I've also been writing this one story that is entirely selfish and selfless and it basically writes itself but it's a collab between Dr. Eve and Dr. Lundi going on an adventure in Sami. @cilundiLundi has done a few doodles for the scenes and every time I think about how supportive she is of it I feel like bawling my eyes out. I'm so happy to be writing for someone so sweet and appreciative. Special attention to detail.

She is once again going on about her gun and I honestly know more about Sankta firearms now than I do about my own sword. I know the size of her bullets are big enough for me to hold like a dagger and I also know that this gun can be used for more than firing simple armour-piercing bullets. They can blow you up.

The event of Dr. Lundi half-crying on the bus back home because she couldn't stream to us BUYING the SKIN will be a core memory created based on eternal friendship. I will never be happier to wake up than I am when I see an 'Eve, can I be soggy again?' before being bombarded with Mlynar details and ramblings regardless of what I say.

There's a lot to unpack but I can't possibly ever talk about Mlynar the same way Lundi does in VC. She pulls up receipts proof of her words as well every time she mentions something.

Based on this --- Based on this post about our Arknights Yumeship's kid being bullied, I had a little spiral and was just thinking about different scenarios. Out of all the answers given, Kryo's is most direct and... very in character towards his sarkaz/draco child.

Lundi's also leaning towards physical aggression, instant retaliation for their little baba horse.

And then I just... imploded... (This was on the basis of the parents trying to justify their child's behaviour)

While Pinkie is not too interested on the aspect of children we've been trying to involve them more in the Yumeship questions just because their relationship with Swire/Chen is SO wholesome but they're shy to actually indulge. It's alright, we will always be there for the sugarbaby ultramind that is our friend.

You can see this conversation was very important to me.

Vigorously searched for the video, but basically, me and the Team were watching Unusual Memes from this one channel and one of them was of a guy who walked up to his neighbour/friend's home camera and said 'Well, you DON'T get to decide when to party, I want you around now.' And well... if that isn't Lundi pulling Dr. Eve out of bed during some of her emotional episodes.

In reference to this, Dr. Pinkie was upset Lundi wasn't just breaking down my door because she usually does that without asking. So some edits were applied and a part 2 has been added:

Also remember when I mentioned that I was writing something very indulgent and selfish? Yeah, the yumeshipping is going rather well, if I can say so myself.

This is absolutely calling myself out as rabid and insane, but I am cringe, I am free and I am a writer, so I can do whatever I want in every single moment of my free time.

I also did make a meme out of it because it was too funny not to.

But then also this doodle came to fruition because I had a terrible day (the same day I got Hoederer actually) but I had to set down my phone and concentrate on a project very late into the night since I was going to travel for the rest of the week... And the doctors were so kind to be there to support me during it.

We were talking about how I was going to include some cooking and just soft stuff between Dr Lundi and Eve and Mlynar and Hoederer as they advance in their adventure through Sami.

"Thankfully, there are just enough thin pieces of wood to gather, and Lundi helpfully offers some spare rope from her backpack to bind them together for easier carrying. The moss appears a little later when Eve strays from their already carved path towards an ageless oak tree. 

She takes a picture, waiting for the film to develop so she could slip it into her pocket, while Lundi carefully approaches a burrow of fangbeasts with a rusty coat similar to her friend’s tail. 

The light from her wings disturbs the tiny creatures, while the bigger, older one, cracks open one viridian eye, fur standing on end. It’s a simple warning she heeds, stepping back from the careless family to join the Doctor of RI-8. 

When they’re back in their camp they find Mlynar gathering snow into a small cooking pot. It seemed that while Eve had filled her backpack mostly with sample-collecting materials and clothes, Hoederer was the one who had packed their supplies. He was now sitting on a small chair inside, parting their rations. Potatoes, carrots, a bizarre-looking type of dry pasta and some herb mix.

“Just in time.” He greets them as all three enter the small shack, closing the door firmly behind them to stave off the cold. 

Breath was visible in the brick-walled space, but that was quickly mitigated when the warmth of the cooking pot begins filling the air with the aroma of spices. Hoederer throws together a portion of the ingredients to create a creamy soup which causes Eve’s stomach to grumble where she sits.

