hm. recommended guided meditation more than once and suggested my me/cfs was actually PTSD. had to educate her on PEM to explain my lack of exercise and she told me about soldiers getting painkillers after the war when they needed therapy. not sure about this one lads
first appointment with a psych to hopefully address the adhd !
#im gonna go to the next few appointments we set because this was just intake#but. hm#i know i need to stop smoking and i know weed doesn't help depression#and i know about rebound anxiety from coming off a high#i came to talk to you about my racing thoughts and inability to sit still without feeling like my head is going to explode#but i'll see where you're going with this
