crying and sobbing when i have to talk to first-time fish owners and gently corral them into the least murdery setup i can while an experienced fish regular waits for me to be done so i can help them and is hearing every word i tell the first customer

#KEEPS. HAPPENING. SORRY THAT ITS OBVIOUS I BARELY KNOW ABOUT FISH AND AM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR CONFRONTATION #twoooooooooooooooo customers that wanted 10gallon betta+other fish setups today. opposite in their approach to research #<- betta tankmates are. Doable. esp w a 'bigger' tank like a 10gal. but. gah. u gotta be careful. and one of them was willing to listen.#the other. i had to tell abt my coworker's betta and shrimp that teamed up to kill another fish to convince lol.........#and they both came back at different points of the day i THINK and i kept mixing them up bc faceblind and so now i have no idea which was #the good one and the shitty one. or if the good one came back last and ruined my good impression of their approach by buying fish the same #day as the tank was set up.
