A new service offered by Arlington Machinery!

Along with finding you the best used quality machinery, we clean, paint and repair our machines as needed.  

Arlington Machinery NOW has the ability to check cooling flow on extruders, clean out heater bands, chill rolls and other water systems that can get clogged!

We use the Ecopro360 which is a water-based plastic mold cleaner that also safely removes rust, mineral and limescale buildup.  This environmentally friendly solutions works on all metals and provides a protective coat for future rust prevention!

Take a look at this video which features the Ecopro360 cleaning the water cooled heater bands and manifolds of a 4.5" Extruder.
