ok, to the exactly zero people reading this, I’m back.

9 -> we love a game of chance, that’s classic end shit, it’s giving the book of the dead from mag, with the passing down with negative intentions, and more Magnus institute mentions, love to see it, ‘Chester’ just coming in, no prompting, chefs kiss no notes, keep sending my mans Sam into his spiraling era. the paperwork is funny, but as someone in a suburban to rural area, itd be incredibly difficult for me to name every dead animal I’ve seen in the last three months, given all the roadkill, 10 -> so, first off, see above, that ending had me wishing I wasn’t in a public space I would have started screaming and hitting things if I was in my own room I was so excited, but let’s go from the beginning, I’m skimming the transcripts this time. So, we start the Mr. Bonzo saga! And Colin’s back, although, I mean. Probably definitely not allowed to be back, but I think let him have his fist fight with the computer, I think it’d be therapeutic. They’re in the ruins, nothing much there, but we’ve found a key. Then we immediately turn to just completely destroying Gwen’s psyche, love to see it, you become destroyed by the weight of the truth, queen! And you know my thoughts on the next part. Only thing to add is my petition to always and forever call him Jon Archie Sims, it’s fun!

11 -> one, what’s going on w Celia, second, Alice? Alice feeling watched? Alice feeling watched with no discernible source? Alice feeling watched with no discernible source after visiting the Magnus archives?👀👀👀👁️👀👀👀. third, man, after last ep, I’m trying to connect so many nonexistent dots. I was like. Oh, digging? Ohhh, graves???? Ohhhhhh, the sea??????? Ohhhhhhhhh, sailing???????????? Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh a person named Gordon who goes by Gordie??????????????????? And then it ended up just being another cursed tattoo instead. Fourth, the actual shocked appreciation in Gwen’s voice when she thought the coffee was for her, immediately followed by the ass-hat-ery of pulling rank as an excuse to attack someone else for being late, like jeez, girl, way to be so incredibly ready to flip the switch. And finally, I mean. If they’re working with the creatures… does that mean… there’s a chance needles could be a recurring character???🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 please, for me?????

12 -> this ep felt incredibly short after the others, but I think that finished our trilogy of Mr. Bonzo the man eating clown for now, idk, don’t have as much to say on this one, I’m not here for the awkward office romance between an incredibly sketchy new person and a wet cat of a man slightly less new person

anyways, I’m caught back up now, wooo!

catching up on magnus protocol after I accidentally fell off for like.. seven weeks… dropping my opinion of 6, 7, and 8 before I continue:

6 -> love needles, fantastic character, manic pixie dream girl of my thoughts, he’s glorious, in competition w Michael for THE character ever in my brain rn

7 -> awe, she seems nice, and not at all suspiciously more aware of things I didn’t think would be talked about this soon, not much on the case itself, very Breekon and Hope-esque, it’s all for a good cause is pretty catchy, and I thought they may have been talking about a Gerry similar to our original Gerry there at the end

8 -> where do I even begin. Cool case file, love an other world of cannibals where your only escape is to go through some glass, if I had a nickel for every time, I’d have two, all that jazz (although slamming into a mirror isn’t nearly as bad of an exit as jumping out of the window of a skyscraper, good on the flesh for upping the stakes of escape), meanwhile, in leading-the-plot city, we’ve got an email from a jo(h)n (idk if it’s h or not, haven’t been reading the transcripts, although feel I’ll have to for this one, I think even this scene was in a different ep, I’m just lumping all the plot here), we’ve got Gerry and Gee Gee, or Gertrude, living together and having some attachment to the Magnus institute, and we have Georgie who runs a podcast, so like.. I mean, just a bunch of stuff for my little brain to take in, I thought they’d ease into plot a little more, but no, we’re off to the races it seems, unless the next four slow back down immediately.
