Непростой матч против одного из аутсайдеров провёл "Арсенал". Не сказать, что победа досталась "канонирам" малой кровью. Тут и удаление Фабиу Виейра, и рассечённая голова капитана Жоржиньо. По игре же команда Микеля Артеты была сильнее и заслуженно набрала три очка. Отдельно отметим эффектный гол Александра Зинченко. Заби��ает он редко, но зато всегда красиво. "Арсенал" набрал 27 очков и на данный момент сравнялся с лидирующим "Манчестер Сити". У "Бернли" осталось 4 балла.

Но сделать это им не удалось, после чего вдруг убрал Артета Эмиля с поля, игра у лондонцев в атаке опосля разладилась, в результате чего провожают сейчас поклонники пушкарей своих любимцев с по��я дружным недовольным гулом. Упустили канониры шанс вернуться в квартет лидеров, причём споткнувшись в домашнем поединке с пребывающим уже одной ногой в Чемпионшипе "Бёрнли".

Arsenal fans rage at ‘brainless’ Granit Xhaka after midfielder is sent off against Burnley

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka was sent off for grabbing Burnley midfielder Ashley Westwood’s neck during the second half on Sunday.

Xhaka was booked for a challenge on Dwight McNeil but a melee occurred afterwards, with the Arsenal midfielder needlessly grabbing Westwood by the neck.

Referee Graham Scott consulted VAR before deciding to send Xhaka off.  

Many Arsenal fans on social media criticised Xhaka for his needless red card.

Xhaka received a red card after needlessly grabbing the throat of Burnley’s Ashley Westwood

One supporter described Xhaka as ‘brainless’. 

They wrote: ‘Xhaka. Brainless. Has to be a red. As if we’re not struggling enough, let’s add to our struggles by putting our hands on an opposition players neck. I’m getting really sick of this team.’
