SHIPPING INFO — ♥ answer the following for your muses so people know how shipping works on your blog !!

WHAT IS YOUR OTP FOR YOUR CHARACTER(S)?

I honestly don't know if I can properly answer this considering I write ocs here? As far as my personal writing goes, because even counting rp that's the only thing that I can really go off of, I've started to love Pixie x Sommer, specifically in the 'standard' verse as well as their Omega variants in their Val verse. I'm huge on multi-shipping, even with my own characters, so truthfully an 'all time fav' is difficult to name.

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?

It kind of just depends? Anything more than 8 years will have me looking at things a little more closely, but it's muse + situation dependent, and my 'tolerable age gap range' varies depending on the age of the younger muse. General rule of thumb? 4-5 years for muses between the ages of 18-25; then the 8 year rule for muses older. But I also acknowledge experience and maturity is a critical factor in these sorts of things so... case by case basis at the end of the day.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NSFW?

i think a combination of ' the bikini rule ' and intent should be considered . ' the bikini rule ' covers , metaphorically , touches anywhere a bikini covers , so once touches start to be focused in those areas with sexual intent , i ' d start considering that nsfw . touching someone ' s butt as flirtation is nsfw , while jokingly patting someone ' s butt is more friendly , but still suggestive ? goodness knows i ' ve reached over and bopped a friend in the tit as a joke , with no sexual intent behind the move .

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?

I'd like to think not? When it comes down to it, I tend to let my muses take the wheel with shipping, and I'm typically open to it provided there's chemistry and past interactions to go off of. Heavy emphasis on established chemistry prior to bringing up shipping because in all honesty, I'm a little paranoid about accidentally forcing ships/writing my own characters ooc for the sake of one

WHO ARE OTHER CHARACTERS YOU SHIP YOUR CHARACTER WITH?

As far as ocxoc ships go... Like I said earlier, Pixie/Sommer has got me in a chokehold lately... And as far as other, 'non-official' ships go with Pix and other ocs; gotta love going for Brook,

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?

Hard yes, without a doubt, both for my own personal comfort and for the sake of future interactions and the like. Very few of the muses I write here are 'easy to ship' for varying reasons, the most common being severe trust issues + emotional self isolation due to trauma and other factors. Some, like Wolf, Sommer and Phoenix, are violent and abrasive as a primary response. To put it simply; most don't play nice.

ARE YOU SHIP-OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?

I kind of just go with the flow? With writing and rp, I have the philosophy of thinking of threads and stories as a vehicle out on the freeway, and while technically we're the ones in the drivers seat at first, these characters we breath life into have free rein to take control of the wheel at any time on a whim, and sometimes you get kicked out of the car entirely and lose control. I love ships, don't get me wrong, but if it happens, sweet; and if it doesn't, I can live with that, sometimes ships aren't meant to happen .

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?

None I'll admit to I'm a secret fan of König/Stiletto in cod and spitfire in animated young justice.

Basics.

1. This is a multiverse multimuse rp blog with both canon and OCs written by Rin (26, they/them). I’m super laid back, but I am neurodivergent in a few ways, so communication is difficult for me. I’ll do my best to do so openly with all rp partners, but please forgive where I may lack.

2. I’m here to have fun above all else. That being said, transphobia, islamophobia, anti semitism, homophobia, racism, ableism - not tolerated in the least. If I am interacting with someone who has participated in any of the afore mentioned problems, or other forms of bigotry, please tell me.

3. I’ve been in the rpc for a while (more than 15 years experience online). my general rule of thumb: be chill, and I’ll be chill.

4. I tend to hop all over the place, so it’s not uncommon for me to linger in one fandom for bits at a time. This does mean that I might not be writing what you followed me for 100% of the time- if you follow me, then you’re acknowledging this possibility. I do tag all of my verses so if you want to filter those times, you can. I also try to run a queue with a wide variety of verses posting semi-regularly as well.

Do you have any advice on how to start an rp blog? I feel like there's so much to do and so many specific things, it looks intimidating, but I really want to get into it (and your blog seems like a safe space to ask as a baby in the matter)

Hi! Thanks you for asking and for trusting. I do admit that rping on tumblr can look daunting and there is a series of things that are considered “etiquette” that might not be obvious for newcomers. And the only way to learn is to ask, right? As I’m not sure if you would like something more specific or a step-by-step, I’m going to go through the whole process.

