So, I've been reading your NiGHTS fanfic series for a little while, and I'm curious about something: Considering that Jackle being rather unorthodox seems to extend to food preference, what kind(s) are The Mantle's favourites?

Lemon. Specifically lemon. Iffy on other citrus. Prefers them candied but could probably eat an entire one straight up with only minimal face scrunching. Kind of hard to tell without much of a visible face though. LOVES those lemon and powdered sugar cookies. I can't figure out what those are called, internet can't agree. I'm specifically thinking those lemon ones the girl scouts used to sell. Savannah Smiles according to the internet.

They're probably like the one Nightmaren that would be able to somewhat stomach savory foods enough to try them. I feel like if there's a sweeter variation of takoyaki they'd really enjoy it.

Definitely likes "weird" human sweets like edible flowers and chocolate cheeses.

In that vein, would like sweeter kinds of cheese. Cheese with fruit can be a banger combo imo (sheep's milk cheese with orange marmalade is still the best cheese I've ever eaten). Most of their siblings would be grossed out by this.

Would eat taiyaki whole
