Kabuki adaptation of famous children's book Arashi no Yoru ni (One Stormy Night), coming next September at Kyoto Minamiza theater (additional pics from here).

Telling the unexpected friendship between a goat and a wolf despite their species' reluctance, and life's hardships, this story has been adapted through several medias.

I love to see here how costumers have translated the characters as kabuki roles (wolves as aragoto! mizura hairstyle to mimic goat horns!).

watched this movie back in late 2019-early 2020!! i remembered it recently and I had to draw it it’s such an underrated movie

My upload of the One Stormy Night movie with multi-lingual subs was taken down by TBS. They're completely in the right to do so and I harbor no ill will towards them.
