A little exercise in covering things up. It's hard. We all struggle with it, so I actually force myself to do it once in a while. Today is a good example of not wanting to cover it up but the important thing is is that I kept going and did it...and I'm OK with what I ended up with in the end. By making a conscious effort to practice covering things up I am able to work more freely and spontaneously in the moment when I am Creating on demand.
