I have watched this film many times and am obsessed 😭 But that's exactly the tone I yearn for in a Lancelot and Guinevere novel. The mythos and the pathos, please. Young bride Guinevere, who quenches tired Arthur's heart like renewing spring, sits on her throne to welcome the hero Lancelot of whom she has heard so much. He approaches. Kneels. Looks up and meets her eyes and they both understand that this is the end of everything. This is so far beyond my writing skill level and knowledge base it's not even funny, but maybe some young PhD candidate in Arthurian studies will get a hot flash to turn their diss into a novel.

Girl, I know probably I won't say anything that I haven't said already over and over, but I meant to rb again and rant and here I am 😭😭😭 I've been thinking of what to say about this artwork since you posted it, there's so much to say and not enough words to do that 😭💙 This is one of the most thoughtful and sweetest things someone's ever made for me. 💙🥺 And I know it could've happened to anyone else as it happened to me, but still, thank you so so so so so ♾️ much for making this gift for me from the very bottom of my heart, I cherish it an unbelievable amount and love it even more 🥺💙🌹And not only one, but two different versions (in my heart even more! The first thing I noticed as soon as you showed me this artwork were his wrinkles and the fine lines mapping his face. I simply love the way you drew them, one of my favorite things about him tbh. 🥺 No one has the kind of wrinkles he has, they make him Arthur. 💙 His laughter lines are carved so deeply in his skin, their extremities so prominent, the dark circles so clear in his skin and the puffiness below his eyes so soft and delicate. You have no idea how much this artwork makes me yearn to touch and kiss them. 😭😭😭😩😩😩 You captured the details of his skin wonderfully, I can feel them under my hands so clearly both with the make up and without, and this shows how talented you are 🥺

The expression on his face is SO sweet. I love how much his face change with or without make up, it looks almost like his features change with the make up applied and the colors give his face a unique expression, and yet at the same time his face is always the same and you can tell that it's always Arthur, always the same handsome man with gentle eyes and sweet smile. His gaze has a kind of shy gentleness that makes me lose my mind, both as Arthur and Joker, his eyes are so soft and his smile is so sweet. I love that the corners of his mouth are subtly bent upward 😭😭 the way he's inviting you just by the look on his face makes me so 🥴🥴🥴🥴

And the rose! 😭😭😭 The rose already on itself gives the artwork a wonderful atmosphere of romance and reverie, combined with the gentle look on his face i can only lose my mind. 😩😩😩😩 It almost looks like he's applying a gentle teasing toward you as he hands you over the rose, in this house we love a gentle teasing Joker 😩

His gaze makes him look charming and irresistible, and the rose in his hand accentuates it. 🥺

I love also how his whole frame changes with or without make up, as Joker he looks even taller? Like his dreams is blooming upward 🥺 I loved the way you gave him a different haircut when he's Joker. It's very subtle but I noticed that Joker got a few more strands of hair, his hairline longer, some few more sparse hairs covering his temples slightly more than when he's Arthur, and the soft stray curls Joker has around his forehead that Arthur is missing. I love this choice and I totally see why you did it 💙

I've been craving to see it completed since you first posted the first wip. 😭😭 The way I screamed when I saw that you've posted something new. 😂 I love every work you posted so far of course, and will love the future ones as well, but istg what this artwork makes me feel is so special idk why but... 🥺💙💙💙 Makes me cry every time you post it I'm silly. 🤧 You captured his charm so well. He's so charming, mysterious and magnetic, makes me fall for him all over again. 💙 The pose, the shading, the lighting, the cigarette. You put together two different pics so smoothly, the effect takes my breath away. He's magical and u can only melt and turn into a puddle under his gaze. His eyes are so soulful 💙 Every little detail makes him look so charming, elegant, ravishing. You captured his inherent charm and magic so well. I'm truly amazed, the details of this artwork are blowing my mind away. The game of shadows and light of his clothes is indescribable, wow, I have no idea how you did that but somehow you absolutely did. 😭😭 His hair, HIS HAIR! Omggg my heart! This is gold! I love seeing some glimpses of Arthur’s past, this was so in character and so canon. I can perfectly imagine his first kiss like that, it was perfect and you're so creative this is absolutely canon oh my. I love the atmospheres you created, both at the park and the rainy atmosphere during his first kiss, and the pic you choose is so dreamy 💙 This moment with Sarah while feeding birds is very sweet omg 😭

