Pt was a lot less awful today lmao. Like wowza. It was mostly just assessment, which meant I was doing a 'course' cycling thru different work activities
Doing physical therapy on worker's comp is certainly interesting lol
#speculation nation#theyre mostly trying to get me able to do Work Things#which like. i can. some of it kinda just hurts lol#apparently my range of motion has increased tho! and thankfully the pain hasnt been bad at all#monday was So bad but overall ive been fine#honestly it's weird. with each awful spike of pain it's followed by like. days of very little pain.#which im Pretty sure that's not just bc of comparison.#kinda like how a muscle soreness gets worse before getting better. the pain as a prelude to getting stronger#idk maybe monday was a belated reaction to thursday?#as the general muscle soreness calmed the back muscle started Freaking Out#idk. shit's weird.#i got some more appointments set up at least. all morning........#destined to be perpetually sleep deprived for these things lmao
