I came across this challenge hosted by Feefal and I had to try it because the concept is so very interesting. Honestly, I had so much fun making this character. It was really exciting!!

When I read the name Elegant Blue Webcap, the first thing that came to my mind was a royal princess or a queen and I had to draw that. So here is Queen Webcap!!