Y/N must have noticed them, too, because she nudged him when they passed a pair making out on a knoll near the duck pond. "If we'd met back then, would we have been doing the same thing? All over each other without caring who saw?" / A light laugh caught in his throat. He gave her side-eye, taking a drag off his cigarette. "You already don't care who hears." - omg this made me laugh so much 😂😂 I love the humor between them ill keep saying it for good 😂

It was the cracking of the glass that got him to stop, got him to notice what he was doing. The compulsion he'd felt and given into to hurt himself was new. Frightening. And cemented his abnormality. He'd lifted his fingers to his forehead - there'd been no blood, at least. Then he'd squinted at the mirror and groaned, annoyed he'd have to replace it. Quickly, he took it down and threw it in the trash can, not wanting his mother to see what he'd done. - I love this. The scene is very intense and you described his thoughts perfectly. It's so canon, and it was very interesting reading about his self-harm for the first time, this is truly canon and so raw 🥺

Penny had noticed his lack of absence first. Then his failure to do anything besides smoke and get off the couch to use the bathroom. She'd asked if he was okay for the first time in months. And he'd confessed, rasping softly, "No, mom. I need someone." The humiliation he felt at yearning for such simplicities grew as he went through his list. "I want to take her to the movies. To light her cigarette. To hold her." He'd exhaled sharply and flinched. "I want her to laugh at my jokes." - this was so sad, poor thing. 😭 In the whole piece I could feel how much Arthur wanted someone to love. You write him so so well it leaves speechless every time.

He hadn't seen her again. But he'd clung to the memory of that kiss for ages. Reminisced when he'd ached for another life and wanted to believe it might be possible. And for less chaste longings. It had stopped being a placeholder years ago, when he'd realized he'd always live with Penny. Not alone, but lonely, until he was lucky enough to check out forever. - once again I'm speechless, i love your takes on Arthur, everything you write seems belonging to the script. And I love how you wrote Penny! She's so canon too omg

"Kissing you is nicer," Arthur said, slinging an arm around Y/N, meeting her gaze. / She giggled. "Oh?" Her tongue darted out to lick her bottom lip, only inches from his own. "And why's that?" / "You love me. And you want me." The touch of his fingertips went to her upper arm, guiding her to recline on the grass. "All the time," he scolded mockingly, rasp barely above a whisper. His lips tickled her, just under her ear, and he delighted in the way she squirmed and batted at his shoulder. - omg this is so sweet my heart 😭😭😭 I love how Arthur is more comfortable with her every day more yet he's always the shy, romantic and in general yhe Arthur he's always been. So so beautiful this passage 🥺💙

Wide-eyed, Arthur's head snapped back to look at Y/N, nearly colliding with her as she held her hand in front of her eyes. Thank god she answered straightaway. "Sorry, officer." She sat up, pushing Arthur off her. The blush currently spreading across her cheeks made him snort. "It's such a beautiful night and, well..." she gestured in his direction. Christ, would she never find it inappropriate to brag about him? He turned away and hid behind his palm. / Y/N stood and brushed off her clothing. "We'll behave, madam. I promise." The cop shook her head and rode off. Y/N covered her mouth as she burst into laughter. "I guess this means we wouldn't have cared who saw." - I love this omgg 😂😂 this is too fun and it's beautiful seeing them so lighthearted and playful, and I love the way Sarah finds every chance to brag about him. Go girl go, I can't relate! 😂

Arthur stood up beside her, pulling up his pants and fixing his hair. "Thanks for sharing that with me," she said. / As she reached to remove a leaf from his jacket, he stepped to her and cupped her face, melding their lips once more. "I'll share anything with you." - omg this! This made me so soft, they're far too beautiful together, it's not fair! 😭😭 The perfect couple i swear, these dialogues are my soft spot 💙 I really love this piece. It's special 💙

As Arthur felt the first periods of genuine satisfaction within his own skin, he discovered which activities he enjoyed the most. Performing for children, seeing their small faces beam in reaction to his magic tricks. When he was doing a comedy set somewhere and his laughter didn’t occur. Working on material or listening to music. And every second with Y/N at his side.

