god the management at my job is so weird rn help
#apparently tomorrow my supervisor was just gonna give the shift to someone who never gave a tour#w no training or help or anything and she was like ''eh she has notes itll be fine'#she ended up canceling at the last minute and apparently yesterday she ''hadnt decided'' who should take the shift#like that day and ppl were coming in and were impatient bc she was off at a meeting and was like#''eh i may come down later idk just hold off or ask someone else''#and no one was listed#this is for a non profit museum so its small tbf but its exhausting how little she communicates#idk tho at least its not just me shes weird abt#echoed voice
