So I have this old Disney cruise shirt that says “Ride the aquaduck” (which is this water slide thing on the cruise) and now I want RTC merch with a similar style to those kinds of shirts

like “Ride the cyclone at the wonderville traveling fariground” or “I survived the cyclone” or anything that would make it look like you got it from a theme/amusement park I think that would be pretty cool

Aquaducked is an original oil painting in canvas by Mark Stenger. It was painted in 2020-21. It is one of the first of his works to explore Left/Right Implied Symmetry and Mirroring. It is 18×24

Friday August 4: our last day on the cruise was a sea day. We all did a variety of activities - characters, bingo, kids club, swimming/slides, hide and seek, playing at the portholes, etc. The kids decided to go swimming after dinner one last time, which was awesome because there was barely anyone there. Abby finally tried the AquaDuck, and Ryan was the last official rider on the slide before it closed for the cruise.

The kids really enjoyed all the workers on board. Our stateroom host, Ian, was awesome learning all the kids’ names and letting them in the room when they forgot their key.

It’s amazing how quickly 5 days can go by in a blink of an eye. We had such a great time, and the kids are already wondering when we can go back again.

Osterspaß im Aquadrom Hockenheim Für das Wochenende vor den Osterferien hat sich das Aquadrom-Team etwas Besonderes ausgedacht: Am 1. April – nein, das ist kein Scherz – veranstaltet das Team viele Spiele, Wettkämpfe und Späße rund um das Thema Ostern. Neben „Eierlauf“ im Wasser und diversen Staffeln können die Kinder an diesem Tag auch viele kleine Überraschungen im Bad finden. Im ganzen Aquadrom werden die beliebten Aquaducks versteckt: Manche davon sind sogar besonders markiert, dafür lockt ein toller Sonderpreis. Auch auf dem Beckenboden im Schwimmerbecken gibt es etwas Besonderes zu finden: Die Aquadrom-Crew hat kleine Ostereier mit Salzwasser gefüllt, sodass sie zu Boden sinken und von den Kindern ertaucht werden können. Das ganze findet statt am Samstag, den 1. April, zwischen 13 und 17 Uhr – und kostet nichts extra, nur den üblichen Badeintritt. Wer noch kreativ werden möchte, kann sich am Malwettbewerb des Aquadroms beteiligen. Noch bis zum Mittwoch, 5. I never got the chance to meet Ace... I’ve heard of so many stories about the kinds of adventures he’s been in and based on those stories... I really wish I could have met him.

In fact, a big part of me actually looks up to him.  Nobody knows what happened, but one day..

He just disappeared.

And that brings us to where we are today.

 Ace, if there’s even a chance you can hear me right now...

I hope I’m doing your legacy justice.

Is it strange that a small part of me, still believes you’re out there somewhere?

Maybe it is, but I’d like to hold onto it and meet you one day.

Monday July 31: we board the Disney Magic. We got transportation from our hotel to the port - only took about 10 minutes to get there. We had an arrival time of 11:15, and we got through the check in process very quickly. By 11:45, we were boarding the ship! The kids wore their swimsuits on board so they could go straight to the water slides, knowing there would be no line when they got on. Ryan was the first kid to go down the AquaDuck! After some lunch we spent some time exploring the ship and getting re-acclimated to know where everything is. We had the early dinner time all week (5:45) so we met our servers, and then headed to the opening show. It was a great first day!
