oh i fucked up these pancakes incredibly
#ive 1- never made pancakes from scratch (ok maybe literally just once years ago)#2- i tried to make them protein pancakes & in turn overstirred them (didnt know you could do that) made WAY too much & ruined the texture#its been an endless process of adding flour adding milk adding flour adding milk adding fl-#ive been in the kitchen for two hours & got one (1) 4-inch mostly good textured pancake out of it and then fucked it up some more#i now have what looks like over 4 cups of pancake batter that i literally cannot cook with because it has abhorrent texture#i just wanted some semi-healthy gotdamn pancakes 😭 im still hungry but now im soooo tired#im taking a minute to regroup as ive just thrown the bastard pancake batter out & need to throw in a load of laundry#i have pancake mix i shouldve just used that. whatever#as im fond of saying these days; fuck my stupid baka life LMFAO 😭😭#emma rambles#food