1. Setting up the blog

You might want to make a new e-mail account for each blog you want. I recommend making a gmail/google account, so you may be able to use other services and associate them with your blog. I’ll go into more details in a minute.

Some people would rather have a personal blog and then making the RP blog as a side-blog. Or a “hub” blog and many side-blogs so they have everything centralized. The downside is that you can’t follow people with side-blogs, only the main – and some rpers are a little suspicious of personal blogs, so if you intend to go this route it might be a good idea to state somewhere in your blog that you have a RP blog.

Tip : It isn’t said too often, but I recommend saving your blog’s e-mail and password somewhere, maybe a flashdrive or even google drive. This way, if something happens you will be able to retrieve your account.

When picking the URL, for a very long time tumblr had problems tagging URLs with a hyphen ( - ). I’m not sure if it has been fixed or if there are still some issues, so I recommend only using letters and maybe numbers. Other than that, pick anything that sounds nice to you!

Themes are nice, but not entirely necessary. Not everybody has photoshop skills and all that. Some people do have commissioned themes, but if you want to try your hand at it my first stop is usually @theme-hunter or @sheathemes . They reblog many themes from many creators, so there are always many options that might suit your needs. Some creators offer very newcomer-friendly themes that you can configure a lot of things without much hassle but some might require basic HTML knowledge – a few creators have guides on how to properly set up their themes and are willing to and answer questions, so don’t be afraid to contact them! You can also send me an ask, I’m not a specialist but I can certainly help walk you through the basics.

Tip: @glenthemes have very good themes and a basic installation guide here.

When fiddling with the options, try to pick colors that have nice contrast and are easy to read. If you are bad at picking colors or have problems in finding the code for them, I recommend trying this link. There is also this one that auto-generate palettes.

Tip : If you mess with your theme, remember there is the Theme Recovery.

Tip: If you use Chrome or Firefox you can set up different profiles and associate each with a different blog, so you don’t need to log out from any of your accounts.

There are two pages that I recommend having: one is an about your muse. If they are an OC, it is always a good idea to have at least some information out there to make things easier. If they are from a canon source, not everybody is familiar with the material so it might be a good idea to state. For example, if you are going to roleplay as Altria/Arturia, it is a good idea to have a “RP blog for Saber (Altria Pendragon) from FGO/FSN “ somewhere visible. The other page that is a good idea having is a rules/guidelines page. This one can be a little intimidating, but it is usually a way to communicate important things. For example: are you comfortable writing violence? Do you have any personal triggers? There is something you absolutely won’t write? There are things you may figure out along the way and it is absolutely ok to fine-tune this session every now and then. Some people also credit source for their icons and graphics in general in their rule/guideline page.

If you are using the tumblr default themes, when you create a new page you can turn on the option to show a link to the page. If you are using a custom theme, most of the time you will have to link it manually.

Oh, and if you are planning to do a multimuse, it might be a good idea to list which muses you have. The same goes for a hub blog; list the muses and link to the pages.

Icons aren’t necessary but are considered commonplace. You can find some icons I’ve done here but there are plenty of other sources. If you want to do your own icons, keep in mind to don’t make them too big, as a courtesy to your mutuals.

Tip: Anything larger than 300 pixels will be stretched to fit the post. As of today ( 4/29/2021 ) the posts are currently 540 pixels wide. This can be useful as making banners for your blog.

Tumblr allow users to “pin” posts. This mean that they will always visible if you access your blog, even on dash/mobile. You can use this to set up a post with basic links for mobile users or something else. For example, if you are out on vacations and won’t be able to do replies, you can pin a hiatus notice and then remove the pin once you are back.

2. Introducing yourself

Time to officially join the fun! (insert a “Hi, Zuko here” joke) Don’t worry if you don’t have a fancy promo graphic or anything, most people make their initial introduction with a simple post.

Try to introduce yourself in a few lines, but make sure to state which muse you RP as. Some people also like adding their pen name/alias and establishing a brand. Follow as many people as you want that reblogged or liked your post, and tumblr is going to start recommending other blogs that are related to the tags you use normally or have any relation to the people you follow. You can put as many tags as you want, but tumblr will disregard more than 6 tags in their system. Try tags like “<fandom> rp” and “<fandom> roleplay” along with the media, such as “movie” “video game”, “anime” and so on.

It might also be a good idea to follow a few RP memes blogs. They often have options to break the ice, like one-liners that your mutual can send you.