The windows fog up, but the hatch at the top of the barrack easily cracks open just enough to let the smell of food and steam disappear into the wintry scenery.

Near the fire Dr. Lundi is squinting at the paperwork in her hand while Mlynar’s fixing up something else. Evealia can’t see it from this angle, but she definitely notices the longing way the Sankta Doctor checks on him from time to time. 

Whether the colour of her cheeks was due to the bubbling warmth she’s sitting next to or something else - her friend decides not to look too close to figuring out."

Which is how this AMAZING doodle came to be. She melted through. Dr. Eve is still there being supportive of her silly ways to show affection.

After multiple evaluations, it has been deemed by Rhine Labs LLC that this does not violate any standard Health and Safety protocols are therefore no actions will be taken to force compliance to a more generally established standard of living.

UPDATE:

After further investigation, it has been brought to attention that the deviations of Rhodes Island 00 are not as substantial in the male operatives as opposed to the females. More specifically, the anomalous properties seem to be dichotomized between the males instead; taller males have the tendency to deviate less strongly from the average height but develop effeminate characteristics, whereas shorter males develop growth cycles as seen with female operators, but with little height deviation.

While such deviations should have been more obvious to other Rhodes Island ships, Interdimensional Cooperative Engagements were only enacted in a recent period of time. Operators of R.I. 00, simply put, have never lived any other life but their own, and are in fact content with their lives despite obvious visual differences, and thus once again Rhine Labs LLC sees no reason to attenuate to the standard deviation.

From what I understood, Dr. Lundi and Dr. Pinkie had a conversation about Ulpian and that somehow spawned and then there was a WAHOO intervention that inspired Dr. Lundi to make more doodles. I will be honest, some of the best reaction images were created that day.

Three doctors had an important meeting, where Dr. Eve was telling the entire plot of her new novel while Dr. Lundi and our very absent and trying her best Dr. Fay.

Novel in question: Ruined my life, I cried and my heart almost rended out of my chest physically because of how devastatingly sad this is--- I'm going to be here forever.

I don't remember the reason for this specifically, but I love that we all agree Lundi is an ultimate supporter of Maria even despite Mlynar's convictions getting to her in the end. Support for the child's dream is perhaps more important than what /you/ think of their hobbies.

Dr. Eve may or may not have also slipped tickets to the knight fight in exchange for using Mlynar almost every time there are way too many enemies at the start of the maps. Thank you Dr. Lundi for providing the best-built horse in the world.

Naturally, Dr. Kryo is going to take care for his wife the two ways he can without being set on fire.

Meanwhile Swire is taking care of Dr. Pinkie the one way they can equally enjoy - babygirlifying and being pampered with chucken nuggets.

I wrote a tiny fic about how Mlynar made Pierogi for Dr. Lundi a couple days earlier and it was accompannied with this, which I am ecstatic about. They are SO happy.

Actually probably posted about this 10 times already, but I love being the accomplice to what would have basically been theft of the Mlynar live cardboard prop or whatever it was that was spotted during some Con/Official Arknights event. Arknights Chapter XIII - The Whirlpool That Is Passion (Part V)

ALSO, a reminder that I am currently waiting for the new event, so perhaps I am going to move through the story of that before finishing Chapter 13 here. I already got through all the levels, so I need to just read the story. HOWEVER, since this is also a Leithanien event and that means I AM A WINNER (together with Dr. Lundi who is cuffing Arturia to herself to make sure she doesn't run amock), there will be an update about the pulls later.

WARNING: This post is going to contain a lot of yapping from me about Hoederer and how much I love him and will also have a LOT of spoilers.

They didn't even get inhibitors. As chaos breaks, people who have never had to hold a weapon suddenly have to face a foe and pull the trigger. Nothing to help them, nothing to make it easier. Simply cannon fodder to buy time until the big pieces come to a conclusion on what they have to do...

I was not here for the R6 Siege event where they explained the entire problem with corpses of Infected, and those who did not really notice what was happening with Frostnova at the time couldn't have possibly known either.

