It always comes back to them lol. Always. I could be a bestselling novelist and I will probably still be writing versions of my NaruSaku.

I adore these knuckleheads and the fact that they aren't Canon breaks my heart. And also makes me relieved every time I hear about what's going on in Boruto xD

For your get to know me hp game. 5 things you'd change.

From this ask meme thing!

1. I think this will be stating the obvious at this point, but... Draco, what were you doing in the second half of Deathly Hallows?? 👀 The Sorting Hat sang about interhouse unity, and we got NO interhouse unity in the series?? What was the point of such a strong, positive message just for the only turncoat Slytherins to be RAB (RIP), who is dead before the series begins, and Snape, who is dead by the time the series ends? How does locking every single Slytherin student in the dungeons during a battle (DH movie) or every single Slytherin leaving the castle (DH book) promote interhouse unity? Why did we spend all of Half-Blood Prince and half of Deathly Hallows reading about Draco struggling with his duty to Voldemort and his family just for him to turn around and try to capture Harry at the Battle of Hogwarts in a last-ditch effort to save his skin (never mind that he was unable and UNWILLING to identify Harry when THEY HAD HIM PRISONER AT MALFOY MANOR!!!)??

The first thing I would change about the series is I would make Draco turn from Voldemort and try to help Harry, if not at Malfoy Manor, then for sure at the Battle of Hogwarts. I would also include other Slytherins who change sides and help fight with Hogwarts and the Order. It would have been a nice lesson about judging people and second chances and how everyone has the capacity to do good and grow. I’m not even good at writing endings and I KNOW this would have been a better ending!!

2. In the Half Blood Prince book, Ron makes this comment about Draco and his Hand of Glory....... except how did Ron know Draco had a Hand of Glory? In Chamber of Secrets, Draco LOOKS at the Hand of Glory in Borgin and Burkes while Harry is hiding, but of course Lucius didn’t buy it for him because he makes a comment about how he hopes his son doesn’t grow up to become a common thief. So.... why would Ron know about the Hand of Glory? Why would he assume Draco had one? (I looked it up. Ron mentions the HoG in chapter 29, page 618 of the original US hardback version of HBP: “His Hand of Glory,” said Ron. “Gives light only to the holder, remember?” Remember what??? Remember Harry MAYBE told you Draco wanted a Hand of Glory when he was 12 but his father wouldn’t buy him one??) Anyway, I would have been a better writer and established that Draco had a Hand of Glory in a better way. But that’s just me, an average, unpublished, not-bajillionaire fan fic writer. u_u

3. In the Deathly Hallows part 1 movie, Remus and Kingsley are standing in a tower at Hogwarts before the battle begins and Remus says, “It is the quality of one’s convictions that determines success, not the number of followers,” and Kingsley says “Who said that?” and Remus says “Me.” And that’s it. I’d take that entire interaction out of the movie because it was stupid.

4. In the DH epilogue, the children ask why everyone is staring at Harry/Ron/Hermione’s families, and Ron makes a joke that it’s him! He’s very famous! And.... I’m sorry, but there is no way that any of their children did not grow up understanding that Harry is famous and why. So, like, the joke fell extremely flat because how could they possibly not understand why people were staring at them? I wouldn’t have included that joke at all? What was the point?

5. I’d change JKR so she wouldn’t be a TERF.

1. My dearest trash fam, @riddlelvr and @baskervilleshund, without whom these past 4 years wouldn’t have been nearly as fun. Love you assholes to utter bits.

2. Writing! I have had the most fun I’ve ever had writing during the past year, which is pretty incredible considering I said I’d never write for Sunny. I’m so unbelievably glad I changed my mind about that. It’s been so fucking cathartic, and I appreciate each and every one of you who took the time to read and kudos (especially the cricks fics lmao) and I wish free cupcakes upon those of you who commented. You’re what keeps me writing the nasty.

3. Following on from #2, IASIP. I am so so so so SO glad I fell into this fandom. It’s as if the fucking stars aligned or something. As a fandom experience it’s such a breath of fresh air after almost drowning in the cesspool that g*tham became. Don’t get me wrong: there’s antis, there’s discourse (find me a fandom with neither; I’ll wait), but that sort of shit is easily avoided, and the folk I’ve met here are the very definition of Good People. (As a disclaimer, I mean no ill will towards anyone who still digs the g*tham fandom - more power to you! But it just ain’t for me anymore.)

5. Pokemon Let’s Go. I’ve been hammering it non-stop for 2 months now; I really like the removal of all the bloat and how casual the battle scene is because of that. Now, I’m very far from what one would consider a casual gamer but it’s super nice not to have to invest 100+ hours into a team for it to be even remotely competitive, plus it’s fun to beat people who use ubers and don’t play by the rules with a team containing stuff like Parasect lmao. PLUS they made shiny hunting so goddamn accessible (if you’re into that sort of thing… which I am).

I love my current team of misfits. :D

(Speaking of Pokemon, if anyone has a Sandshrew they can trade please please PLEASE message me because it’s the last goddamn thing I need for my dex. I don’t even need to keep it I just wanna log it! D:)

what’s your favorite headcanon of [pairing]? it’s a simple headcanon, but I’d love to think they’d be always after kakashi 24/7 asking for another bell test after the war. I also love the headcanon where Naruto and Sakura have a lot of inside jokes that Kakashi and Sasuke absolutely do not understand and it mildly annoys them :P

Everyone who knows me knows I would've preferred Karin for Sasuke if he were to be with someone given the mirroring symbolism between NaruSaku and SasuKarin.

Instead of answering, he lowered his eyes to the ground as they walked down the path to the Apparation point just outside the Greengrass estate’s wards.

“Not all traditionally Slytherin families are like the Malfoys and the Parkinsons, you know,” Daphne said, now feeling a little hurt by Harry’s reaction to meeting her parents–it was as if he had expected the worst from them and was shocked that they could be anything close to decent.

“It’s not that,” he assured her, his voice growing quiet. “It’s just… nice to feel welcome in someone else’s home.”

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending? All of my fics end happily. Hell, only one fic I’ve written (Ghosts From The Past) even has angst in it 

7. Do you write crossovers? If so, what is the craziest one you’ve written? 

I wrote a DBZ/highschool dxd fic back in 2014. my first fic. its still up but i havent updated in almost 2 years and might take it down

8. Have you ever received hate on a fic? on FFN yeah, not on AO3. just typical flame comments

9. Do you write smut? If so what kind?  nope lol. I’d get too embarrassed + plus smut ends up being more funny than sexy for me lol

Yup. On FFN, i happened to click on a mutual’s fic and found my chapter copied word for word with the names changed. I was PISSED, and said if he didnt change it id report his account. He eventually did, and said it was just insipration but thats bullshit

11. Have you ever had a fic translated? nope, ive had people ask about translating my FFN fic but i didnt feel comfortable so I turned it down

12. Have you ever co-written a fic before? actually yeah once! with @redaloves for a winter themed DB event last year

xxvi -  which do your prefer, owls, cats, or a frog? In my own life I enjoy cats the most, but I do feel if I was to attend Hogwarts an owl would be ever more practical and birds are also quite sweet. I’ll admit it, I’m just a real animal lover haha.

xxvii - which is your favourite harry potter era? All of them hold a place in my heart truly, but the Lightning era is at the forefront because of the ties I built with it growing up.
