It wasnt easy being apart from my partner. Especially when i have to go on tour. Y/n is my alpha, he brings me comfort with just his scent. Being apart from him, triggers my heat even more.

I have to lock myself into a room, and when i have to go out, i do take supplements. But that doesnt make it go away automatically, its just enough to get me through the day.

Its torture.

Today, we got to stay in the hotel room. I wanted to call y/n but he was working.

"Hayound, the fuck is wrong with you? your scent is fulling up the room." Naeun came into our shared hotel room.

The girls decided to put her with me because shes the only beta in our group. Downside is that Naeun is y/n sister. I had to beg her not to say anything to y/n because i didnt want him to worry.

"sorry, i cant help it. I just miss him alot." I hugged my bear that y/n had gotten me, i made sure his scent was covered in it. It did help but not as much.

"i know but a few more week left and everything will go back to how it was." Naeun gave me a pity smile before patting my head. Her touch was calmed me enough to slowly close my eyes, making me start to fall asleep.

I made my way up the elevator, I was getting pretty excited. Being apart from Hayoung was not easy at all. Once i reached the floor, i stepped out looking around for my desination. Once i reached it, i pulled out my phone to text my sister to open the door.

After hearing a couple of shuffles on the other side, the door opened. "hey, glad you got here safe." Naeun pulled me into a hug. I automatically hugged her back.

"im glad you look like your doing well, how is she though?" i pulled back, fully stepping into the roo, to close the door behind me.

"she's asleep on the bed" She pulled my coat off of me. I dropped the bags i had brought to help her. She patted my shoulder before leaving to the living room.

I reached down to open one of my bags to get out a raccoon plushie and a small bag of her favorite snack. I started making my way into the room, I was taken aback a bit at how much her scent filled the room. 

Composing myself for a second, i pushed through. I saw her sleeping peacefully, smiling at her while she hugged the teddy bear. I quietly sat down by her, patting her head softly. 

She squirmed a bit before taking a few quick breathes. Her eyes shot open, sitting up abruptly, making eye contact with me. 

"hi" i gave her a small smile. It grew when i saw her just stare at me, i could see the gears turning in  her head. She yelled my name before tackling me back into the bed. 

I giggled at her but that didnt stop me from tightening my grip around her.

Hayoung pov

"w-what are you doing here?" I couldnt help but start to cry. I was in disbelief that he was actually here.

"I missed you and Naeun told me that I wasn't the only one. She told me you werent doing so good and i couldnt just let that slide" he kissed my forehead.

"I love you." I hugged him tighter, nuzzling my face into his neck, breathing in his scent. Automatically making me relax.

"I love you too and i have news." i lifted my head a bit to meet his eyes. "I get to be with you guys, mainly you, during the entirety of the tour. Your manager gave me permission to do so." he smiled at me. 

"really" i looked at him in awe. He gave me a nod in response. I leaned forward and kissed him deeply. Seperating from each other, we just grinned at each other like a couple of idoits.

I pecked his lip and cuddled back into him. No other words were said. Everything was now perfect.

He was now with me, no where else but with me. I dont think I could handle being apart for so long again. But I dont have to worry about that now. 

I have him here, my body against his, being able to take in his scent that made me feel so safe. Theres nothing more i could ever want.

Guide to essences (1/2)

'Essence' is not as defined or technically-based as kibbe body typing. It is about the energy one displays through their gestures, facial features, hair, personal style, voice, and such. In many ways it is like a first impression and can be subject to change over the course of your life. If kibbe decides the structure of your garments then essence decides the particular style and sense of creativity to what you would wear. This system is actually not connected to David Kibbe's work and has its own set of rules.

There are seven essences that are most agreed on, and five correspond to kibbe types. As we're all slightly different from each other, pretty much everyone has two-to-three essences. The strongest, main essence will be first, followed by the second strongest, etc. It's truly rare to project one particular energy to where you have one agreed on essence.

You have the same passion too? That's amazing! Oh that's the exact same for me! Ever since I was young, I saw SHINee and F(x)'s music videos on Tv. They inspired me a lot. I started training myself when I was young. I even taught choreography for my sister's school event. The song was My My by Apink! Her classmates said I was amazing as we were practicing so that made me feel so happy 😊 I basically watched lessons online, watched idols and I really did great at teaching myself!

