Just a quick update, because i am really tired and done for today. I'll make a complete update tomorrow. Just this:
The visit at the vet was... A lot. I think I'll need some time to process everything. We also brought the yveltal egg, not just the rescued ultra-domesticated Pokémon. At least that one seems healthy, if a bit quiet for the moment.
I've decided on the names "Bun" for the female UD Trubbish, "Roll" for the smaller, male UD Trubbish and "Appleslice" for the UD Mareanie. Idk why "Apple" wasn't sufficient, my brain said so.
Also, the Barn is actually finished. Basil and Poppy have already claimed their spots, it's going great.
Loaf, Chocco, Carrot Cake and Pumpkin were planned to arrive today via PC, but they haven't...
@frostbite-yinny my parents are gonna crash the party! (And bring my other Pokémon).

Hello Team Violence! I'm thinking about adopting these three little rascals! Do you think they would mind adding an Appleslice to their sandwich? I have an UD Mareanie already who i've rescued from the Alola Lab back in June (she's called Appleslice). I think she would be happy to have a few friends, but i of course don't know if the BLT would accept her. She is quite playful and can be a bit annoying at times, because none of my other pokémon quite fit with her. My Clodsire is way to slow and relaxed for her tastes and the ones who are more on her wavelength regarding personality aren't too fond of Water (My Roselia doesn't like bathing time, my Salandit, well, is a fire type and so on.) She's doing fine, but i think getting her a closer friend would just be more fine!
On that note, how are they with people and Pokémon in general? I own a café, so there are usually strangers around. At the same time, i have over dozen Pokémon and my Employee also brings hers, so there is usually a lot happening. If they prefer to be their own and only little gang, that would probably a dealbreaker for them. (Don't worry though, i have enough space for them all)
Also, regarding being stung and whatnot, i own mostly poison types, so i know the feeling. i'm not exactly a water type expert, but like i said, i have a Clodsire and another UD Mareanie. I've recently had a pond built and my Barn can easily be fitted with a larger saltwater tank (the current one might be a bit cramped) for when they need more than a quick dip for moisture.
I think i sent you my information, so you can make a background check. If something went wrong, just say what i should do.
//i headcanon that water types are usually fine with any levels of salinity for short periods of time, because they can also be outside water for a time, like battles and stuff
Name: Bacon (left), Lettuce (middle), and Tomato (right)
Species: Mareanie
Sex: f (all)
Notes
- The Mareanie BLT should be kept together. They are bonded.
- They lack spikes, except for on the tips of their tentacles and top of their head.
- Their tentacles are very delicate. Do not grab them. If the Mareanie need to be grabbed, grab the body or lift from above.
- Their venom is not very potent, but it does sting.
- The Mareanie BLT is always up to something. They will escape their tank, and they will bring back treasure.
- Treasure can range from a drink coaster to a cell phone.
- They leave behind a trail of water, you can always tell its them.
- Bacon often leads them, and is the most curious of the three.
- Lettuce is very lethargic. She guards treasure in her tentacles. She will sting you if she thinks you are taking from her.
- Tomato watches their back. She can also leap much higher than the average Mareanie. She is very shy, and will often hide if you attempt to touch her.
Looking for someone
- Who has experience with aquatic Pokemon.
- Can handle being stung. Accidents happen, unfortunately, though it is not dangerous or life-threatening to be stung.
- Who does not mind puddles of water from the BLT's escapades.
- Who does not mind the occassional item ending up in their tank. (Note: Items can be recovered once the Mareanie are no longer focused on it, they will otherwise guard it).
- Who is okay with stealth operations being conducted at random hours by Mareanie.

