At @artclecticnashville yesterday, I loved meeting younger art enthusiasts. Several teenagers bought mounted pieces, and elementary school students chose and/or bought pins and ornaments. One parent shared with me her plan of helping her children buy one piece of art each school year; by the time they graduate, they'll have a collection! (at artclectic)

If you'd told me, when Lyme disease forced me off the Pacific Crest Trail a few years ago and sentenced me to bed, that I'd use my time home to find a passion I never knew I'd possessed, I'd never have believed it. But, the Lyme time led me to the world of scenic fiber art. And, scenic fiber art led me to @artclecticnashville, where I was stunned and thrilled to have my work named Best in Show.
