OK sorry I think I'm back again. (I mostly just drew OCs so I might not post the art from my absence after all)

Telling my mom about this group of characters though made me realize Right and Brent are probably the funniest "soul mate" OC pair I can have cause it's just me in two different guys. Pretty ace of me to make half of me fated to the other half of me.

Right is very much anti-contact and is scared he's gonna hurt people so he doesn't touch anyone while Brent is just absolutely the most depressed person you will ever meet who doesn't know he's depressed because he just assumes everyone sees the world in gray and didn't benefit from therapy as a kid because he didn't think anything was wrong/different. However, after the two meet and Right cusses at him, Brent is like. Oddly happy? And that's odd? Because he just doesn't feel that normally? Eventually he smiles at something Right says which catches him off guard because "Karen didn't even think you knew how to smile. She's gonna be jealous" and then more smiles and like 100 pages of interactions later, Right points out that Karen can be an exception. She can see Brent's smiles, too, if Brent wants to show her. And he ends up doing so.

Then even more pages later Right starts to tryyyyy warming back up to contact and it's just shoulder pats to Brent and I think Brent would also end up telling Right "You know, Karen can be an exception, too" in that regard.
