I’ve already talked at length abt what specifically tsukasa does for rui that he needed but wrt rui -> tsukasa I think the fact that rui is very willing to push tsukasa’s limits and also tell him that he can do better is very crucial like. When ur fairly confident in ur skills but know u can improve its not helpful to have someone going “this is great 🥰 good job” what u want is someone going “this is good but you could be trying xyz and that may improve your work.”