Tip: Don’t forget to turn on the asks and the anon

3. Practical advice

Alright, now that you have a few mutuals, it is time to get to some general tips:

Tumblr can be a little “iffy”, and a great quality of life extension for RPers and navigation in general is installing the New Xkit extension. They offer a number of options to enhance your tumblr experience, but the ones I consider essential are the “editable reblogs”, “quick tags” and “blacklist”. Get it for Chrome or Firefox.

As a rule of thumb I recommend writing your RPs using Google Docs before posting or replying. By doing this you can do some spell check and if your browser crashes for any reason you can easily recover your work. You can also use Word, Open Office, or any text editor you feel like.

Because I’m a bit of a perfectionist, I also have Grammarly ( Chrome / Firefox ) installed for an extra layer of spell/grammar check. There is a subscription option, but the free one works perfectly fine.

To make things easier to locate, always tag the URL of your RP partner when doing a reply. There are other useful things you can tag, such as open starters, memes, and such.

Risking being obvious here, but when you are not interacting as your character it might be a good idea to tag as “ooc” or “out of character”.

Some people like making google docs with basic info and other useful stuff for easier access on mobile. It is a recent trend, it might be easier to edit as opposed to going through tumblr page editor and dealing with the HTML. You can find some templates here and here.

Tumblr’s activity can be unreliable, so don’t be afraid of contacting your partner to see if they have gotten your reply after a few weeks. However, some people also enjoy using the RP Thread Tracker in order to be on top of things. It might be a good idea to check it out.

Because of Tumblr shadowbanning and shenanigans, it isn’t unusual for people to have NSFW sideblogs (sometimes referred as ‘sin blogs’). If you want to write smut, it might be a good idea to consider making one.

Some people don’t like replying to asks, as Tumblr won’t let you remove the initial ask. It has become common to see people making new posts to reply to asks. This is a simple example:

As you can see, I used the mention to have the RP partner notified then I copied and pasted their question on my post and used the quote to indicate it. You can also have fancy graphics, like a line to separate the contents, just do whatever you feel like with the formatting or keep it simple.

To make sure your partner got the answer, I recommend copying the link to the post and pasting on the ask and then replying it privately. An example sent to my rp blog:

4. Basic Etiquette

Ok, this is a little subjective most of the time but here are a few things that are considered universal courtesy.

Never reblog someone else’s headcanons. If you enjoy it, maybe it should politely contact the author and ask if it is ok to write something based on their original idea but you should never downright copy or lift something from another creator. It is considered rude, or even theft in some cases.

Don’t reblog threads you are not involved with. It is ok to leave a like, but never reblog. This is because Tumblr can mess up the notifications and disrupt the flow of the RP.

Don’t copy other people’s graphics. It is very rude and sometimes they commission (aka: paid) for it.

Trim your posts. What does that mean? Every time you reblog with a reply, the post tends to get longer and longer, and it can cluster your and your mutuals’ dashes. This is why the New X-Kit’s “editable reblogs” is an almost must-have tool. If for some reason you can’t install X-Kit (if you are on mobile for example), then remove the previous post or ask your partner to trim for you.

Never take control of your RP partner’s muse. This is called “godmodding” and it is heavily frowned upon. It is ok to control your muse and the possible NPCs that you inserted, but never seize someone else’s character. Likewise, it can also be very upsetting if you use what people call “meta-gaming”, applying knowledge that your muse shouldn’t know about the other. For example, let’s say your RP partner’s muse is a vampire, but they have never disclosed that information to your muse, who also doesn’t have an excuse to know that (for example, being a vampire hunter) so it can be quite jarring sometimes. When in doubt, contact your partner.

This should go without saying, but RPing sexual themes with users under the age of 18 are illegal. It doesn’t matter if the age of consent in your location is lower, once you join Tumblr you are abiding by their user guidelines and the law of the state they are located in. If you are an adult, don’t engage minors with these topics, maybe a fade to black would be a better option. If you are a minor, don’t insist or you might cause a lot of legal problems for others.

Try to tag anything triggering. Violence, gore, NSFW. Both Tumblr and the New Xkit have options to block keywords.

When picking PSDs or graphics for your blog, you should avoid templates that change the color of the skin of POCs muses and try to pick the right race/ethnicity of the muse you are going to RP as. I won’t go through a lot of details, as it is a rather lengthy subject in an already lengthy conversation but keep this in the back of your mind.

Some RPers don’t like when you reblog memes from them without sending anything. Try to always reblog from a source or to interact with the person you are reblogging from, it can be rather disheartening to be seen as a meme source rather than a RP blog. This isn’t a rule and some people don’t mind, but it is always a good idea to try to do this.

