Since you mentioned that Jennette's name isn't related to immortality, what name do you think would have been suited for Jennette? Also maybe the name "Jennette" is just a middle name for her, I've read a few manhwas where the royals have middle names. Ex: Arienne Beatrice Yuriana and Arhen Isilven Yuriana(they're twins,👧🏼🧑🏼) From The Twins' New Life. Though this is just a guess since Athanasia doesn't seem to have a middle name if at all.

there aren't many names that mean immortality and start with the letter J. Jemelle perhaps? It means "an eternal graceful lady". And novel Jennette is described as someone very ladylike. Or Jenea meaning "God's grace endures forever."

If her real name had been Jenea, Jennette would still keep the meaning of her old name "God is gracious" but would now have the added bonus of eternity in her name that is associated with the Obelian royalty. Her family could call her affectionately Jen in private. That way she wouldn't need to get used to another nickname once she is introduced at court as Claude's daughter. It would also be ironic, because another meaning of her name is paradise and we know after she has become crown princess in the Lovely Princess universe Obelia was turned into hell on earth.

Here's another good dad who has flaws like karavan: Emperor of Yuriana from The Twins' New Life.

The next section will contain spoilers for those that hadn't read The Twins' New Life

Since the emperor doesn't have an official name, I'll just refer to him as Alistair.

Okay so Alistair is the father to the protagonists of The Twins new life, Arhen and Arienne. Now unlike Karavan and Claude, Alistair actual had a valid reason for why he didn't originally wanted the twins.

Rurahelle, the twins' mom, had approached Alistair and basically baby trapped him. Rurahelle is not human and apparently her species is called heibi. A heibi is basically a forest spirit that is loved by the and while a lot is not known about them. Heibis can become pregnant as long as they have the blood of their partner which can also a blood curse that connects the curser and the partner or victim hearts together. Meaning if she dies, Alistair will die too. And as a deal, Alistair would sent them away and was forbidden to see the twins a or else both he and the twins would be killed.

Alistair agreed thinking he would never care about the twins.

But after they were born, he realized he was wrong. He did care about them. One day, Alistair lost contact with Rurahelle and was after the impression that they passed away because most children of mixed blood don't live more than five years. So he didn't look for them due to not wanting to see their graves.

When they meet, he questions himself whether or not if he made the right choice. Mind you he didn't need anyone to tell him that "abandoning" and neglecting the twins was wrong. He knew what he did was wrong and actually felt remorseful for his actions. Hell he actually APOLOGIZED when the twins were still five. He didn't understand how his actions affected the twins and apologized for being inconsiderate.

The apology was genuine. Alistair isn't even difficult to show his affection for Arhen and Arienne. He genuinely loves them and is willing to fixes his mistakes.

Everyone, emperor of Yuriana! The guy who actually act like a parent and loves his children. Took responsibility for his actions something Claude could never and yet he's deem as a good father?

Some thoughts about Crossing Though Worlds

- Crossing Though Worlds is a crossover between Who Made Me A Princess, Trash of the count's family, The Twins new life and The Adventures of a Demon King's Daughter. I thought it would interesting if the main characters met since each character had their own baggage before and after transmigrating.

- Cale is reincarnated into the Robane's household as one of Felix's younger brothers. He also has more than one stepmother who happens to Athanasia's godmother.

- Athanasia and Cale are god siblings to one other as Athanasia is the god daughter to one of Cale's step mothers while Cale is the god son to Claude.

- Arienne and Arhen have an aunt who takes them away from their abusive mother when they're three and they live under her aunt until they're 6.

- Jason is with the twins since they were three and is raised along aside them until moving to the imperial palace.

- Jennette has a new name. She is now Jeanine Esmé de Alger Obelia after she was adopted. Athanasia now has a middle name which is Aziza.

- Jason's source of power will no longer come from the happiness of his masters and their pride as members of the imperial family cause that make zero sense. (You mean if his master has no pride in their family for valid reasons, he won't be able to help them cause of that dumb reason?)

- Arhen meets Ray a year before Irene comes back and they became friends.

- Instead of forgiving them in months, it will take a few years before the twins actually forgive their father. However the only brother they give a chance to was Eiji.

- With the help of Cale's influence, Athanasia doesn't care for Claude and resent him. Pretty much everyone in the imperial family either hates Claude, fear him or both.

- Athanasia, Jeanine, Cale, Lucas are childhood friends with Arhen and Arienne.

