I have a headcanon that Mibuchi does self-care nights every Friday after the week is done, where he'll put on a face mask and watch some sappy romcoms in his room. Sometimes, he'll get Akashi and the other Uncrowned Kings to join him, and, on occasion, he'll even offer to paint their nails. If any of them show up to practice with different color nails after the weekend, no one else on the team mentions a damn thing.
#i remember in one of the knb video games bokushi and kuroko watch a movie together and bokushi says mibuchi once took them to a romance film#so like canonically they would definitely do stuff that mibuchi wants to do cuz they seem to have done it before#a self-care day would probably not even phase them in the slightest#hayama would probably be the most excited about painting nails#akashi and nebuya would probably start asking questions about the skincare products so they can get some too#and eventually the romcom playing on mibuchi's laptop would slowly become bg noise as they all start chatting among themselves#it would almost be like a sleepover#though tbh it wouldn't surprise me if at any point they all fall asleep in mibuchi's room#and then they all wake up with smooth skin and yassified nails like “what happened 👁👄👁”#anyway just wanted an excuse to have another cute headcanon with the rakuzan team#kuroko no basket#knb headcanons#akashi seijuro#mibuchi reo#hayama kotarou#nebuya eikichi#rakuzan

GOM Headcanon: Confessions
A/N: I had been thinking of how I'd confess to Akashi if he were real and I were the vice president of the student council, and I decided to make a headcanon how the GOM would react when their crush gives them an epic love confession.
"Akashi-senpai, I need to tell you something. I've been in love with you for a long time, and whilst I am know I am not the kind of girl someone of your status would fall for, I frankly stopped caring. I only care about wanting to make you happy and smile every day. I want you to know you deserve someone who loves you for who you are and not for whom your father is, even if it's not me. I just love you so much that it hurts. It hurts to keep it from you. I hate not being able to be honest with you, and I think I'd die if I couldn't confess to you before you graduate."
-You were his favorite girl in the entire student body, being a true friend. During your first year and Reo's final year, the vice-captain of Rakuzan's basketball team basically adopted you as his little sister. Nearly two years had passed since then and Akashi was preparing for his exams. -He did needed a while to process that you actually liked him back, because he had been wondering wether he had been delusional about it. -Akashi smiled warmly at you and asked you if you wanted to go out with him some time, going along with whatever you wished and whenever you wished it. -The two of you began a relationship as he affirmed he had no intention allowing his father to pick him a bride. -His heart melted when you said his heart was worth so much more then a simple transaction, and he confirmed to himself that you were the keeper he had always needed.
"Midorima-san, may I tell you something? I just wanted to say that I think you're the coolest guy at this school. You never allow people to push you around, you never care what they say and you've got such a strong backbone. I think you're truly strong, and not just because you have those mucles that you do and I think it's really attractive. The attitude, I mean, not the muscles though you do have a really nice body…" You rambled on and took a deep breath. "I just wanted to say, that I think I'm falling for you and think you're a really amazing, dependable guy even if you're younger then me."
-You were the senpai Midorima had been crushing on ever since he had enrolled at Shutoku and seeing you act all flustered like an innocent schoolgirl over him, shocked him to his core. -Sure, you were a schoolgirl, but he never expected to see you such a babbling mess. He never realized he had any of the slightest kind of power over you or that you even really cared for him all that much. You were always kind and helpful to everyone, after all. -Midorima said he would like to have your number in response, when he finally could speak. His face was red like a crate of cherry tomatoes, let me tell you. -He texted you as soon as he came home and hoped he hadn't broken some kind of stupid code as he was new to romance. Girls always seemed to speak about a code, at least. -Eventually he arranged a date later that week because it was the day both of your signs occupied the first and second position on the Oh-Asa chart and you giggled thinking he was cute.
"Aomine-kun, I need to tell you that I like you. Like, a lot. You're so cool, especially on the court. Just seeing you gets my heart all fluttered." You placed your hands on your heart, feeling it thump harshly underneath your flesh. There were a thousand things you wanted to say, like how beautiful his eyes were, but you knew Aomine to be a simple guy so you said it as plainly as you could, before you would chase him away by saying something cringy.
-Aomine first stared at your chest, your hands drawing more attention to it as he processed the information, but you knew Aomine could be a pervert so you didn't mind. -He started smirking pretty quickly though, you were a girl he found considerably pretty and he liked your sense of humor so it was great to hear you confess to him. -Aomine decided to ask you out for a date after the upcoming basketball match. -You attended the match and cheered for him, making him actually excited to play. -Afterwards he took you for a victory celebration dinner for just the two of you with the last thing you saw before leaving being a grinning Momoi.
"Murasakibara-kun," you said, drawing the purple haired's attention, "You are as dear to me as salt, and I would like for you to be my boyfriend." It was simple, easily processable for the childish-minded giant and with his love for food you thought the fairy-tale reference was cute and well-suited. Though panic shot through you as you wondered if Murasakibara even knew that folktale considering it wasn't as popular as Cinderella or something. Fingers crossed, I guess?
-Murasakibara might not have heard of the fairytale before, but unlike the King of the tale, Murasakibara was far too aware of the importance of salt and did not take it weirdly. -Murasakibara might have been convinced to go to Yosen partially because the coach was hot, but when it came to the actual students he found you the most attractive and he loved your fruit scented shampoo. -It did not take him long to decide that it wasn't a bad idea to give a relationship with you a shot and he nodded. "Sure." -Offered you a piece of candy as a token of love. -You couldn't stop yourself from cherishing that wrapper. You know, like in the sense of not wanting to wash your hand if it had been kissed by the boy you like. You wanted to remember that moment forever, no matter how simple and easy it had been.
"Kise, I want to tell you something and I hope you take me seriously," you said before taking a deep breath. "I know you probably get like a dozen confessions every day and honestly I wonder if mine is even going to stand out. But I really like you. And not for your looks. Neither for the money you probably make or the talent you have at sports. I like you for who you are. Like the moments you were trying so hard to make Kasamatsu-senpai proud, its like watching a golden retriever and I couldn't help but melt on the inside for a bit. If I'd only have half the devotion you show for the basketball team, I'm pretty sure I'd be the happiest girl in the world. Please be mine."
-The two of you had been partners in school projects often, it was as if luck was on your side to the disappointment of many girls at Kaijo High. So Kise knew you fairly well. -He had honestly fallen for you. Your humor always lifted his spirit and he saw you as a genuine friend. -Kise broke out in a 1000 watt smile, glowing as finally, he had been given the confession of a girl he actually liked. -He accepted your feelings immediately and you were shocked with how quickly he jumped to the occasion. -There were a couple of girls spying on you and you could hear them sob as Kise pulled you close and asked you if you were available for a date this weekend. You could not stop yourself from giggling as Kise rubbed it in their faces that he was only interested in you.