I'm actually contemplating showing cuts of my recent Aespa covers here. It's not an official cover, it's cuts of my recording.

Okay so when I'm needing help to improve I listen to subliminals so that helped me a lot! For techniques and methods I use to manifest this, I ask myself how the version of me who is a K-Pop idol would react to things. For example, I have desired best friends. Instead of just watching their TikToks like a fan, I align my thoughts to me already being an idol and being their friend so I think like that and hype them up in my head. I think like I'm already close to them.

This is the best one! Another trick I like to use is to watch Kpop idol imagines on YouTube! I'll give you examples here, here, here and here. They really help me think it's already done. It's real in the 4d aka our imagination so I love doing this. If you have a desired face, watch their vlogs or videos. It will help you manifest if you think that's you. Not taking their Identity whatsoever but just using it for imagining. Search imagine, y/n as a Kpop idol, pov Kpop idol, pov celebrity and I'm sure you'll get loads and loads of videos like that. Pick what resonates with you, meaning the ones that seem like you most or what you want and save them in a playlist or in a collection in TikTok. I'm doing the same thing right now! 👍

It's already real in the 4d, you just need to slam the door on your face like Abdullah did to Neville and leave the 3d alone. Make sure not to pay attention to anything you don't want to stick or stay in your reality.

I also found this tip on how to blur faces! I use this to blur fancams or videos to imagine myself in that video. My df is Wonyoung + Ju Jingyi so it also helps me to watch their videos. If you don't want to do the work to blur faces in fancams like me you could just blur the whole thing a bit and you can imagine it's you. I'll show a sample I made for me here. You just need to click effects, find blur and adjust it depends on how much you like them stretch that out to the rest of your video and export!

I also made my own all in one subliminal that has everything which includes me being an idol and adding affs for safety and change whatever I want to change in the industry. It's more so for me to see my family a lot and to be treated nicely or even get princess treatment.

That's literally all I do to manifest. When I record my practice time, I think like I'm recording my own songs. It helps me be even more confident.

ANIMES

Now I'm going to talk about my otaku tastes.

I can't say that I've watched that many animes. However, I've watched One Piece, Naruto (Classic and Shippuden), Death Note, Sailor Moon, Futari wa Pretty Cure, Citrus, InuYasha, Tokyo Revengers and Demon Slayer. I didn't finish all of these, but I got to watch a little (or a lot).

I confess that I have a special affection for One Piece, Naruto and Death Note. They are definitely works that saved my life.

DORAMAS

I love doramas! I will contextualize dramas here, like every kind of Asian series/show.

So I'll start with my all-time favorite dorama, Hana Yori Dango, and some of its international versions, which are Boys Over Flowers and Meteor Garden. Also, I also love Alice in Borderland, Girl from Nowhere, All Of Us Are Dead, 1 Litre of Tears (this was the saddest drama I've ever watched in my life, I cried SO MUCH when I saw it...), 14-sai no Haha, and King the Land.

I also like the Thai lesbian movies called Yes or No and Yes or No 2.

SERIES

I've also watched some series, like Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, The Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, Riverdale, Stranger Things, Orange Is The New Black, Euphoria, Game of Thrones (although I haven't finished most of them because I have ADHD) , and many others...

this drama got me into Korea in its all and into Kpop as well. it's so close to my heart I can't help but put it with my favorite Korean boy. the Kirin art school's students have a dream, and they grow up learning to become stars, ultimately succeeding, just like jungkook did.

jin: business proposal

the main character is exactly how I imagine jin in a relationship to be like. a stoic, successful, kinda naive man who warms up and becomes devoted as soon as he sets his eyes on someone. and the rest his history.

taehyung: nevertheless

i imagine taehyung loving this drama. its complicated explanation on love reflects all the flaws of the human spirit and portraits love as chaos in a life full of art.

jimin: true beauty

jimin's just like Lee Soo Ho would like someone regardless of his flaws. I always imagines jimin as a kind and careful soul who cares about people's feelings and emphatazies with them. I imagine jimin to like light, fun and cute dramas and this is it.

namjoon: what's wrong with secretary Kim?

namjoon gives me the impression of being a controlled and calm person, but just like young-joon he loses his composure when he likes someone and gets tested by a potential lover. I feel like he'd be as funny as the main character when he finds a partner who challenges him and, frequently, beats him at his own game.

yoongi: descendants of the sun

if I ever imagine yoongi liking someone, I imagine him playing it cool. no drama, no embarassment, simply a cool strong man who admits he fell in love. in descendants of the sun life gets in the way of love one too many time and I imagine for yoongi too life sometimes is pretty heavy to carry around without getting crushed.

