I hate "waiting for the whole thing to be posted so I can binge it" culture in fanfiction.... you don't want to partake in the act of creation with me? 🥺you don't wanna read the first few chapters and comment what you liked and what was exciting and what you think might happen to help me finish the next chapter? You don't want to be involved in the group and have something to look forward to dropping into your inbox every couple weeks? You don't like shimp? 🦐 bweeeeeee? I seriously think anyone who posts shit like "ao3 should inform me when a fic I'm interested in is finished so I can binge it" "i don't read unfinished fics" "I don't read fics older than (xyz amount of time)" don't write and probably don't have fulfilling fandom experiences tbh. I mean how could you when you're treating your writers like they're netflix.