See, if someone asked, Mibuchi could say that he’s friends with you.
It wouldn’t be an outright lie -you’ve been in the same classes since middle school, he’s seen how you act around your friends and wave everyone goodbye with a smile- but maybe it isn’t exactly the truth either. Safer to say, Mibuchi knows of you. Would even call you an acquaintance of sorts, and he’s pretty sure you guys were sort of friendly when you were twelve and he sat next you in class for a good couple months — he might even have walked you home at some point.
You could have been friends, if he’d been a little less busy with basketball practice in middle and high school, a little less busy with the team. Because really, he’d have had every opportunity to. You were in the cheer squad for a couple years, and he’s pretty sure you were one of the girls who helped collect funds for the Rakuzan bus rides from and to tournaments- and you always seemed pleasant, kind. If he hadn’t been so focused on his sport career, he might’ve even had a bit of a crush on you.
Not that he plans on making up for it now, but it’s not hard to see or admit that you’re pretty stunning, you were back then— and you definitely are today. Perfectly manicured nails and beautifully glossy hair that makes you look full and warm and modelesque all at once. You shine. It’s hard not to notice someone like you whenever he sees you at their matches. He knows he’s not the only one. College jocks are hardly the picture of self restraint, and if you think signed athletes are any different, you’d be wrong. But all of that doesn’t really matter, because you don’t sit in the stands for him.
The redhead that he has spent the past few years playing alongside is lucky to call you more than friends. He respects Akashi. There’s almost no way around it when you play on a team alongside the guy, that pure, unfiltered resolve he has, and the steely brute force it sometimes takes the form of. Akashi wouldn’t exactly have it any other way too, and though that might get annoying if he were anyone else, Mibuchi isn’t arrogant enough to acknowledge that the guy plays best when he knows people he respects have his back. That type of world-class talent doesn’t come around a lot.
The redhead that has you sitting looking pretty in the stands is the same boy that’d shove you to the concrete in grade 2. The one he saw yank your pigtails and put glue in your backpack, isn’t he? The one who started the talk that you’d kissed a teacher under the bleachers, and stood by when Hayama stuck his hand up your skirt? Yeah, it’s probably because you aren’t friends that he doesn’t understand. All he knows is that kids grow up, and he respects the Captain.
So it’s because he respects Akashi that he finds himself in this situation, isn’t it?
You’re tiny. Well, everyone is sort of ‘tiny’ compared to most professional basketballers… but leaning against the concrete pillar with your perfect outfit and your arms wrapped around yourself, not a hair out of place - it is more vibes than actual appearance that makes you seem small. Compact, tiny, quiet, if he didn’t know any better, he’d liken you to a skittish little animal. You’re waiting, eyes scanning everyone briefly as they stream out. It’s sort of lonely looking, though. His head reminds him it isn't really his problem, but hey, it feels weird to pretend to not see you too.
And he supposes you are kinda friendly, right? As his long legs carry him through the sliding doors of the training center, he plops a sucker between his lips, glances over his shoulder and - makes the executive choice to walk up to you. If only to entertain you a little while Akashi takes his time running through the coaches’ comments, like he usually does. You blank when you notice him walk up, before doing a quick double take at the doors, and he takes the sort of deer-in-headlights look as a question on your end. “Akashi’s probably going to be a little bit longer, if I had to guess.”
“Oh. I see.” You let out a nervous little laugh, and wring your hands together, and he takes a brief second to look at you. Sure, he hasn’t exactly been very chatty when you’ve strolled in during practices with forgotten bento boxes, or when you sit at the very front row during matches with your perfectly presented exterior and a nervous glitter in your eyes, or even when it seems you’ve been dragged along to the teams events— but from what he knows of you… in the past, you’re not the shy little bunny standing before him now. It almost makes him a little self-conscious. Is it him that’s making you hesitate, or are you just… different now? People do change, after all. Still, it doesn’t seem… like change.
“I’m… Mibuchi, I was in the same class as you a lot growing up.” He finds himself explaining, in case you forgot. He wouldn’t exactly blame you if you did. If you managed to forgive and forget for Akashi, you could’ve forgotten most other things.
But you pause, and then your face softens into a slow smile. “I remember you, Reo-kun. We were desk mates in Ms. Tanaka’s class. You were always nice to me.” Right, with your high ponytail and cute bangs and your flowery frilly shirts. Thinking about it harder, he definitely did have somewhat of a crush on you back then. “It’s nice to get to talk to you again, it’s been so long.”
“You still like basketball, huh?” he asks, and you laugh and look at the floor, before nodding.
It takes a few seconds for your eyes to meet his again. “Yes, I guess so. Don’t have much of a choice.” It lingers when your voice goes a little more quiet. Right. Because, your boyfriend’s a pro-athlete. “Don’t get me wrong, I like the games! It’s really nice to get swept up in the excitement of it from time to time.” You sound light, breezy … but almost mournful too. It’s somewhere in your eyes, your long lashes unable to hide the deepness of it. “Honestly, I can’t wait for the season to start again.” Another beat passes, before you seem to snap out of it, and refocus on him. “You’re still playing too.”
Whatever tension crept up in his shoulders doesn’t loosen when he grins. “Almost fifteen years now, can’t let that streak go to waste.” He sucks on the lollipop for a long moment, before tilting his head. “Besides, pretty sure Akashi wouldn’t let me.”
It cracks your carefully crafted expression. For a split second -surprising both himself and you, it seems, because then your smile is picture perfect again. The same perfect smile you give everyone when they say ‘hi’ and Akashi laces his hand with yours. Or when you blow back a kiss across the field. And see, he isn’t too concerned with people’s reactions, usually. But it’s so sudden that it feels … weird. Everything suddenly feels weird. You never wear Akashi’s jerseys, even when he stuffs them into your hand before matches. Not that you have to… it’s just, you used to be cheer captain. It seems like something you’d want to do.
That sits weirdly.
“You’re definitely right about that,” you agree, but the light of it doesn’t reach your eyes. Before he can think about it, the electronic doors slide open behind him— and as if you’re burned, you take a few steps away and into a new line of sight. “‘Juro, you’re back!”
“Why aren’t you waiting in the car, stupid?” is the first thing that comes out, reaching for you like you’re a lost child, as his mismatched eyes find Mibuchi. His face is perfectly blank of emotion as it always seems to be. “You guys were talking?”
Instantly, your eyes shoot up to his, and you seem to cling a little harder. “No! N-no, just… Mibuchi was waiting with me. We’re done.” You fiddle with the chain of your necklace when your boyfriend stays quiet and stares you down, searching for … a lie? An explanation? Whatever it is makes Mibuchi feel like he shouldn’t be watching. But he can’t pull away from the scene. His teammate eventually leans down to kiss you long and deep, and your shoulders drop a tad bit. Not enough to look relaxed.
“Hm.” If Akashi notices, he doesn’t mention it, and instead brushes his lips along your temple. “We should get home then. You look a little tired.” You don’t agree, but your feet start moving robotically upon the prompt, and the noiret takes that as the only clue he’s gonna get that the conversation is over.
“See you two next… practice,” he starts to say as you two walk off, but quiets down as you turn over your shoulder to look at him. There’s something off about your eyes. At least, he swears— there is. It makes him feel like he’s crazy. Because your pretty smile is right there, and you’re wrapping your perfectly manicured fingers around Akashi’s bicep.
The look doesn’t fade when Akashi simply nods, and ushers you along with a hand that lands in the dip of your spine. “Sure.”
+
The next time he sees you isn’t at practice. It takes him aback a little, putting the weights he was curling down to straighten up for a better view. You’re looking around like a lost puppy, and the reflection on the large glass panes boxing him off hides most of you from view, but sure enough- it’s you. Just you, once more, rubbing your hands along your arms as you wait in line for something.
It isn’t his business. It really isn’t, but- you didn’t show up to any of their matches or practices the last two weeks. Is it so strange that he’s sort of glad to see you alive and well? Not that he’d ever think badly of Akashi, but you’d been in such a bad mood when you left, and it just… didn’t seem right. He takes his water bottle to toss it onto his bag, before jogging on over out of the gates and around the corner right when you slip out of view. A few people walk around him, and he catches a brief look of your face as you hesitantly slip a card into the ATM.
Your hands are shaking. They’re shaking, and your lip is screwed between your teeth and… if it wasn’t you, he’d think you were doing something nefarious. “Hey,” he softly breathes as he walks up, and your jumpy squeak only makes him more uncomfortable.
Your eyes are so wide when you turn around. “Mibuchi! —Oh, Reo… it’s you.” The device behind you beeps. “Sorry, I,” your pretty face paints on a smile as you take out the money and slide it neatly into your purse, “I wasn’t expecting anyone to talk to me.” There’s a moment of silence as he scans you up and down, and that horrible feeling drops back into his gut. He can’t help it, it’s laced in the air between you two, it’s on his tongue, it’s in your eyes when you blink up at him. “Reo? Are you- okay?”
“Yes, I’m fine,” he nods, wiping his hands on his gym shorts. Is— should he say something? Is there something to say? It’s not like he can just … ask if you’re being treated badly. Hell- he’s been friends with Akashi since high school- he trusts the guy! There’s absolutely no reason he should be thinking like this. “You look beautiful,” he ends up blurting out, unable to think of anything else to say. “Me and the guys missed you at practice.”
“O-oh,” you giggle, and shake your head. “I was just a bit… busy at home, that’s all. I hoped Seijuro would’ve told you guys not to expect me.” Either you’re a really good actor, or some of your nerves slide off of you when you look up at him, and this time, he believes the smile. “But I guess I don’t have to tell you what he’s like, he isn’t really the talking type.” There’s a certain fondness in your eyes when you shrug. “You know, Seijuro bought me a ring five weeks into dating, when we were in high school. Said he knew what he wanted, and that he’d make me the happiest wife on the planet if I agreed.” You giggle. “At sixteen years old, he was already that way. I thought it was really romantic back then, his smittenness.”
This he remembers. Akashi talked about it in the locker room once, knowing you’d be cheering in the stands, he’s pretty sure he even showed off the ring despite the ridicule. Did you still wear Akashi’s jerseys back then? He can’t for the life of him figure out why he cares to remember so bad. Your tongue swipes out to brush your lips. “We’re a long ways out from high school now, huh?” Mibuchi’s hand twitches by his side as he watches the smile die out, but what the hell can he say. He wasn’t there for either of you, not really. If something did happen, would he even know?
His eyes sink down your face ever so briefly to your throat when you look off. There’s a mark purple and red where a necklace would have sat, bruised all around, and though faded- he stops smiling.
“What’s that?!”
You jerk away with an uncomfortable glance, and a shake of your head. Fuck, he wants you to say something. He wants you to tell him some stupid story about a rash or a tumble, to tell him to fuck off and leave you be, because it isn’t his business- but you don’t. Maybe he does consider you a friend. “Hey, if- you ever need anything,” need help, he wants to say, but the word doesn’t make it out of his mouth. “You just have to ask, you know?” He doesn’t exactly expect you to drop everything and beg for aid in the middle of Kyoto, but the pristine calm that washes over you is almost eerie.
Your eyes find his. “Well— I- I want to visit my mom.” The tremble in your voice is soft, but it’s there, squeezing your fingers a little tighter. “Can you drop me off at the nearest train station? Seijuro’s off on a little business trip today, and he’s got his car. I don’t really… want to wait until he’s back.” A nagging little voice in the back of his head tells him not to get involved.
But the voice isn’t loud enough. “Of course, yeah.”
+
Akashi’s passes are bad today. He’s been on edge seemingly all practice, wiping sweat off the back of his neck as he talks to the manager- and Mibuchi doesn’t feel entirely comfortable just walking up to him. They don’t have the friendship they did in high school, and though he still appreciates the guy, there’s a space there that wasn’t there before. As if on cue, the redhead’s eyes flick up and meet his, differently colored eyes scanning him up and down, and Mibuchi looks away. He doesn’t want to seem too interested in your business, he’s pretty sure you wouldn’t want him to be either— but he can’t exactly pretend not to be curious anymore. It’s basically leaking out of him onto the polished floor.
Did you get home okay after? Did you and Akashi talk? Did you fight?
The first hour results in a record of missed 3 pointers and shitty teamwork, so clearly the tension isn’t just in his head. Even their stern watcher of a coach eventually grits his teeth. “All of you, I want you to regroup before the end of the night, or I’ll have you dribbling until your arms fall off.” Everyone straightens out and gives a quick ‘yes, coach’. His eyes then slide to the Captain, and he crosses his arms. “Akashi, take a rest, you’re all over the place today.”
“You almost elbowed me in the face earlier, dude,” the shooting guard softly mumbles upon the prompt, and it’s barely a second before Akashi’s nose to nose with the man, his fist wound in the sweaty jersey by his throat. Everyone freezes up, and even the long-time coach is caught off guard by the sudden flare of anger. But Akashi doesn’t falter, and hisses out his words.
