I've been hunted by one little all consuming idea.

Basically I want the knights exposed to BAMF spy! Merlin, I was thinking something like this..

The knights are spying on someone on enemy territory. They are following this person across the border and being seen there could cause a war, but the thing they need from this person is very time sensitive, so they go, surprisingly without any major trouble; mostly because Merlin's been assuring a safe passage n the dark.

The thing is this person finds an inn, and they can't be sure of they're way because in a inn you can ask for a ride, or trade the very thing they are after, they are unsure that this person knows it's value so...

"It'll be easy..." Arthur assured while taking of his gauntlet "We'll take off the armor and pass for merchants or something" explained as he indicated Merlin to take of the rest of armor.

Merlin couldn't contain the snort that escaped him.

All of them looked at him.

"Sorry, sorry..."

"You have something to say Merlin?"

"It's just... I mean not offense sires, but you are way too posh for that to work, even your normal clothes is way to fine, not matter how much dirt you cover yourself with" explained takin another part of the armor.

"Aren't you forgetting something Merlin?" said Elyan amused.

"Yeah.. alright, not all of you come from nobility, but... well, let's say that he perks of being a knight change people enough" he tried not to be offensive, but the fact is that after being trained as knight all of them had a change in demeanor, the walked differently, they looked at the people with a superiority that only power gave. Even if it's the power to do good and protect, they had that kind of authority. "Believe me, if you walk in there and claim to be anything other than a knight, we'll be discovered, people in this kinds of places know how to detect threats" He explained helping Elyan after loosening Lancelot's armor.

"Then what do you suggest?" Asked Leon softly.

"Maybe we can twist a bit the truth... Gwaine is already a drunkard" Gwaine laughed at that "And all of you can be yourself, before being a knight, just not together" thought outloud, he could hear some agreement "And Arthur and Leon could be knights on a quest, just not say that you are Camelot's knights" offered looking at Leon.

They spoke about the details of their background stories and arranged their accommodation. They would enter at different times, and from different paths. Most of them could fake no having any kind of relationship with each other, but some, Merlin knew, would not be able, so they planned around it. In the end they would take four rooms, one for Leon and Arthur, one for Percival and Lancelot, one for Elyan, and one for Gwaine.

"And what about you?" Lancelot asked worried.

"It doesn't make sense for me to have enough coin for a room" he said like it was obvious. But he could see the surprise in every face surrounding him.

"You'll come with us then" othered Arthur.

"That won't make sense with the story..."

"Us then.." said Percival, surprising Merlin, before he could deny.

"No, I won't work, come with me Merlin" offered Elyan.

"Don't be ridiculous, Merlin is my best friend, he surely can come with me without arising suspicions" laughed Gwaine.

Merlin was a bit chocked up with surprise, he hoped his face wasn't too red, but he couldn't help it. It was rare that the knights showed this kind of affection towards him.

"Thank you for the offers" he said sincerely "but I think you are not understanding, all of you will be interpreted as thread, maybe Gwaine could pass but he won't be discreet, all of you attract a terrible amount of attention and someone who is trying to smuggle something won't want that... just trust me" even this he could see protest in their eyes they agreed.

Merlin entered last, all of them already had been accommodated at the inn. Once alone, he could let loose, the rain was just a nice touch.

He entered the inn drenched, and purposely tripped at the entrance. He approached the owner and begged for a simple job to pay the stay, he looked at him and offered a cot under the stairs for serving the tables.

Now he had the attention, everyone knew him as a bumbling idiot, desperate for cain and roof, most of them view Merlin as an easy target, and that was the point.

He served awkwardly and tripped a bit more, the owner threatened to make him sleep with the horses but that secured his image.

"Are you ok?" Lancelot asked when Merlin brought his drink, if it was another Merlin would be in risk of being discovered. "You're still wet"

"It's fine, it's not different from the usual" that turned his expression into a frown.

"Surely that..."

"BOY!" called the owner.

"Yeah! Coming"

The person the comes to the room and sits themselves in a far table, Merlin knows that they are aware of him so he put his plan. He crashes softy, almost making a mess, and thanks them profoundly, he picks up something valuable looking from the floor and give it back, earning the look of someone too naive, and the he blushes ashamed when they comment on his situation. He spills some bullshit on how his master left him on the road for packing the wrong coat, making himself pitiful. Then he would sputter an apology for speaking out of turn, and would go. Now that the bait was set it was just a matter of time.

Usually this kinds of people would try to smuggle shit using someone else, so if they get caught, they'll just put the blame in the other person. It was smuggler 101.

He was kind of losing hope until a bully on a table he purposely took the other wrong decided that Merlin was good enough punching bag. The punch to the gut let him without air for a full minute, he felt himself gaping like a fish out of the water. He had prepared himself for the punch, but had to make it believable, now he looked weak, which solidified the character. He could hear voices, but he was a bit unfocused.

"Hey, friend, are you ok?" it took everything in him not to smile victorious, it worked.

