I am being sued over this tumblr blog

I got a letter yesterday. Apparently, I am being sued over this blog (tumblr.ArizonaColor.us)

The owner of the domain name ArizonaColor.com claims that my owning the domain ArizonaColor.us dilutes the value of the "trade name" inherent in owning the .com domain.

NOTE: I bought the domain ArizonaColor.us in January 2011. The claimant bought ArizonaColor.com in 2010. A trademark search at uspto.gov does not show they own a "trademark." The company did not even file "Arizona Color" as an "Arizona Trade Name" until March, 2017!

BTW: I've been developing geodomains with the pattern "Community Name" followed by the word "Color" since 2003. Before that I was using "Hello" then the community name. I sold the Hello names to another developer.

This letter I received wreaks of being a nuisance lawsuit. Unfortunately, in cases like this the plaintiff gets to shop for the jurisdiction. It is possible that the lawyers have found a jurisdiction that will rule in its favor.