So... Today wasn't exactly easy, as you can imagine.
But I've spent a few hours in the woods with my other Pokémon, away from people. It was nice, i guess.
Dad came by earlier and we... we buried him in the garden. Far away from the pond, because he didn't like the water. It's somewhere behind the passho berries. He kinda liked them, i think. We didn't mark the spot. I don't like that part of burials. Life goes on. I don't need a gravestone to remember him and i don't need a special place to go to either. I put one last berry down for him though. Maybe it will grow. Honestly i kinda doubt it, because the spot isn't really ideal for it, but you never know.
We wanted to spend today differently. But i guess that's how it goes sometimes.
You know... I've had my fair share of Pokémon die in my care. A few times even in my arms. I volunteered at a shelter during summer for 2 years. There were some Pokémon at the farm that were just old, or maybe they got injured and couldn't recover. It's a part of life. I still remember every single one of them. I'm pretty sure i do. I don't wanna be all depressive and list them all now, but i think about them sometimes. I think about how life sucks sometimes. How some get dealt a poor hand and have to suffer. But that's just how it is sometimes, you know? Sometimes nature just doesn't like you.
But you know what I've been thinking about today? All of these Pokémon had a good life, at least for a good while. They all had a chance. But Roll didn't. Roll was destined to suffer and die without a good life from the day @team-calm decided to play god. Sure, i said earlier the surgery was probably a success, but we don't know that. There could be difficulties that would develop later. Chronic issues, maybe he would have lost a limb sooner or later, we just don't know.
And even more sick? For those fucking assholes, he was just a number. A failed experiment. A setback. Bad publicity. An unpleasant footnote. And I'll be honest, i didn't know him well. We only had a fucking week. But I've loved him. I've tried everything i could think of. There were 3 fucking surgeons who spent 5 hours operating last night. They spent even more time coming up with an idea on how to deal with this problem they never saw before. And i bet that was more effort in saving him than team calm ever put into creating him.
And team calm. No, Circe. I'm asking you personally now. You want to make "the perfect pet". The "ultra domesticated Pokémon". Is this what it looks like? A Pokémon that is vulnerable? So much vulnerable that it is scared by the things it needs? Roll was terrified by water. By it's mere existence. And he needed it. And i had to spend HOURS each day to get some water into him. Is that how you want the "ideal pet" to be?
Or the other extreme. Look at appleslice, the mareanie. She dries out very quickly. I mean, that happens, you know, some Pokémon are bit more unhealthy, there are humans with chronic illness and all that. But that's not what I'm coming at. She's clingy. She doesn't want to spend a second without another person in sight. I had to teach her for a week that it's alright if it's another Pokémon that shares her company. And with all that, she just... Forgot to drink. Multiple times. You, Circe, MADE her that way. She is so incredibly starved for company that she would rather DIE than be alone for just a single moment. I do not even want to imagine how she feels inside her pokeball. And I won't even start on her other issues. I ask again. Is this what a "perfect pet" looks like?
And if your answer is no. I ask a second question. Is it worth it to make hundreds of Pokémon suffer like Appleslice and Bun just to one day, create that mystical "perfect pet Pokémon"? Is it worth it to KILL Pokémon like Roll? Yes. You killed him. I hold you responsible for his death. I ask you one more question.
Do you feel any remorse for your actions? Or do you simply not care that an innocent, tiny and unfortunate Pokémon lies buried in my garden because YOU murdered him, Circe?

A little update on my problem Pokémon, because why the hell not?
Caramel and Tofu have both really come around, i am incredibly happy how a name change apparently helped them!
I think Caramel especially likes that his name sounds similar to Coffees name. He is way less agitated when being called and he doesn't work himself to exhaustion every time i ask him to do something. We will still need a lot more time and training, but i'm confident we can work this out!
I cannot say for sure that it is the new name that brought Tofu out of his half formed shell, or if it was the babyshower where everyone met new people and made new friends so he could feel less like an intruder, or maybe if it was the appearance of Carrot Cake! I think the two get along very well, they like to spend time at the pond together. But now i can finally meet the friendly and sociable little man that Rosie was talking about.
Appleslice seems to have settled in quite nicely. She is clingy at times, but it is very lucky for me that i have a lot of other Pokémon around because this way there is always someone who can give her attention. I still have to closely monitor her so she doesn't dry out because she sort of forgets to drink or bathe when the one she's with doesn't remind her to. Eating is less of a problem, though she will not eat anything that somehow resembles anything comprehensible. But i can deal with that, she just gets either some mushed up or cubed up stuff. I have high hopes for her.
As for Bun and Roll... i'm more worried. They are still not properly drinking. So far i could prevent the worst by force feeding them when i thought it got too bad, but i would really not want to have to do this for the rest of their lives. It just feels wrong, you know? The contraption i built is helping a little bit, Bun is sort of figuring it out and uses it sometimes, but Roll is really really afraid of it. I've showed Loaf (and the others) how to use it as well, and Roll sometimes mimics him, but as soon as a single drop of water comes out, he runs. And he won't eat anything if it's too moist either... He also passed out 2 times yesterday from dehydration. It's especially bad because he is so small. I'm really worried for him...
As for the Egg, it moved a few times yesterday, and i think i heard something from it earlier. It might actually be hatching soon-ish

