In September last year I had the opportunity to participate in a very interesting project called Osona art i mur in an area of Catalonia that I didn't know and that I found very interesting. It never ceases to amaze me. Special thanks to the @b.murals team for inviting me and treating me so well. Thanks to all the participating artists, volunteers, to Roger for his hospitality, to Cris for his help and good chats. @xavierballaz You can follow my other Instagram account @cementeclipses for more updates. Isaac Cordal intervenes in the urban space of Osona with his figurative sculptures distributed in the municipalities involved in the festival. His interventions create a common thread and allow to outline a unified route between the different municipalities. After his walks through Prats de Lluçanès, Manlleu, Sant Bartomeu del Grau and Sant Julia, the artist identified several places, buildings and surfaces in the public space where he could then set up his pieces. With his character of a white man in a grey suit well identified, he creates ironic situations, bordering on the limits of drama with a hint of dark humour. His existentialism awakens and draws the attention of the passerby to the problems and contradictions of modern society. @osonaturisme @transitprojectes @ajuntamentsbg @ajmanlleu @pratsdellucanes @aj_sjv Ajuntament Alpens #artimurosona #artimur #osona #osonaturisme #osonapaisatgetradiciocultura #turismeenfamilia #isaaccordal #cementeclipses #sculpture #urbanart #landscape https://www.instagram.com/p/Cnj6ADhobp4/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Prelude
Weird stuff's been going on lately. I have these really odd dreams, you know? I think I know the explanation for them, but it's going to sound so totally batty.
I don't even believe it myself.
Forgive me. I really should give you some background right? The story? Where do I start?
Hmmmm.
Yes.
The middle. I'll start with the middle. It seems like the middle to me. I suppose it doesn't matter that much.
As a child, I was prone to doing some really stupid things. You know, eating things that aren't food, climbing parts of the house that shouldn't be climbed, that sort of kid stuff. I always felt like I had a lot to prove, so I always would follow on a dare, and that led to a lot of time in bed.
My mother didn't know how to deal with my continuous bad behavior, so that usually left my aunt watching after me.
It started with one particularly harrowing playground dare, which landed me in bed, not allowed to sleep. To keep me awake and engaged, my aunt decided to read from an old book that she said might be historically accurate but probably wasn't. She said it was from a time so far back that we had no concrete way of knowing what exactly happened. There were records of people and all, but no real accounts of their lives like what's all around now with social sites and blogs and all that.
It was a story of a princess who was supposed to die, and the young warrior assigned to be her bodyguard.
