#pmd winedark seas#cpt basil#dragonite#pokemon#pokemon mystery dungeon#this old sapphic eel is the leader of the rescuers lovingly referred to as captain#before she was a rescuer she was a storm warder#which in essence was a position in the local town (lapizuli) meant to curb harsh storms#she has tremendous power output and her move set is centered around choking out storms by creating her own#so the storms cannibalise each other out of existence#as a dragonite she has a superb instinct for sensing weather conditions#as well as an amount of control#she can't completely control mother nature but she doesn't have to and has a healthy respect and fear for the sea she calls home