[A photo of Tix Barn, it is quite dark. You can discern a mound of dark red. It is Yoghurt! In its wings are cuddled up Appleslice, Bacon and Tomato. Lettuce is resting on its back, they are apparently all sleeping]
Oh my zygarde look at these little guys! I did NOT expect them to befriend Yoghurts so quickly, but I'm very excited. Like, the BLT kinda keeps to themselves (well, including Appleslice. Is it the BLTA then?) Sometimes Muffin joins in on the action. Maybe they noticed that he likes Yoghurt?

Hello professor.
I know whatever i say right now won't make you feel any better. But i still have to say it, you know? You did great. Really, you did great things and i believe everything you did was the right thing.
Without you, Miku, I and all the others wouldn't have raided the Alola Base. And i think we were very successful. I think we helped a lot of pokémon that day. The alola base won't be used to make any more pokémon suffer, and the i think hundreds of pokémon we rescued from there will find a new and better home, even if it's gonna be at a shelter. This would have never happened without you.
And the same thing goes for the base in johto. There are countless pokemon that were saved, because of you. I... i don't know what i could ever say to make you feel better, because i don't think there is anything. I'm in a similar situation right now, you saw my request regarding the UD trubbish. My rational mind says i did everything i could. But i still feel like absolute shit. I wish i could do more. I wish i did more. I think it's the same for you.
Anyways. I think what i'm trying to say is: thank you. Thank you for everything you did for all these UD pokémon. Every single one. You made them heard. You made their suffering known. And you made them get into a better place.
[attached is a picture of an ultra-domesticated mareanie without spikes or barbs, sitting on a waterlily in a pond, smiling and waving with a little tentacle.]
Appleslice would like to thank you as well.
I have been in Johto these past few days, and not without reason. I feel that I should explain the situation.
On the second of June, Leinwin sent me a flash drive containing information about the actions of Team Calm. It has gotten out of hand. They cruelly experimented on Pokemon in ways I would rather not discuss again. We felt immediate action needed to be taken.
Many of you may be aware of the raid on Team Calm's base in Alola. There was also a covert raid on their base in Johto. I was part of that raid.
I waited at the rendezvous point and kept watch. I also helped load Pokemon into the truck, keeping them safe and warm.
A guard eventually found me, and I broke their nose. They alerted other guards and Professor Silverleaf helped fend them off while I kept the Pokemon safe.
Shortly after, the building caught on fire. We did everything we could, but we do not know if we got every Pokemon out. There were more Pokemon than we anticipated.
Many of the rescued Pokemon were sent to qualified shelters, but unfortunately most of these shelters are at capacity. I am currently keeping some of the Pokemon in my lab for the time being while we work on finding them suitable homes.
I am conflicted. The actions of Team Calm are deplorable. Something had to happen, these Pokemon could not be left in their care. The Pokemon's safety is priority.
Yet, the building burned. At night I fall asleep and have dreams of that fire. One side of my face always feels cool from the night, another feeling the heat from the blaze. Not even my white noise machine helps with these nightmares. I can still feel it and hear it, again and again.
I had made the initial call to action. I had gathered people for the cause. I never opposed a raid, in fact I helped plan it. I sat outside on lookout. I was there.
But this is not about me, it never was. We do not know how many Pokemon were still inside. We never will.
Blood is on my hands.
I am sorry.

