard a few whistles as you ran to the bus stop, most likely because of the skimpy outfit which was pretty much just a long t-shirt made into a dress with stockings. But this was not the time to be picking fights.
Work was more mundane as ever. Emptying, stocking, organizing and talking was all that seemed to happen. You frowned for the nth time in the day when you saw Yuji was not scheduled to work today and you remembered him mentioning that he was going somewhere with friends for the next two days. The boy could always turn a bad day around. He was a blessing to the department and the store as a whole. The long day finally came to an end and the weekend awaited. Stuffing your uniform in your bag as you walked out you saw a familiar motorbike and a man leaning against it getting ready to light a joint.
You didn’t think, all you could hear were your footsteps smacking against the pavement as you ran to the man. Blood rushed to your head as you slowed down, stopping barely an inch away from him. He was wearing jeans and a dress shirt and most important, that smirk.
“I didn’t realize you missed me this much darling, otherwise-” but he was cut short as your hands gripped his head and pulled him down to your lips for a not so innocent kiss. You had to admit, you liked the guy. But as he responded by deepening the kiss and sliding his wet tongue into your mouth to taste you, you realized you wanted more of him. And you found yourself in his apartment, stripped down with his face buried between your legs as you came down from your second orgasm. Him licking you clean and not missing a single bit.
“When” you panted “when is Yuuji-” but he shushed you by gagging his fingers deep in your throat.
“Not until Sunday at least” he smiled with a sinister look, your wetness coating his lips “we have the whole weekend darling” He had waited almost two months for this so he was definitely going to take his time and relish the next few days. How could he not? You were beautiful with a fiery personality, and that showed by the ways you disobeyed him on his bed to get a reaction. It seemed the roles were reversed, but this time there would be consequences. For you at least.
He was relentless but you were no pussy and would not back down either. Both of you with fire and heat taking over your bodies as you brought spark and life into the night, wanting to explore every bit of each other, not stopping until you noticed the sun starting to rise causing exhaustion to take over.
He had let you stay to sleep in, provided you with a clean shirt to wear and even made breakfast for you. Presented you with a “gourmet plate of eggo waffles with the finest Aunt Jemimah maple syrup” he said which earned him a giggle from your pretty lips.
“I can make pretty good waffles from scratch” you told him proudly, puffing out your chest in pride. But these were special to you, the whole moment was special.
“I intend on trying them,” he spoke after a moment. He thought it was out of character for him to ask for a relationship but he wanted to be with you more than just a few times. And wanted more of you in different ways. He wouldn’t get his brother involved if it was a casual fuck relationship that he wanted. Which reminded him he owed the brat 50 bucks.
“Maybe you should come over sometime” you smiled sweetly, blushing a bit.
“I’d like to see you more, take out and get to know you” he said, interrupting your invitation.
“I’d like that too.” you said smiling.

Even though he tries to play it off like he’s too cool for them, insists that you two take cute photobooth pictures together and keeps his favorite of them in his wallet
A R M I N
Practically lives at the beach during the summer. The two of you plan out your days there in advance so your able to visit the different tide pools and see various sea creatures.
Has a strong sweet tooth. He’s a huge fan of any type of frozen treat, but is extremely partial to slushies. In at least half the pictures you get of your summertime adventures, his mouth is stained teal from the blue-raspberry flavor he always buys.
Gets surprisingly tan during the summer, due to the fact that he’s outside whenever possible. Even when studying, he prefers to do so at parks around where he lives rather than indoors. His hair bleaches out a little further as well.
Willing to go to parties with you when the two of you are invited by mutual friends, but tends to slip outside to the porch after the first hour. More often than not, the two of you wind up ditching all together and heading off to find someplace to get late night food.
He brings you to visit his grandfather during the summertime and the two of you help him out with repairs around the house. Being around the two people he loves the most brings out Armin’s talkative side and the three of you spend your vacation days swapping stories over glasses of iced tea.
M I K A S A
Busy during the summer, so you can’t meet as much as would like
Part of her gym’s regional kickboxing team and helps teach part time. You go to all her matches and cheer till your voice gives out. She tells you that you don’t have to come, but secretly is so, so grateful that you do
On days when you’re both free, you try out all the best brunch places in the city. Mikasa prefers small family-owned businesses. The two of you quickly become regulars at your favorite spots
Sends you voice messages when you are apart ever since you said that you liked to hear her voice. She’s adorably awkward in them, usually just telling you about whatever she’s doing at the time and how much she misses you
Gets misty-eyed when you show up at the airport with flowers for her when she gets back home. Squeezes you till your out of breath and lifts off the ground a little bit when you hug again after your time apart.