“Stay out of my fucking way then. This is my court, and you’re on my team. You serve me.”
The gruff older man stands up to separate the two with a short bark of the Captain’s name, as those devilish mismatched eyes flick up. “Akashi! Bench, now. You pull a stunt like that again and you’ll remain there.” It’s like there’s a black cloud over the entire gym that makes them hold their breath, until every so slowly, the fist unfurls and drops. The redhead doesn’t say another word, but his brows are just as furrowed as he steps back, and looks around. Those fiery eyes pass over Mibuchi just briefly, and he swears they stare a little longer than they should. “Now line up, you shitty little brats!”
“Yes, coach!”
Shoes squeak on the floor as they line up, and Mibuchi lingers on the interaction a bit longer. The shorter man catches the ball tossed at him, and slowly straightens up as he clicks his tongue. “Yes, coach.” He can’t shake the glare or the thinly laced impatience in his voice.
+
It displays almost three on the blinking alarm clock when the rattling at his door wakes him. There’s an impatient knock, and then another few ones about twenty seconds later that have him throwing the covers off. The house is as he left it for the night when he drags himself towards the entrance and waits for a moment longer, before a tiny sniffle catches him entirely off guard. It’s a woman. His tired mind still instantly comes upon you, and he unlocks the door when a hand again meets the wood.
The apartment light doesn’t fail him. It is you, though there’s a darkness under your eyes -smudged mascara- and your hands are bound before you, as you’re basically held up by your neck and you’re pushed into the doorway. Mibuchi stumbles as his hands land on your arms to stop your fall, and for a brief moment, everything seems okay.
Until the door is closed behind the three of you and the person who pushed glares with an anger that he can feel burn his skin. Akashi. The normally quiet, demanding Captain doesn’t have much of his usual restraint when he picks you back up by your arm and holds you out as if you’re a stolen toy— and he sneers as the hiss of his voice cuts. “You think I’m fucking stupid? I saw you looking at her all of last season’s practices. But she doesn’t actually want you, does she? She tried her very fucking best to run off, to no avail.” He briefly glares down at you when you whimper, and shake your head against the gag in your mouth. “Don’t pout, slut, you deserve to be punished. Don’t you think?”
You’re crying. Hard, a desperate, trashing cry that’s making his hairs stand upright. And he doesn’t think you could ever look ugly, but you’re definitely crying like you want the ground to swallow you up whole, and like the action of struggling this hard is causing you pain. “No, I don’t wanna.”
The entire scene doesn’t make any sense. Why are you — why is Akashi here? It fries his brain the longer he thinks, and his hands slowly slide off of your arms to take a tiny step back. “Captain…,” Mibuchi starts, reaching out to hold your hand. Akashi should let go of you. You’re hurt.
The movement has Akashi’s irises back on his teammate with fire, eyes wide and accusatory. “Move.” He takes you by your collar and drags you like you’re a kitten, before shouldering Mibuchi out of his own doorway to deposit you on the cold floor. It knocks him out of his daze enough to at least process the situation. This can’t be his former friend pulling something like this— but it’s playing out right before him. What the fuck? “I had to spend the entirety of yesterday driving up to Tokyo because of the stupid shit my flighty little wife pulled,” Akashi’s voice is tighter now, calmer, but not any less vicious as he watches you.
“Maybe if you get on your knees and beg my forgiveness, I won’t let everyone know what a fucking whore you are.” Through the gag, your muffled, pitched voice sounds out in the openness of his apartment. You look so pitiful, and Akashi’s not letting up as he grips your face to pull it only about an inch away from his own. “Apologize. You are mine. Doesn’t matter how far you run, you’re always going to be mine.” A thumb brushes along your cheeks to get rid of the silvery tracks. “I love you. You know I do.”
“You should let go of her,” his own voice comes before he has time to think it over. This situation is absurd, and he isn’t willing to just stand by to watch you get treated this way— at least, that’s until the other man turns to him and the brief moment of kindness is replaced by a darkness that flashes over his face.
The redhead’s hand disappears into his pocket, glaring at him from his elevated position in the baren light of the room. “Shut your fucking mouth, Mibuchi.” There’s not a sliver of familiarity left when he clicks his tongue, and like he’s the one who’s disgusted, narrows his eyes. “Don’t forget who you’re talking to.” The tense silence is only made more pressing by the way you give him those fearful eyes, shaking your head ‘no’ as the man before him steps a bit closer. “I am not here to ask your opinion… I’m here to punish her.” As he points in your direction, his hand comes out of his pocket with a knife, glittering brilliantly even in the dark, and is then aimed towards him. Your pinched crying starts up again when he pulls your head up by your hair, and Akashi raises an eyebrow.
“You think you’re the first with notions of heroism? This brat runs like it’s a hobby. You’re not special.” His eyes burn. “If I hear you talk to me again, I’ll hurt her,” he breathes, deathly serious as he turns to you, “and if you don’t obey, I’ll hurt him, okay? I know you don’t want that, baby doll.” When you wildly shake your head again, he kneels down by your side, and Mibuchi can’t do anything but watch as the spit-filled gag is pulled down your chin and Akashi cups your cheek to kiss you ever so softly. “I know, I know, it’s okay. You were being friendly, hm? You’d never use our friend here for your own protection. But you still let me find you, and now you get punished, you know that.”
“Seijuro, I’m sorry, please,” your voice barely sounds like you. It’s hoarser, desperate, and cracking with tears as wetness and snot runs on your face— “please let’s just go home. We don’t have to make up here, I won’t- I won’t run again, I promise.” Akashi stills for a second too long to pretend to be indifferent. But he still hardens up, and simply turns over his shoulder to look at the noiret with a cold look.
“Where’s the bedroom?”
“N- ‘Juro- no,” you start struggling again through your tears, and he wants to help you. “Please anything but this, I beg you! Seijuro!” Your poor wrists look rubbed raw because of the fabric, and be it the dejected look in your eyes or the sound of your cries ringing through his house -it sparks another surge of adrenaline in him. But the Captain doesn’t repeat himself, and the words ring through his skull. I’ll hurt her. “I’ll be your good girl-” you start, before dissolving into a mess of cries when the redhead wraps an arm around your belly and pulls you up onto your feet against him. You go soft and quiet when your face is against his chest, and Akashi presses the sharp blade of the knife into your neck.
“Well?”
“It’s to the left.” Mibuchi has no other choice, does he? He has no way of knowing if the man before him would actually hurt you— he doesn’t even know the person standing before him now. As he trails his eyes over the two of you in both worry and stress, the glitter of the ring on your finger doesn’t miss him. You really did get married, didn’t you? Was it always like this? He can’t imagine you’d have stayed as long as you have if it was… but then again, he clearly doesn’t know anything about Akashi. He doesn’t know anything about you either, from the looks of things.
“Come along,” Akashi says, leading the way to the abandoned bedroom with too steady a step. If he wasn’t so worried about getting you hurt -or worse- he could probably make a run for his phone charging on the kitchen counter. But by the time police got here, it’d be too late. So instead he just slowly, carefully follows behind as you’re deposited on the messed up sheets of his own bed, and stands in the doorway with baited breath. As Akashi slowly starts to undo each button of your silky pyjamas, a horrible feeling settles in his stomach, and he clears his voice. There’s no way it can be what he thinks it is. The stretch of skin revealed to him is littered with fresh hickeys, and Mibuchi looks away.
Not quick enough, clearly, because you pull up a sniffled breath and let out a little whine when Akashi hums. “Always make me embarrass you like this.” The soft lilt to his tone is almost gentle, if he wasn’t threatening you with a knife a minute earlier. “Crying like a baby until you get what you want, hm?” The ruffling of clothes is enough to have heat come up onto Mibuchi’s face, resolutely boring his eyes into the doorframe instead of you. Akashi can’t be serious. He clears his voice, and the Captain sighs. “So how long have you been in love with my wife?”
“Huh?” He looks up to see the way you’re holding the undone shirt to your chest and barely keeping your modesty, and Akashi giving him a blank look. “I- I’m not-”
“Sure you are. Just look at her.” He apraises you from his spot beside the bed, and runs his long fingers along your jaw and shoulder with a little breath. “She’s absolutely perfect. Aren’t you, baby? My beautiful little doll.” The kiss he lays onto your lips is genuinely soft, and loving, and a cold spike comes to Mibuchi’s spine at the sight of you melting into the touch despite everything. “Always perfect for me…” Akashi whispers, and then straightens up. “That’s exactly why I can’t let you go.”
He turns over his shoulder briefly to look at Mibuchi, and then sighs. “You should take a seat. I’m going to remind my little whore wife exactly who she belongs to- you sit and be quiet, understand?”
He can’t bring himself to answer verbally, but at the pleading look in your eyes -the one currently eating him up as much as it is sending hot flares down his body- he slowly takes the farthest corner of the bed and sits. Your eyes don’t manage to make it to his as Akashi unclasps your arms from around you and peels the last of your soft top off. His eyes flick down instinctively, he can’t help it, and makes his mouth a little more dry. You’re - beautiful, embarrassment coloring your cheeks and ears and chest with obvious humiliation that only makes the redhead hum. “You’re so pretty.” His rough palm comes under your face to grab it and force it to turn. “Look at Mibuchi, isn’t this what you wanted?”
“N-no,” you whimper, but bite your lip hard, and your chest rises and falls rapidly.
“You don’t like being watched?”
“You know I don’t,” your voice comes out soft, but there’s an edge there that only makes Akashi’s mouth twitch, as he forces you to uncross your legs. He starts work there too, peeling off your shorts down beautiful smooth thighs. The noiret tries to stop himself from watching so intently, he truly does, because it’s clear you hate every second that he stares. But — fuck, your little whimpers are making his heart race. He’s just a guy, and the stress, and flood of adrenaline is betraying him now. Once your shorts and panties are off, Akashi just watches for a moment, and you take a deep breath. “You can’t bully me into liking it, Seijuro.”
He barely reacts. Brushes his rough thumbs along your tits and over your nipples, and pushes you back on the bed. “Shhh. We’re having a moment, baby. I didn’t want to do this, you know?” Akashi speaks like he’s cherishing you with his lips hovering yours, nudging your one thigh apart to make room for his hand as he runs two fingers along your slit. “But you make me. You’re just a stupid, dumb girl acting out because you want to be reminded of who you belong to, hm?” You shiver, and he spits onto his hand to start grinding his rough palm against your pussy as you close your eyes.
“No. No, I don-”
“No? You did this with Aomine,” he sighs, working two of his thick fingers inside you and you wiggle and hide your face into your shoulder, “and you did this with Kise too. But you’re still here. You just like getting your pussy fucked hard when you make me mad. Say it.”
“Ah- Seijuro, I-” His fingers curl in you, and your back lifts off the bed as your mouth opens into a silent moan. “Ah, ah— I like getting my pussy- fucked h-hard,” your voice is barely a whimper, but it’s quiet in the room save for everyone’s labored breathing as the slick sound of your pussy gets messier and louder. As you’re curling your hips onto his hand and resisting the urge to really fuck yourself onto his fingers, he pulls his shirt over his head and reveals the hard on covered by flimsy basketball shorts— and you let out a squeak. “Seijuro, ‘juro, I feel- mh-” You can’t even string a proper sentence together as he grunts, and traps your poor clit against the fleshy part of his palm.
“You should apologize for using Mibuchi,” Akashi softly says, a faint little grin on his lips that shows the glee in his eyes even more. “Go on.”
“But I— I didn’t use- ah, ahh-fuck.” Your wetness is glistening every time Akashi pulls his hand back and forces long fingers back in you- and you stuff the fabric of the gag back between your lips just to bite it hard as your tits are squeezed and he pinches your clit until your thighs shake. Then you cry, and open teary eyes to the man still frozen at the end of the bed. He doesn’t want you to look. To notice the shame pooling in his gut. “‘M sorry for using you.” Your snively look is too much.
Akashi hikes one of your thighs to your chest as he pulls his cock out and only shakes his head a little in disbelief, before lining up and pushing the drooling, red head in one hard pump inside. You whine out, and he licks his teeth as he grabs your throat and squeezes. “Needy fucking bitch. If you want to get your cunt fucked harder, you- should-” Each thrust slaps hard against your skin and hikes you further up, tits bouncing as your hands grab his forearms. “learn- to ask. Now Mibuchi will have to fuck his fist thinking of you, hm? Your- ugh- fault.”
His cock grinds deep inside your belly, hitting that spot good enough that you can’t open your eyes. Your ring glitters like your slicked pussy does, and the silvery tears on your cheeks. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” you shake your head and sob, biting down on your puffy lips hard and clinging on. You look sorry. But with each thrust and squelch of your pussy taking Akashi as deep as you can, that look gets a little more faded. Maybe you're good at forgiving and forgetting.
You certainly look it.