[ITEM FOUND: BIRTHDAY CANDLE (5)
DESCRIPTION: A BIRTHDAY CANDLE. It's white with red stripes spiralling up its length. It appears to have already been lit at least once, and has traces of icing at the base. It smells like sugar and good memories.
STATS: ATK +1, SpATK +1, reduces SANITY drain]
Oh my zygarde, Thank you!? How did you know it is Carrot Cake's birthday today? Like, for real, he's 5 years old now, so it has to be someone who knows this right? I don't think i told rotumblr the birthdays of my pokémon? And my parents would probably send a card, so they are ruled out... mysterious mysterious
Also who ate the cake that was attached to these candles? Olivia did you see anyone? WAS IT MUFFIN???
I mean, no matter i can bake another one.
[a picture is attached. A rare photo of Carrot Cake inside, sitting on a large table with a birthday hat. he is kinda ignoring the birthday candles that are stuck in 5 cupcakes in front of him. They are not lit. Appleslice who is sitting on his back is curiously eyeing them, but can't reach them without leaving his back]

So, update time on the UDs, as well as Flit and Ampersand. I don't have the greatest news, but i want to get this post out there before the babyshower starts so i don't carry that the whole day with me.
Caramel the Beedrill (formerly Flit): Beedrill had two known issues before he came to me:
a history of abuse, mainly by being pushed too far all the time. Like, being forced to fight more than he could take, trying to be faster than he actually is and stuff like that. I'll have to be patient with him, and work with him at his own pace (even if he doesn't know what his own pace is). It will require time and work, but we'll get there
The second issue is a chipped drill. This is basically a non-issue. He gets hurt if he overuses it, but he is aware of it and uses the other drill for most things. The bad thing is that he won't ask for help. We will also just have to work on this.
We found a third issue: his carapace has a kind of soft spot on his back side, a little bit above his stinger. Lia (my vet btw, I don't wanna say "the vet all the time) wasn't sure what exactly could have caused it, but we sadly have to assume physical abuse. We will have to keep an eye on that. If it gets worse or causes issues, we might have to think about surgery.
And, well, going with the abuse, he seems distressed every time someone asks something of him. We have decided to just try giving him a new name, and see if this helps with the issue. I really hope it does. I have decided on "Caramel".
Tofu the Sliggoo (formerly Ampersand): He is overall quite healthy, (except and despite) his chronic issue with the half formed shell. I'm very happy about this. However, he still doesn't like to go near my other Pokémon, except when explicitly called. This is very odd, Rosie and the Shelter described him as outgoing and friendly. We think it might be, because he is the only non-poison type (except cracker). He might just feel not included. We have decided to try and give him a new name as well. Especially with Beedrill getting a new name, he might feel even more excluded otherwise. I've settled on "Tofu". I hope he warms up to us.
Bun the Trubbish: well, she had a lot of issues, I'll not go into detail, just a few things that are important: she won't say no to anything i ask of her, so i have to make double and triple sure she wants something. The only exception being water. She still hates it. Drinking is an issue. We've made a plan to give her more moist food, so she gets the necessary water. Otherwise she's as healthy as it could get.
Roll the Trubbish: he has me worrying. A lot. He is very small and doesn't have a lot of energy. The worst part: he got splashed by accident yesterday and hasn't quite recovered yet. He's become kinda... Quiet. He was similarly outgoing as Bun, but now he doesn't interact with us as much anymore. He also refuses to go anywhere near something that is liquid. He refuses to drink outright and getting him to eat something even remotely moist is... challenging to say the least. I just hope it gets better.
Appleslice the Mareanie: She doesn't have any acute things. Well, except for her outburst, but that is part of a bigger issue. One of the things that make her an UD is the lack of "dangerous characteristics", like the spikes a typical Mareanie has. She is still a poison type though, and produces venom. She can't use it though, because she has no spikes. This makes her build up all these toxins in her body, which hurts after a while. Imagine if you had to pee, but you just couldn't, and your bladder got fuller and fuller and you're feeling like you'd burst. Luckily, the place where Mareanie store their venom is sort of easy to reach, so Lia could "just" extract it. We're gonna have to do this procedure for the rest of her life. (or maybe just until she evolves, we don't know how a UD toxapex is gonna be).
So, yeah. A lot of stuff. But what we can do has been done, and the rest is something we have to address in time.