- Everyone goes to an academy though Irene(rin) and Ray go to a different one. And no the academy they go to is not in Arlanta.

- Athanasia and Jeanine have to share a debutante ball together because Claude was being petty towards Jeanine. Still an asshole towards his niece.

- Athanasia goes to the debut ball with Cale as her escort and first dance partner while Jeanine goes with Dimitri, her adopted father.

- Athanasia and Arhen become a thing months after her 14 birthday.

- Jeanine will have her own love interest.

Okay I know that athy and jennette have uniforms made by spoon but those are modern and not something you see in a fantasy.

Cale, Athanasia, Irene, Arhen and Arienne refer each other by their names from their past lives in private. The twins names were never mentioned in the novel or manhwa so I just searched up what name would suit them.

Can we talk about how Arienne and Arhen from The twins new life got hate during that "misunderstanding" arc?

Seriously did everyone just ignore the context of the situation? If they did they would understand that there was no misunderstanding that everyone claim there is.

The twins new life is about a pair of twins from Korea who died during a car accident at the age of 18 (they were still in highschool) and reborn in the empire of Yuriana as the first princess and fourth prince. Their names are Arhen Isilven Yuriana and Arienne Beatrice Yuriana. When they were born, they were sent away with their greedy and abusive mother because they were illegitimate child and a deal between their parents. Now the series start when the twins just turn five (23) and a day later their mother dies. Only then does their father comes for them however they don't trust him since in the Yuriana Empire it known that illegitimate children are hated and looked down upon.

Now the misunderstanding. . . . . The twins don't trust the imperial family since the emperor abandoned them with their abusive mother, two of their older brothers knew they existed but did nothing (the second prince, Alec, admitted he had no interest in them before) while the youngest third prince, Eiji, was completely innocent as he didn't know they existed until after they came to the palace.

In chapters 30 & 31, the emperor admitted to one of his sons that if it weren't for a life-threatening contract, he wouldn't have allowed the twins' mother birth to them in fact he would have killed them before they were born. The reason he decided not to was because they had his blonde.

For those of you who don't know, golden blonde hair is basically the family trademark. Yes blonde hair is their trademark.

As for what the emperor said that was true and the twins overheard him say it too. Then the emperor found out that the twins resent him which is also true. Yet everyone claim that's it all a misunderstanding and they want the twins and the emperor to "make up" because it's the twins who misunderstood the situation. No they didn't heck the maid who raised the emperor admitted he didn't want them to be born.

The situation was finally clear and they're finally a "family".

In my opinion the twins were justified in resenting the imperial family minus Eiji. Does anyone know what misunderstanding actually is anymore?

Eden: aunt to 4th prince Arhen Isilven Yuriana and first princess Arienne Beatrice Yuriana of Yuriana

Eden is the younger sister of Rurahelle/Rurahel and maternal aunt of Arienne and Arhen. She is a heibi, which was originally a spirit of the forest.

Backstory: 500 years ago, Eden and Rurahelle got separated during a raid on their village/tribe by hunters. Eden escaped with other heibis who managed to flee. Afterwards, the remaining heibis went into hiding and tried to rebuild their home. Since sidwell, the silver dragon went to sleep for years; they had to rely on themselves.

40 years later, Eden left the home of heibis to search for Rurahelle after she was sure it was safe to go looking. But Eden never found Rurahelle until 460 years later in Yuriana. Around that time, Eden was originally going to work in the imperial palace as maid to earn money to travel back home after a "failed" attempt of searching for Rurahelle however she was informed that she would be working in Derolina castle due to unexpected circumstances.

Relationships:

Rurahelle-older sister: Rurahelle is 7 years older than eden. Eden had a decent relationship with Rurahelle before their separation. Before eden felt bad for Rurahelle since was "abandoned" by the emperor after giving birth. However after Rurahelle and the maids started abusing the twins, she despise Rurahelle.

Arienne and Arhen-niece and nephew: Eden actually loves the twins dearly and cherishes them in secret to avoid getting fired by Rurahelle. She teaches them to read and about heibis since Rurahelle clearly isn't gonna do it. The twins view eden as their mother and are grateful that she loves them too.

The emperor- employer: Eden is netural towards after she doesn't hate him but also doesn't like him.

Facts about Eden:

Eden inherited her red eyes from her mother, the twins' grandmother.

In a au, Eden take the twins away from Derolina castle while Rurahelle is out a month after their third birthday.

Eden doesn't love the emperor but she does eventually get married back in the heibis' village.
