#my poetry#my writing#poem#poetry#prose#mooooom cowboygideons writing about religion again#my apologies#im beginning to think that growing up in the american south around a bunch of religious zealots may have had an effect on me??#wouldn't that be crazy??#anyway this was inspired by the accounts of queer people during the time of Dahmer and Gacy#and the feeling of watching everyone condemn these men more for being gay than for serial murder#the feeling of hearing people claim that it was the nature of all gay people to be predators and monsters#knowing that there is no crime worse than your existence#believing that it's the one sin god wouldn't forgive#(i know the structures of the stanzas are kind of wonky and i DONT want to talk about it)#((not sure about this one but if i keep it in my drafts any longer ruminating over whether or not i should post it im going to EXPLODE))
