*Ariya had heard that Giyuu had adopted a young girl, but she had yet to meet the neko. The 14 year old girl saw Ariya training and peeked out from behind a tree with curiosity in her big eyes*

Ariya trained relentlessly and obviously tired but still pushing, trying to master a certain form of Moon Breathing that she couldn't quite get right. She didn't notice Miki due to the harsh training but she sensed a presence.

"Hm?" Ariya looked over her shoulder, gripping her wooden training sword a little tighter.

What was Ariya's opinion about Giyu adopting a young girl? Well, she wasn't so sure about it, to be honest. She didn't think Giyu would be...emotionally...there for a young mind such as Miki's. But, she trusted his decision and knew she didn't have much of a say in it because of how stubborn Giyu could be sometimes.

"HAIIIII IGURO-SAN! I know it's a little late, but I was on a mission so I couldn't give it to you yesterday. I hope you'll forgive my tardiness. Anyways, here is a scarf I sewed for you! And one for Kaburamaru-kun!"

Ariya says while walking up to him, holding out one human-sized white scarf and a snake-sized black one, both matching for the two with little hearts sewn into them. They clearly took a long time. Of course, cheerful and kind as always. She was wearing a scarf of her own, which was purple like the ends of her hair.

"I made it for your birthday. I also think it'll be useful because it's getting cold outside, so I hope you and Kaburamaru like it!"

( Ariya Tsukiyo is the Moon / Lunar Hashira and is quite fond of Iguro and thinks he's really cool. She is 19 years of age and talks to him a lot. She is a little taller than him. And she was the first Hashira to learn Kaburamaru's name. That's just an hc I have, it's okay if you don't want to go by it! She is known to be kind and giving. Hehe- Oh, and Ariya likes him and it's obvious. - Pax, the creator of Ariya <3 )

His multicolored eyes widen at the gifts, and he smiles tenderly at her.

He slips it around his neck, and tenderly places the smaller one on Kabu. “Please, sit with us.”

He gestures to an empty chair beside him, and offers a plate of food to her.

“Not a lot of people remember my birthday anymore, so I am truely touched by this…”
