[DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JUNE 15th!] ✨ Hey Guys! ✨ OMG I’m so thrilled with how many submissions I’ve received for the Apartment Art Show!! Applicants will be notified on June 17. I’ve decided to extend the deadline to June 15th since packing up my apartment up took a bit longer than expected, so I figured I’d give everybody else a bit more time too x. Thank y’all so much for all the interest! I’m working hard to make this a great show! This is my first event, so I’m incredibly grateful for all the excitement! ⭐️JULY 16 2022 ! ⭐️ #theapartmentartshow Put it in your calendar! Wow, I feel so honored that so many amazing artists applied to be a part of this experiment! This is my first time curating a showcase and organizing an art event, so I am just beyond flattered with the amount of interest I’ve received 💕. 40 artists will be featured, all working with unique mediums, all in varying walks of life, and all at different points in their art career. Tbh going through applications was A LOT tougher than I thought—everyone who submitted is so talented! I have a newly renewed appreciation for curators! The show will also feature a selection of pieces made by @project_paint artists! @project_paint is a prison art program working with artists who are incarcerated in San Diego County prisons.
