🖤💔💓💗 for the writer asks!
I think I’ll put this one under a cut. Two long rambling posts in a row feels like just a bit much, and this one is even longer whoops
🖤: what are your MC names?
KTR: Darren Gladstone, Ariana Chatham, Tabitha Crystalford, Tolgatus Irogh, Persephone Asardotha, Galather, and Jiadoray Thynerus.
TCS: Anajada Markmay, Unis AL-482515, Sterling OAI-971, Pherousa Cuparia, Teshima Johakki, Slingar’eth Bowtithexilon
WP: Cynthia Vaughn, Katherine Vickers, Harrison Carver, Jenna-Ruth Graves, Jocelyn Sparks
ML: Isaiah Reynolds, Noemi Castilla, Noelle Reynolds-Castilla, Shauna Reynolds-Castilla, Amber Reynolds-Castilla
💔: give a brief character bio of your MCs
~Keys To Raetira~
Darren is an alcoholic with a knack for finding himself in trouble. He’s usually friendly, if not somewhat naive, and he doesn’t really know a lot of things, but he has good intentions. Maybe he needs some positive encouragement. He’s still figuring out his sexuality, but he’s probably bi or pan.
Ariana’s a lovable nerd who clings to obscure knowledge and picks up things fairly quickly. Though she’s not exactly great with people, and prefers to be alone. She’s probably straight? Maybe??
Tabitha is a wizard who lives in a cave. She’s a kind and caring soul, and is talented in a variety of spellwork. Though, enchanting objects is her specialty. She’s a lesbian.
Tolgatus deserted from the orcish military and now lives as a farmer. He’s a little bit paranoid, little bit obsessive over his “honour”, and very tall. Maybe just a bit gay? He doesn’t like to talk about it.
Persephone is a former slave who sort of co-founded an anti-slavery network, murdered her previous owner, and also staged a mass break-out. To some, she can seem cold and ruthless. She is, of course, but she also has a fun and cynical side to her as well. She’s been through a lot, and is also very bi.
Jiadoray is a runaway elven princess. Maybe just a bit spoiled and holier-than-thou. She’s trying her best though.
Galather is a dog. Literally. He is a good boy, and sometimes he picks up sticks.
(I’m feeling too exhausted and sick today to elaborate on the other characters right now, sorry)
💓: is it part of a series or standalone?
KTR: It’s sort of a planned series? I guess? Like, I only plan it to be one book long, but I’m kind of writing it in parts. (Like I previously mentioned, kind of an RPG style, with the main story and several smaller stories alongside)
TCS: It’s not gonna be a coherent series, but I have several ideas that are set in this universe.
WP: Same as above.
ML: I have no idea at this point, to be honest.
💗: what genre is it in?
KTR: It feels like a hybrid of high fantasy and low fantasy?? Eh, let’s just say Fantasy. Keep it simple.
TCS: Sci-fi
WP: Is… is Superheroes a genre? If not, then it kinda changes depending on the story, a little bit? But the general focus has to do with superpowers, I guess?
ML: Modern day?? I have no idea, I write so few things that are actually set in a modern or real world-ish setting lol

I realize that I'm the person who sent this post, but I did it with knowledge of exactly which of my OCs it applies to lol
Character A: I shit you not [Character B], it was *this* big!
Character B: There’s no way. Impossible! I’ve had hundreds of those in my hands, and they’re *never* that size!
Character A: Would I lie about something so critical?
Character C: I’m afraid to ask but... What are you two going on about?
Character A: We’re discussing knives, of course. Well, daggers, technically. I never remember the difference.
Character B: Why? What did you think we were talking about?

Coffee Shop Christmas (but its just me, alone, in Chatham, listening to Ariana Grande)
I'm desperately lonely today. I'm angry. I am in touch with my values - Christmas certainly isn't one of them (does everyone just forget that the crusades which overcame pagan holidays + celebration of the natural world were a multi-century genocide project?). Sorry to be scrooge, but Jesus was a black-arabian man born in the summer time.