J E A N
The actual best at planning a fun day full of activities
Busts his ass working at a couple part time jobs most days, but makes up for how busy is by making sure you two have the best possible time and do the most when you’re together
The type to have a bucket list for all the different activities he thinks you guys should do together. He puts a lot of effort into creating it with you. The two of you decorate two matching posters so that each of you has a copy.
A little bit of a sucker for cliches: ice cream dates and visiting waterparks. He’s a romantic at heart and with you he feels like he can finally participate in all the classic lovey-dovey activities couples do.
One of those people who acts like an influencer despite the fact that he’s only followed by family and friends. Takes super high quality pics of you so he can brag about how great his s/o is. Took a few photography classes in college and it shows. Every photo he takes of you looks amazing because you can tell just how enamored he is with you.
King of matching couple fits. Loves when the two of you wear coordinating colors or even just similar accessories.
L E V I
Not a fan of hot weather, so prefers to hang out in the evenings or early mornings when it’s cooler (which works well with the fact that he has to work most days).
Has no clue what to do during the summer, besides what you two always do, but does his best
You two go for early morning runs at his suggestion and then get breakfast afterwards. There’s a smoothie place down the block from the park that you frequent, with different local fruit specials each week.
He brings you to his favorite tea shop and you two slowly drink your way through their summer refresher menu throughout the season. You learn
Is willing to go to the beach, but be prepared to cover the man with sunscreen, because he burns. Since he knows that he won’t encounter anyone from work, he sometimes wears a large sunhat for extra UV protection.
When your vacation time finally lines up, the two of you get out of the city and head to the charming town where his mother lives. You get to help Kuchel in her garden and listen to her stories about adorable young Levi.
While he’s not extremely enthusiastic about summer as a season, he does find it far more enjoyable when he gets to spend it with you
H A N J I
Lives for traveling during the summer months, half for fun and half for their work as part of an anthropological research team. Whenever they can’t bring you along, expect lots of silly, cheesy postcards and many late night phone calls.
Thinks that camping is an absolute must. You two go on hikes together to find the best places to camp. Teaches you all sorts of cool facts about the different areas you are in. Likes when the two of you get “lost” and have to navigate back with a compass (and a park map as backup).
Makes their own homemade juice blends (some better than others) and freezes them into popsicles. Brings you them and other snacks when you’re working.
Stays up late with you and points out different constellations while you drink hot cocoa on the rooftop of their apartment building. While you don’t understand everything they are explaining to you, you love to watch their excited expression and enthusiasm as they tell you all about the world.
E R W I N
Glamorous cultural events are Erwin’s favorite part of the summertime
Expect to to be brought to opening ceremonies, christenings of cruise ships, and wine tastings
Despite the fancy events, Erwin makes sure you don’t feel too out of place by spending the evenings shit talking the other guests with you, and trying to guess who is sleeping with who and who is going to get drunk and ruin the evening
Insists that you get out of the city as often as possible, so expect a lot of weekend getaways
As much as he likes to do things with you, he can also appreciate an afternoon spent drinking sangria and reading by the poolside (a private pool, of course. He can’t resist asking you to put sunblock on his back (half because he actually needs the help, half just to see you blush at the request).
Owns a sleek vintage convertible that he’s only able to drive in the warmer months. Likes to pick you up from work in it while still dressed in his impeccably sharp suit from the office, just to see the looks on your coworkers faces

Penumbric Commitments (M)
A/N: Happy Valentine's Day!! I wrote this up real quick yesterday, so please forgive any lacking in quality, but I had the idea and absolutely sprinted with it! I hope you all enjoy and look forward to the next full length fic I post, which I gave a not so little hint in here to!
Tumblr media
Warnings: 18+, unhealthy relationship, manipulation, yelling, rough sex, light bondage, the usage of a belt as wrist restraints (consensual), brief fingering, male cumming inside, talking about not wanting a child, daddy kink, threatening to leave, offering to kill someone, semi-graphic talks of killing someone
Word count: 3.8k
Genre: Soft Yandere, Mafia! Au
Summary: Hindsight says Namjoon so easily complying with not having children was too easy considering his position in the business and the nightmare his parents had readily become. What you didn't realize was how far Namjoon was willing to prove to you he meant what he said that day: all you both ever need is each other.