I dont know how any of this happened, but I became apart of a secret organization. My job was to take out criminals, nice and clean. Usually trying to make it seem like an accident. 

Today i was assigned a mission. A mission I have been avoiding since forever.

"I don't know Bomi, she's smart I think she's going to know that something is up." I sat down in front of my boss, looking at her with a longing expression.

"Listen y/n, i know you told you knew each other at some point but none of that matter. That was years ago and this is now. This needs to be done y/n and you know that.You've pushed it aside long enough." Bomi was leaning over the table using her hands as support.

She sighed then took something out and pushed it towards me before heading out of the room.

I took one more glance before making my way to the bar. There wasnt much space besides next to a women dressed in a slight glittery navy long dress. 

"e-excuse me, is it okay if i sit here?" I nervously told her, kinda scared because i didnt want to make her uncomfortable. She turned to look at me and I dont know but it seemed her eyes widened a bit, but i couldnt really tell thanks to the masks. 

"y-yeah go right ahead."she said with a smile. I gave her one in return before sitting down and ordering my drink. 

Once receiving it, i turned to look at the crowd of people, observing to see anything.

"Soooo what is your name stranger?" i turned back to the women, who now had a smirk on her face. I was about to answer when something just felt oddly familiar. With a small look of confusion on my face, she giggled, "what cat got your tounge?" then it clicked

"I'm pretty sure you know my name." i chugged my drink, now getting nervous from being this close to her again. Sometimes feeling dont just go away. "i would be pretty hurt if you didnt." I looked back at her after placing my drink down on the counter.

She smirked widened, "i dont think I would be a good best friend if i didnt, right y/n?"

"what are you doing here?" I leaned in a bit closer to her, whisper-yelling.

"Gosh somethings never change, huh, like your scoldings. But if you must know these people are wealthy as you could see, and i dont know if you know this but wealth equals moneyyy." she leaned back with a wink.

"same goes for you and your snarky remarks and you do realize that there are other people here that want to turn you in for that reward right." i shook my head slightly in disbelief. I took a glance at the crowed and right away noticed a pair of eyes latching onto Eunji.

"yeah but then why are you here." I looked back at Eunji, she narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms, starring straight at me.

"Look i didnt want to here, do you know how long ive been avoiding all of this?" I let out with a sigh, silently asking the waiter for a refill

"Why? why avoid me?" she leaned close to me, her eyes never leaving my face.

"Because I care about you, Eunji. I-i  don't know why you chose this path but something tells me theres something more to this. It might not be the right way to go about things buti know you and i know you had a reason for all of this. As much as its my job to do certain things i just cant do that to you. Not for my job, not for some stupid reward. " I chugged my drink, before taking a deep breath and look back into her eyes.

She had an unreadable expression on her face then suddenly she stood up and grabbed my hand, pulling me away from the crowed place. She pulled me into an unoccupied room before locking the door.

"What are you doing?" I turned back to look at her. Her eyes gave a hint of saddness in them. She took a small breath before walking past me to sit on the bed, patting the area next to her. I slowly made my way to her, sitting down where she wanted me.

She reached up and took off her mask, i couldnt help to admired her face before taking my own mask off. I set it aside before looking down to 

"Its crazy to think that even after all this time i feel like you still could read me so easily,"she let out a soft chuckle then reached up and took off her mask, i couldnt help to admired her face before taking my own mask off. I set it aside and turned my head to fully look at her. She looked like she was struggling a bit to stay composed.

"Well theres no easy way to say this, you always know i had problems with my parents. Then suddenly everything went worse. Mom passed and step-dad threw me out out, of my own house. I f-felt like i had no other choice. I couldnt get hired due to some stupid requirement. Then i realized how easy it was to steal and trade it in for easy money...I k-know we made a promise that no matter what we would follow our dreams but reality is.....i c-cant."