was rewatching some of the shutoku vs rakuzan match last night and i was really so endeared by the fact that before the match kimura asked midorima about his lucky item (the shogi piece) and commented pretty fondly that its small this time around
and then miyaji immediately asking about his rank !! like i just love how close the team grew in the year... how how close they've become... especially when you compare their confusion and for midorima's interest in fortune earlier in the beginning of the series
then of course takao laughing at the exchange between midorima and miyaji after miyaji was telling midorima that he should have been first in the fortune and midorima saying "thats my fortune"
just really love seeing them here :]
#i love shutoku these are my funny little carrots#IDK IM JUST WOW... LOVE TO SEE THEM GET ALONG WITH SMALL MOMENTS LIKE THIS... !!#knb#choo choo losers#midorima shintaro#takao kazunari#miyaji kiyoshi#kimura shinsuke

Summary- Akashi Seijuro, the man with a split personality, meets a person who has no personality. Basically, Dissociative Identity Disorder vs Depersonalization-derealization disorder.
----------
Trauma.
No matter how big or small, it's the one main thing that can lead to personality disorders.
And no matter how dull your eyes looked when he forced you to look up, he knew that there was something behind your irises that resembled what he sees in his own reflection in the mirror.
Akashi Seijuro, the first year student council president, captain of the Rakuzan basketball team, the man feared by everyone in the school including his seniors. It was near impossible to surprise him, he seemed unfazed by everything.
And yet, his heterochromatic eyes were dilated. He stared into your own eyes, which showed no signs of any emotion whatsoever- no fear, no respect, not even surprise when he suddenly shoved your shoulder and forced you to look towards him.
He was tired of how you only responded to his words with a simple "mhm" as you did whatever reasonable job was asked of you. He was annoyed that you didn't show him the same level of respect as everyone else did in your class. And he was frustrated with how you just seemed to not care about his presence.
He needed answers.
And he did get answers, without you having to say anything.
"Tch," he walked away.
He had an urge to talk to you, be around you and find out exactly what lead you to be like this, just so he could feel like there's at least someone out there who would understand him. But he suppressed his urges.
He'd hear Oreshi's voice every once in a while, suggesting Bokushi to open up a bit, but as long as it was Bokushi in control, Akashi Seijurou would never let his pride fall.
"Maybe if I lose, if that ever happens." he'd scoff in reply, as he looked at himself when he washed his face before heading to bed. "If that ever happens..."
The Winter Cup was just around the corner. And as expected, Rakuzan made it to the finals without breaking a sweat. People from their school were there in the stadium, cheering them on throughout the matches, but Akashi noticed that there were also some who stopped showing up after a couple matches.
And he wouldn't have been bothered by it if you weren't one of them. All he wants was acknowledgement from someone like him, and yet here he is, facing off against his former teammates, knowing they wouldn't understand everything that runs through his mind.
Bokushi and Oreshi truly were like two sides of a coin, opposite but cannot live without each other. They were half of a whole of what made Akashi. But that also caused him to be confused about his own feelings. While both seeked attention, Oreshi wanted it to be out of understanding, while Bokushi wanted respect. Prideful was Bokushi but with a considerate Oreshi in the way, Akashi couldn't help but get swayed away often.
In the end, Rakuzan lost to Seirin in the Winter Cup. Bokushi accepted his loss as Oreshi was free to be in control again.
"What happened to your hair?"
Akashi found himself in front of you. He hadn't given it much thought, letting his instincts, his need, drive him this once.
He seemed to have changed a lot. But you on the other hand, seemed the same as ever as you sat there, alone, in the school courtyard, your lunch on your lap. That same, expressionless expression...
"Listen, I just want to talk."
"Oh, is this you letting go of your pride?" you took a bite of your food. "Wow, what happened?"
"Just thought of changing some things up. I hardly doubt that's abnormal."
You just hummed in response and continued staring into the distance. Akashi was feeling nervous. This is the one time he's willing to let go of his pride, so he better utilize it to the fullest. "Do you mind if I join you?"
"Sure, this spots empty anyway."
"What about your friends?"
"They're probably eating together, somewhere. I don't know, and I don't really care. All I want is to look at that bird nest over there."
Akashi followed your finger to the bird nest, where two baby birds sat, cuddling up to a much bigger bird. Then he looked back at you and the way your eyes were glimmering at the sight.
Huh, maybe you do show some emotions. And, if he were being completely honest, then even his eyes were probably glimmering at the sight. It was pretty peaceful after all.
"Say, Akashi-san, do you have an interest in the concept of 'still life'? It may seem boring to some, but it can bring a lot of peace to some others."
"I haven't heard too much about it, but would love to know more. Please do continue, yn."
Most of Akashi's conversations included work. To be able to talk about something so casual was a bit foreign to him, but he certainly didn't mind it. He hadn't realized how easy it was for him to get along with you. Was it because he'd grown used to your unfazed nature towards him and and his position? Was it because he realized that being seen as just another person isn't so bad after all? That he doesn't always need to assert his superiority as he was told to by Bokushi and his father?
Healing is conditional. It takes time and the right people. And maybe, choosing to be here with you might be his first step.
He's not sure whether this is Oreshi's consideration or Bokushi's pride, but he doesn't even want think about it, because right now, he's sure of one thing.
He wants to help you both get through whatever together.

“One bed!?"
Kagami Taiga x Manager!Reader
(Saw a list of generic romance tropes and couldn’t help myself)
cw: sfw, fluff + comedy (except i’m not funny), timeskip match predictions, kagami being an awkward giant, the one bed trope, aged up (kagami and reader are both 18 after the interhigh), manga ending (kagami stays in japan in the manga, unlike the movie)
The last two years were, a lot to say the least. Not only had the Vorpal Swords taken off shortly after the match against Jabberwock, but with the permanent addition of Kagetora as manager of the Seirin basketball team, Kagami had a lot on his plate.
It was difficult when the second, or should I say third, years graduated. The reliance and foundation built between them was one not easily replaced. Additionally, despite the newfound popularity of the team, it stayed relatively small. Inevitably, this led to Seirin’s defeat in the Interhigh.
With the Winter Cup in sight, he really just wanted to feel that glory again, winning with his old Serin teammates.
And he did, thanks to your help. As a younger friend of Riko, you had asked to be the manager for Seirin after hearing of their loss in the Interhigh, and given your friendship with their old coach, the team was in no position to refuse your offer.
And upon seeing the results that your suggestions produced, they were ready to keep you by any means possible.
By the time the Winter Cup came around, it was as if Seirin was a new team entirely; their coordination and plays were extremely effective against teams of any caliber, and the bonds between the members ensured their success.
It was also because of this display that Kagami found himself becoming increasingly drawn to you, for reasons made clear to him by Kuroko.
"You like her don't you?"
"WHAT? I DO NOT- i do."
"Yeah, I thought so."
And so the saga began. Kagami would start to grow more and more awkward around you. This caused a bit of a problem, as you began to think that he was getting sidetracked, and as the most powerful player on the team, causing the other players efforts to go to waste slightly.
It only got worse when you took him to the side to speak with him alone, and expressed your concern for his lack of concentration. He just stuttered and wasn't sure how to respond.
"Kagami, I seriously need you to listen to me..."
"I-i understand...I'll do m-my best for you and the team."
Out of nowhere, you hugged him tightly, which caught him completely off guard.
"I'm glad you understand..."
After practice that day, Kagami felt so light.
-
-
-
The night before the final against Rakuzan, the team, thanks to the school's newly increased budget (and a little pocket change from Riko), decided to stay at a nearby hotel with a gym so that they could get some morning training in before the big game.
However, upon arrival at the front desk, you ran into a problem.
"B-but I swear I booked 7 rooms..."
"I'm sorry, but there are only 6 listed here..."
You sigh.
"Are there any rooms available?"
"Yes, however there is only one bed opposed to the three in the other 6."
"...it's fine, i'll take it, sorry for the trouble, and thank you."
You walk over to the lobby, where the other members are waiting to get into their rooms.
"What took so long? Was there a problem with our rooms?" Kuroko asks.
"There was actually...so one of you will have to stay with me in a different roo-"
"Kagami will do it."
"K-Kuroko! Don't just say that!" Kagami whisper-yells, face turning redder each word.
The other members shrug in agreement, wanting to be in their own shared rooms to be able to freely discuss whatever they wanted without the eyes of their manager watching over them.
Kagami learns pretty quickly that trying to fight is useless. It's adorable, you think to yourself. The team heads up to their block of rooms, while you and Kagami take a different route to your room.
It looks like you forgot to tell him one detail though...
"One bed!?"
"Yeah, I hope that's okay... Unless any of the other guys let you sleep with them in their beds, we have to share."
Before you can even utter another word, Kagami is zooming across the hotel to the other players' rooms, knocking on each door.
Unfortunately for Kagami, with his size comes consequences. None of the other players wanted to share their already small beds with the biggest player on their team, even Kuroko.
"Y/N is smaller than me, sharing a bed should be no issue for the two of you." Kuroko states.
Kagami just lies on the floor, burying his red face in his hands.
"gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..."
A knock on the door is heard by the others, and they open the door.
"Hey, have you guys seen Kaga- oh, there he is."
At the sound of your voice, Kagami springs up, wiping the dust and lint off of himself.
"Y-Y/N! I-i..."
Knowing that letting him resist and even just speak anymore would result in Kagami most likely passing out, Kuroko says,
"Kagami was just about to go back to your room, he just needed to borrow some deodorant. He's forgetful like that."
Kagami shoots Kuroko a death-glare, in a way that screams "Are you my wingman or what!?"
You nod in acknowledgement and turn to Kagami, smiling "That's okay, just get back soon!"
The moment you leave,
"Ow-ow-ow...what was that for...?" says Kuroko, Kagami's hands digging into his shoulders.
Kagami just stares at him with desperate eyes.
"Come on Kuroko...let me stay with you..."
"That's perfect, say that to Y/N and you guys will be dating in no time."
"...You're the worst..."
You lay on the bed, sprawled out, tapping through all of the outdated TV channels logged into the hotel's TV. (a/n needed to add this to rant: WHY ARE ALL HOTEL ROOM TV CHANNELS OLD AND PIXELATED IT DRIVES ME INSANE)
"...G-got any room for me...?"
You spring up in shock, and notice Kagami standing at the door, blushing like mad, avoiding eye contact.
You roll to the side and pat the other half meant for Kagami.
"I guess the others didn't let you sleep in their beds."
"...y-yeah..." Kagami squeaks, as he feels your shoulder touch his.
You, of course, are not oblivious to his feelings. It was bugging you that Kagami seemingly avoided you whenever you tried to talk to him, but the rosy cheeks and unintentional voice cracks whenever he'd try to talk to you.
May as well see where this goes...
You intentionally brush your thigh up against his under the guise of reaching for the remote on the other side.
"...ah..."
You giggle, noticing his tiny sounds. It's truly unbelievable that such a big player's demeanour can be reduced to a mouse's under the right circumstances.
"Hm? What's wrong?" you ask, though, you know exactly what you're doing to him.
"..."
You decide to let it go, especially since Kagami looks like he'd explode if you pestered him any longer.
As the time passes, you decide to ask Kagami, "Are you ready to sleep now?"
He was trying his best until this point, he was. But the thing he'd been...dreading? Anticipating? Whatever it was, he was not prepared.
The moment you switch off the lights, you're met with Kagami's arms hugging you tightly.
"K-Kagami what-"
"...please..."
It's warm. His embrace makes you feel safe. You decide not to speak again, and instead, you both fall asleep, comforted by each other's warmth.

