Me trying to explain the patterns I've begun to see in my food diary
#yesterday I had a Big Revelation#and today I am continuing to follow that#it is difficult to do research tho bc I am cursed with an under researched dietary restriction#anyways I need to test it more but uhhh I think my fructose malabsorption symptoms#sorta counteract ''don't have a gallbladder'' symptoms#....I don't know what to do with this#I'm going to call my GI about it either today or tomorrow#and hopefully I can get through. I usually have to leave a message.#speechie sucks at health#speecher speaks