A single tear ran down her face. I couldnt help but brush it away with my thumb, making her look at me with glossy eyes.

"w-why didnt you tell me?" It broke me seeing her like this. How could i call myself her best friend when i wasnt there for her when she needed someone.

"because y/n you had everything going for you, you didnt need me to come crashing your life and causing problems." she let out another tear, i shook my head.

"you know that you were never a problem, not for me, not ever. i-i knew you had a reason for all of this, because this isnt you." I leaned in a kissed her forehead. I felt her hand and wrap it around my wrist. I looked down to meet her gaze.

"I miss you." 

"me too." 

Her gazed moved to my lips before meeting my eyes again. I took the cue and leaned in closer. She licked her lips and met me haftway. It felt like everything i have ever imagined. The kissed was filled with many emotions. She pulled back and locked her eyes with mine. I took this moment to take her in. She looked amazing, her eyes were slightly hooded, lips apart, and breathing a bit hard.

She leaned back in, this kiss feeling a bit more different. It felt like everything we wanted to confess to each other. She kissed me harder and slowly made her way on top of me. My body being held down by her, her legs at my sides. I ran my hands from her thigh up to settle on her waist, gripping on it slightly.

Her hand reached the back of my neck, tugging on my hair as she started moving her hips to moving against mine. A soft sigh escaped her lips and entered mine. I held down her hips to press her harder against me.

She let out a moan and moved her head to lean it against my shoulder. I used this to kiss down her neck, leaving a small trail of marks. Her moans started to become louder as she scratched the back of my neck, grinding faster.

*KNOCK*KNOCK*KNOCK

The sudden noise made us stop our movement. We looked at each other for a second.

"Miss Eunji, we know your in there. We just have a few question." the sound of a man come through the door.

"it those guys that were eyeing you earlier." i whispered to her. She took a moment to think before looking around the room.

*KNOCK*KNOCK*KNOCK

She got off of me and headed towards the window, she looked back at me and gave me approval of the window. Meaning that was the way out. The knocks turned into pounding. 

"come on" she whispered yelled while moving her hand towards me. I stood up but my movements became hesitant as i approached her. She noticed it and a flash of hurt entered her eyes, that look alone was enough for me to follow her,

As soon as we escaped the door to the room flung open, we heard faint voices as we ran, giggling like a couple of idiot kids, just like before. We stopped to rest by a near by alley, taking the moment to catch our breathes and finish laughing. I leaned against the brink wall with my eyes closed.

"you know..."i opened my eyes once i felt a hand touch my chest. my eyes automatically starting back at Eunji's, "my place isnt too far from here." she smirked as she played with the buttons on my shirt. "but i wonder what your going to tell your boss?"

"I'll just say you cant really distinct people at a masquerade ball." I smiled at her, "but the truth is this gorgoues women swept me off my feet and her name was Miss Jung Eun-ji." I wrapped my arms around her waist bring her closer to me

"wow so formal" she pecked my lips before pulling me away into the night.

my holes headcanons - d-tent as k-pop fans!

listen i made a post like this in my old holes blog, i decided to remake it for old times sake. my opinions from 2021 have changed, so here's a redone version :3

stanley (caveman) : look, he's not that big into k-pop, but when he does listen, he finds himself enjoying 2nd gen goldness, like snsd, kara, shinee, tvxq, wonder girls, etc. he really hates noisy music and messy concepts, he enjoys a clean, put together sweet sounding song. his mom once bought him a snsd album off of a yard sale and he treasures it like its gold. (it probably is)

zero (hector) : hes also not that into the genre, but knows the biggest names and some of their music, such as bts, txt, enhypen, illit. he has heard other groups if he's in the car with anyone else aside stanley. he's always said he really doesn't bother to learn about the genre, because it seems like theres way too many things to remember.

rex (x-ray) : an undercover enjoyer. he only listens to boy groups, thinks all girl group music sounds the same. he enjoys onepact, evnne, zerobaseone and occasionally xikers. though he won't admit listening to k-pop ever in his life, he does buy merch and has a small onepact pc collection. and if you'd ask him, he'd show it off to you, bragging how he got a certain pc for so cheap.

