He remembers that day in flashes, the day the world ended. Spring was only just beginning but the sky was blue; he had swim lessons in the morning, and Lily was in the car with his mom when they picked him up and brought him home for lunch.

It’s just where this part of it starts. A new chapter. 

It’s been going from the rising of the sun and it won’t stop until it sets, won’t stop until the typewriter runs out of ink, won’t stop until long after it sets in, the fact that it ever even started. 

And that’s probably where it all goes wrong for Eddie.

She shivers when Chrissy brings her face close, can almost feel the deep breath she takes in through her nose as she all but nuzzles into Nancy’s hair, and feels something deep inside of her melt when that tongue finds her cheek, the blood that has dripped a continuous trail down her neck and outlined the perfect path for Chrissy to take to send Nancy feeling boneless.

Eddie goes to Rick’s place because there’s really nowhere else in Hawkins that is as metaphysically destined for wallowing; and, because Rick’s not around to yell at him for it, he takes that stupid little row boat out to the middle of the lake, lays down at the bottom, and watches the sky turn around the Earth.

I made another thing!

New Age (Still working on a title... but what do you guys think?)

Chapter 1:

 “Slinky… slinky…. My slinky~”

 Ugh…

                                                  What?

                           Who?

                                                                      Where am I?

 The last thing I remember was something… exploding… reactor…agh! I’m having a migraine now…

 I opened my eyes, scratch that, I opened my left eye, it seems like I am unable to open my right one and I have no idea why. I sat up, assessing my surroundings, I’m in some office of some kind of a really messed up office. Papers are littered around, tables are broken and chairs are flipped over or missing some legs. I can’t really process anything much since this killer migraine is making me nauseous. I grabbed on to a nearby chair and lifted myself up so I can stand straight in doing so I had a brief view of myself, white-ish fur and blood soaked my dress shirt and pants.

 Why was I even wearing these?

 With a little more brain function, I patted down myself, removing the bloody fur off my clothes. I walked around, well more of dragging my legs to move forward. I went off and tried to find a place where I can find any medical kits since pain is the only thing accompanying me at the moment. As I limped my way into the halls of this strange facility, my nerves bombard me with different sensations. My ears are ringing, my nose stings from all the horrid smells I’m picking up, and my functioning eye can’t focus well on my surroundings.

 “Slinky….my slinky~”

 My head perks up at the singing voice. The possibility of another life gives me hope that whoever was singing has answers on what the heck is going on with everything around me at the moment. I limped to where the voice was, weaving through every obstacle in my way. I can suddenly feel adrenaline pulsing as I raced through the endless halls, my legs feeling a little better with each succeeding step.

 “Hello!? A-anyone there!” I screamed, keeping my pace up, I had to vault over some debris to find the voice singing.

“Slinky… my slinky~ you like my slinky Teddy? It’s a good thing we looted that one dude’s office!”

 The voice was getting clearer by the moment so I must be getting closer to the source. I couldn’t care less on how I look at the moment the first sign of human life for God knows how long was a refreshing feeling.

 “H-hold on! Wait!” I said my voice cracking, I am almost in tears as I see a figure in my sights. I took a good look at him as I ran to approach him. He looks young, average height, head full of black hair, and wearing a blue hoodie.

 “Kid! Wait up!”

 I’m closer to the person now, noticing a bit more into his features, that’s where I noticed the… tail?

 I was pretty sure I saw a tail?

 Well, it was the last thing I saw before I saw stars… then everything went to black…

 “You idiot!? You just don’t go around hitting people like that?”

 “I didn’t know he was human! He was running really fast at me!”

 “Well that doesn’t give you the right to hit him!”

 “It was self defense!”

 “Just help me get this guy on the vehicle and find more things to grab before we go.”

 “But what if he wakes up and takes our stuff”

 “I’m pretty sure you whacked the man into a coma, don’t worry, we’re just gonna search the lab and head off”

Meetings with the Opposition

I'm probably gonna make this a little bit of a series-

First off I can't believe I made this; been inspired to make some original work and obviously some fic as well

"Cover up my eyes? Nobody's noticied Angel. It's too dark and it seems humanity doesn't care," Crowely says glancing around. He perfered to show more of his scales but for the sake of being in public he hid them. His eyes though? Azriphale, no matter what stupid arguments he brought up, would not be able to convince him to "cover them up". Crowely is a demon after all and he'd rather have average people quake in fear of him then think he's part of thier stupid race.

"I'm just saying someone may notice! And if that someone causes a ruckus I couldn't just smite him out in the open. It'd cause a scene," Azriphale states looking at the dessert menu. He rarely came up to earth and even rarer was able to stop by any restaurant. It was nice that he got to choose where the two could discuss buisness.

" Smiteing someone for being a tad curious?," Crowely sighs "Typical Heaven... but I guess it would make up for the not-apoclaypse," He spoke with a bit more venom in his voice. Azriphale reminds himself the demon always spoke with venom as he had many snake features. Even so, it causes a loss of conversation and the two don't make any noise except for clinking halves and sipping of wine. Finally, either Crowely doesn't want to waste his limited time in silence or his self-comparison didn't bother him as much as he let on, Crowley spoke again.

"What about your own eyes? Why not cover them up?"

"My eyes are not yellow; they're quite an average colour among people. It would be frivolous to do such a thing like cover them up," Azriphale states. His eyes were just blue and he learned that blue was not anywhere close to a sacred colour. In fact in this room alone he could count ten people who have blue eyes. They were everywhere and anywhere and that didn't bother him a even a little bit! Not at all!

"But the shade Angel; when I ssee them I can tell that it belongs to no mortal. Not a ssingle one could have such a heavenly look to them," Crowely is right though the eyes would be described more as haunting then heavenly. Anything out of the norm would be haunting to humans; especially when they can't pinpoint why the eyes would be so unnerving. It truly is a marvelous shade, almost grey, and it held a storm behind them. And behind the storm perhaps a softer personality; one that has been shoved down in favor of a facade that made him the powerful angel he is today.

"Oh! Why tha-" Azriphale's face lit up into a true smile. He hadn't had a genuine smile in 6000 years; it would've been before the dawn of man. Sure he may smirk now and then. But that was disgust. This was love-

"It'sss not a complement. I hate heaven," Crowely shut down the Angel immediately. He knew that look, even if the demon hadn't seen much love from Hell. He'd seen it plenty at the airbase and even now in this small hole in the wall restaurant. Mortals happily talking to each other with little hearts dancing around them. It's sickening really and in a spontaneous action he makes one of the ladies spill her drink down her dress. Then adds her date refusing to pay for another one.

Might as well make it perfectly clear to everyone that love was not acceptable while a formidable demon is around.

"Why of course. You are a dastardly fiend and being such nothing nice could come out of your mouth" Nothing more was spoken between the two but as the Angel left, he skipped dessert, he left a piece of paper on the table.

In proper perfect cursive it read: 'Next week; same time same place. We'll make a plan to find those pesky traitors.' . Despite himself Crowely feels a tug at his lips. He's bound to meet the angel now.
