Archangel Arariel, Cinder’s Mother and little sister to Azrael.

She’s compassionate and kind, but also shameless and very wise. It’s a gift she has to flawlessly call people out on their BS and hipocrasy with the effect being shame and shame, and more shame on the recipients part.

The magic she’s discovered and learnt is abyssal and dark matter, counterparts to Holy magics that operate similalry if not more unstable and hard to manage. It’s considered heretical, what she’s doing, but she both doesn’t mind nor has she been punished for it due to reasons.

Legends say she fought Abbadon, with words and sword for three days because he was in the worst mood the White City had ever seen and she just stepped up and was alike, “You are behaving like an undigified child who didn’t get his way. Into the corner for you.”

She also found great friendship in the Archon Lucian while she was studying magics at the Ivory Citadel. She even grew to love him, how sweet~ the feeling might be mutual

Arariel also loves art; be it drawing, painting, singing, dancing, or poetry. She’s good at all of them, and likes to work with charcoal the most for drawing, finding the most joy in the medium that drafts the loosest amount of concentration and control. The number of cats she’s drawn, from bleps and toabeans, is quite staggering...

Archangel Gabriel

Ok, full offence, but I have always liked the Archangel Gabriel, even if most of their portrayal in media shows him as an insufferable jerk who sticks to the rules and God's will like a chewing gum on a hot summer day.

Here are my Top 3 Arcahngel Gabriel portrayals (even if I didn't entirely enjoyed the movie/show where they appeared )

3.- Gabriel, Constantine (2005)

Tilda Swinton was awesome in her portrayal, she captured and androgynous Angel with just enough disdain towards humanity that kida made root for the jerk. The wings looked so damn cool and I had no question of their badassery. And that they would kill the movie protagonist in a seconds had not been for 'divine' intervention. Wings 10/10 tho.

2. The Archangel Fucking Gabriel , Good Omens (2019)

God bless John Hamm for being so hammy. With an excellent sense of fashion, enough disdain towards humanity and and the lovable passive aggressiveness of that micromanager we all had at some point. Too bad he was an antagonist, cuz I disliked him enough to want to see more of him. Sadly we don’t get to see him in full armor nor we get to his wings.  :(

1. The Archangel Gabriel, Legion (2010)

Listen, I'll be the first one to say the movie Legion is a mess, the plot is silly, some of the effects look childish, but dear sweet mother of Jesus, it features the most badass Gabriel (and Michael) ever. Like if we cut the movie down to the Angel fights I could watch it all day. Kevin Durand plays the role so well as the 'enforcer' of God's will, even if it involves killing a baby. He is arrogant but has the muscle and skill to back up his ego. In what other movie would you see an angel blocking bullet from a machine gun with their wings?? Okay maybe in the season 3 finale of Lucifer, but we are talking about Gabriel in this post

The choreographers clearly made a deal with the Devil for those scenes The armor, the wings, dear God the wings, I know where the whole budget of the film went into.

This is a Gabriel that will get his hands dirty, he is a bastard and I love his with every fiber of my being. The two fights he has with Michael entertain me to no end, but the best punch is at the end (spoilers??)  when Michael tells him, " You gave him what he asked for, I gave him what he needed [...] that's why you failed him" like Michael punched him in the liver with that line.

So, upon further analysis and 9 years of catholic school, I was thinking about how many of you have been pointing out that scene where JC refers to a small sword as Peacemaker.

Now, if my memory serves me, Arcahngel Michael (prince of angels, the One who will arise during the time of end.) has a similar one and is seen in most images slaying the devil, and in a few, he is in snake form:

So, since JC mentions 2 guardians and we know archangels are the top of the divine hierarchy and are considered the protectors of heaven, the most powerful among angels, we could assume that the 2 guardians could be archangels, therefore, Julian could be an archangel and the sword the real weapon to slay the snake.