Mental Disorders Headcanons
pls keep in mind that im not an expert on disorders or anything, i just thought this would be fun lmfao
TW!: suicide, depression, panic attack, self harm, self destructive thoughts, mentions of blood
Characters: Akashi, Kuroko, Midorima, Aomine, Kise, Kagami
PTSD
lots of disassociating and emotional detachment
and I can imagine that he experiences derealization a lot, especially during his mental breakdowns
for example in the middle of the Rakuzan vs Seirin match
disassociating
in fact, the entire time that Bokushi was in front, he had tunnel vision
i feel like there would be times that he would just stare at something for hours
that wouldnt stop him from completing the tasks that his dad makes him do, but in those times he forgets to take care of himself
Kuroko is usually the sensitive one, quickly seeing if Akashi's having trouble
he tries to talk to him and distract him and when the others catch up they do the same
Aomine would like give him a pat on the back in the middle of a game maybe, Kise would compliment something of his, Murasakibara sharing candy, stuff like that
the problem is, Akashi doesn't see their gestures
ive mentioned this before too, but i would think he self harms
he has scars on his thighs, both red and white ones
no one knows
Nijimura has a suspicion though
theres just a slight hesitation when Akashi runs, or sometimes he jolts when he forgets about it and fabric brushes against it
has attempted suicide twice
neither of which Masaomi knows about
Midorima knows about the second time but doesnt know about the first
Anxiety
also emotional detachment
he tries to avoid as much conflict as possible, which also leads to him prioritizing others instead of himself
a bad habit he has is helping others regardless of how it would affect him
he likes to sacrifice himself a lot for the sake of others
lots of overthinking
frequent panic attacks in the locker room when he's alone
but he also experiences them around people, so he learned to suppress them throughout the years
he experienced once, exactly once, that he was having an obvious panic attack in front of people (what people? idk)
so his chest was tightening, he couldnt breathe, he was shaking and all that
but no one noticed because of his lack of presence
he couldnt even ask for help, nor he would want to do that anyways
when the GOM learned about it, they make sure to pay extra attention if they feel that Kuroko is on edge about something
there was once he had a panic attack in the locker room and Aomine caught him and calmed him down
OCD
routines and rituals, as we've seen from our beloved Shin-kun
every morning Oha Asa, has to prepare everything exactly the way he wants it to be, and be finished at a specific time
if something goes wrong he outbursts, either a breakdown or doing something repeatedly to make sure that what his doing is correct
and the times that he somehow cant find or dont know his lucky item (this is canon btw lmfao) he hoards everything that he can find in relation to what small thing he knows about the potential lucky item
we also know that he takes very extensive care of his nails because of basketball to the point that he wraps bandages around him
now that i think about it maybe him having ocd might just be canon atp
when he accidentally fucks up, or the shape of his nail wasnt what he wants it to be, he continues filing down his nails until it bleeds
fuck ow lmfao
Akashi notices this and forbids him to practice when he sees blood on the tips of his bandages
sometimes when the rest notices that its really bad, they offer the some of their things in hopes that it would be effective as his lucky item
also, at times, they listen to oha asa just in case Midorima has trouble with his lucky item so that it wouldnt happen again
Depression
we see a lot of the symptoms in the anime actually
loss of interest in hobbies, self isolation, irritability, stuff like that
i think he would definitely engage in self destructive behaviors, but not quite like cutting
suicidal ideation
he doesnt practice, we know this, but instead of "theres no point" its more of "someone might be able to beat me if i stay in this level"
but i feel like he would train outside their practices, harder than a lot of people
running for hours regardless of how much he throws up, working out in gyms but not using equipment properly or pushes himself past his limit
stuff like that
he actively avoids people, and he struggles with doing basic functions like eating, brushing his teeth, taking a bath
self destructive thoughts:
"theres nothing left for me"
"nothing matters anymore"
"no one understands me"
"i dont need anyone"
its not often that the gang notices when its particularly bad, but Kise and Kuroko never miss it
they'd always make sure that hes with someone, and they'd watch over him so that he doesnt do anything that might harm him, especially after an incident
they were about to cross the road but Aomine wasnt looking
(he doesnt look when he crosses anymore and its just become a habit)
both of them pulled him back, and he was pissed at the two of them because he also landed on his ass
when they made eye contact, all three of them just immediately understood what Aomine was trying to do
NPD or Narcissistic Personality Disorder
in the manga, Kise's very rude to people he deems below him
or in general, people who he doesnt call "-cchi"
i would think that Kise actually has a very fragile self-esteem
most people in his life praise him anyways, and it doesnt help that he's a model thats often swarmed by girls wherever he goes
but when someone gives him critisizm, its like a switch
he doesnt get angry, but he does feel intense shame and he'll overthink about it for days on end, sometimes not being able to sleep at night
and he'll do everything to make sure that he himself knows that he isnt what that person says he is
when that doesnt happen, he questions his self worth and disassociates for days as well
often it gets self destructive
those he sees below him, he despises
as if they arent even worthy of breathing the same air as him
he treats them like shit only in private tho
he doesnt want his reputation to be tarnished after all
I think Aomine would be his number 1 supporter
Kise doesnt rely on others nor shows vulnerability, but you can count on Aomine to point out the things that he's good at when he's feeling down
Kuroko would try to distract him i think, like taking him to eat popsicles or karaoke
(some of the only times that Kuroko actually agrees to hang out with him)
has almost attempted self harm many times but never actually goes through with it
ADHD
we see traces of this too in the anime and in the manga
his hyperfixation is definitely and quite obviously basketball
he has difficulty with emotional regulation as we know, feeling hotheaded and sometimes explosive anger
we've seen him restless as well when he's looking forward to games too much, or he just cant help but practice when he needs to blow off some steam
and id also think hes just generally restless, he has to be doing something or fidgeting with something and he cant sit still
hes a bit of a perfectionist (just a bit)
i think hes also a little sensitive when taking critisism, and sometimes he takes it the wrong way and suddenly outbursts
something that's also shown in the anime is that hes impulsive, especially on the court but also off court
ADHD often comes with anxiety and depression, so sometimes the Seirin team can tell that he's down or he's more fidgety than usual
Hyuga is a tough love kind of person, so he doesnt hesitate to be blunt around Kagami
Sometimes he takes it wrong, but Kuroko and Izuki is always there to help Kagami understand that Hyuga just wants the best for him
when hes down, Seirin goes to Maji burger and they all split the bill to pay for the ridiculous amounts of burgers that Kagami loves so much
Kagami i think fidgets with himself if he's restless, biting his nails, peeling his lips, to the point of bleeding
Seirin notices every single time and just grabs kagami's arm and pulls it away from whatever he's doing

now you would assume that akashis room would be all business, just clean room with homework and books etc
NO i think akashis room would have a bunch of little shit that he LOVES
he would have a collection of custom table top pieces, do not ask him about them he will go on for hours
he would have a whole display of his ribbons he won with yukimaru along with pictures of him and yukimaru, i dont think akashi would really care about physical trophies but he would cherish his horse-riding ribbons (i can see him have metals from teiko as well for sentimental reasons)
he has a tea area with a boiler plate so he can make his own tea, along with a huge box of expensive tea bags
of course the yukimaru plush on his bed, give him pink silk bed sheets NOW
he has his book self that is mostly recommendations from friends, he has a midorima section a kuroko section and of course a mayuzumi section lol
i think the rakuzan members would notice that whenever they gave akashi some small knickknacks he would always keep them display them somewhere in his room, so now they just give him shit and akashi displays it and it makes him really happy cause "my friends gave me that : )" so he has a bunch of dumb random shit he doesnt even know what it is all he knows is he loves it
i cant think of anything else please add on there's so much potential

hi daezy! i love your headcanons <3 if i may, i challenge you to write your best of the worst "bad akashi jokes"
regardless, i hope you have a wonderful day!!
Hello and thank you!
This ask really challenged me to think long and hard about what type of jokes Akashi would make and I think I'll give a few examples. Actually, I should probably amend what I just said, because what I'm about to give are anti-jokes, which are jokes that start off with a traditional premise but have a non-traditional usually mundane punchline that's supposed to take people off guard by inverting their expectations of what the actual punchline is supposed to be.
I understand that the type of jokes/puns we hear in the anime/manga is supposed to be funny because it's Japanese wordplay, but I don't know much Japanese, so I'll give examples in English and you can pretend that the punchline would still land in Japanese. 🙏🏿
Example 1:
Two muffins are sitting in the oven. One muffin says "Wow, it's hot in here." and the other muffin says, "Sure is. It's probably around 180 degrees Celsius."
See how this is meant to work? Anti-jokes bank off people expecting a clever punchline and then betraying their expectations by having the punchline be a normal answer. But coming out of Akashi's mouth, his delivery just makes the anti-joke not sound like a joke at all, and everyone would be waiting for him to continue but he's like "No, that was the joke." and everyone just says a collective "Oh."
Here are some more anti-jokes I think he'd try and fail to use.
Example 2:
A horse walks into a bar. Several of the patrons quickly get up and leave, realizing the potential danger in the situation.
I picked this one simply because I feel like his equestrian ass would know at least one horse joke, and he would probably find this way funnier than the non-horse lovers.
Example 3:
"Knock knock."
"Who's there?"
"To."
"To who?"
"No, it's 'to whom'."
This one could also be funny if told correctly, but because it's Akashi, the punchline sounds a bit too matter-of-fact coming from him, and people will think that he genuinely interrupted the joke to correct them on grammar. And now nobody's laughing.
I'll give you one last example.
Example 4:
Why is 6 afraid of 7? It’s not. Numbers aren’t sentient and are therefore incapable of feeling fear.
This is another one that sounds too matter-of-fact coming out of Akashi's mouth and I think that not only would nobody laugh, but the punchline might annoy some people. Especially if Akashi is trying to make that joke with someone like Aomine.
Overall, Akashi is trying his absolute best, but maybe he should leave the jokes to the funnier people in his friend circle...
#rakuzan would at least try to laugh#but akashi can hear the pity in their voices and it makes him feel worse#someone please give him a joke book to read#kuroko no basket#knb headcanons#akashi seijuro#tumblr asks

Hello, how are you? ♡ Can I ask for headcanons with Akashi, Midorima and Imayoshi and how would they react with their partner who is Chinese and doesn't know how to speak any language and speaks very little of the boys' language? It would be fun to see their reaction when they see their partner speaking Chinese in front of them. Thank you so much if u see this and have a good day or night 😊
Akashi Seijuro, Midorima Shintarou, and Imayoshi Shouichi with S/O That Speaks Chinese but Cannot Speak Japanese
➽───────────────➽───────────────❥
Hello, there Anon. I try my best to make the portrayal of their character based on their personality and I would like to apologize for replying the ask late because I was focused on TOEFL as well as my Thesis. Warning: None Gender: Neutral
➽───────────────❥➽───────────────❥
Akashi Seijurou: Rakuzan High School
Surprisingly he can speak Mandarin because his father forced him to learn many languages. However, his Mandarin is not fluent, he can only speak broken Mandarin.
As his girlfriend/boyfriend, you luckily could understand his broken Mandarin and he would be glad that you are the one who taught him to speak Mandarin but in exchange he wants you to learn Japanese too.
A great excellent teacher who has lots of patience, doesn't get angry easily if you speak in a broken Japanese. He knows Japanese can be hard so he would teach you the basics of Japanese.
When you speak complete Mandarin, he could only understand some of the words and try to communicate with you but since like I said he has a broken Mandarin, there would be lots of grammatical errors.
If you get better in Japanese after he taught you some Japanese. He would make you learn Japanese at a higher level. He also wants you to learn Japanese so he can introduce you to his father.
In exchange, he would be willing to learn harder so he could be as fluent as you. He doesn't want to end up having a miscommunication and having an argument with you.
When he speaks with you and slips some Japanese words, he would immediately try to correct himself so you could understand what he was trying to say.

