Hey, OP? I’m a little confused about something and I think I need something cleared up. 

Who is this post addressed to, exactly? I feel like the LGBT+ community as a whole would already know all this stuff? Like...why would people at pride think PDA is gross when the majority of people there are not straight and would expect to see that at pride? I’m sorry, but I don’t understand. 

...This isn’t directed towards non-LGBT+ allies, is it? I’m not really getting that impression since you never explicitly stated that it is.

Also...aren’t most people attending pride (with the exception of small children)  old enough and mature enough to expect kissing and PDA? This post seems kind of weird to me because that part seems kind of like common knowledge...

Also, ...why would anyone choosing to attend pride think PDA is gross in the first place? And also, ...again, why would people choosing to go to pride think of the gay people there as gross and overly sexual? That makes no sense.

Who on earth who  decides to go to pride do you think is anti-pda?

If you could rewrite the story/arc of any PMD character, who would it be, and what would you change/add/whatever?

WELL ive gone on abt darkrai i think? for him i wouldve made him a far more minor character and leave him at that tbh, he just cannot carry the main plot esp where he is. another thing to make him sorta work would be to overhaul him completely? like how about: he was the one who got the original time gears via his legendary status, not to destroy time but rather to distribute time to smaller areas that were somehow suffering without them in some way. like a fire raged through treeshroud and killed the wildlife while the time gear was put there by darkrai to fix it and reverse the damage. or the lake trio were weakened in some way and the time gears were put in their lakes to restore their power

why darkrai would do this when hes the nightmare dude, either hes doing it to make up for that bc he cant help giving pokemon nightmares, or he genuinely was a good pokemon at the time. but the hero thing here also totally went to his head and he gained a bit of a complex. he loved the sudden praise he got for saving the land with the time gears so much that he started doing things to get that praise back. at first it was small things like fabricating crimes that he would then solve, which didn’t grant him much attention. but then he learned about the planet’s paralysis bc either someone warns him bc hes the one who got them and distributed them in the first place or idk hes a legendary. and at first hes like “well shit i fucked up” but then hes like, “wait, no one has to know its because the time gears have to go back. if i let that happen, i could situate myself as a leader figure and have them trust and praise me constantly!” so like boom theres the ruling plan from the original with a bit more actual motivation behind it besides “i like darkness and ruling things” hes just someone who doesnt understand consequences and wants to be the center of attention.

but uh. yknow how in the future arc you don’t see darkrai? yeah he didn’t last a second in the original timeline lmao.

but anyhow in the altered timeline (and in regular gameplay) darkrai would be introduced earlier! they could push him as a “good legendary” whose a nice regular in the town and hes nice enough to you at the start (aside from using you to fake crimes for him to solve occasionally). but then hero and partner get the time gears back. and stop the paralysis. and now not only is darkrai’s dream crushed, but now pokemon are giving him side eye for causing that shit (although unintentionally) in the first place. and now all the praise HE used to get is now funneling straight to the partner, and later you. are you serious? THEY get the praise now? and what, they all like them because there’s a sob story? not any sadder than his, mind you! clearly, justice is in order! darkrai has to take care of these brats stealing HIS praise and HIS dream and HIS plans! so darkrai targets them even more in order to get that back. he starts blackmailing them, slandering them, doing anything he can to get treasure town and the rest of grass continent to hate them and go back to him.

eventually, it builds up in where his arc actually happens. i still dont know what exactly would happen, but he cant open dimensional holes here thats for sure. cresselia is the one who sees through his bullshit when she arrives so she could be like “bro stop harassing children get a life”. maybe the shit with palkia is his latest fabrication but on a large scale, bc hes a legendary and can make nightmares and can manipulate palkia into turning against hero and partner if he wants, which he definitely does. he probably still suicide baits hero and partner too bc thats how immature he is and it still fits with his plan. basically, he gets rid of hero and partner, and when treasure town gets over them they go back to caring about him and if palkia is pissed enough maybe he’ll cause a commotion darkrai can “fix” too. he probably wouldnt attack azurill here, idk if that would fit. maybe he directly attacks partner and hero has to find partner in their own nightmare, help them fight it out, and then get more of darkrai that way.

