my guess for 'Pumpkin' is the 'Phil is the dancing pumpkin man gif' - another obviously false option

first show chose 'Fake' - phil faked the last sleepless night video (true)

my guess for 'Clothes' is clothes sharing

Tier 3: Pole or Tour bus

first show chose 'Tour bus' - they shared the big bed on the tatinof tour bus (true 😭)

first show chose 'Wedding' - they got married in Japan (false, with an implication that they're not married at all from what I could hear??) they said something like 'dan can't commit to anything' and 'we're not traditional in any way')

my guess for 'Vegas' is the missing vegas video vlog! I think it' sgoing to be hard to get an audience that picks this one...it's the cake scene all over again 😭😭

Not sure if you're still doing the fic title ask thing, but if you are, "falling stars rising smoke"

Smokescreen held the two cubes up to his optics and looked at them closely. One was empty, one was full, and it was all he could safely scavenge from the Decepticon citadel.

If rationed correctly, they could last a couple days before the really bad side effects set in. They'd be a bit hungry yes, but they'd still be able to run at mostly full strength

But...

Carefully he leaned forward and nudged Optimus awake.

"Optimus, it's time to fuel," he quietly offered. The mech's optics flickered on and slowly tracked his movements. Once he was certain Optimus was conscious and paying attention, he carefully brought one of the cubes to his lips and very slowly poured as not to choke him.

When the cube was about half empty though, he suddenly closed his mouth and turned his head away to the side.

"Sir? Is something wrong?" he pulled the cube back and looked at the liquid still sloshing inside. He'd taken a sip earlier, just to be safe and make sure it wasn't tampered with, and nothing seemed off. He also doubted the Decepticons would poison their own Energon stores, but it was entirely possible he missed something.

"What... about you?" the Prime wheezed out. His voice was raspy and weak, barely more than a whisper that could be carried away by the weakest of winds. Despite the damage, his optics still managed to look up at him with worry that almost made Smokescreen laugh.

It was funny, in a painful way, that Optimus was worried about him despite being on Primus's doorstep.

He supposed that's what happened when you were leading an entire faction in a war for millions of years.

"I already fueled when you were asleep," the lie slipped out as easy as ever, and he grabbed the empty cube. "See? I've already finished."

Optimus couldn't afford to have partial rations. He needed all the strength he could get if he was to get better.

Smokescreen didn't need to be running on full cylinders anyways. He just needed enough so that the Decepticons couldn't catch him.

Optimus stared at him for a few moments, and for a second that even though he was barely conscious he managed to sniff out the deception, but a moment later he relaxed and gave the smallest of nods

Smokescreen smiled down at him. "Now, finish your cube, okay? You need every drop you can get."

Miyoko Killing Jae | @gcldfanged

“Kill him.” It was not a request. An order.  Miyoko’s face was still stinging from the man’s slap, holding their bow as they shook in place. All these years away from the man they had hoped they would learn to stop being afraid of him, but it was just the same as always. “Yes, sir.” 

Dinner with Jae-hyo was uneventful, but nice. Miyoko probably would have enjoyed it, just being there with him, if their mind hadn’t been on their father’s demands. Jae noticed it too and they had simply waved it away as being under the weather. 

But their eyes followed Jae calmly, watching his every move like a hawk. They wanted to hold him close, to save him from the darker parts of themselves - the weakest part of themselves. 

When he turned away to look out the window, they followed, long fingers trailing across the knife they’d been holding in their pocket. It seemed too easy to slip it out of their pocket and into their hand, familiar in it's uncomfortable cool. A deep inhale and their hand surged forward, aiming for the man's neck.

He must have seen them out of the corner of his eye or simply knew it was coming. Jae-hyo's hand struck out, grabbing them by the wrist and pulling them completely over his shoulder. By the time they landed, he was twisting their arm. Miyoko didn't even have the air in their lungs to scream as their bones were broken, shoulder slipping out of socket, the head of their humerus snapping.

They didn't have time to think and they didn't, it was now simply reaction to their life suddenly in peril. Miyoko dropped the knife from their captured hand, immediately catching it with their left hand and with all their might they shoved it into Jae-hyo's side. He let their wrist go to stumble backwards against the glass doorway, hand touching the injury to pull back crimson.

Miyoko took the knife with them, but didn't manage to get away before Jae kicked them, knocking them halfway across the floor. They were usually faster than this, but it was all they could do to sit up before Jae was straddling them, hand tight around their jaw. "Can't you see he's just using you?"

Of course he'd know why they were doing it. Of course he'd know. Of course of course of course. Miyoko felt tears welling up in their eyes. Coward.

"If not me, then he'll do it himself. He won't be quick. He'll parade your half-dead body around in front of me like a prize. I can't - I can't let him do that."

The knife dug it's way into Jae's ribcage this time, between bone and into lung tissue. In response. a pistol shoved it's way into Miyoko's cheek, pressing them against the floor. "Stop and think!"

Again, Miyoko shoved the knife into his side. Jae wasn't breathing right, wheezing out air as his lung collapsed, filling with blood. The gun fired and Miyoko's jaw exploded, teeth and jaw bone and cheek tissue dissipating into a gory mess. Their fingers grew weak on the knife, letting it collapse to the floor as they failed their third swing.

