Arrow Funk V2 Demo - Week 1 Cutscene

I just played the demo for 2.0, and no wonder it's taking so long to make it. The UI, main menu, options, and freeplay look great. Unlocking alt versions of a song for beating each week is neat, and I can't wait for the full release of this mod to see how much Dono's week has changed since then.

Thinking about an Arrow Funk Corruption scenario

The main thing that always interests me about Rotten Lemon is that Grape Sago created him with the purpose of keeping Bidu from Barabara; however (at least according to the wiki), RL has already deviated from that objective. He's not just going after Bidu, he wants to take both him and Barbara.

And like. That could be Fascinating in a Corruption AU. Grape Sago being forced to reckon with the fact that this all happened, of what happened to his own daughter, was because of something he made.

Plus of course, the usual trope of GS attempting to stop/reprogram RL and being unable to because RL has gone so far above his programming that he isn't just simple code anymore

Yeah because he just loves his daughter and only wanted to protect her, and would then have to face his creation instead corrupting her, while he’s powerless to stop it, and just… y’all know I love stories that are specifically about characters facing the consequences of their obsessive controlling actions in the most angsty way possible

But also, I just saw the beginning of this ask right before I went to bed last night, read ‘Arrow Funk Corruption’ and thought “say no more”

I think since RL is all goopy then the corruption should be too. It should be like Neo icon levels goopy

Alright gang here it is. A lore post on Fridays failures (the arrow funk WI take featuring Fanny and Bidu)

Info below! (Warning for violence and other things eheh)

So in Fridays failures, in the arrow funk universe, bidu stumbles upon the Arrow funk version of the tape from Sundays desolation.

He’s never seen a tape before, and mistakens it for a coloring book, scribbling on parts of the tape with crayon

While he was scribbling, the tape suddenly broke, bringing him into the AVI world with film strips and ink

Confused and afraid, he adventures through the world, eventually coming across a distressed rabbit known as Fanny.

Wanting to cheer her up, he tries to sing with her, to see if that’ll help. But instead, it leads to fanny losing her mind, and going after the one who had wronged her.

Bidu failed to stop her from doing what she did, but was able to snap Fanny back to her senses

Now they both travel together, Fanny swearing to get bidu back home, since the AVI world just isn’t welcoming for someone like him.

Both him and Fanny are colored with crayon, due to him coloring the reel that sent him here

And yea that’s the short of it, there more, but I’ll wait for when I get their story done before I reveal too much about that