This might be more of a pet peeve of mine than proper etiquette, but it is ok to use small font. What is not ok is use small font + underscript. Some people have disabilities that might make it harder for them to read it, so it might be a good idea to refrain from using it. Maybe if you feel like doing something fancier every now and then, but I wouldn’t recommend making this a habit.

Mun and Muse are different entities. Remember that it isn’t because a muse does something (especially a villain one) that the mun condones something. Never assume anything about the mun, when in doubt talk to them.

Be mindful of your partners and treat them the way you would like to be treated.

As a rule of thumb, always talk to your RP partner. It is only fun as long both of you are enjoying it.

5. Closing Words

This got longer than I expected.

Despite all of that, don’t be too worried about not being very good at first. I assure you that you will get better with time, so don’t be afraid of experimenting as long you feel comfortable. And don’t be afraid of saying “no” if something bothers you.

The name I chose came from the first character I’ve ever roleplayed, Alistair. I chose him solely because of the name though I hadn’t noticed then. It took me a good long 9 years to realise this.

I’m fond of sudoku puzzles and I do it in my spare time, like an “old man” — as I’ve been told.

I have interned as an editor for a year. Though this was for non-fiction books. I found it very helpful for my writing.

——— EXPERIENCE! ♡

I started roleplaying on Gaiaonline long before Tumblr. From there, I moved to DeviantArt then private Facebook conversation with friends before stopping by Discord. My friends in that server encouraged me to RP on Tumblr and the rest is history.

——— MUSE PREFERENCE! ♡

I write mostly men, because it helps me cope with my dysphoria. The characters I tend to pick are deep in an inner battle with themselves, coping with the choices they’ve made vs their idealistic self of who they wish to be. I’ve written muses such as Sherlock Holmes, Robert Lutece, Gérard Lacroix, Reaper, Medic, and finally, Obi-Wan Kenobi. This doesn’t include my OCs.

Strangely: - all of the above have faked their deaths (or in one case, actually died) at least once. - 2 of them (Obi-Wan / Gerard) have been assaulted by a mind controlled loved one. Idk what this means except if I had a nickel every time, I’ll have 6.

——— FLUFF / ANGST / SMUT! ♡

FLUFF: In small doses. Plotless fluff, while nice, can bore me in larger doses.

ANGST: My bread and butter. I’m a huge fan of angst and the potential it offers.

SMUT: I’ve had bad experience with RPers who couldn’t separate fiction from reality and harassed my friends for smut. Suffice to say, I have a lot of reservations. But if I trust you, I’m open though it’s not a priority.

PLOT / MEMES: Depends highly on who the sender is. General rule of thumb is the more familiar I am with your muse, the more comfortable I am with impromptu writing. It’s more towards my own fears misrepresenting your muse. I prefer plotting but I’m not opposed to memes.

I’m absolutely befuddled. Someone explain this to me. Its okay to have rules like ‘selective’, or ‘mutuals only’, or ‘do not follow/interact if you post incest/[insert trigger here]/[insert ship here]/etc’, or ‘does not RP with genderbends’, or ‘does not RP with duplicates’, or whatever.

But its not okay to say ‘will not RP with OCs’?

Guess your protective safe space rhetoric only applies when it’s convenient for you. Just shows how much you actually really don’t respect other people, other roleplayers.

If you think it’s okay to be awful to someone because you don’t agree with their rules, for their blog, and their portrayal, please unfollow me. You disagree with someone, it doesn’t make it okay to be rude and I don’t want you here.

How does this even work...

Okay, so I’ve been on tumblr since before the first time they very slightly changed the shade of blue and I hope that in and of itself is enough to help y’all know... I’m ancient. (I’m 27, and will only rp with ppl 18+, sorry friendos)

Somehow, despite being on tumblr and despite having made about a million accounts for various things in my day, I’ve not made an RP account, and don’t really know how to get started. I guess I’m just gonna put down what I know about myself and what I’m looking for here and hope for the best, but I’d be open to any kind of protips from those of you who have been using tumblr to find rp for much longer.

RIP to your eyes ahead of time, this is a long post. If you want to skip to the part where I share my Original plots, pairings, and fandom cravings, please just scroll to the end and accept my humble apologies. (Highkey I copied this out of my google doc, don’t shoot me.)