Basically this person invites Merlin to their room and tries to convince Merlin to travel with them. And at dawn they go, Merlin, with some help from the magic, gets them confused enough to turn back to the borders where the knights are waiting and arrest them properly.

Then they are all terribly silent, because there's so much to unpack here.

The Lodger: A Tale of the London Fog

Alfred Hitchcock broke through as a filmmaking phenomenon with only his third feature, THE LODGER: A TALE OF THE LONDON FOG (1927, Max, Prime, YouTube—I recommend the restored print on Max). Although he used horror film techniques he had learned while working at UFA, the film isn’t really horror. Like the Marie Belloc Lowndes novel on which it’s based, it’s inspired by the Jack the Ripper murders, but there’s little time spent on those. Rather, Hitchcock explores the effect the murders have on London and on one household, where the owners (Marie Ault and Arthur Chesney) come to suspect their new lodger (Ivor Novello) may be a killer, here dubbed “The Avenger.”

When Hitchcock focuses on that part of the story, the film is terrific. A lot of the techniques that would mark his later works — unusual camera angles, little tricks to reveal a character’s thoughts, mordant humor that underlines the threat, giving special meaning to objects — are used masterfully here. The most famous Hitchcock touch is the chandelier over the family’s living room that sways when Novello is pacing the floor above. But there’s also great significance given to the front door through which he enters and later takes their daughter (June Tripp, billed simply as “June”) out for a walk in the fog.

Unfortunately, the film also features a love triangle, and that’s rather a drag, partly because the acting of two men in the romance, Novello and police detective Malcolm Keen, now seems dated. Novello, who was an accomplished playwright and composer as well as a star, may be uncommonly pretty (Who wouldn’t want to keep the home fires burning for him?), but he also seems to be acting to the back row of the third balcony rather than the camera. Keen doesn’t go that far, but he overplays his comedy and the character’s tendency to be uncommonly stupid and rude. You want to yell, “You dolt!” whenever he’s on screen, which I did a few times because I watched it at home, and the cat and dog didn’t seem to mind. In contrast, the three family members are a model of restraint. Auld in particular, manages to make even outmoded gestures like clutching her heart in surprise seem natural.

They are all, however, at the service of Hitchcock. The opening is one of the great sequences in his filmography. It starts with a blonde screaming before we discover her murder. The camera follows on-lookers responding to the rash of killings while also catching a theatre marquee advertising the show “Golden Curls.” We then follow a reporter calling in his story as it moves to teletype, editorial, the presses and the finished paper. Chesney picks up one of those papers and carries it home with him, moving the focus from the city at wide to one household. At 28, Hitchcock was already a master filmmaker thanks to the influence of the Germans under whom he had apprenticed and his wife, Alma Reville, who served as his second unit director and script supervisor. When the real masterpieces started arriving eight years later with THE 39 STEPS, it should have come as no surprise.

As Alfred Hitchcock's first major film, The Lodger has been strip-mined for anticipations of the themes and techniques that would recur throughout his career, from the fixation on blondes to the fear of cops, from Russian-inspired montage to German expressionistic lighting and camera angles. They're all there, of course, as is the "wrong man" motif that Hitchcock frequently exploited. It's often told that the film was almost shelved by the studio until producer Michael Balcon called in Ivor Montagu, film critic for the Observer, to critique it. The extent of Montagu's contributions will never really be known, although he has been credited with sharply reducing the number of title cards, and for suggesting that designer E. McKnight Kauffer be hired to give the ones that remained a distinct style. In any case, The Lodger is a film that really feels "Hitchcockian," especially when you compare it to Downhill, the melodrama Hitchcock made the same year, which also starred Ivor Novello. The difference is not just that The Lodger is a suspense movie and Downhill isn't, but that The Lodger has a rhythm to it that Downhill, with its rather sprawling account of the fortunes of its protagonist, lacks. You can sense Hitchcock developing a narrative pace here, especially in the central section in which the landlady begins to suspect that the lodger might actually be the serial killer and snoops in his room while he's out -- at the same time that the blonde-murdering Avenger claims another victim. Hitchcock would refine the rhythm over the years until it reaches its brilliant peak in the similar scene in Rear Window (1954) in which Lisa decides to snoop in Lars Thorwald's apartment. We probably don't have as much problem as contemporary audiences did with the idea that matinee-idol Novello could actually turn out to be the villain, although we can understand it if we remember that Hitchcock faced the same problem in 1941 with Cary Grant's casting as a potential murderer in Suspicion. In The Lodger, Hitchcock gave in and abandoned his original plan to leave the conclusion ambiguous, though he lays it on a bit too thick in the opposite direction by posing Novello cradled in June Tripp's arms like Christ in a Pietà. The Lodger has been beautifully restored, so that it remains a wonderful film to look at, with its elegantly designed title cards and its atmospherically tinted frames.

Meet the Parents: Wanson

Arthur Wanson-  He’s also called Sir Arthur after being knighted by the queen in 1982 . Arthur also came from the rich family that carries the blood of the lawyer and Arthur also has royal blood but his family chooses a simple life and moves to Venture falls .