"Hmmmm... they sound so frieeeeendly. When they don't scream at least. Don't like their screaming. But they go far away for screaming. So okay. Like pets. Like foodies. Like other Pokémon. Not mean not mean like family. very cozy. good people. Murkrow also like." - Cheese

Oh damn that is really really cool! I don't think Bun or Appleslice have anything like that going on, but there isn't really any situation that they would need to do anything, really.
Can you tell Pepperming I'm proud of her?
peppermint update: she learned sleep powder!! somehow!! i have no idea how, to my knowledge she hasn't been in a battle or near a TM, but she saw me trying to put a riolu to sleep and wanted to help -v-;

The Gang
[A photo, taken around sunset in Tix garden, while the light is still good. It shows all of Tix' and Olivias Pokémon, as well as their trainers posing for the photo.
They are:
Tix, a slender, ca. 6'3" tall, androgynous person with two-coloured hair, black curls in the front, and white waves in the back. They are wearing a lot of facial piercings and their eyes have two different colours, the left is purple, the right is an icy blue. They make a peace-sign with their hand and hold a black egg with red markings in the other arm.
Olivia, a similarly androgynous person, a lot shorter. They are around 5'2" tall and have a blonde, short and simple hairstyle. They wear neither piercings nor earrings, but have glasses with a round black frame sitting on their nose.
Both trainers wear a light purple apron with a picture of a Koffing with a Moustache and the words "Koffing-Time" on it.
Tix Pokémon:
Coffee the Koffing (m) is floating right next to Tix head. He has a fabulously large moustache and is grinning widely. Around him are no traces of smoke or gas whatsoever.
Bienenstich the Scolipede (f), a very large Pokémon, around 11ft tall and filling the background almost entirely. She wears her signature green apron with a flower design.
Basil the Toxtricity (f). A low-key form who has no particularly distinct visual features. She is making a devils horns sign with her hand.
Poppy the Toxicroak (m). He is standing next to Basil, holding her in his arm. He has 2 metal rings pierced through his horn.
Cream the Haunter (f). The ghost type is floating right above Tix head, showing just how tiny she is. She is giving Tix bunny ears.
Muffin the Roselia (m). He has an average height for a Roselia, but is still small compared to most other pokémon in the picture. His left rose is very small, barely more than a flower bud and has a dark black colour. His right rose is a bright yellow. He also has a faint yellow-ish scar below his left eye.
Cheese the Crobat (f) is a pink shiny variant, flying next to Bienenstichs head, making her wings a pink/greenish mess.
Cracke the Murkrow (f) is sitting on top of Bienenstichs head. She is relatively small for a murkrow but otherwise not special.
Rhubarb the Ekans (m) has straightened himself completely to look like a stick. He is leaning on Tix' leg. His colour is slightly more pink than a typical Ekans (similar to rhubarb)
Chocco the Salandit (m) is sitting right next to Muffin. They do not seem nervous at all, though Chocco puffs is little chest to appear a little bit bigger than he actually is.
Pumpkin the Bellsprout (f) is standing right next to Rhubarb and is holding on to him. She seems a little bit nervous. Her head appears a little bit too big for her slim stem.
Carrot Cake the Clodsire (m) is laying on the ground and seems to be asleep. He is as average as it gets for this kind of pokémon.
Loaf the Trubbish (m) is also quite average, though his trash bag is black instead of the typical green. He is smiling and waving at the camera.
Bun the ultra-domesticated Trubbish (f) is right next to Loaf and has a neutral facial expression. She doesn't have a regular trash bag but a paper bag instead. The visible part of her body looks more like compost than actual waste.
Roll the ultra-domesticated Trubbish (m) is on the other side of Loaf, with a similar body to Bun. He is smaller than her though and is looking a little bid sad.
Appleslice the ultra-domesticated Mareanie (f) is sitting on top of Carrot Cake who seems to be ignoring this. She has no visible spikes, her tentacles are completely smooth.
Caramel the Beedrill (m) is flying next to Coffee. His right drill is chipped at the front.
Tofu the Kalosian Sliggoo (m) is next to Carrot Cake. He is slightly larger than the average Sliggoo and the lump on his back is a little bit deformed. He is also waving at the camera.
Olivias Pokémon:
Marbles the Alolan Exeggutor (m) is standing behind Bienenstich and bending his neck so his head is in frame, even though its upside down. He doesn't have any different distinguishing features.
Hans the Lotad (m) is just next to Tofu and getting pet by him. He has a tiny little flower bud on his back.
Grill the Unovan Darmanitan (m) is grinning widely like it is typcal for his species. He is standing at Olivias feet and gives a thumbs up towards the camera.
The Kalosian the Escavalier (f) is very large and floating behind Olivia. Her armor has a slightly blue tint and her right lance is twisted like a drill.
Beach Ball the Gible (m) is standing next to Marbles in the Background, towering over his trainer. He is enormous and nearly 7 feet tall.]