Note: this is a canon drabble apart of the Silhouetted Bonds fic linked here
It's times like these that you regret getting a traditional clock. The ticking was incessant and daunting. It felt like it was getting closer and closer to your ear with the deafening silence it was slicing through. Analogs had to be the way to go, or better yet, none at all. The last thing you needed right now was a reminder of how much time has been spent at this table. Namjoon had sprinted home the moment his mother called him after your meeting with her.
----
"Mrs. Kim, always a pleasure." You shook the older woman's hand with a tight smile.
She returned yours with an equally fake smile, "Please, you know you can call me mother." She chided, but nevertheless you stayed silent as you sat back down at the table in your home. It used to be mom.
It was 8 a.m. your mother in law wanted to meet, so to be petty, you stated 9 a.m. would be great. It's a shame that your relationship with her came to this, but truthfully, it was far from your fault.
While in the beginning she had been like a mother to you, things quickly took a steep downturn the moment Namjoon reintroduced you into his life. The woman who had once been lively, rebellious, and took charge became a demure, stoic, and merely content wife. She had given you talks about your duty as the wife of the boss and the expectations she expected you to fulfill nowadays as opposed to telling stories of her youth and teaching you how to bake eccentric treats. She had even admonished you for leaving Namjoon, an idea she gave you really. Since then, she had always stated your allegiance to the business and your own husband had yet to be proven in her eyes. The notion struck you to only provide her with business professional talks.
You had always known her and Namjoon's father had been a marriage of convenience, but there seemed to be intense love between them, at least at one point. You're not sure when that collapsed in your absence, and sure you felt bad,but you did not care for her patronizing tones. If Namjoon wouldn't retaliate, she almost definitely would've had you killed the moment you decided to leave her precious son.
"Now, I understand you're a busy woman, so I'll be chaste." She spoke as she took her seat, giving you a pointed look, "Do you feel as though you've made up for your betrayal?" This was obviously a trick question in her eyes, the simple answer being no.
However, you couldn't care less, "I have never betrayed anyone close to me, including Namjoon, if that's what you mean." You met her eyes with valor, "I don't see why you feel the need to ask such a silly question each time I see you."
She laughed humorlessly, "Maybe I'm hoping for the right answer to cross your stubborn mind." Truly, if Namjoon didn't love and cherish his parents so much you would've told her to fuck off and mind her business, maybe focus on her own shitty marriage, by now. Alas, Namjoon was a people pleaser and fiercely intent on being a filial son.
"You mean your answer to the question about how I feel?" You raised a brow, "Even when apart from Namjoon, I took no other man. I've never even lied to Namjoon, I've been nothing but an honest and hardworking wife after forgiving his own shortcoming in honesty." You watch her fist clench in her lap at the suggestion of her precious boy having a shortcoming of any sort, "A shortcoming well remedied, seeing as I'm still here." You chided lightly in spite of the heavy tension. You pitied your staff in this moment for having to watch this battle of wills.
"Sometimes husbands lie to… protect, their wives." She struggled to find the right words as she regurgitated what Namjoon's father undoubtedly told her one too many times. Misery loves company, and goodness, did she want you to be as miserable as her.
You returned her fake smile two fold before speaking, "That's lovely, but I don't need protecting from my husband, I need trust, honesty, respect." The final word made her back straighten, "I'd like to live in reality with him, not be shielded from it, but I respect what you wish for your own marriage, but this is what I like for mine."
She hummed in faux thought, "Very well, I can leave you to reflect on what marriage should be, you're still so young." You fought the urge to roll your eyes, "However, you're not that young…" This was a new addition, "When will I be receiving a grandchild?"
Your brows furrowed. Namjoon told you she took the news of no grandchildren quite well. He told you that she was informed of your no children rule mere days after you spoke the words. The radio silence on the topic of children each time you met with either of his parents confirmed much for you, and you had even found yourself quite proud of him for standing his ground with you. Surely, his parents are not nearly old enough to be so forgetful.
This was the first question in a while that made you falter, and you could see the satisfaction she gained from it, "Grandchildren? I'm unsure what you-"
"Namjoon told me the last time I visited him in prison, you wanted to wait for your fifth wedding anniversary before trying for children, isn't that coming up quite soon?" She raised a brow and you felt your heart shatter.
He lied to you. Again. He lied to you mere moments after you were ready to forgive him for lying to you the first time.
You let out a bitter laugh, "He did now?" She nodded and you shut your eyes for a moment, "It seems I've been made a fool of again." You sighed before looking as confusion crossed your mother-in-law's features, "I told Namjoon the very last time I visited him in prison that I did not want kids, ever."