(Y/N) walked through the halls of Rakuzan High School, the air heavy with the weight of academics and the excitement of approaching matches. As she strolled, her gaze was drawn to the familiar sights: polished floors, stoic paintings of previous basketball champions, and students scurrying around.
In the middle of all this commotion, (Y/N) recognised him: their/her/his lover, Akashi Seijuro, the basketball team captain. He stood tall and composed, commanding attention effortlessly. She approached him with a sweet smile, her heart racing with adoration. "你好(Hello)," she greeted in Mandarin, her voice a gentle melody in the quiet corridor.
Akashi turned to face her, his heterochromatic eyes alight with warmth. "你好," he replied, his Mandarin slightly halting.
A soft chuckle escaped (Y/N)'s lips at Akashi's attempt, finding his effort endearing. She/he/they reached out to take his hand, intertwining their/his/her fingers with his. "你今天过得怎么样("How's your day been?)" she asked, her eyes filled with genuine curiosity.
Akashi's lips quirked upwards in a subtle smile. "忙碌,一如既往。但见到你让它变得无比美好。(Busy, as always. But seeing you make it infinitely better,)" he replied, his voice carrying a hint of fondness as he spoke still in a broken accent.
(Y/N)'s heart swelled with affection at his words, feeling a rush of warmth spreading through them/her/him. Leaning in, she/he/they pressed a tender kiss to his cheek, feeling his warmth against her/his/their lips.
As (Y/N) recalled the little surprise she had prepared for Akashi, her smile widened. Holding out a small box adorned with a ribbon, she spoke in Chinese, her words soft but filled with warmth. "我给你带了一些东西,我不确定你是否喜欢吃甜食,但我做了蛋挞。希望你喜欢。(I brought you something. I'm not sure if you like sweets, but I made egg tarts. Hope you like them.)"
Akashi's eyes widened in pleasant surprise at her thoughtful gesture. Taking the box from her hands, he couldn't help but feel touched by her kindness. With a grateful smile, he responded in his slightly broken Mandarin, "谢谢你. (Thank you)"

Midorima Shintarou: Shuutoku High School
Unlike AKashi, he doesn't speak Mandarin or Chinese so you had a rocky relationship together with him. He doesn't understand Mandarin and you don't understand Japanese. Neither of you two understands each other.
As a result, he would definitely buy a Japanese book for you to learn and he would also buy a Mandarin basic language book to learn how to speak Mandarin.
When he wants to speak with you, he would either use Google Translate or those translating apps that can translate your language immediately when they record your voice.
Forcing suggesting you use those apps too so he could understand what you are trying to say. He would make funny faces if the application gave funny results.
Also would try to learn how to speak Mandarin or Chinese with the correct tone because he doesn't want to end up saying something inappropriate or rude.
He would also teach you how to speak Japanese, especially Kanji. He would also teach you katakana, and hiragana, and teach you some Japanese grammar.
Not Surprisingly going to learn the Chinese zodiac signs (the signs throughout the year. Those dragons, tigers, monkeys, pigs, etc) and then lhe will learn about your Chinese zodiac sign.

The sun streamed through the windows of the cosy café as (Y/N) sat nestled at a table, her/his/their focus split between her/his/their Japanese study materials and the warm aroma of her hazelnut latte. Suddenly, the subtle scrape of a chair drew her attention, and she glanced up to find her boyfriend, Midorima, standing before her. "嘿,亲爱的,你刚好来了(Hey darling, you just arrived in time)," she greeted in Mandarin, a soft smile gracing her lips.
Midorima, who used the translator, typed back the answer of your question after the translator gave the translation of what are you trying to say. "The café is near the school. Of course, I will arrive in time," the computer replied in Mandarin, his words carrying a hint of amusement beneath his reserved exterior.
(Y/N) nodded gratefully, mustering her/his/their courage to speak in Japanese despite her/his/their broken accent. "ここに来てくれてありがとう(Thank you for coming)," she/he/they said, her/his/their pronunciation a bit shaky. Midorima, secretly proud of your effort, nodded in acknowledgement, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "どういたしまして(You're welcome)," he replied in Japanese, his voice soft but supportive, appreciating your attempt to communicate in his native language.
(Y/N) suddenly switched to Chinese, asking Midorima if he wanted a hazelnut latte. "你要榛果拿铁吗?我可以帮你点, (Do you want a hazelnut latte? I can help you order.)" she/he/they said in Chinese, her/his/their tone kind and offering.
Midorima, not understanding Chinese, reached for his translator device and inputted (Y/N)'s Mandarin statement. After a moment, the device spoke in Japanese, translating her words for him. Understanding her offer, he nodded appreciatively. "はい、お願いします (Yes, please)," he replied in Japanese, his voice calm and composed as always.
Midorima, realizing that (Y/N) might not understand Japanese, decided to respond in Mandarin. "好的,谢谢你 (Okay, thank you)," he said in Chinese, expressing his gratitude for her offer. As (Y/N) headed to the counter to order Midorima's hazelnut latte, he took out his notebook and began to write down the basic katakana and hiragana characters. Carefully, he sketched each character.
Once he finished, he placed the notebook on the table, leaving it open for (Y/N) to see when she returned. With a faint smile, he resumed his posture, delving into his book as he waited for her to come back.

Imayoshi Shouichi: Touou Academy High School
Since you don't understand Japanese but only speak Chinese, this is going to give him a chance to mess with you. Believe me, he would mess with you a lot.
I can see him understand a little bit of Chinese so he would teach you some Japanese words that actually have a bad meaning but he would say 'Oh, that means Thank you in Japanese'.
Once you actually found out, you could hear him snickering and you give him an unamused look. Now you have trust issues when he teaches you Japanese.
Sometimes when he speaks to you, he purposely slips in some Japanese words, especially the ones he did not teach you so you would be hella confused.
And if you don't understand, he would pretend to pout at you and says "Haven't I taught you that words? You don't understand?" This prick really gaslighted you and would laugh if you actually felt bad.
Despite all of the shit and giggles, he's not one hundred percent prick. He would be willing to teach you Japanese Literature if you don't understand Japanese and have Japanese Literature homework.
Also, if you did a great job and could start speaking in Japanese, he would actually give you some of your favourite snacks as a prize for your hard work.

On an inviting Saturday afternoon, the café's cosy ambience enveloped Imayoshi and (Y/N) as they sat together, reading over Japanese textbooks. (Y/N), a new student from China, had just arrived in Japan and was eager to learn the language. She spoke barely a little Japanese, but her ambition to grasp it was evident.
As they pored over the pages of their Japanese textbook, (Y/N) paused, her/his/their finger tracing over a word she/he/they didn't recognize. "What does 'ocha' mean?" she/he/they asked, her/his/their voice tinged with curiosity.
Imayoshi, seizing the opportunity to playfully tease his girlfriend/boyfriend, couldn't resist a mischievous grin. "Ah, 'ocha'," he began, his tone deceptively serious. "That means coffee." (Y/N) furrowed her/his/their brow, a hint of scepticism in her/his/their expression. "Really?" she/he/they questioned, not entirely convinced by Imayoshi's answer.
Imayoshi nodded, his expression perfectly composed. "Yes, that's right. And 'kohi' means tea," he added confidently, his eyes twinkling with amusement as he purposely switched the meanings. (Y/N)'s confusion deepened as she processed Imayoshi's words. "But... isn't it the other way around?" she/he/they ventured, her/his/their uncertainty evident in your voice.
Imayoshi couldn't contain his laughter any longer, the mischief dancing in his eyes as he revealed the truth. "You caught me," he admitted, his grin widening. "I was just pulling your leg. 'Ocha' actually means tea, and 'kohi' means coffee." Relief washed over (Y/N) as she/he/they realized she/he/they hadn't been misled, a playful glint entered her eyes. "You're terrible," you scolded with a playful swat to his arm
Imayoshi's playful smirk widened at (Y/N)'s pout, thoroughly enjoying their banter. "哦,你知道这个意思了。这意味着你不再需要我了吗?("Oh, do you understand the meaning now? Does this mean you no longer need me?)" he teased in Mandarin, his tone light and teasing.
(Y/N) couldn't help but play along, her/his/their pout deepening as she pretended to be offended. "我需要你教我,别那么坏 (I need you to teach me, don't be so mean.)," she/he/they replied, her/his/their voice tinged with mock indignation.

GOM+RAKUZAN ATTITUDE TOWARD THEIR YOUNGER SISTER. WHAT ARE THEY LIKE AS OLDER BROTHER?
Kuroko
whether he has a lot in common with his sister or not, he always makes sure to mostly treat her with the respect he wishes to receive from her
mostly, because she is the only person he will purposefully use his low presence on just to scare her from time to time; he calls it the obligatory older sibling teasing
Kise
prior to his younger sister's birth, Kise was the youngest and often was the most spoiled sibling, so he held some resentment when she was first born
went into this sibling relationship thinking he'd be a bully to her, but upon seeing her chubby baby face, he completely changed his mind and now spoils her rotten like he once was
Aomine
when his parents first announced that his mom was pregnant with his sibling, he was adamant it would be a boy, so he was extremely disappointed when he actually gained a sister
he doesn't give her the time of day to her face and is actually a bit of a bullying older sibling, but if anyone else were to make her cry, they would find themselves at the ends of his fists
Midorima
when it comes to his sister's academics, he's the perfect older brother in helping her study, making sure she gets good grades just like him, and ensuring she understands the material
when it comes to matters of the heart however, he really has no clue and will sometimes just sit there — extremely confused — when she rants about boys
Murasakibara
for the longest time he actually hated being around his younger sister because his parents would always make him share everything with her; snacks, toys, everything
by the time his sister actually started developing a personality of his own, they no longer wanted to hang around each other as much, so he never grew up having much of a relationship with her
Akashi
he always felt the need to protect his sister from the truth about their father, so he could sometimes come off as a bit overprotective or overbearing in that regard
in actuality, he just wanted his sister to have a more happier childhood than he had; it always warmed him to the core whenever she gave him one of those large, genuine smiles
Mibuchi
one of the best older brothers you could ever ask for, he's always genuinely interested in the hobbies and likes that his little sister has and encourages her to follow them
he's a bit of a gossip, so it's one of his favorite things to do with his sister; he knows the name of all her classmates and knows all the drama that goes on between all of them
Nebuya
absolutely an overprotective older brother in the sense he feels like no guy — whether they be dating her or just friends — is good enough for her unless they can beat him
his presence alone has scared off guys that have had crushes on her and she always says he's ruining her love life, but he simply laughs it off and says they're only worth it if they stand up to him
Hayama
he treated his younger sibling like a built in friend, didn't matter if they came out a boy or a girl, so his parents actually blame him a little for how ungirly his little sister is
the type of older brother to teach his younger sister how to swear at boys, but then make her promise to never do it in front of their parents; he still ends up in trouble because she definitely slips up
Mayuzumi
he's a rather uninvolved older sibling and doesn't actually talk to his younger sister much outside of family functions like dinner or vacations
he doesn't actually start getting close to her until he moves away to university; he decides forming a relationship with her is better late than never in that regard

