I had an amazing time yesterday at the Bristol Zine and comic day! it was a very informative experience and everyone was so nice, i cant wait to have my own stall next time

Today has been a very lazy Sunday as I’m pretty sure I’ve got another cold...but yesterday...I went to see one of my all time favs Bridget Riley @hayward.gallery after dropping off my art to @duffandphelps in @theshardlondon I had the best time looking at her stunning art up close. What I was most surprised and happy about were her study drawings, so intricate and thought out. A Calm Friday Afternoon In St Leonard’s Warrior Square;

First step I took today towards a planned art filled day was soda in a cafe as it was a fairly hot day. I also decided to start carrying around the following coloured square notes (that used to be for my old psychology flash cards last year-as I had a few left over) As a way of transcribing events like today’s for moments where I am on the go, during lesson still or for when I haven't got wifi to record the artsy moments. 

-One of the following points in the first note I wrote “Just waiting for my boyfriend to show up as he knows the area better than I do, as well as the fact that he is also a lover of art. ^-^ Making a nice date out of visiting a couple of local art studios. :) “

I intended to undertake a short investigation into local artists and their open studio works this weekend.

-The rest of the story is to be continued as I update certain images of different studios I have visited today and the rest of the weekend and post links as well to artists that have sites and you to can see and hope to visit too (spread -Art- the word!)