Hello Hello ~
I'm sending this to tell you that i can visit the shelter in Fallarbor tomorrow. I can't tell you when exactly, but i think i'll have a few hours to meat the Mareanie BLT. I think i'd bring 4 of my Pokémon specifically for them to meet, if that is something you consider a good idea. Of course Appleslice, my own UD Mareanie.
I would also bring Tofu my Sliggoo and Carrot Cake my Clodsire, as these two are often in the garden around the pond, which i believe would be an area that the mareanie would like to spend time in as well. If they don't get along, it's better to know it before adopting them, right? I doubt they won't like each other, Carrot Cake and Tofu are both very friendly and easy going. Tofu in particular loves meeting new people and Pokémon and is very sociable.
The last would be Cream, my Haunter. She's something of my right hand and often keeps my more chaotic bunch in check when i can't have my eyes and ears everywhere.
@koffing-time
Hello. That is perfectly fine! It is always good to see how your Pokemon interact before adopting a new one. We have a water pond for the Water Pokemon to meet, so let me know when you arrive and I will show you the pond and let you meet the BLT!

Oh yeah! i'm reading your blog actually, i just kinda... never know what to say? I knew that Bluebell evolved for example! That's such great progress! And since Lulu is a working mon, i hope you're paying him accordingly now! XD
And good luck with the Gym! And the research stuff! I'm not really deep into academics, but i bet that's really cool if you're interested in the topic!
Idk if you've seen a few posts from my end but uuuuh my family is growing daily, it feels like. The newest member is Eggplant, he's a skorupi! And it's so cute how he tries to be not scary, because Olivia is actually really really scared of Skorupi. So i can't allow him inside while Olivia is working, but he's trying his absolute best. But you can't just compete against a phobia like that i guess. It's really funny actually. Coffee had his birthday earlier this month, and a few days earlier, Yinny was posting about some adoptions from her shelter, and among them was Eggplant. I joked about adopting him, but i really wasn't that serious, since i have a lot of pokémon already. BUT YINNY, she came to the birthday party, and guess what her gift for Coffee was? IT WAS FREAKING EGGPLANT!!! Yinny got my Pokémon ANOTHER POKÈMON for a birthday present!
And before that, i think i adopted Jack? Damn my memory is messed up. Maybe it was the BLT? No wait, technically it was Brandy.
Brandy is a Rotom for my new phone. I had to buy a new one because i also adopted a trio of absolute menaces that are the Mareanie BLT (Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. That are their names. I think you know of Appleslice? She's been really well integrated into the group. So technically it's a BLTA but that sounds weird). So anyways, these Mareanie are real troublemakers, they always try to steal some trinkets and stuff, and my phone was amongst those things. And after it finally broke, i got a Rotomphone, because Brandy can defend themself against the BLT.
And Jack is a Pumkaboo i got from a shelter in Sinnoh. He's just really sweet, and he and Muffin have taken over the garden. They are actually such talented gardeners, they even got an Enigma-Berry bush to grow! I've failed at that FOR YEARS!!!
uhm, and, well... otherwise it's going just fine. The café is doing well, Olivia is also doing good with the gym and all. Yoghurt is growing though, it's almost at 10 feet now.
oh and i almost forgot, we're heading to hoenn in a few weeks for a festival, we'll be running a food truck and bring a few unovan dishes to hoenn! That's really cool. I'm really glad i can get to travelling a bit!
\\Haha! I can just add myself to the end! Hello Tix' friend Ren! I'm Brandy, the greatest Rotom around and i help doing baking sometimes! The big oven is really fun! You should visit and try a poffin i baked they are really tasty! Do you also have a Rotomphone?//