anyways, the climax of this. dark crater would still happen bc now darkrai has really been exposed through manipulating palkia and nearly killing the partner basically with the nightmare, so he runs off there and things go from there. when hes confronted and they have the boss battle, thats when he gets the exposition scene where he dumps all his thoughts and grief with the hero and partner and what he wanted for the dark future.

except... “we never saw you, darkrai. we never even heard your name.” partner lets loose during the exposition. and thats when darkrai gets brought down to earth. thats when hes like “oh.” and sees just how outrageous his actions were and how vulnerable he truly is. and thats when palkia shows up for revenge and is about to like end him, but cresselia is like “wait lets not KILL him” and idk. maybe the last tie in is that darkrai willingly loses his memory and is either sent through time/space or not. he just feels so embarrassed and ashamed of what he eventually became that he just wants a new start and a new opportunity to help others out, and he feels he cant do that with whats on his head rn.

idk, none of this is set in stone but it is stuff i think about. either id do something like the above to darkrai or again give him a FAR more isolated role like the regis got.

oh  my god ohhh my god honestly yes. a rly bad npc from my PCs backstory came up and started harassing my character and this huge dragonborn was like “what’s going on here” to which the npc replied “none of which involves you, scumbag” and the dragonborn took a huge sniff and to quote the dm“Then he smirks. And then he smiles. And then he grins. He turns back to [NPC NAME] with the most wicked grin you’ve seen and says;“turns out it does involve me after all”“turns out this guy was my characters boyfriends father and HOOO my god it still makes me LOSE IT!!! THEN HE THREW THE BAD NPC LIKE METERS AWAY BC HES LIKE THE 3RD STRONGEST PERSON IN THE WORLD AND IT WAS JSUT SO COOL

3. What do you think makes your writing stand out from other works?

well most people dont write 2nd person from like a set characters point of view and rarely write it under like 500 words so like :) im cool like that B) and also my titles that are Like That

5. What’s the fic you’re most proud of?

this is a VERY very old fic back with my homestuck fics and i never shared it with anyone except for one (1) friend but i have this fic saved SOMEWHERE and it was called like??? something like contract: leijon and it was a fallout au fic of homestuck characters yeah??? its not even like, that GOOD but i will be proud of it forever becasue its the first time i wrote something Longer that i felt proud of and the only fic ive ever completed after sending like the wip version to someone. and it was about fallout 3 and nepeta was in the place of this character named Charon i think was his name?? its been a bit since ive playwsd fo3 and there was a scene where the pradise falls raiders were like about to attack nepeta equius terezi and vriska who were the characters in it and then there is a scene of nepeta being frozen for like half a second (i thinkk gamzee was there??? dont remember exactly) and she just Attacks to protect those three and YES it was out of character but i LOVED it and it holds such a dear place in my heart and it was the first of my fallout homestuck fics that inspired my love of aus and a bunch of short little stories that all connect together into one bigger thing. anyway!!!! 

23. Do you prefer prompts and challenges, or completely independent ideas?

independent ideas uwu,,, prompts and challenges are fantastic and i love writing them if i get one (1) prompt but nothing quite compares to juet getting one (1) idea on your own and just Going for however long it takes to complete it,,, its a good feeling and when i write things unprompted it just feels i dunno :) more complete and more like my writing. also prompts feel like living up to an expectation i CANNOT meet. anyway!

Hi I NEED to know more about Minimum.... What is their curse...

Minimum is the pessimistic yet supportive sibling of Maximum, and they have Two curses! They’re comorbid.

Both are from the same (as of yet undeveloped) entity, stemming from two poorly worded and silly wishes! Those being “I wish I was closer to my sibling” from Max, and “I wish I could be alone” from Min!

Max’s wish resulted in them being fused together, but Min’s allowed them to split temporarily, so long as Min is wearing a motorcycle helmet, which allows them to keep a more humanoid shape for the duration.

The two are also pseudo-guardians to Avalon, since eir parents are fairly absent!