The horrifying part about this conversation is the realization that they were lied to: The troops heard explosions, and crackling, the same as the one they are hearing here, but they were told that it was just artillery.

In reality, this is the sound that the bodies begin making when they are ready to erupt. Well... Erupt is not a good word. Explode is an option, but that's too gruesome to imagine. Basically, the bodies of the infected proceed to deteriorate and the sickness spreads so quickly that it becomes unstable, and the way that Oripathy spreads further is by disintegrating the victim into a cloud of originium particles.

This makes it impossible for this body to stay so close to camp being a health hazard for those that have survived and are recuperating. Unfortunately, I feel like they will have to be sent away.

But it's fascinating to see it MENTIONED finally, after so many years of hints.

For this level, this is what I have used, but technically speaking all you need is a Mountain, a good sniper, a Mudrock, a good caster and a medic defender. I made Ebenholz hold the bottom line, but then the enemy there slipped and I almost failed at holding him down with Hoederer (who wasn't max level at the time). I also took Heidi (but any bard will do) for the passive healing on Mudrock because she was not enjoying her time back under the cannon.

This is the video I used as a guide.

A reminder that the Environmental Conditions are: Touches of the Sanguinarch have significantly increased HP.

Bring additional blockers with high enough damage to put in front of the bottom blue box so Heidi can kind of heal them while they deal with the problematic ones.

I. Arknights OSTs Top 20 of Eve's Favourite Songs for December 2023

So me and momma Eve listened to some Arknigths OSTs together while I was stiching in the living room today and because it was an auto run on YT I ended up listening to some songs I have not heard before.

Which ultimately tilted the scales of which songs I do and do not like really really much right about now. My phone's been blasting the same 11 songs as well for a while, so I need to actually look into a playlist that's catered to me and me alone.

Since there's a limit of 10 about video links I'm gonna start simple and get into the frisky and unexpected.

We start with the obvious, 1. Ständchen - Ebenholz Theme Has been since coming out and will probably always be my favourite one. I love everything about it from the music to the lyrics and I have probably sang it 10 000 times to myself like a ghost in my apartment with its wallowing death song on its lips for all eternity. Thank you Ambience Synthesia for also playing it, I crode.

2. Found it today on accident although it turned out it was on my old favourites list I had absolutely forgotten about it and am now going to spam play it as I think about all the ways I can make this fanfic between Dr. Eve and SilverAsh work in ways that will not cause me nervous impairment.

4. Stainless Heart - Stainless OST Also heard it today for the first time. Absolute banger.

Dr. Kryo agrees with me on that one, of course.

5. Прощание - Hellagur's OST It's one of the songs up there with Lullabye that are in Russian and I have been singing them to myself coming form and going to Uni because I really like them and my neighbours are Russian speakers so I wonder how much they think I am being weird. And how much they think I could understand them... which I can, but a very tiny bit.

6. Bluish Light - Lumen OST Got reminded of this yesterday when Leaff asked about Lumen, having found his art somehow somewhere. He's baby, my trusted medic, baby boy muah muah

7. Ensheath - Mlynar OST In honour of Dr. Lundi I played it a lot to myself and after crying twice over how raw it is I decided to add it to the list. I love it a lot.

8. Stained - Executor the Ex Foedere (Exalter) OST Don't listen to it too often now, but I did over the summer. Another honourable Dr. Lundi mention. I'm gonna be buried under the church in the upcoming week, why not remind myself the complete wreck this theme makes of me.

9. Lessing - Lessing OST I can't wait to have you in my hands.

10. Blade Catcher - Degenbrecher OST All of China and the US know I am horny for this woman simply because of that one image where she's got her hands all bloody on the train. My sense of self-preservation has been stun-locked.

Dr. Evealia Operator Records

Recently I saw someone talk about their Dr. sona or lack thereof when it comes to interacting with the Arknights community, so I got curious as to what I've come up so far with Dr. Evealia.

Thanks to Dr. Kryo's constant reposts of the yuumeship tag daily questions and sometimes pestering me to actually work on talking more about my sona when the crippling anciety of me being cringe is making it difficult, I decided to compile all the information here today.