Hi ren! We haven't talked for a bit, right? I wanted to check how you're doing, what's the news? How's Lulu?
@koffing-time
tix!! hey!! sorry it's been a bit, i've been super super busy with going back to school and takin' care of working two marts, but things have been going super well over here!
so i managed to get back into the new management uva with a scholarship program, and i've been doing well with my classes! and i'm also working the mesagoza pokemart on some days to help out there!! but i'm covering stuff back home in zapapico mostly, especially since k got sick pretty recently :( and i'm! actually!! getting prepared to take on a gym right now!!! i just gotta chart out a good route and i'm gonna see if i can get it done today!
lulu's doing great though, he's officially certified as a service pokemon for me and my anxiety!! bouton's doing great too, and he seems? really eager today??? he's been watchin' lulu and coriander train for a while today with some interest, so i'm kinda keepin' an eye on him... oh! bluebell evolved, actually, too!! she's a ferrothorn now--she's still not really ready to actually take on trainers yet, but i gave her a new name and she's doing super well physically! we're workin' on the emotional stuff slow but sure!
oh oh oh!! and also!!! i went on a trip to kitakami that uva and the blueberry academy that's apparently over in unova kinda dual sponsored??? it was sooooooo much fun, i got to see a lotta different pokemon and i'm waiting on an approval for a research permit so i can go back and study the orthworms there for my big paper!! very excited for that, heehee
but tell me about you and yours, tix!!! i hope things are going well!

Thank you so much Professor! Yes, i also think they'd be happy at my place, they kinda seemed to click with Appleslice, right? I would be very happy to adopt them!
Hello all. We have reached a decision regarding Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato the Mareanie.
@koffing-time are you still able to take these three troublemakers? We think they would fit right in with you and your Pokemon.

I... Think i caught up? What the fuck.
Also apparently Appleslice likes to go by they/her?
Damn we need to get some actual Pokémon-human translators. I think there was some rotumblr-magic involved because basil doesn't seem able to properly type anymore...
Hiya people! I've returned from my parents! I've actually forgotten my phone here, so there weren't any updates for the last few days.
Anyways, Yveltal actually hatched! And as you can see, I'm still alive! Hurray! It's tiny for an Yveltal, but like, still 4 foot tall? I might make a more detailed update on it later, i have to get back to work now! At least Olivia's here today.
Btw, i need a nickname for the little disaster birb, so give me your worst!

Hello. The Mareanie are great with people and Pokemon. Tomato is a bit shy, but she is pretty comfortable if the other two are with her. The only concern I would have is the Mareanie taking something from a cafe patron. However, considering that a cafe is a very public area, I imagine it would be easy to tell if they had left their tank and to track them down.
The volunteers have said the BLT has thrived at the Akala shelter. They were perfectly comfortable with the chaos, and did not mind the people and Pokemon.
They prefer to engage with their own group, so it may take a while before they warm up to a new member. It may be easier for them if it is another Mareanie, however. They are not hostile towards people or Pokemon, and typically stick to themself. Unless, of course, someone tries to take their treasure.
I received your information, and myself and volunteers are looking it over. We are waiting to see if there are other applicants for a bit, but you seem like an excellent fit for the BLT!
If you are nearby Fallarbor, I would encourage you to stop by and meet the BLT in person. We can also set up to let Appleslice meet them and see how they get along!