I enjoy writing both original plots and fandom stuff. When RPing within a fandom setting, I'm open to playing as canons, as ocs, or any combination of both. I'm open to co-creating settings inspired but not based in fandoms, and open to playing AU or canon settings as well. When originals are involved, I prefer co-creating our worlds together, so we're both invested in the landscape that our characters inhabit. Speaking of characters- I'll play as any gender and in any pairing type- I hope that this is the same for you. I love writing a broad spectrum of characters to keep things interesting for myself and to practice viewing the world through different perspectives. I feel it's difficult to do this when being forced or pigeonholed into writing as a gender you DEMAND of me. However... I can be flexible, and if your ideas are interesting enough, I may just give you what you ask for anyways, haha. I'm perfectly open to playing multiple characters, whether it's a broad interactive cast of mains and background characters, a system of noninteracting or separate sets of doubles, triples, you name it, or whatever other configuration of multiple-character-playing you prefer.

I'm not too terribly concerned about post lengths and am open to writing with people who might be new to the RP scene. I'm pretty flexible about how much I'll write. A good rule of thumb for myself is that I tend to respond with more when I have more to work with. That doesn't always mean that there are more words on your post for me to respond to; instead, I mean that if your post has enough ideas, inspiration, and momentum, I can go buckwild with my posts. My comfort zone seems to be around 4-6 paragraphs per post, but I've been known to write either a lot more in particularly thrilling rps. If I'm writing a huge post- don't feel daunted or expected to match length. I love all sized posts!!! I'm just overly enthusiastic and get carried away sometimes. (This means you can also at any time tell me to chill out on how much I'm writing. ) When it comes to writing style, I only have a few hard expectations of you- I do not engage in roleplay featuring the 'would' style of writing. (For example: "She would pick up the rock and inspect it closely.") I don't exactly know why I dislike this tense so much, but it pulls me right out of the immersion of writing/reading and tends to entirely destroy my interest in the story. I'm sorry. Next, I care at least a little about punctuation and spellchecking. If you're roleplaying online, you have access to ways to make sure that you're not just submitting gibberish. If you need help finding those resources... feel free to ask!

I'm open to the idea of making profiles for our characters, but I'm okay without making them too. I'm also vaguely ambivalent to 'beautifying' our posts, should we do them somewhere that allows that sort of thing. I'm fine with any style of reference images, or with not using them at all. I can't promise I won't send you songs and images and memes that remind me of our story, though! Also- I'm super down for dice systems if we decide to go that route (and prefer dice systems if we include combat of any variety in our story.) I love romance, but it doesn't necessarily have to be the drive of our plot if that's not your style. My favorite genres to write in are science fiction, any variety of fantasy, horror, drama, historical settings, wild western settings, and mysteries.

Last but not least, I tend to like making friends with my writing partners. I prefer writing with people I actually get along with, so for me, the plotting phase is the most important. It helps me get to know your personality a bit more, and you mine, so we both know whether or not it's a good match to write long term! I'll write on most platforms, so let's discuss what makes the most sense for us. Finally, I generally only write with folks 18+, for the safety of everyone involved. Thanks for understanding.

Original Ideas

- There's something dire down in the mines to the east of this old Western town. Folks keep goin' in to investigate, disappearin' for days at a time, then comin' back all different-like with the lights gone from their eyes. What could be happenin' out there, sheriff? (horror/western)

- A high-fantasy world's balance is shattered when the source of magic is destroyed. How will the people of this mystical land navigate a now mundane life, and how can they survive when so many magical devices go defunct and awry?

- A no-magic world is suddenly spun into chaos: an apocalyptic event leads to the sudden introduction of magic into a world that had previously never known it. In the post-apocalyptic (and mystically-charged) ashes of a world that once was, how do the survivors compete for resources and control?

- A star falls from the sky! They're rare, and it's dangerous to be one. Are you the star, hunted and lost? Or are you someone who finds a star?

- A lich (my character) is rumored to live in the castle at the foot of the mountains, only a mile or so from your town. It's said they're a true villain, the worst of the worst... but what is the truth?