They gasped and wheezeed air from their lungs, struggling as blood poured out of them. Jae wasn't doing much better, equally struggling to breathe as he teetered to the side. Miyoko's eyes were unharmed and they stared and stared and stared, tears streaming bloody rivulets into the void that was their mouth.

"Why couldn't - why couldn't you trust me, Miyoya?"

I could. I did. I trusted you more than anything.

They wanted to say the words but they couldn't. But it didn't matter, did it? Miyoko had betrayed the one person in their life they had truly loved. They were both dying. There was no taking any of it back. No fixing this.

But it didn't matter to them. They reached out to grab his hand anyway, desperate, clinging motions as he slipped completely sideways and hit the floor, gasping breathlessly.

but the point is i still am sooooo happy i started rooting for them!! because they are so fun to watch i am dead serious never in my life did i think i would like watching football of all fucking things. and its genuinely genuinely so impressive how they can find new ways to lose so spectacularly. setting a new total points (82) record for a bengals-steelers game. the team that didn't score a touchdown at all and still somehow won against a team we lost to twice even with 9 total touchdowns btw. made a whole career game for the opposing qb after years of not touching 400 yards. coming back from a 24-6 deficit in the fourth quarter. receiver with qb numbers on 2 separate games against the same team. career high 5 passing touchdowns games. 300+ yards 3+ touchdowns numerous times and still losing said games. broke a record about that all in one season girl how the fuck. this all just points to how shit the defense is which is sooo confusing because HOW can you suck that bad...an nfl defense…..(there's this hilarious bit calling the way they're losing 'high art' which is basically all this lmao)

i mean hard knocks will be an extremely painful watch but at least you can’t shit on the way they’re playing offense so it won't be a complete beat down so.

Honestly im more of a golden age Captain Marvel Jr fan, so I'm more familiar with Freddy's stories than Billy's.

I don't like reading power of shazam or some of the newer stuff because sometimes you need to read other hero's issues to get the full picture, You don't need that much reading order for golden age since most of their stories are not episodic so here's the comics I read( not in order.)

I recommend reading just the Marvel Family if you want to see the main three interacting with one another. I feel like this is the best one to get started if you already know the origins for the Marvel Family.

"Choose. You, or your crew." the stranger growled, shoving the muzzle of his blaster into the side of Smokescreen's helm.

Smokescreen bit back a sigh, knowing full well that it would not help the situation.

The situation was fairly unusual. Most days were pretty quiet in the Archives with the most exciting thing being a new datapad being added to their stores, or on rarer occasions a bot starting drama over some novel or other they didn't have and needing to be escorted out.

An armed robbery was definitely a new occurrence. Usually when bots wanted to steal the relics, they opted for more covert methods.

But not these ones apparently. They showed up, quite literally guns blazing, and held the staff and visitors who hadn't managed to flee in the initial chaos hostage. The enforcers had of course been called, but they couldn't get in yet without risking the attackers doing something dangerous.

That led to right now, him, his employees, and a couple others all gathered in the back of one of the bigger rooms as one of the attackers tried to threaten Smokescreen into telling them the vault passcodes by dragging him forward and pressing a gun to his helm.

Primus he was going to have to fill out so much paperwork after this. Maybe he could convince Ultra Magnus to pull some strings so he wouldn't have to.

"I said choose," the mech growled again, jabbing Smokescreen's helm with the blaster again, this time hard enough to scratch the paint which made Smokescreen tense.

Not in fear like the mech seemed to think, no, but growing frustration. He just got buffed the other day! Knockout was going to peel his paint when he found out he ruined his work so soon.

Yeah, okay, waiting for the enforcers to do something clearly wasn't working out.

Guess he had to handle this himself.

This time he actually let himself sigh, not caring about keeping his attacker docile.

"Yeaaaaaah, gonna have to say no to that one, chief."

And then he grabbed the gun's barrel.

His attacker's optics went wide but he didn't even have time before he was swiftly disarmed (he wasn't even using servo modifications! talk about amateur hour, as Miko would say). It only took a second to pistol whip him across the temple, then whip around and shoot the three other bots in the room just as they began to realize things were not going to plan.

Nonlethally of course. Sure it would count as self defense and he'd be let off without much trouble, but that would just make even MORE paperwork.

Once he was confident the other three were down for the count and that his employees and even a few of the other hostages were able to disarm and take care of them, he turned back to the first mech.

"First mistake," Smokescreen began, flipping him onto his front and forcing his servos behind his back in a submission hold. "Getting within grabbing distance."

"Second mistake," he patted down his frame to grab the key for the handcuffs. "Cuffing me too loose and then not being able to see what I was doing with my servos."

"Third and most damning of all," he threw the key over to a very shell shocked looking Coil, who fumbled the catch with his cuffed servos but managed to not drop it.

He liked Coil. He was a new hire, but Smokescreen could already tell he'd be sticking around. He was a hard worker, a bit sarcastic at times, and cared a lot about keeping things organized.

His now ex-attacker looked up at him with wide optics, confused and afraid, and Smokescreen just met his gaze with a bored expression.

"Not doing your fragging research."