Dr. Pinkie: *Puts ramen packs and water in mouth*

Dr. Puffin: *Sips monster every day and confuses Kal'tsit with the name of the drink*

Dr. Eve: *Drinks so much lemonade the acidity in her body is like that of 5 batteries*

Dr. Kryo: *Chews tea packets*

Despite this conversation and me constantly forgetting myself, Dr. Eve is not Elafia but a chymera, more specifically a pantheon, but she hides her fox tail under the coat and long dress she wears:

I think skill 2 would be healing (if going by Dr. is a 6 star operator theory) and skill 3 is shwinging a couple of waves of petals like waves from a sea. Not to forget Dr. Eve is a Lord and uses a sabre, a weapon picked up before she went into a coma.

Dr. Eve:

Summons originium flower petals, peach in colour and mostly transluscent, which pass through allies and heal them while damaging enemies.

/Her fear was unreasonable because he is too kind and gentle to actually think that her forgetting how to play any instrument would be something unbecoming. She just wants to impress him./

And that she is also a Leithanien, so if she plays any instrument it would be the flute /wood/ or a hurdy-gurdy.

But Czerny doesn't know because she is afraid he might challenge her knowledge and she hasn't touched the instrument for a long while. It was just in her room so she assumed she knew how to play from before.

Meanwhile:

Dr. Eve: Pulls a comedically old Xray board over myself showing that everything in a 20cm radius around my heart including is glowing like it's Christmas

She easily gets warm, so temperatures on RI are a maximum of 22C spring/summer and 28C fall/winter.

Dr. Evealia's infection is external, a formation of pure black clusters starting from the back of her neck at the hairline and going around the base of her neck/across her clavicles and upper part of her ribs almost like a necklace. During winter it s easy to cover them and shield them via special wool/cotton scarves, but during the hot seasons Kal'tsit has prescribed her to wear something like a cone if she's not with the Dr.'s coat. It makes it look comically like she's a cat in cone jail, but it's just for her own safety.

The infection thereon becomes internal and has concentrated around her heart.

When her infection begins acting up Dr. Eve begins having heart palpatations and chest pains which leave her winded.

During such a state if she is forced to use arts the scent of the flowers may become simmilar to that of opium, which could lead to addiction. The effect of being exposed for too long to that scent could lead to immune system weakning and inflammation in infected areas.

This is why it's recommended to not leave for a mission with Dr. Eve unless everybody is equipped with masks.

Dr. Evealia also can increase the strenght of her attacks by playing the hurdy gurdy, which is her updated S3 - much like a skalter buff in the sense it last for a set duration and sends waves of petals towards the direction she is facing.

The 'addictive' scent may cause side effects to operators simmilar to an overdose (breathing difficulty and nausea), but the longest that 'overdose' state has ever lasted was during a four hour exposure and it passed only 30 minutes after they were seperated.

Operators overved to become very hungry afterwards.

Top operators constantly by her side are Czerny, Chongyue and Ebenholz. Around that, Lumen is her designated caretaker around Kal'tsit. Ebenholz, while sworn to stay by her side, also has to wander off often to tend to his headaches. They have a handshake over that because heartache/headache and their brother stomachache are literally the bane of mankind.

As a chimera - fox tail, deer ears and pattern on her back lead to believing that her horns may not be deer horns but something showing sarkaz roots. It's unknown if that's true, just a rumour. They look like completely normal elafia horns though.

When the infection acts up Lumen is always around, making sure that the Dr. Has somewhere to sit and something to drink. It's peach juice.

Eveader Traditions:

One doesnt eat dinner and one doesnt eat breakfast, but if they are both on Rhodes Island they will eat lunch and dinner together if they can.

Whenever Eve is reading around the fireplace Hoederer sits close and reads with her.

They exchange books often to refresh their mind and broaden their horizons. Hoederer thinks that Eve's books are very imaginative and Eve thinks Hoederer's books are boring but in the end it's more fun when they can pause at any moment to talk about it.

Eve brings Hoederer snacks and Hoederer brings Eve drinks. He's probably the only one who actually bothers her to drink lots of water.