So I found this around, can I ask for ItaJun and AkaFuri?
♥ Send a ship and I'll give you who:
- Gives nose/forehead kisses
- Gets jealous the most
- Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive
- Takes care of on sick days
- Drags the other person out into the water on beach day
- Gives unprompted massages
- Drives/rides shotgun
- Brings the other lunch at work
- Has the better parental relationship
- Tries to start role-playing in bed
- Embarrassingly drunk dancer
- Still cries watching Titanic
- Firmly believes in couples costumes
- Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas
- Makes the other eat breakfast
- Remembers anniversaries
- Brings up having kids
Yaaay! Ask Game! Thanks Anon!!!
- Gives nose/forehead kisses
ItaJun: Yuuji definitely initiates theses 10/10. He's very affectionate and open with his love <3 Junpei starts doing them just as fast when he gets comfortable, usually when they're alone.
Akafuri: Furihata! He's probably super shy about it though and it takes some working up to but he's the one who starts it. He does it pretty casually after. Akashi starts later and is always makes a whole Moment out of it the few times he does do it.
- Gets jealous the most
ItaJun: JUNPEI. EASILY. He tries to tune it down and not let it show but he sulks whenever Yuuji gets too close to someone or if he thinks someone like-likes Yuuji(why hello hundreds of headcanons about the Megumi vs. Junpei- battle of the emos)
AkaFuri: AKASHI. Again, super freaking easy. Furihata's come to terms with everyone being attracted to Akashi, after all, he's handsome, talented, rish and very smart, who wouldn't like him? Akashi's like "I'm obviously the best why would Furihata be interested in anyone else?" but he sees people getting close to Furihata and he gets all huffy and pouty about it.
- Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive
ItaJun: Junpei picks up Yuuji. Yuuji seems like the type to get carried away in celebrating and hanging with friends so Junpei has to keep an eye on him.
AkaFuri: Akashi, only because I think Akashi's forever the Assigned Driver of GoM. He probably never allows himself to get too drunk. Furihata's a regular dude he's probably unwinding after work or college or whatever.
- Takes care of on sick days
ItaJun: Both! They both fret a lot.
AkaFuri: Also both tbh. Furihata's better at the warmth and comfort part, keeping him engaged when Akashi's stuck in bed. Akashi's probably good at the medicine and recovery part.
- Drags the other person out into the water on beach day
ItaJun: YUUJI!!!! Actually, I can vividly picture him just picking Junpei up and running into the water while Junpei's clinging to his neck like "Slow down! SLOW DOWN!" and then they jump in and giggle while throwing water at each other
AkaFuri: Furihata! He'd think going into the water's a given but Akashi's like "no I'm staying here and keeping watch of everyone and their belonging"(assuming they go with their friends + teammates). But Furihata's like, come on you deserve to enjoy yourself too. Insert something about how Akashi always viewed himself as being too far away to to truly get along with GoM +Rakuzan, that he broke their friendship too much, but Furihata's showing him that no, he's reaching out to him and he'll take his hand and close the distance if he has to.
- Gives unprompted massages
ItaJun: I think, both? Yuuji does it for fun, Junpei always feels heartbroken seeing Yuuji being put through the worst, most draining fights and wants to help him relax
AkaFuri: Akashi. Idk I just think he'd start doing it saying it's to help Furi stretch and relax for after practice for basketball but he's just touch starved and wants the contact
- Drives/rides shotgun
ItaJun: Junpei drives, Yuuji's shotgun. I have a hc that if Junpei went to Jujutsu Tech, he'd have opted to be a manager after somehow moving past the revenge against Mahito phase(he doesn't seem to actually care about the heroics of sorcery and would rather protect people he's personally close with). Yuuji just gives shotgun vibes he's a passenger princess.
AkaFuri: I think they both drive but Akashi always insists on driving because he thinks it's being a gentleman and maaaaybe he's going to show off a little when they find open road and he can go vroom vroom in his expensive car sometimes to impress Furi.
- Brings the other lunch at work
ItaJun: This is such a Yuuji move. He's good at cooking in canon and shares recipes, I think he takes joy in making people food, it's another tiny little way of protecting and helping the ones he loves.
AkaFuri: Both. Furihata brings homemade stuff, Akashi brings takeout. Furihata has to do it a bit more though because Akashi forgets that humans have to eat if he's caught up in whatever fancy important job he'll probably get.
- Has the better parental relationship
ItaJun: I am happy to say both! A miracle, truly. Junpei's mom is amazing, Yuuji's grandpa was gruff but still loving, Jin seemed nice as well. We don't talk about Kenjaku but I think Kaori would have been great as well
AkaFuri: HAHAHAHAHA Furihata 100/10. Akashi's dad is a fucking nightmare. His son was having a mental health crisis in middle school over not being the no.1 at everything, so much so he just fully shut himself out from any kind of human connection. That's how terrified of failure, of his DAD Akashi is. This is no competition, and I feel so bad for him
- Tries to start role-playing in bed
ItaJun: Hmmmmm....I feel like this was Yuuji slipping up at some point, Junpei catches on and he's like "wait, you wanna elaborate???" And then they sit down and draft up this whole scenario with characters and plot lmao. Probably some kinda monster-damsel RP except Yuuji sucks at being the monster so Junpei has to do it.
AkaFuri: I'm wondering if they would RP at all....I think if they did, Akashi would want to, but Furihata would verbalize it for him because Akashi has no clue how to explain that that's what he wants.
- Embarrassingly drunk dancer
ItaJun: Both. They share a braincell. They're probably laughing in each other's face while being nuisances
AkaFuri: By virtue of Akashi being canonically good at everything, this one has to go to Furihata.
- Still cries watching Titanic
ItaJun: Yuuji hands down. Junpei's out here checking the set design for historical accuracy and Yuuji's like "th-they love each other 🥺so much! And the violinist doing the last performance 🥺 the old couple holding each other 🥺😭😭". Junpei thinks it's very sweet.
AkaFuri: Furihata. He love romance and he might have accidentally related a little too hard with Jack and Rose(he will take it to the grave that he thinks Rose resembles Akashi).
- Firmly believes in couples costumes
ItaJun: BOTH. They're cosplaying every goddamn Halloween as their favorite horror and slasher movie couples. They WILL be cosplaying as Morticia and Gomez at least once.
AkaFuri: Neither, Furihata's too embarrassed by it and Akashi is way too awkward.
- Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas
ItaJun: Neither. I think neither of them have enough money for it and they see eye-to-eye a lot so they know exactly what to get. It helps that both of them have hobbies that are relatively cheap.
AkaFuri: Akashi. He has no idea what the threshold for 'expensive' is. Unless you give him a precise price limit, he will be buying Furihata giant train sets, first edition signed copies of books and shoes that are probably worth someone's 2 month rent.
- Makes the other eat breakfast
ItaJun: Yuuji? I think Yuuji eats a lot, probably wakes up early too, so he defaults into calling Junpei up for breakfast.
AkaFuri: Furihata. Again, Akashi forgets that he is a human being and therefore must eat.
- Remembers anniversaries
ItaJun: Both! But Yuuji remembers the ridiculously small events too, like first time they went ice skating together, first visit to the aquarium, first sleepove, etc. But Junpei remembers all the major stuff.
AkaFuri: Both. Furihata seems like a romantic who enjoys that stuff. Akashi is way too focused on his calendar so he knows what happened when.
- Brings up having kids
ItaJun: If this is canon, Yuuji brings it up. I think he'd want a big family but he fully ditched those ideas after seeing the state of their lives. If it's in a No Curses AU, Yuuji's super enthusiastic about having kids and Junpei's probably the same. I can see them having like, two kids. Adopted. Yuuji makes them the best lunches and cute breakfast, takes them to the park. Junpei's gotta be the more stricter parent, helps them with homework, they go to him when they want to introspect. They go to Yuuji when they have more fact-based questions like "how does rain work?" or "why do caterpillars become soup before they become butterflies?"
AkaFuri: Akashi.....? Furihata sorta had that default of "love-marriage-kids" in his head but he never thought about it. Akashi though, is having anxiety over it because his dad probably wants kids for the Akashi business empire or whatever idk he seems the type.