Journal Entry: 9/7
Today, I woke up similarly to the way that I woke up Wednesday. I struggled. I have never been considered a morning person and I and so I was finding it extremely difficult to be getting up at this hour and having to get ready in order to not look like a troll running around New York for class, especially on a Friday when I’m planning on staying in the city after school gets out. But thankfully we had a later train to catch today which was at 9:37, which meant that we would arrive at penn station at 10:25. We took the chain from Chatham to Penn station and proceeded to our meet up spot near the NJ transit lobby. As we all trickled into our spot I was immediately reminded how much larger the Friday group was. It took us a while for us to all meet up because of our size, but we managed. We collectively made our way up to the MoMA by foot and entered through the education side of the building, which I never knew existed, there were a couple of really cool sculptures that I had never seen in their collection before but I didn’t get the chance to get any closer. We continued on as a class over to the main part of the building where I instantly felt familiar. We went through the galleries of the contemporary artists and to my surprise it felt like most of the museum was closed. Regardless, we got the opportunity to see a really unique exhibition going on. It involved showcasing contemporary artists’ other works in other mediums that they usually did not work in. Artists like Robert Gober, Louise Bourgeois, and Frank Stella were featured and it was really interesting to see how the entire show was curated. We ended the tour and we’re let off for lunch, where Ariana and I literally ran a couple of blocks over to go get Poke. We then finished and met back over on the education entrance of the MoMA to be taken upstairs to the paper conservation lab. We entered an extremely small room that had many stations and stacks of books. We first spoke with a woman who was head of film and print conservation and she told us a little about her job with that, and then we talked to a book conservator and she spoke a bit about her own work.

Got My Itinerary!!!!!
WOW, it has been a while since I posted anything!!! I guess because I didn’t really have anything TO post about since I have just been home waiting patiently for my program! BUT I got my itinerary today, which means that I now have some info to share with you all about my housing location and my work location!
Housing
So first off, I have housing in PATTERSON!!! This is exactly the apartment complex that I wanted to get! It was my personal first choice and I am SO HAPPY!!! I mean, LOOK HOW BEAUTIFUL???
So here are some of the reasons why I am really excited about Patterson Court and why I wanted it:
Known to have good parking, and I am bringing my car! Plus it is right across the street from Chatham so it’s an easy walk if I want to take the bus!
Rooms have supposedly been more updated than the other apartments.
Supposedly have slightly more space than the other complexes
It just looks more homey to me... Like a place I would like to come home to after a long day of work!
THAT POOL IS AMAZING
On top of all of this, everyone in my roommate group (that I tried to link up with) has also been assigned to Patterson! Unfortunately, we won’t know if we are ACTUALLY roommates until the day we get there, but we’ve all been assigned the same complex so it’s like a 99.9% chance that the link-up worked and we are going to be roommates! And I am ECSTATIC!!!! One of my best friends from school, Jenny, is one of them! Then there’s also Ariana, Jodie, Alexis, and Grechil! And they all seem like THE SWEETEST PEOPLE! I am so excited to get to know them even better and tell you all about them!
Work Location
MORE EXCITING NEWS!!!! I got assigned to work PEO-EC Festival QSR In other words.... I WILL BE WORKING THE FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL AT EPCOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a literal DREAM!!!!!!!!! Almost everyone wants to work at Epcot!!! And for QSFB, the Food and Wine Festival is THE place to be! And *I* got chosen for it!
So, what exactly is the Food and Wine festival, you ask? Running from August 30th-November 12th this year, the Food and Wine festival is a huge annual celebration at Walt Disney World’s Epcot where you can “travel around the world” and try different cuisines from different cultures! Each dish comes in an appetizer sized sampler for $4-$8, AND admission is included with simply just your admission to Epcot! So it is fairly cheap for a Disney World event! There are also great shows with chefs and opportunities to learn how to cook some things. The festival includes a concert series called Eat to the Beat, as well! Some artists included in the Eat to the Beat concert series this year include (but are not limited to) Boyz II Men, Smash Mouth, the Baha Men, the Plain White T’s, 98 Degrees, and more! Other people will also present at the festival, like authors who may do book signings.
I am over the moon excited!!!! If you come to Disney World and decide to go to the Food & Wine Festival, be sure to hit a girl up!