Archangel: Hellfire: Making The Mech Experience Feel Real

Skydance Studios jumped into the VR game last year with the release of Archangel for PSVR. It was the first game on the platform that gave players the chance to feel like they were piloting giant mechs. The development team spent the next year working on the foundation laid out in Archangel in an effort to build the ultimate VR mech experience. This August, the team is releasing their newest effort, Archangel: Hellfire for the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive headsets.

Archangel: Hellfire builds on the first game and succeeds at putting you directly into the pilot’s seat. Skydance studios focused intensely on creating an experience that was accessible to the highest number of players. VR games that don’t account for spatial awareness can leave the end-user susceptible to nausea and discomfort if what the eyes see does not match up with their sense of balance. The team carefully crafted the mech interiors and camera system to compliment each other so that piloting the monster-sized machines feels completely natural to the VR user. A solution that allows the mech’s head to move while the player stays rooted to the seat ensured that players could enjoy the action and remain comfortable for long sessions.

Additional work went into the design of the mech interiors to help build out a sense of scale. The illusion of piloting a mech is shattered if it doesn’t feel like you are towering over your environment when you look around. Archangel: Hellfire is crafted to make the player feel like a towering giant within the game world through the use of audio and visual feedback. The interiors are also carefully constructed to feel like the real thing. The team at Skydance wanted the cockpit to have a tactile feel, which helps to further reinforce the experience.

The UI and gameplay design are also built to enhance the suspension of disbelief. UI elements are place in spots that feel intuitive and work with the cockpit model to provide the “you are there” experience. You don’t feel like you are controlling a mech, you feel like you are actually sitting in the pilot’s seat. The game’s combat also serves to enhance the experience of battling other mechs, while still offering the gameplay depth expected from modern players. Archangel: Hellfire also takes advantage of the PC platform and the visuals scale up with powerful hardware, while still allowing an incredible experience on modest systems.

Archangel: Hellfire drops you into the pilot’s seat on July 17. It is a free expansion available to all owners of Arcahngel. It requires the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive VR headset.

ʚ♡⃛ɞ Simple Way to work with the angels! ʚ♡⃛ɞ

ʚ♡⃛ɞ If you are a beginner, angel work can seem overwhelming especially with all of the different practices and viewpoints to dive into

ʚ♡⃛ɞ One of the simplest ways to work with the angels is to write to them! This specifically deals with journaling!

ʚ♡⃛ɞ When you journal, you tend to write down your inner monologue and how you may be feeling on a particular day, when you write your feelings out, you are able to find a sense of release and catharsis that may have been stuck inside you, not just in your mind, but in your body as well!

ʚ♡⃛ɞ You can release it all to the angels or a specific angel you desire to write to! I tend to write to them on their specific assigned days, but there is not harm at all in writing to them at anytime, especially if it’s a specific angel you want to work with more closely

ʚ♡⃛ɞ As an example, Samael is my Sun Angel and Raphael is my moon angel, I tend to communicate with them the most (I also talk to Chamuel a lot as well!), I learn about who my enemies are through Samael as he helps expose them for me, and I learn about different ways to generally heal through Raphael

ʚ♡⃛ɞ If there is something that you want from them, you can ask for their help too! Just simply write about your situation, (and be fully honest as this helps with releasing everything to them so they can take care of it!) and ask for them to help, and remember to say thank you!

ʚ♡⃛ɞ I usually also write their sigils in my journal before writing and it doesn’t hurt to light a candle or incense while writing either!

ʚ♡⃛ɞ I repeat, the more you are honest and the more you share with them, the more they are able to help out with the situation! You can ask for “abundance”, but they also need to know what abundance you have in mind and why you TRULY want it, doing this will allow them to help you find what you are looking for more efficiently! (the saying “play silly games, win silly prizes” comes to mind)

ʚ♡⃛ɞ You can write something like “Dear Archangel Michael, I am having trouble with feeling vulnerable and my boundaries being crossed, can you please help me with cutting off any negative ties and put a field of protection around me? Thank you!”