Arthur is very helpful and caring for others or he had what Lucas had . In 1992, he married a teacher named Melissa Campbell and later had a daughter Luna . As a lawyer.

Arthur has helped everyone in his country which makes him popular. One of his most controversial cases was Jamie and Adam’s case and he’s able to save Jamie from his enemy’s hand which caused something from him. And yes, Arthur is Alex’s childhood best friend but he’s older than four years who he also helped with their case against Janna.

Arthur is a very loving father and almost like a househusband balancing his work and his role as a husband of Melissa . However, in 2010 just a few weeks after  Magor’s defeat , they died in an accident leaving Lucas, who’s only 13 that time but Arthur promised to his will that the Tripps will take care of Wanson but they won’t adopt him .

Marlene Wanson- Marlene Wanson is Lucas’ aunt and younger sister of Arthur . Marlene is the very sweet aunt that everyone wanted to have and yes, she’s also an architect and part of Moblit’s circle who is Jess’ uncle and she’s also close with Toby and Jessica.

When his brother died, she’s the one who helped raise Lucas and they are also close because she raised him at such a young age while still studying with the help of the Tripps and Herlains family . 

Melissa Campbell- Unlike anyone else in the story, Melissa came from a family who is not rich or more average but Melissa managed to build  a daycare school in Venture falls when she married Arthur .

However, Melissa had a problem in her health that caused her to be unable to give birth but she got her first child in 1992 but she died not long after . This caused her world to shatter and suffered depression luckily, her husband was there for him in ‘97 she had another son but she entered the challenge again when Lucas hovers between life and death .

Melissa is a nature lover like Lucas she’s also a Nature advocate before becoming a teacher . Other than that, she’s also a sweet and caring mother towards Lucas but  in 2010 as what we mentioned before. Melissa almost survived the accident however her injuries killed her days after the accident leaving Lucas in her aunt’s hand .

Ooops, the above is true as long as you don't wear a SMALL. Robert actually orders all these shirts for his ELITE CROSSFIT 6224, and since there are zero SMALL sized athletes at his ELITE CROSSFIT 6224, he didn't order any SMALLS because GIRLS and other small athletes ARE NOT ALLOWED to attend ELITE CROSSFIT 6224. There isn't anyone at Robert's ELITE CROSSFIT 6224 who wears a SMALL size except Back-Pack-Chicken-Legs -Larry who actually is XL sized but likes to get sweaty and squeeze into an S size to enhance his muscular physique which is limited to above his waist. When it was brought to Roberts' attention that we have several small-ish athletes (Sue/Faith (The Kid)/Jasper/etc) at LITTLE HARPETH CROSSFIT 6226, an exasperated Robert decided to place an order for a dozen SMALLS. Hopefully they will be delivered before Memorial Day. We will need several more SMALLS because there will be additional athletes who will be envious and want to look like B-P-C-L Larry. Sammy D immediately comes to mind...

Being a CrossFit Affiliate Owner/Coach in these awoken times is akin to surfing on a landslide. I am grateful for the guidance offered without solicitation from our anonymous Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion staff who guide and keep me from offending members of LHCF.

Over the weekend, at the suggestion of @positivedisplacement, I listened to Young Marble Giants. A Post-Punk band from Wales, they released just one full album, 1980’s Colossal Youth, before splitting up in 1981. As I was enjoying the LP, I was reading up on the band and band members. Lead vocalist Alison Statton played with other bands/artists for awhile and then went on to become a chiropractor. She has managed to hold a career as a chiropractor while periodically releasing new music and also performing in YMG reunion shows.

I don’t know why, but chiropractor does not seem to me to be a likely second career choice for a musical artist. Yet it did remind me that I know of one other musician who became a chiropractor. That would be Arthur Tripp, one-time drummer for Frank Zappa’s Mothers of Invention and Captain Beefheart’s Magic Band. As far as I know, Tripp never returned to music. However, while searching the internet, I came across this wonderful television performance by Captain Beefheart and The Magic Band. The drummer, who gets a lot of camera time, is Arthur Tripp. I’m trying to imagine how I would feel if I walked into his chiropractic office and he looked like that, in a sleeveless shirt that looks like it was carved out of a pumpkin, wearing a pair of women’s underwear on his head and staring me down with that monocle. However bizarre, it’s a great look for performing Captain Beefheart music. A couple of other musicians played in the Mothers as well. The guy with the Hawaiian shirt is Elliot Inger who was on the very first Mother’s album Freak Out. The bass player is Roy Estrada who played in Little Feat as well as The Mothers. The other musicians I believe are Rockette Morton (wearing the hat), Bill Harkleroad (rose colored jacket), and of course, the Captain, singing in his distinct gravelly voice and playing blues harp and what I think is a soprano saxophone. It is awesome that this great performance was captured on film in a day when videography of bands was somewhat or a rarity.