"You know that's not possible for him, he's a successor." She laughed at your boldness.
"You know that he is an adult man with 6 brothers, biological or not, who will all marry one day, surely one of them will adopt or have a child." She scoffed at this, "I got my tubes tied years ago." This wiped the smile off her face.
"Does Namjoon know about this?" She snapped and you nodded with a bitter smile.
"He accompanied me to the appointment for moral support." You shot back.
"Well, your tubes can be untied and-"
"No." You deadpanned.
"No?" She mimicked in disbelief.
"If Namjoon requires a child, he will also require a new wife." Your voice was cold and you watched shock settle into the woman across from you, "With his habit of lying coming to light, he may have to find a new wife regardless."
She stood, "Don't be-"
"Please, do not waste your breath on orders I will not be following." You held your hand up to silence her.
"I'll call Namjoon, he can talk this out with you, so you can see things our way." She tried to sound reassuring as one of your staff rushed to see her out respectfully when you did not budge from your seat.
You stayed seated at the mahogany table, staring at your wedding ring. You didn't want to get a divorce. You loved Namjoon, more than anything, and yet, did he love you more than anything?
----
You're not sure how long you stayed there, questioning everything, but it was enough time for Namjoon to come home. He ripped the door open, eyes searching frantically, ready to make sure you had not already left him before his eyes landed on your figure. From there, he took his seat across from you at the table and waited until he could no longer take the silence.
"Are you going to say anything?" Your husband's voice was calm, although fear was evident in his timbre.
You sucked your teeth and shrugged, continuing to look at your freshly manicured nails, "What's there to say?" Your voice was short, as if you were already tired of the conversation before it could even start, "You lied to me."
Your husband dropped his head into his hands and sighed, "Junebug, I'm sorry, I-"
"You embarrassed me, again." You look at him for the first time all night with a sharp glare, "Are you trying to find an excuse to divorce or do you just not care about me?"
"Neither!" His head shot up and he met your eyes with deep regret when he realized you were looking at him with the anger and hurt he found you with all this years ago, "I love you, more than anything-"
"Obviously not!" You snapped, "Do you have any idea how it feels to explain to your shitty and judgy mother in law that, in spite of what her precious son said, you had no plans to have children, that you got your fucking tubes tied?!" Namjoon sighed, either in shame or pain, "Were you just hoping that would come around? That I'm such a fickle woman that I don't mean what I say?"
His brows furrowed, "No, if I thought that, why did I let you get your tubes tied?!"
"Let me?" Your voice was mockingly soft, "You let me, huh?" You cocked your head slightly and he closed his eyes in frustration, "How fucking charitable of you, my sweet husband, master of the fucking house, to let your dumb little wife make a choice for her body!" You stood, "How considerate of you to play supportive husband only to fold the moment your mother asks you a question-"
"You know what my duty as the only son is!" It was his turn to raise his voice, but he immediately regretted it as he saw your eye twitch.
"And you knew my stance on kids before you got out of prison." You seethed, "You know why I don't want a fucking kid, nor do I plan to fold on my stance, because I'm all I've got left there." Namjoon's mouth parted slightly before he pressed his lips together.
"It's not my fault you don't want a kid because you'd be a bad mother just like your own." The words left his mouth before he could even begin to consider the repercussions. He was about to open his mouth again to back track wildly, but it was far too late as you took a step back, the weight of his words being too much to take from across the table.
He watched hurt consume your irises for only the second time in his life, the first time being mere hours before you left him for years, before you made him promise to never betray you like that again as a condition for you to come back to him. A condition that he evident did not adhere to in your eyes. "Do you want to know what made my mother such a bad mother?" He watched as the embers of rage within your eyes were only stoked by his reflection in your pupils, although he could see a thin layer of moisture begin to build up, pain, "You know, like I would be?" Your words were almost mocking as he stayed eerily still, "An unsupportive, isolating, and shitty sorry excuse for a fucking husband." Your word hit him like a truck.
Unsupportive. Isolating. Sorry excuse for a husband.
You weren't wrong right now. He felt shitty. He knew he should've just stood his ground. His parents didn't matter if it meant losing you, "I didn't mean that, what I said about-"
"You're right." A tear fell and he felt his heart shatter, "So if you want a kid, it'll have to be with someone else."
"I don't want anyone else, I never have!" He made his way to you as you weakly stepped back, "You're all I need." His voice was soft as he went to grab your hand, but you pulled away.