Isekai’ed into Kuroko no Basket? AND IN YŌSEN?
Isekai genre - when someone (usually an adult girl) dies in her life (usually by being hit by truck-kun) and gets reincarnated into a novel she read (usually with multiple male leads and steamy romance, also usually fantasy world)
Certain pre-isekai life assumptions: “You” are not from Akita, or any other north city of Japan, also AFAB character pre and post isekai
Comedy crack piece, cw: swearing and being mean about knb characters, simping for Daddy Harasawa
- U came back from your university wanting to just die from amount of work and studying you had to do
- You are just a casual student, not so great, not so bad, and for stress relief you read lots of sports mangas bc of pretty sweating boys
- You decided to go to the convenience store for some instant ramen, what is a main core of your diet, and then, in your least favourite sweatpants and dirty t-shirt, u get hit by a truck
- Thinking “well at least I don’t have to give the assignment tomorrow for econ” u just waited if they have anime in hell
- And then you open your eyes, and it’s not your bed, not your room
- Actually it was a very nice neat room, looked like belonged to some teenage girl, which is also kinda alarming, that someone like this rescued a wounded adult person who looked like a homeless beggar
- However you don’t feel any pain, which is weird considering you just get hit by a truck. You sit up and noticed that u look a little… skinnier? Also your hands looked diff- Hold up.
- You looked into the mirror and it was not your reflection
- Even worse, after all you assumed if you wake up in some other body, at least this time you’d be extremely pretty with big boobs and nice ass but no luck - you were pretty but also pretty plain. Also very young
- You saw a cute uniform hanging next to your mirror and got war flashbacks. It was not your high school uniform but the fact that it was here suggests that…
- …. You have to go back to school and you’d really rather just die, even if the uniform is pretty
- After eating breakfast with not-your-parents and wearing this pretty not-your-uniform, you fished for some information from them - which wasn’t hard bc they were very excited that you are starting your high school life today, in this prestigious Catholic school, that is well known from western influences and good food. But somehow they never told you the name.
- You tried to pretend to be very clumsy and asked not-your-parents “So what’s the name of my school again?”
- They looked at you like you are a cat who does silly tricks and not-your-mom said “Silly, how could you forget? You go to Yosen now”
- You froze. This name sounded too familiar, especially with your cute uniform. Hold up. If this is this Yosen then…
-“WAIT WE ARE IN AKITA?” You yelled with despair. At this point your parents were wondering if you have brain damage, bc how could you forget where you lived your whole life?
- U somehow convince your parents that you don’t have brain tumour or got concussed during the night, and you just had a very strange dream about living in Tokyo and confused reality with dreaming
- While walking to your dumb school in dumb Akita, you already were annoyed
- First of all, you fuckin hated snow
- And second of all, not only you got isekai’ed into a sports anime, which is probably the worst thing that could happen to the girl, because this teenage boys have basketball balls for brains, but also you ended up in Akita way away from the main plot, and you are back into your first year of highschool while mentally still being a college student in her 20’s, which kinda made you a creep
- Not only that, if this is really world of Kuroko no Basket, you ended up in a school with The Biggest (Talented) Whiny Baby and Emo Pretty Boy which seriously, are not the best cards you could get
- If you’d get into any school in Tokyo, at least you’d interact with the characters more, and if it’d be Rakuzan, it seemed like players in the team were just way more fun and diverse, while Yōsen’s whole plot was mostly Himuro’s weird homoerotic brotherhood and Murasakibara being a whiny bitch. Oh, and them being tall
- Also they show up in the anime only in Winter Cup arc, which means that you don’t interact with the main plot in the next half a year - so what the heck are you supposed to do till now?
- Also the fact that this is a Catholic school makes it even more ridiculous - if God exists, he’d sent you to Tōō so you can simp over the hottest coach in whole series, not send you to The North
- You found your way to the school and, well, to be fair: it was really impressive. Also people here were so freaking tall, it is ridiculous for Japan
- School for Giraffes I swear
- Building was huge, modern, pretty - no wonder your fake parents were so excited about you going here
- When you went to the announcement board to check the class you are in, very fast you realised that you are in the same class as Murasakibara
- Well, it does make sense, since this is a very typical plot armour situation - but also it makes you wonder - should you get involved in the plot at all? Become a manager for Yōsen team? Because honestly it seem like… a hassle.
- U found your way into the classroom and there was still no Purple Baby Giant. Also outside of that, everyone seem rather normal, no crazy hair colors, no one being two meters tall, no one being extremely pretty or handsome: typical NPC class in the anime
- You chose a chair next to the window, to get +10 to angst (as you are now a teenager, again)
- Bell rang and everyone took their sits, and there was still no familiar face. Is it possible, that all of this was just a huge coincidence, and you got reincarnated into some alternative universe where names are just way too familiar?
- Right when you were about to sigh with relief, the door opened and you saw a giant figure, that didn’t even fit into the frame. “I’m sorry for being late”
- I guess no one expected someone so big attend first class, so teacher asked if he is sure that’s where he supposed to be, while everyone else started gossiping. To be fair maybe later on you’d ask new classmates if they find it suspicious that his hair was purple. After explaining the issue, Murasakibara Atsushi, The Giant of Teikō, member of Generation of Miracles, sat right behind you, in the last place from the window. Well, that would be indeed rather inconvenient if he sit in the front.
- Teacher started intodrucing himself and there were some voting regarding class President - neither you or Murasakibara got elected, since it would be very inconvenient for the plot. However at the end of the lesson teacher requested all of you to write something in the notebook. “Ah, crap” you hear behind you. No freaking way, you thought. No way…
- “Hey” you felt someone touching you on the back. “Can you borrow me a pen?”
- As in a stereotypical shoujo manga scene, you took a pen out of your pencil case and turn around to face The Main Character of this school. He took it without changing his bored expression and murmured quiet thanks.
- As the break started, you were thinking about talking to him again, but just as hungry birds, people from your class gathered around purple haired boy, commenting on his height. “Whoa do you play volleyball?” “No, basketball” for a second it amused you, how interesting would be if Murasakibara get into Haikyuu (he totally should have come to Shiratorizawa). Since there was no chance to talk to him, you just took out some food not-your-mom prepared, which actually were some homemade cookies.
- “Hey” you heard the same voice again as before, but you didn’t turn this time. People were still gathered around, so he probably wasn’t speaking to you. However the crowd got quiet. “Hey, Pen Girl” you heard a little louder. If it was a car that hit you, not a truck, maybe you’ll be just peacefully dead, instead of dealing with this bullshit.
- You turned around. “What?” You said rather annoyed. You could hear how entire class collectively stopped breathing from fear. This dude was over two meters tall, and you are talking to him this way? Sounds like a death wish.
- “Can I have one?” He pointed at the cookie. Oooh… you made a fast calculation in your head. Do you want to be inserted into sports anime plot? Do you want to do this manager work and watch sweaty boys go around the ball in your free time? Do you want to make fun of Himuro’s bangs?
- You know the answer. So there was no other way. You took one more cookie into your hand, and put all others on Murasakibara’s desk. “You can have them, they are really good.”
- And there you are, a college weeb, making friends with The Whinest Highschooler in Kuroko no Basket.
- Getting a position of the basketball club manager in Yōsen was actually way harder than it should be. When you went to the coach with your application, you were denied on the spot. “We don’t need a manager” she said coldly. You did not expect that. But then she added “if you want to join Himuro’s funclub, you can do it from the spectator’s sit”
- Oooh, now it all makes sense. Amount of teenage girls who want to sniff Himuro’s sweaty towels made things harder for you. But you still decided to shoot your shot. After all, Yōsen coach was not so much older than you before you died.
- “Actually, I’m in Murasakibara’s class” you started. “We are very good friends” you put your application next to the coach on the desk, and bended a little closer to her ear and lowered your voice. “I know how to keep him motivated. Think about it”. After that you left the office and decided to put into motion your new plan: Pavloving Murasakibara
- It took one week until Coach asked you to come to the training. You’ve been preparing for this all this time. You knew that Atsushi was lazy, hated sweating and getting invested into the game, and treated everything like a hassle.
- For the past week you and Purple Giant became a very good friends. You’d always brought more food and sweets, so it wasn’t long until his mouth started watering whenever he saw your face. All according to the plan.
- “We have a rather important training match soon, and Murasakibara is not treating trainings seriously” coach sighed on your way to the gym. “It is really annoying how someone so talented has so little dedication”
- When you arrived, you’d see a crowd of girls from all classes watching guys stretching. Or should you say, one guy.
- Murasakibara was getting yelled at by the captain, probably hearing something similar you heard from the coach: to start training seriously. But the moment he saw you, his face got brighter. Ah, the power of conditioning. Thank god you took the psychology class on your first year.
- “Chibi-chin!” You heard his voice. Yes, it was a lovely nickname that he used, as you were way smaller than him. You smiled and waved your hand. Captain got distracted, as he probably never expected Coach to voluntarily bring a girl to the training. “If you can make him treat it seriously, you can be the manager. Just don’t steal Himuro’s shirts” “Can I steal his shorts tho?” Coach sent you a disgusted look. “Okay, that was a joke, no stealing”
- You went to Murasakibara. “Hey ‘Sushi!” At this point you wouldn’t be surprise if people assume you two are dating, since you had lovely nicknames for each other. “I heard that you have an important match soon” you touched his jersey and gently pull it so he will lean down to you. “You know, if you try your best on the training and win that game, I’ll ask my mom to make you a homemade cake, any flavour you’d want”
- He swallowed saliva. “Any flavour?” - You could hear excitement in his voice. “Yes” you smiled to him. “So work hard, okay, ‘Sushi?”
- That day, no one from oppose team could score any shoot against Murasakibara.
- You got manager position on the spot.
- If this was an Isekai Novel it would be called How I Became a Nanny to 208 cm Giant Baby

PS: I have no personal grudge against Akita, or Himuro’s bangs, however I do have a grudge against snow

Hiii <3 so I saw your post and u said u wanted more requests so I have one if you don't mind
(I'm staying anon but I feel like people will recognize me from my request LMFAO🫣)
SOOOO can I ask for either headcanons or a oneshot abt Akashi if his two personalities were twin brothers? some ideas just to get gears turning could be like them during teiko, with Rakuzan, vorpal vs jabberwocky, kuroko's bday, stuff like that
(just to be clear these are just suggestions and u don't have to write about them all😭)
THANK U SMM🥰🥰
A/N: Just to clarify two little things, I know that his two personalities are always referred to as Oreshi and Bokushi, but these aren't names we could give to the twins as they are last name based. Whilst in my fic, The Reddest Sand where his other personality magically appeared as a twin and the GOM named him, this is obviously an AU where they were born as twins so I went over the names of the richest Japanese to pick a name that felt posh and what Masaomi might choose. Bokushi is named Masayoshi for this heacanon as its meaning fits someone of a good standing and with it resembling Masaomi's name it would probably be a bit of an ego stroke for him.
I will be giving my general headcanons to them as twins, but feel free to request for more Akashi twins content! If my VK fans prove anything, it's that I'm good at producing hot twin content.
-From a very early age, Seijuro had to learn how to perform damage control for Masayoshi's outbursts towards the other rich kids and everyone considers him the nicer twin. -Both feel protective over the other for their own reasons. Seijuro, because it's his little brother and he clearly needs some proffesional help, whilst Masayoshi is protective of his older brother precisely because he doesn't wants his older brother to fail and upset their father. -In this AU, Seijuro is captain and Masayoshi is his vice captain both at Teiko and Rakuzan. -This did lead to the occasional conflicts, like when Seijuro was about to lose to Murasakibara until Masayoshi stepped in and defeated him for Seijuro. Masayoshi was a better leader for the team in that period, but because Seijuro was the eldest and continued running the damage control, he continued being captain much to Masayoshi's disappointment as he felt like it was his turn. -However, his teammates have some mad respect for Seijuro being able to handle an angry Masayoshi, something not even their father manages to achieve. -Initially, people think Seijuro is the angel to Masayoshi's devil but when you get to know the twins better, you'd know that like yin & yang, they each have a splotch of each other's traits. Seijuro might rarely get angry, but when he is, you should better stay the fuck away from him which Masayoshi is always smart enough to do, whilst Masayoshi does has a friendlier side. -As a matter of fact, whilst often for the wrong reasons, Masayoshi is the one more easily convinced to joke around with the other team members whilst Seijuro just stands around with an '👁👄👁' expression as the chaos proceeds to unfold. -Seijuro can be rather passive around Masayoshi as his mind just goes to blank in social situations unlike his twin who's much more assertive about what he likes, is curious about, etc. -If you ask Izuki, he'd call the twins Passive & Agressive. -A shared hobby by the twins is horse riding. They each have their own horse and like racing each other since childhood. Especially when things are uneasy between them. They let all their anger out during the race and whenever they reach their favorite private spot, talk it out with a small picnic their maid packed for the twins, who from the vibe around the house could guess this was what they were planning to do. -Despite Seijuro being the oldest, it was Masayoshi holding him and being his rock during their mother's funeral rather then him trying to compose himself and be the good big brother. Their mother's funeral was the one time during their childhood when Seijuro just couldn't hold himself together. -The twins keep score of who wins at Shogi in a little notebook. They have it categorized by dates and the number of rounds as a general track record and have this unspoken rule that the current winner gets dibs to everything. -Before losing to Kuroko, the twins had only ever experienced loss at each other's hands.