Thanks for coming to my rules page! The general rule of thumb is "don't be an asshole", but if you'd like more detail, here you go:

Mun has DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). This means I have major memory issues, among other things that aren’t relevant to this blog. I ask that you be patient with me, both when I go offline for IRL things frequently, and when I come back not remembering a lot of things. I will do my best to keep things in order, but this is something that people may need to keep in mind while RPing with me. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to DM me! Because of the memory issues relating to this disorder, PLEASE DO NOT SOFTBLOCK ME. If you want me to unfollow you, please just hard block. Oooh, hello! I know the feel, I’m shy too despite appearances lmao. The best advice I can give is to follow people you think you might like to interact with and send an ask or IM about potential rps if they say they’re open to those, or just like their starter calls. Memes are also a good way to introduce yourself to someone! A lot of people will reblog starter sentences to put in their inboxes, or silly memes like “Send x symbol for our muses to __”. Just remember to read their rules first! Sometimes people are selective or only rp with people they follow who also follow them, so if their blog says they’re mutual exclusive, don’t be too discouraged if they don’t follow back or agree to an RP. Newer blogs, since they don’t have much content yet for an RPer to judge if their style would mesh with yours, I’ve noticed tend to be given a bit more leeway in this, and talking to someone OOC before approaching them for an rp can help them decide if they want to rp with you if you don’t have much on your blog yet. Obviously this varies by the person but.

As for etiquette, reblogging rps you’re not involved in (”closed rps”) is generally a no-no and usually considered rude; the way tumblr’s notifs mess up and the ways people tend to track who’s turn it is to reply means that jumping into what is essentially a private thread can upset the people who the thread is meant for. Of course, there are some rpers who don’t mind people jumping in, and they’ll usually say so in their rules whether they allow or disallow people jumping in uninvited.

Again, read the rules page – or ask them outright if they don’t have a rules page you can find! – to find out their stance on this. Headcanons also tend to be considered un-rebloggable depending on the person; this is usually because said headcanons are for that specific take on their muse, and affects how they play them, rather than just a fandom wide accepted spin on a muse. If a person considers a headcanon to be fair game for everyone to use or reblog, they’ll usually note that somewhere in the tags or the post.

Good rule of thumb is generally to read all relevant pages of a blog, especially muse “about” pages and headcanon tags if they’re playing an OC or an AU/canon divergent canon character.

Blog theme wise, try to make sure your blog is actually legible lmao. A decent font size, nice color scheme so it’s not blindingly bright or too dark to see, etc.

A lot of this is honestly just rp in general rather than specifically TF, but it’s a fairly good standard to build off of. There’s a whole lot more that I’m probably just forgetting lmao but honestly a lot of it is stuff you pick up over time interacting with people and seeing how the community responds to trends and things and it’s pretty easy to adapt to in my experience.

TF specifically, since there’s so many transformers verses, and a lot of the “same” character in different continuities and entirely different backgrounds in each one, try to remember that your canon isn’t everyone else’s canon and just because something happens one way in canon in the TF continuity you play in, doesn’t mean it’s the same in other canons (or even AUs!) that other people use, especially if you’re using entirely different TF franchises. (Ex. Bayverse Megatron’s background is not going to be the same as the IDW Megatron; one was originally a a miner who revolted and one was the Lord Protector and a leader alongside Prime who betrayed his role on Cybertron.)

This blog was inspired by THIS POST by Fran. Commodore Scientia is not meant to remove Aranea and her contributions from the game at all, he is more of a ‘what if Ignis didn’t grow up in Insomnia.’

Potentially, there will be NSFW art and writing shared on this blog. It will be tagged as such.

Romantic ships are possible with discussion prior. I won’t automatically ship, and believe that chemistry must be present.

Still debating between single and multi-ship for this blog; if the decision falls on multiship, each ship will be it’s own verse.

Unless, of course, MAXIMUM DRAMA is wanted (and discussed by all interested parties.)

I don’t mind smut, but will be selective in partners.

Dark themes are generally ok. If I’m not comfortable with something I will say so.

About the only triggers I have is unexpected sight of blood, and human-on-human violence. Not sure if they qualify as triggers, but violence towards animals and any type of abuse tend to piss me off and make me want to break faces. Still willing to do these themes in RP.

Will not RP smut if not 18+. Will not RP dark themes if not 16+. This applies to both muses and muns.

I am pretty laid back as far as general RP goes; I don’t mind if it takes time for a response, I’m happy to interact with you!

With that in mind, I am not the fastest writer, and I also work a fast paced office job that requires me to provide immediate responses. If there’s downtime, I can work on other things, but usually have to limit writing to lunch breaks and after work.

The muse can be fickle - translate: he’s kind of an ass - and it does not help that I am distracted easily, or that I can’t easily slip into RP mode - I will keep picking at a response until it solidifies, but it may take a while.
