2. Sonya's absence? Other than the fact that she is a fan-made character and not from canon lore, answering this now would be spoiling the final four chapters.

I got shot in the chest and taken away from Herman’s lab to the Entity’s realm. I imagine chances of conception are low considering the shock I entered, and I’ve never been to a gynecologist to confirm whether or not I have fertility issues.

Are you happy now, Anon? How do you think diseases work in the Entity’s realm? Unless they are the Plague’s infection, things like sore throat, fever, and high blood pressure are not conducive to Trials.
