Day 45 - Dirk Strider, from @ask-dstrider 

If there’s one thing I have to thank as far as the good of this year for me goes, it has to be the good times I’ve had on Tumblr, most especially the Homestuck fandom. While there’s certainly been rocky moments, like the polarised response to the Epilogues and beyond, there’s been many positive times too. It’s how I’ve met the most important people in my life and it’s where most of my good times have happened. Seems fitting that I’d go ahead and draw something that represents that well. I had a time where I ran an ask blog, @ask-thedeafjohn, and it was a really fun time (Heck, I’m tempted to run it some more to relive it.) Thanks for all the good times this year and decade, and here’s to some more!

A metallic clank echoed through the room, bouncing off the walls, as Tavros jolted with a start, covering his ass with his hands as he quickly turned around to look at Dirk. 

“uH,” Was all he managed, voice faltering as he looked at the Strider, cheeks burning. 

He had to give Dirk credit, though, the human was doing a good job at keeping a stoic expression after his hand was quite possibly damaged by Tavros’s oddly perfected metal ass (Thank u, Equius, for the Tav booty. Amen).