Weaving himself completely with another person hadn’t been something he’d believed possible. But during the past eleven months, his assumptions had changed. Y/N knew about the difficulty he often had interpreting people, about his illnesses, about each time he’d been remanded to Arkham. Instead of recoiling as he’d feared, she reminded him to take his medication on the rare occasion he would forget. The calendar that hung by the kitchen entrance had both his appointments or gigs and her court dates written in his scrawl. She delved into his interests by watching old comedies he rented or shows he picked out. He’d explored hers by paying extra attention to Action News and asking about the cases she was working on. And they’d gotten in the habit of watching Gotham Tonight before heading to bed. It was the repetitive mundanities of normal life, the routines and rhythms they’d fallen into, that he found most intimate.

Yet, she still had the ability to flummox him.

Sweet angel of course he doesn't care 🥺🥺 and he doesn't care either as long as he has the chance to live these days with you by his side.

"Isn't it beautiful?" He'd tell you enjoying the world you're living in, his eyes fixed on the sunset on the horizon, whose bright red color creates surreal shades on his emeralds eyes as if they belonged to a fairy tale.

"I've never seen anything more ethereal." You'd whisper, his eyes fixed on Arthur. His hair moved by the wind caress his angelic face, the wind transfers his scent to you, enveloping you in an overwhelming sensation of love. He'd be the embodiment of perfection.

Arthur would turn to you catching you staring at him. He'd realize you’re not talking about the view, you’re talking about him. He'd blush, the red color on his cheeks would match the sunset that is taking place in front of you, an embarrassed but happy whine would come out of his parted lips. He still cannot believe that life has allowed him to live these moments, let alone live these days with his one and only. Perhaps you're the gift life gave him to apologize for all the evil he went through before he met you, he'd think while he's kissing you, and the sunset would envy you.

He would caress every single flower with ecstatic eyes and a playful and innocent smile on his lips, like a child who is tasting happiness for the first time, his heart would be warmer than the sun itself.

He wouldn’t rip off not even a single flower from the garden because when people selfishly rip them off he's sorry for them, because plants can suffer too, and he doesn't want that. Instead, he'd take the flowers already on the ground, and he’d smell them and tuck them behind your ear, watching your ethereal beauty even more beautiful than any landscape he could ever see.

His hair would have amber and golden reflections, his body covered by small strands of magic light, his eyes would have small supernovae swimming in his pupils, the green of his irises highlighted by the sun, the warm sunlight would sink in his already emeralds eyes making his natural color even brighter and he would be a total work of art, an angel on heart came among us to make us understand that having beauty inside despite a life full of pain, is possible, and that actually is through pain that sometimes allows us to see beauty everywhere and get excited for anything, like a baby who get excited for everything surrounding them.

I can see why Arthur's expressions may be harder to draw sometimes but you never fail, he's so beautiful. Something about the colors you use, his expression/pose, and the whole concept behind it contributed to capture the 80s vibes and old fashionism of Arthur and the movie, and I love it so much. The black and white version really adds a lot to it, including it was a little treat and thank you for doing that. the yearning never ends. He's super handsome in black and white 🤧

You kept the unmistakable black eyeliner in his eyes, beautiful as always, but the addition of those long white eyelashes and spare hairs on his brows really makes the difference and makes me lose my mind 😻😻 I simply love how you made his eyes here. His expression is everything. He looks so teasing but soft, sly but playful, and his gentle smile makes me happy. I love to see that you're using new shades of colors for your works, the new colors you picked are so bright. They make him look so vibrant and vivid, he's sparkling. 🥺❣️ The effect is sincerely so beautiful to the eye, and the contrast between these new shades with the background colors is breathlessly beautiful. Tanya, this is beautiful. 😭💙 I can't express how much I love his hair and head, they're exactly like his. The shape of his head, the texture of his curls, the haircut, those locks slicked back on the top of his head but eventually falling over his ears and above his neck, everything it's so flawlessly captured. Also, the way his locks are gently gathered above his shoulder makes me weakkk girl, his hair looks even longer than usual and I'm SOOO INTO IT. 😩 In this house we love a long haired Arthur SOOO much. Gosh. The way you made the shape of his head and hair is perfect and my hands are dying to run across his beautiful green locks. I'm yearning. 😩 I love his eyes, and I love that you made his left eye slightly narrow, he does have his left eye looking almost smaller than the other and you captured his so well. I love his expression, it's so Joker-y but I also see so much about Arthur in him, he looks so tender (it's always the same person but you know what I mean 💙) and I love it. The way you drew his cheekbones makes me feral and I love his wrinkles around his mouth and the visible hollow of his cheeks. Ughh girl, I'm so in love and can't wait to see it colored, no matter how long it takes. 💙