"You said that last time." Your tears were beyond your control as you wiped at them in vain, "You said that mere days before you told your mom that we were going to have kids and you told me your mom took the news well." You sniffled, "You lied to me, I can't believe that you lied to me and let me just walk around like a fool believing you, again!"
He was stunned silent again. You were right. He had lost his back bone under the strict gaze of his parents and folded under pressure. He betrayed you, and all he could do was hope for your forgiveness.
You shook your head as he remained mute, "I need some time." You went to walk past him and to the door but he engulfed you in a hug, "Namjoon!" You struggled weakly to pull him from you but froze when you heard a sniffle.
"Please, don't go." He begged as he held you close, "I can't lose you again, I'm so sorry, please."
You fought sobs from escaping your mouth, "You lied to me, and your mom-"
"I'll kill her if you want me to." He spoke and your blood ran cold at his tone. He was serious, "My mom and my dad, I'll tell them we're not having children and if they can't handle that, they can leave us alone or die."
Your eyes were wide, tears frozen in time. Namjoon loved his parents. He was always a kid intent on surpassing their expectations, and he had made that clear to you when you started dating in highschool. You were his only sign of rebellion. He was intended to marry a woman from an affluent family, but he met you. You had figured that would be where his rebellion ended, but here he was, handing his parent's hearts in your hands and awaiting orders.
"Joonie, y-you can't mean-" You sputtered to reason but he only held you tighter.
"Or even if you just want me to kill them, I will, with my own hands of course, nobody else can know." His remained headstrong in his resolve, stroking your hair, "I don't care what I have to do to keep you with me." He kissed the top of your head, "You are the only person, the only thing on this Earth that matters to me I cannot live without you."
A sick, and extremely twisted part of you wanted to call your mother-in-law and say, "Hah!" You wanted to rub it in her face that her son, in spite of everything, chose you. Her precious boy has been yours for years now. However, your sanity slipped through the cracks as you shook your head again.
"You love your parents." You shook your head as you cried into his chest, "And if you felt that way, why would you lie to me?"
He sniffled, "I was weakened, not 100% sure you would truly accept me with open arms and I panicked when they asked." He sighed, "I know it's pathetic and I know I seemed like I knew we would make it, but I didn't know that. They never brought it up after that so I naively thought they would forget and when they asked me again, I would tell them the truth and-"
"You're so stupid." You cried harder into his chest and felt him nod, "If you're scared to face your parents, tell me, and we'll do it together." You were surely ruining his dress shirt, but he stroked your hair soothingly, "Your mom has been calling me a shitty wife for years and after today, she must truly believe it, and I-I should take some time-" Namjoon held you, arms sliding down your body as he got down to his needs and you felt your heart drop, and you gasped, "Stop, don't-"
You tried to help him up but he grabbed your wrists as he looked up at you with tear stained cheeks and eyes as wet as yours, shaking his head at your frantic protests as he kissed your hands and your wedding ring tenderly, "I can't lose you again." His voice was weighty with sorrow at the thought of you being away from him, "You matter more to me than my duty as a successor does, than my parents do, even more than this whole fucking business." He rubbed his cheek against your hand in desperation as you stood frozen from the shock of Namjoon begging on his knees with the utmost humility. The most powerful man in the city, undoubtedly the country as well, was on his knees crying and begging you to stay, "If killing my parents is what I have to do to prove it, I will. Name how you want it done, when you want it done, and I'll do it." He was dead serious and he could tell you knew it as tears spilled onto your cheeks even more, "You're a better wife than I deserve, and all I can ever hope is to be even a fraction of the husband you deserve, and I'm sorry I've been missing the mark." This made your face twist in pain, regret. Namjoon, up until today, had been nothing short of perfect, and even now he was making up for it, "Almost losing you nearly killed me, and-and I get that sometimes people need time to calm down but I would just prefer you beat the shit out of me instead-"
"I didn't mean that either!" You cried out as you sunk down to your knees to hug the sobbing man before you, "You aren't a sorry excuse for a husband, you're just a goddamn idiot, and I didn't want time I just didn'twant to see your stupid face because I was so angry." You laughed as he did for a moment, "Above all else, you're an amazing husband. I love you, always have, I just hate when you lie-" Your voice in his ear was like heaven as he felt a weight lift of his shoulders.
He grabbed your legs to wrap around his waist before you could properly settle onto your knees. He held you close and he soothed your cries, "I haven't lied to you since, I can promise you that." He sighed and you scoffed, "You don't have to believe me. I'm just asking you to stay with me so I can prove it over time."
