The Arcana as The M6 - MLP!

Everytime i think about alpheratz and Spica backstory. It gives me butterflies It gives me peace. All i want to do is go back to ch10 and beg Spica's mansion Butler to tell me every single moments about Alpheratz and spica little past. They are so iconic *chef kisses*... it was all funny games until First great disaster upon them💀💀💀. ( ofcourse im so fruity. i always think and image their lovely past) I lov them so much..

I have the whole entire fanmade Story about Their past. i might be weird but my story about alpheratz and spica past kinda make sense to the Actual Arcana Twilight..

More Pokemon x Arcana Twilight because at least one person (me) wants it: (some ideas may contradict the first post)

-I see the region revolving around caves and fossils, since Jirachi's "egg" probably gets mistaken as an ordinary stone for a long time. Only being discovered by scientists in the progress of the game.

-The water starter pokemon would have a whale design, because Bound Arlyns flying whale is iconic, and that would be its final evolution.

-The fire starter would be a snake that has a ice-type end evolution. And the grass type would have a dark type end evolution. Only because I decided this.

-The reason MC gets a starter pokemon is because of following scenario: Pollux accidentally stepped on a Bergmite, which then proceeded to chase him. Vega came to his aid, but more Bergmite came. Since MC was nearby, he asked them to just take a ball from his bag and help out. He wanted to ask for the pokemon back, but saw that the pokemon felt comfortable with MC. (If the game would have a call function, he would routinely ask about how the starter is doing if you call him.)

-Alpheratz's grandfather is a professor. If given the chance, he will tell every trainer about how his favorite little boy grew up to be a gym leader and that they should give him his greetings. (And that Alpheratz should come to visit again soon).

-Sirius is the moral compass of the game, who questions the morality of battling and the goals of villains, but also questions why you wear a baseball cap instead of a dafety helmet. Also encourages you to try and ride your bike inside of caves.

-Arcturus grew up at the pokemon daycare and works there. He will spoil any pokemon handed in. Whether they are from MC or even pokemon from the antagonists. He knows of Jirachi from the tales he read growing up. He starts his journey relatively late, and only because he wants to stop Team Creation from abusing Jirachi. He has no intention of being a travelling trainer.

-Pollux keeps getting the worst pokemon. His starter keeps getting kidnapped. He bought an expensive egg from a "breeder" who promised it would hatch as Eevee. It was a Murkrow egg.

-The second town MC gets to already has the gyms of Alpheratz and Spica. Spica's gym is extravagant and complex, with a few paths to avoid the trainers helping him out. Alpheratz prefers it directly. With two trainers you have to battle before him. Both of them give MC fossils after beating them.

-Depending on the version, the trainer will encounter Spica (in Pokemon Wish) or Alpheratz (in Pokemon Destiny) throughout the game, and battle the antagonists by his side. Arcturus is the one exposing most information about Jirachi.

-Vega, please stop healing MC's pokemon whenever you meet. They have four hundred potions in their bag, let them use them.

-The elite 4 are made of the clan heads. Riegel, against his own design choices, has a fanclub watching him. He spends hours after battling giving out signatures.

the lack of arcana twilight content is making me focus on narrative crumbs because there are so many unanswered questions and I am a whore for history and lore. to those who have any theories out there, feel free to share as food for thought!

first off, the questions Sirius fed us:

Why is Bound Arlyn governed by constellations?

Why do the sorcerers pledge allegiance to them?

Why do monsters keep trying to invade this dimension?

but wait, those are only the big three. Looking into the finer details, there are more mysteries.

What is the universe trying to correct?

What exactly is the untold legacy of Bound Arlyn's Towers?

Is the Great Sorcerer Polaris still alive?

Was/Is Polaris as noble and heroic as others make him out to be?

Who is Debris?

What connection does our Shepard, Arcturus, have with the Void Cult's leader, “The Shepard” ?

Who is Sirius?

Is he the 1st Sorcerer of Canis Major? The Traitor of Bound Arlyn? An obviously pivotal character who knows more that he tells? A bastard? A hottie?

And of course, where do we fit in the grand scheme of things? What role does the Summoner play in this story? Where did our summoning abilities come from? Who are we?

I've always found it strange than our mascot is a bear, and our icon is Ursa Minor – which is Polaris's constellation. Add in the fact that we already have imprints of the main cast when this is seemingly the first time we've met.

Here's a bonus question that in my opinion, is the most crucial and curious one.

What was the promise, the contract that we made?

Homebrew Cleric Spell: Divine Rebuke

Divine Rebuke

5th level evocation

Casting Time: 1 Action

Range: 120ft

Components: V, S

Duration: Instantaneous

Classes: Cleric

You call upon the wrath of the heavens to rebuke creatures that you can see within range. Choose a point within range, and a burst of divine wrath explodes outwards from that point in a 30ft radius sphere. Each creature within the sphere must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 8d8 radiant damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. Additionally, on a failed save, creatures become frightened of you for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

As a reflection of the wrath of your particular deity, you can choose to replace the damage type of this spell with a type determined by your cleric domain, as follows: Arcana (force), Death (necrotic), Forge (fire), Grave (necrotic), Knowledge (psychic), Life (force), Light (fire), Nature (lightning), Order (psychic), Peace (cold), Tempest (thunder), Trickery (psychic), Twilight (cold), War (bludgeoning).

Notes: Not gonna lie, the rider regarding damage types was most of the impetus behind this spell, as otherwise it’s a fairly basic AOE. But cleric domains are so cool and varied, it feels a little disappointing that the cleric spell list doesn’t have a better range of damage types.

Granted, this feels more like something that should be an optional class ability, rather than something grafted onto a spell. It will cause problems when the spell has to keep up with new subclasses coming out. But the ability to swap damage types on any spell would possibly be a bit strong as a class ability, even if you only get one other type option? So, you know. Maybe just this one spell, and DMs can use their best judgement for the damage type of new domains?

It will also cause problems for non-clerics with access to the cleric spell list (aka Divine Soul Sorcerers), but a general fix for that would be: if you don’t have a cleric domain, you can’t change the damage type.

As for my reasonings for the domains and their damage types, I think most of them are rather self-evident. Peace/Twilight being cold is possibly less intuitive, but I figured wrath from deities of those domains would be of the cold, patient sort. Life being force was also tricky, because they’re the quintessential radiant subclass, but I figured raw magical energy would be a decent back-up. War was going to have one of the physical types, and I figured since the mace was the iconic cleric weapon, we’d go with bludgeoning.

And yes, I realise that this does give certain subclasses a bit more fun with this spell than others. Tempest, particularly, given Destructive Wrath, and possibly high-level Death clerics given they can ignore necrotic resistance. But, you know. Sometimes you just want your stormy peeps to have fun?
