Worked late and then a friend needed help so only had time to do the rough muslin mock up but not too bad. Have a few adjustments to make before sewing the final leather one. Also sewing late night means one sleeve is inside out 😜

My original Hera hat (kinda looks like Shreks head when worn backwards 😜) and the modified pattern to match my new lekku. Tomorrow going to finish the Muslim mock-up then do the final real leather version. Wish me luck!

Side by side of my original Hera latex lekku which I gave a more realistic skin paintjob. The new silicone ones are getting a more cartoon accurate paint job so I can mix them up as I see fit for events.

I decided to redo my Hera Syndulla cosplay with new silicone lekku. My supervisor stopped by to make sure I was getting the pattern right 😍

We made a duck tape form to get the unusual shapes for the Assaultron body. Using that form all pieces are made in cardboard first.
