[Aira and Vi looked up at The Monitor, cant say they've seen a Pokemon of their size before]

“I uhh, we met some years ago. Vi found me during a dark place, but shes not my trainer, more like a caretaker and a friend.” [They said with a small smile. Meanwhile Vi was silent due to awe of being in the presence of this very large, godly pokemon]

“She does have pokemon though, two of them !”

A moment of stunned silence. Which was finally broken by Fuku quietly going, “Hooooly shit.”

“Um, yeah!  I’m actually wondering about that too, a lot of sanctuaries are really wonderful.”

“Yeah yeah, I know.  I don’t doubt it at all, it’s just...”

“It’s just I don’t feel okay around others of my kind, alright?  ‘Sides, gonna miss out on the big wide world if I just stick to a sanctuary.”

What Pokeask blogs haven't I been enjoying? At this point, I think I'm following practically every single active Pokeask blog. I'd love to shout them all out, but then I'd just be shouting out the entire community, so here are ten favorites:

@asksavel - I may have no idea what a lot of things are due to hopping in late, but that last story arc was AMAZING! High stakes, amazing art, great storytelling, I absolutely loved it, and am really excited to see more!

@greedentstripes - A fellow writing blog, filled with lovely characters! There's so many fantastic characters in this blog, and they're all great! I love the slice of life format, too.

@ask-a-learning-ai - Another fellow writing blog! Snow is one of my favorite characters in the community! She's such an interesting and neat character! The mun is also really friendly, and a joy to interact with!

@celebisanctuary - A pretty unique blog, and one that deserves more love! They have fantastic art and writing, a really neat premise, and I just love this blog. Go check them out!

@askadewott - Have to shout out my fellow Wott blog! Not much story going on yet, but adorable characters and art! I'm really excited to see more of this blog!

@asktrainerzoroark - The blog that inspired me to make wingsofachampion, I adore Pokemon-as-trainer stories, and this is shaping up to be an especially great one! I love the artstyle, too!

@pmdthehumanconnection - This one isn't an askblog, but I have to shout it out because it contains so, so many of my favorite PMD tropes it's like they reached into my brain. If you like ask-team-searchlights, you'll probably love this comic blog!

@ask-installation00 - Run by a close friend of mine, and has probably the most interesting Arceus I've seen in the entire community, I adore this blog, and I can't wait to see more of it.

@oldgodsasks - Another askblog that needs more love, this story-based blog has a gorgeous style and intriguing narrative, and yet from what I've seen, they've hardly received any asks! Go check them out!

@syllusion - My main tumblr RP partner, and a fantastic person to write with. Sylvia is a lovely character, and I love every interaction my characters have with her!

I have so, so many more I want to shout out, but I'm getting a bit exhausted. I appreciate yall, and I'm so, so happy to be here.

The Lucario tossed and turned a bit before waking up startled and quickly looking back and forth until his eyes met with the Arceus.'

"Huh what was tha-aaaAAAAAAAH!" Panicking the, Lucario fell off the tree branch and onto the ground with a loud thud

"O-Ow....."

Rubbing his head the, Lucario slowly gets up off the ground; he then looks back up at The Monitor, eyes wide

"I-I-I...Um, h-hello there! A-And what do I owe the pleasure of t-this meeting."

It was evident the fighting/steel type was nervous, the red on his cheeks a clear indication of this

"M-My name is P-Phil."

Praesentia: I met Starla when she was hatched out of her egg; I was four at the time, and our mothers were close friends, so when Starla's egg came, my mom was excited since I'd finally have someone to keep me company.

Sacso: We arrived on a spaceship and were quickly greeted by everyone. According to my mother, we were gonna be the first mons to successfully live with extraterrestrial pokemon.

Lurai: Platwo was born after our first year, and the rest is history!

Rose: "...That's right, yes. When I was younger, I became interested in adventuring and exploring, helping others out, so I formed a team with Alysa so we could do that."

"The guild was still a thing when I was younger, though it was quite underfunded then, as the old guildmaster was very tight with the money he would spend on the guild... plus he took donations for himself sometimes.. though that was only something that was discovered after I took over..."

"Alysa and I were quite high ranking in the guild when the old guildmaster passed away, and a vote came to who should take over. The two of us were quite popular among the guildmembers, so we ended up in charge, and I was able to use the guild's funds (at least, those that the old guildmaster hadn't hidden away), along with some of my own to improve the place a whole lot, in both how well it can operate as well as how it's viewed to the public. "

"I saw you're not alone... You and your friends - you're a team, right?" "Do you get along well?"

Saltriv looked up at the Arceus in awe for a few seconds, before nodding their head.

"Yep! We get along really well! Burhalla's my best friend, and Gen's been really nice to have around! I think we make a great team!" they say.

Festival Day, Part 1!

Today, me and Burhalla and Gen went to a music and arts festival!

The first person I met at the event was an ice Vulpix named Snow! I invited her to get some food with me, but she said something about not being able to eat, a “digital form”, and “photos”. I wonder what those are? I should ask her when I see her again!

After that, I met a Sneasel named Shiro! They asked me if I liked art, and I do! Well, if writing counts as art. Which I think it does!

Then I met a Dewott named Gravemind! They gave Gen some recipes (I thought he couldn’t read, though? Maybe he’s been studying?), and gave me some face paint the color of my leaf! It was really fun to paint my face with!

The highlight of the day, though, is when I met an ARCEUS! And she wanted to be friends with me! It was so cool! She said that it’s been a long time since she saw her other friends, though. I hope she can see them again soon!

I met a Gardevoir named Patchwork next! Apparently she makes stuff with fabric! It’s super cool! She said she makes dolls, dresses, and all sorts of stuff with it!  

And I just met a Mareanie named Leia! She looked really different from what I thought Mareanie look like, but I think she looked cool! She apparently has a journal too, and she asked me about mine!

Saltriv smiled, and closed their journal. They were excited to make many more memories before the day was done.