theodore (armpit) : loud and open about his kpop stan-ness. he's been listening to k-pop for a long time and keeps track of all the groups he listens to. he loves red velvet, triples, i.o.i, gugudan, pristin, etc. but he also does love many boy groups, though he listens to them much less than girl groups. he likes the boyz, cravity and ab6ix for boy groups. he also has a HUGE ass collection at this room. it's so big it's funny.

ricky (zigzag) : became a kpop stan because of ricky from zerobaseone. he thought it was hilarious but fell in love with the group. aside zerobaseone, he likes billlie, aespa, ive, purple kiss and stayc. he doesn't really stan bigger groups (>9 members), though he likes all kinds of music; most important, he loves LOVES noisy and loud music.

alan (squid) : it's hard to not imagine him as an orbit and an ujung, a fan of loona and wjsn. he of course and obviously listens to all wjsn subunits; chocome and the black & all of loona redebuts; artms & odd eye circle, loossemble, yves, chuu and the other solo debuts. he really doesn't listen to other groups. an underground cute concept enjoyer, he has a wjsn chocome poster in his room!!!

jose (magnet) : girl group enthusiast. groups like weeekly, lightsum, wooah, gwsn, apink, lovelyz and rocket punch are his stands out from the girl group seas of k-pop. he (by alan's force) also enjoys older wjsn and loona, especially loona 1/3. he also really doesn't care for boygroups, but he likes tws and boynextdoor.

brian (twitch) : he's not a kpop consumer, but rather an enjoyer (his words, not mine) he really likes 1st gen kpop, but there's barely any groups to even stream of 1st gen., so he has to improvise. he claims he's the best kpop stan in the whole group, just because he likes "older" and "underground"-er music than the rest.

lewis (barf bag) : usually just listens to songs the others mention, only really listens to dreamcatcher. doesn't understand stan culture, what it means and how it works. he's just really confused but enjoys the music. do not ask him about ring ding dong by shinee, he'll start crying.

a long list. i tried to keep my thoughts as even as possible, hope u liked my yappings ... coming out as a MAJOR kpop stanner.

Apink - Pink Memory

Overall, extremely impressed by this album. The thing that stuck out to me the most was the vocals. I’ve just listened to 29 albums by SM girl groups, and not a single one of those albums had vocals as beautiful as the ones I just listened to. Part of it is that SM just like, refused to mix their vocals cleanly until 2015, but part of it is definitely that there are some excellent vocalists in this group. Their breathy voices were So pretty, their high notes were So pretty, their regular singing voices were So pretty.

As far as musical style goes, I can see why you said that this album is kind of a midpoint. The only other Apink song that I know is Dumhdurum, and that’s definitely further along the house/EDM side of the continuum. I don’t know Apink’s earlier stuff, but I know bubblegum well enough to imagine that a lot of this album probably sits somewhere in between the two extremes, maybe leaning a bit more bubblegum.

Highlights of the album were definitely Perfume and Promise U. I love sounds that aren’t used often in kpop, and that kind of lofi electric piano that was in Promise U is super uncommon among the stuff that I know.

Anyway, score average is 7.7 which feels about right, maybe a bit low. My biggest issues weren’t with the music itself, though, just with my personal taste. The ballad in particular was objectively excellent, I just don’t like ballads in general.

A bit more low key in this one

This song is one of those songs that’s like a slow jam except it’s just a bit too bouncy to count

But like, the bass here is SO slow jam coded, the percussion too

Sorry I really just can’t get over how clean and pretty the vocals are

This album was released a couple of months before 4 Walls and I stg the production feels more modern and the vocals sound so much cleaner

(I just listened to 4 Walls like an hour ago)

I’m not a huge fan of the instrumentals here. I dunno what the name is for this genre, but there is SO much of this sound in early SM girl groups, and it got tiring midway through M.I.L.K.

Like, if I’d heard this song a month ago, or maybe a few months from now, I’d probably enjoy it more. But having just spent like three weeks straight listening to albums using this sound…

I always enjoy when they do that, switch the beat up after the intro and make it a fast song with pretty harmonies on top of it
