as much as it is good to have critical reading skills. very good. i think it is okay to be wrong sometimes. or sometimes enjoy things without thinking heavily about them. even if you are wrong

#alao. to disagree with someone while also acknowledging they are right #like. i acknowledge you have valid points. and the work supports them. but in my own playbox i just dont use it #when i make my sandwich i dont use mustard. even though i know that makes it good. because the sandwich is for me to eat #if i make one for you it will have mustard #if i try to make a collected analysis of a work or book i will take another close look at it. the first reading is just for fun and love #^ also i will be wrong about things a lot because i like to run off my pale first impression and make things up #or use my internal feelings to voice an opinion i will later reflect on and change because i didnt really think about it til then #anyways. also if everyone else adds mustard to their sandwich and you dont like sandwiches with mustard you dont ask them to #take off mustard or make you a new one you just make your own sandwich.