What Dr. Eve would prepare as presents for her closest ones:

Hoederer - A Diary that consists of all letters/moments we spent together between battles with my thoughts and feelings up to the point I fell in love, after which it begins as something like a love story travel guide I named 'The Story of….' leaving him to continue or not.

Chongyue - A visit to a very spiritually infused with the best of vibes hot springs in the snowy mountains/potentially somewhere to hang out with his sisters later.

Czerny - After long and painstakingly difficult relations with Leithanien, he's allowed to play in the Afterglow again. He freaks out because inside the box Eve gifts him is just a sheet of paper and for a moment he thinks it's an 'Im pregnant' note.

Eve gifts him some of her best alcohol after to mend that awkward but insanely funny situation.

Ebenholz - A gramophone. The sound waves from it are said to lessen headaches. Its a form of therapy.

Lumen - A snow globe of the light tower and a part of the Iberian coast that is a switch-on light.

Dr. Lundi - An entirely decorative gunblade made out of glass with flowers, fields of wheat and house designs already mounted on a black background and framed. The weapon's name is 'Brittle'. Interstingly enough it is in fact not brittle. Due to Lundi's clumsiness it is made out of especially tempered glass that doesnt break when dropped. At least from 1.70 in height.

Dr. Kryo - Brass knuckles in the shape of a dragon head with its fangs being the sharp part of that weapon. They come in pairs red and blue that change to the opposing colour depending on the temeperature.

Dr. Pinkie - A giant tea set with cups, plates, spoons and a tea pot and tea steeper and spoon ring holders and jars for sugar honey and milk that are all in the shape of bizzare sea creatures.

Lee - Her gift for him disappeared, he's taken up the task to find it himself.

Lessig - A new and improved soundproofed room.

SilverAsh - That man has everything and Eve almost cried herself to sleep in Courrier's and Matterhorn's room because their master is such a menace but in the end she gifted him a tail ring with imbedded smoky quartz which shows Tenzin in flight. Tenzin got a leg bracelet with a tiny chubby snow leopard on it that Eve swears is not a caricature of SilverAsh the man.

So, here's what happened.

This is the team I used that is all my own, with Ebenholz and Lumen basically holding my hand the entire time.

Support Unit for this was the most GORGEOUS Ling, grace of Dr. Pinkie to lend so I don't pull my hair out. My own Ling is E2 LVL 1 and I'm telling you NOW if you have bagpipe at E2 your next operator to max is probably Ling.

I've learned my lesson, I swear, I'll get her - module and everything -.... When I'm done with Chongyue and Niang.

Because when Eve plays Arknights, she plays Husbandoknights.

Anyways, stalled at the chokepoint, blocking Ya with Czerny until phase 2 with Lumen, Ling and Pinecone on them. In the SS Shining is where Lumen was because I had to explode him (he doesn't die) but because you place down Kroos alter and Eben you have to switch out.

The times I forgot how Ling works and use her dragons without caring where they face is the horrible reality that kills them in the end because D1 is not facing up so D3 dies and the defender isn't even half-dead.

Phase 2 we ship out Kroos alter and Eben to delete the clone and then switch to the left side where we wait for Ya to move 1 pixel at a time with her attention on Ebenholz. Will never forget how Dr. Pinkie begged for her to switch her attention off Kroos... Arknights on the phone is HARD ok?

Actually, forget that, I wish the funny little gray matter that would be helping with my thought processing didnt look like gum scraped off the bottom of a highschool chair now but instead not only did I spent way too much time and energy into finishing and fine-turning EX-6 CM I just didnt have enough sanity to keep trying EX-8 CM at all.

Dr. Pinkie left the conversation like a wrung out rag, Dr. Kryo finds me pitiful and Dr. Lundi has the best Mlynar in the West and a Ling/Poz, I hope she succeeds soon because time is ticking.

As for me, it's an endless cycle of failure after failure and wondering where did it go wrong. I don't remember which event it was but it also had a -1 condition to its challenge mode and I cried actual tears trying to figure out and time it.

I WILL get these medals or so god help me.

But hey, Chongyue, your payment check for becoming a lead operator and tactical adviser is almost available.

How do you feel about it?
