“Figures I’d encounter a kitsune at some point.” Glow hummed gently, eyes barely glancing the other’s way. The markings were all wrong, the coloration incorrect- but he wouldn’t put it beyond a kitsune to change their coloring to avoid detection. “...take it from me, standing on two legs? Really easy way to out yourself as ‘mystical’.”

The day had been rather peaceful, for the most part. With the shining sun above and the glittering waves all around, it had been a brilliant day to just relax, and pretend all was right with the world. The air carried on it the smell of the forest and the ocean combined, blues and yellows and greens intermixing in the simian’s mind to form a pleasant, calming aura.

“Now, you strike me as the trustworthy type,” No, the other didn’t. “-so why don’t’cha tell me how you got onto my island, and what you’re doing here?” Leniency was for those whom he was expecting. This fox... Was not on that ‘expected’ list. Of course, combine that with the strange bipedal format (alongside the clothes, that seemed tailor-fit to him???) and the stench of a spell.... And he was left with a few more questions than answers.

The two becoming sort of friendly-annoyances to one another, constantly riffing on each other and their jobs (or lack thereof), and developing a bond like brothers over time! It’d take a while for Wukong to think of Nick to a familial capacity, so that one will take longer to develop- but to all of the above? Well within the realm of possibility, let’s freakin’ gooOOOOO!!!!