"I'm...I'm not leaving you." You sighed into his neck before he pulled you back to trap your lips between his as he kissed your with a vigorous passion. When you returned his kiss with an equal amount of desperation, he began to stand with you in his arms before promptly laying you on the couch, never detaching his mouth from yours the whole time.
You settled into the velvet cushions as he ground himself into your sex, making you gasp, "I love you, my darling." He murmured into your mouth while one of his hands slid your dress up and your panties to the side before brushing his fingers across your pussy and groaning at your wetness, "Oh fuck, you're so wet, baby." His mouth went to your ear as you moaned, threading your fingers into his hair, "Was it me promising to kill for you or me getting onto my knees that did it, hm?" He rubbed slow circles over your clit and you gasped, "You get off on me spilling blood for you? You get wet by me demeaning myself to keep you right here, where you belong?"
"Yes, daddy, I do- fuck!" You clutched his hair harder as his finger slipped in and your hips wiggled impatienly, "Just fuck me, I don't care about being stretched, fuck me."
Too desperate to even hesitate, Namjoon undid his belt, ripping it from his trousers as he secured your wrists within the leather garment, as he had done many times before. He undid your belt as he pushed your arms up and his pants down with his boxers. He slid into you with a deep groan that you matched with a wanton moan. He fucked himself into you feverishly, wasting no time in chasing your high as his nimble finger went down to stimulate your clit, "I love you so fucking much, y/n." He groaned as he felt you tighten, "I don't care who I have to kill to prove it, I'll even let you watch the light drain from their fucking eyes if it means you'll stay with me."
You moaned out as he whispered gruesome threats to the outside world intermingling with sweet nothings as he held the belt around your wrists, using it as leverage to fuck you harder. If you were sane, you would not be getting closer and closer to orgasm as he cursed the rest of the world into painful deaths just to have you as his wife, but here you were, clenching around him and opening your legs further so he can go deeper, "Shit, I'm gonna cum!" You cried out, arms going over Namjoon's head so you could pull him down to you by the neck and kiss his lips messily.
His hand went from your clit as he wrapped his arm around you to hoist you up and slam himself into you further, "That's right baby, cum for daddy and I'll give you my cum." He cooed in spite of the strain to keep himself from busting you before you get your release. His words only threw you over the edge as you climaxed, hurdling him into his own. He fucked his cum into you like always and you moaned lightly until he was done.
He held himself inside of you as you both gained your breath again, exchanging occasional kisses, "You don't have to kill them, you know." You spoke finally "Although, I won't be so cordial with their bullshit anymore."
He nodded, "I'm by your side, Junebug, forever and always." You smiled before kissing him.
"And I, you." You hummed blissfully.
"We have everything we need between just the two of us, I promise." He smiled against your kiss while you nodded, "You'll be the only one calling me daddy for the rest of out lives- hey!" You smack his chest lightly as you both laughed blissfully, letting the seriously twisted shit that just transpired be a simple part of the past.
"Your mom is a bitch." You giggled tiredly as he chuckled.
"Don't worry about being nice to her if you don't want to, I have my priorities straight." He gave you another kiss that you returned with glee.
As he was cleaning you up, your hazy mind allowed you to feel smug at the fact that you just saved your shitty in-laws from certain death. You were their ticket to life. You were their precious successor's priority. You were his only true love.
Namjoon watched with nothing but love as he tucked your sleeping form into bed. Thinking on it now, he doesn't know if he could even stand the idea of you loving a child as much as you loved him. He enjoyed his monopoly over your affection, and a child would only throw a wrench in that for him. Taehyung liked kids, Jungkook seemed like a family man, maybe even Hoseok if that new girl he's saying is as serious for him as he says. All it took was one kid to carry on the business, so you didn't need to worry your pretty little head about it.
All you had to worry about was staying by his side and all he had to worry about was being a good enough husband to keep you there. He kissed your forehead as he held you closer to him, texting his mom the next time she disrespects you or his marriage, there would be consequences.
You were the only person he needed. He would do anything to make you understand that.
The ticking of the clock was nowhere to be heard as you laid in Namjoon's arms. You snuggled into him as you caught sight of the thinly veiled threat he sent to his own mother on account of your feelings. He was yours just as much yours were his and the victory of it all had never tasted so sweet. His heartbeat was all you could hear, steady, loving, and to the beat of the drum you commanded.
You both wouldn't have it any other way.
